Please RSVP by May 11th so that we are able to get the right amount for catering. Our ceremony and reception will be held at Vailtree Event Center. Family and friends, we ask that you arrive no later than 5:30. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. It will be followed by the cocktail hour and reception. This will include an open bar, which has your choice of wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages.

For the dress, the occasion is semi formal. For women, a gown is not required and a dress is perfectly fine. For men, a jacket is preferred but a tie is not necessary. Please, no tennis shoes and no jeans.
