When booking your flights, you may want to look to arrive early so you have enough time to get settled and ready before the weekend festivities commence. The airport is 45 minutes from Sugar Beach. Customs takes about 45 minutes with their additional COVID precautions in place. We will coordinate airport transportation to and from the resort on your behalf. Stay at Sugar Beach Viceroy Resort

You are staying at Sugar Beach Viceroy Resort. Get excited for paradise!! It is truly magical and we are so incredibly excited to have all of our favorite humans together on this breathtaking island. All guests are required to stay at Sugar Beach Viceroy Resort. All wedding events will be held on-site and at this point in time, due to COVID travel restrictions on the island, visitors are not allowed to travel between resorts. We have reserved a block of villas from May 6-9, 2021. The discounted group rate is $559/night. There is a 3-night minimum at the resort. If three nights isn't long enough, take advantage of our discounted room rate for any additional nights between May 3rd - May 12th. BOOKING YOUR VILLA

Mention the Rakestraw - Uicker wedding block to ensure you get the group rate.2. Number of nights you plan to stay. There is a 3-night minimum. Our wedding events take place from Thursday May 6th through Sunday May 9th (3 nights). If you would like to stay for more than 3 nights, the discount group rate is available to anyone booking between Monday, May 3rd through Wednesday, May 12th.3. Number of persons per villas you are reserving for your party. IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES:1. Full refund is available until March 22nd, or if the wedding is moved to a later date. 2. To reserve your room, two nights deposit is required. Payment for the remaining nights will be charged on March 22nd (45 days prior to arrival), at which point your reservation becomes non-refundable.

COVID-19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

St. Lucia is taking extreme precautionary measures to ensure island residents and guests remain safe from the spread of COVID-19.We will update COVID-19 travel requirements as they change between now and our wedding. 1. Book your stay in a COVID-19 certified property2. Complete and submit the Travel Registration form3. Take your COVID-19 PCR Test no more than 5 days before travelLog into your travel registration to upload your test result before travel. St. Lucia is taking extreme precautionary measures to ensure island residents and guests remain safe from the spread of COVID-19. As of now, St. Lucia requires all incoming travelers get tested with a viral test within 5 days before your departure, keep a copy of your results with you during travel. We will update COVID-19 travel requirements as they change between now and our wedding. As of now, you should expect Customs to take at least 30 minutes upon arrival. You will be required to show a travel authorization letter and negative COVID-19 test results prior to boarding your flight in the states and again upon arrival in St. Lucia.You will need to submit this information via email before your travel date and you MUST have printed copies with you when you travel.
