Our Wedding

Anjee’s first love is basketball so it was only suiting that her first encounter with the love of her life was while playing the sport that she loves. It was both their first year at UNLV when they met on the basketball court at the school gym. Rodel is not much of a basketball player, but when he first laid eyes on Anjee entering the gym, he knew he had to meet her. There was no better way to break the ice than to ask her to play on his team. Their first encounter was being teammates on the court not knowing years later they would be teammates for life. From basketball to boba they both were inseparable all throughout their college years. To see one without the other was a rare sight. It was on January 11, 2010 when Rodel officially asked Anjee to be his girlfriend. A decade later and Rodel has now asked Anjee to be his wife.

Health & Safety Guidelines

With COVID-19 still a growing concern, we recommend for those who are not yet vaccinated to please wear a mask. Ample sanitizing stations will be provided. As much as we want everyone to be able to celebrate in person, we do ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar. Please note that this is an in-door event and as much as we would love for you to attend, we respect and understand your concern if you do not feel comfortable attending. For those who are not yet vaccinated, we recommend for you to have a negative Covid-19 test prior to the wedding. Rest assured if any changes are made, we will notify you via e-mail or text. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
