Glenoaks Ballroom by L.A. Banquets

ng the venue very smooth and we are very happy with our decision. We would also like to thank Ed! Ed is the best. He was with us the entire day of the wedding (even before that) and he was on top of every single detail to make sure Mike and I are having the best day of our life. I would also like to thank the supervisor who was around all day making sure everything is good. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend LA Banquet for any event. Food is fantastic, service is 10/10 and great attitude.

months prior, Haik was by our side, and helped us with every little detail. Pros: - Haik is the guy! He was so flexible, very kind, and did everything he could to make sure our special day is planned exactly how we want it. He worked well with our wedding coordinator as well. He also had a great list of vendors for us. He responded quickly to any text or call. I cannot say enough great things about him. He was one of the reasons our wedding day was so smoothe and seamless. - the catering, Anoush! OMG! The food was just fantastic! And so much of it! My most favorites were the salmon, fillet mignon, bukra, anything w shrimp. - the dance floor! Beautiful, white, and great size for our 180-guest wedding. - location! Some Banquets are right by the street, but Glenoaks has a small parkinglot in front of it for valet which makes it look more formal and classy. - the servers were fantastic! Clearing plates on time and providing food and refills immediately and seamlessly. - large, clean bathrooms was a big plus! - great lighting and interior design! I loved the mirrors on the walls and the chandelier above the sweetheart table. Will look gorgeous in pics. - you can't beat the price! The price was very reasonable for the amount of service we received. Cons: I wouldn't call these cons, but rather facts that might be important to some. They were not that important for us to cause trouble though. - the fog machine was not as foggy as we wanted for our first dance. - no room for bride to hide/get ready/rest, but Haik graciously gave us his own office to use as much as we like and even had a great amount of food set up in there just for us. There is a mirror in the office but not a tall one, and lighting in the office would not be ideal to start your makeup but definitely adequate for touch ups. Overall would 100% recommend. I would choose this location all over again and will continue to recommend it to our family and friends going forward.

and elegant and truly doesn't need any more decor to look phenomenal. We had a few elements in the middle of each table but we hardly had any flowers and they truly weren't even needed or missed. The food. OMG. 10/10. It was ready as guests walked in and took their seats and it just kept coming. It would.not.stop! The pastry turnover....I dream about it. Im already trying to see how I can have another party or catered food or something so I can eat the food again. The service was a 20/10. From Haik, to George, to every single wait staff and server, everybody was phenomenal. Our guests even commented about how nice the bartenders were! Haik worked with us and answered allllll of my many questions with patience. He was so understanding of our plans and truly helped make it the party we wanted. We added low lying fog and sparklers for our first dance and the pictures are just *chef's kiss*. To sum it up, this place made our wedding dreams come true. It was the perfect place for a perfect day. To Haik and his team, Francisco and I are truly thankful for helping us create one of the best days of our lives. Haik, you'll hear from me again.

remely professional and they accommodated us in so many ways. We were able to drop off our alcohol and centerpieces a night before, Haik helped us with every single rental we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. We appreciate it more than you guys will know Thank you so much!!!! You made our dream come to life 😁

impressed with the whole experience. I would strongly recommend this place for weddings. Service, food, cleanness were 5 stars.

treated us like family throughout the entire process. The food was amazing, and I would highly recommend listening to any suggestions and tips that the Glenoaks Ballroom team has, as they are thinking only for your best interests.

f. Haik helped our vision come to life. The venue is beautiful as is, even more so with decorations. The staff is amazing, special thank you to George and his team who ensured our wedding went perfectly! Our guests could not stop complimenting about how nice the staff were. Most importantly, the food is AMAZING!!! Our guests are still raving about the abundance of food & how delicious everything was. I highly recommend Glenoaks Ballroom!

e at communicating with me and was on point with all the details I wanted for the wedding. The food and drink was top notch. Their wait staff was outstanding !!! Never not had a drink in my hand. My family was very impressed and I got so much positive feedback from the food to how pretty and elegant the wedding venue was. I am a pretty picky person and I couldn’t be any happier with how beautiful my wedding was and the experience I received with Haik and the venue. Also, the price that I paid I felt like I got so much more than I could have if I had used another venue. Very happy bride !! Mission accomplished.

ing was taken care of throughout the night. Haik was accommodating and always available to answer all our questions through the entire planning process. We highly recommend Glenoaks Ballroom!

hing was so coordinated and organized to the tea! From the manager to the staff everyone will bend over backwards to make your event perfect! Thank you guys so much for everything, can’t wait to celebrate many more event with you!

s and would get back immediately with any questions or concerns. His professionalism and experience really made this process flawless. He was able to accommodate multiple changes, my husbands picky lighting needs and really ensuring the day ran smoothly. The food was amazing, everyone loved the multiple sections and quality. The venue looked gorgeous and Haik was able to negotiate prices with vendors on my behalf. For not having a wedding coordinator, Haik was really able to support me when needed and make recommendations based on his years long experience. Everyone really enjoyed their time and said it was one of the best weddings they've been to! Thank you Haik & Glenoaks for helping me create the most beautiful memory and gorgeous wedding. I would whole heartedly recommend this venue to anyone getting married or any other event!

day and he made things so easy for me. He explained how everything worked and had really good suggestions and options. He even had a list of vendors that I can contact to make my search for everything so much easier. LA Banquets accommodated a lot of the requests that I had and worked with the vendors I chose. LA Banquets and Haik made everything so easy and stress free for me. The reception went amazing! Haik made my dream wedding come true! It’s been about a month since our wedding and all of our guests are still raving about how beautiful and amazing everything was. The food was incredible - guests were coming up to us during the wedding saying they never had such good Mediterranean food in their lives. I also had the premium bar and guests were able to have any drink made for them with a champagne tower upon entering the hall. All of our guests were complimenting the food and drinks all night and said they have never been to a wedding like this in their lives! All throughout the evening the staff of LA Banquets made sure my husband and I were taken care of. They were constantly asking us what we wanted or needed, offering to bring us any drinks or food we requested. We never had to seek out or look for anyone for anything! Some of the entertainment/vendors we had included a 360 photobooth, crepe station, sparklers and fog, and even fire bartenders, which Haik was able to make this all possible for me! I am so thankful for Haik, George, and the entire team that made my dream wedding come true! Thank you so much LA Banquets!!

ied. I was so happy that I would be able to work with Haik again, the venue manager. He is organized, flexible, and so genuine. He took his time to show us the different packages we could get, different add-ons, and all the food we could get (a lot). My style is very particular and at first glance, the Glenoaks Ballroom is a little more grand than I would prefer, but I saw photos where the room was fully draped and it completely changed the look, while still highlighting the beautiful dance floor and gold elements. Haik took the time to show me all the different options in draping, found options for me to choose from for a sweetheart table that matched our style, and took care of all the rest. He made the process so easy. I also had a lot of items and decor to place around the venue and was worried because I did not have a separate wedding coordinator. Nevertheless, I told Haik my vision and it was executed perfectly. Everything looked perfect. Everyone kept complimenting us on the food all night, and I received compliments on the wedding that it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding and that they loved the food. There was more than enough food for everyone to get full, and it tasted excellent. The drinks were also great. The bartenders were friendly and everyone enjoyed the open bar. I highly recommend the watermelon margarita! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend LA banquets and Haik!! Thank you Haik, and the amazing staff at Glenoaks Ballroom for making this the best day of our lives!

most gorgeous sweetheart table and cake table. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was full and yet more food kept coming. We stayed with the recommended appetizers/meza; and they were perfect! All our guests loved the cocktail hour because there were plenty of chairs and couches for everyone to sit. During the cocktail hour, there was plenty of passed hors d'oeuvre, wine, and champagne. The violinist was so beautiful. My husband and I wanted a first look before everyone else. Haik made sure we were able to enjoy a moment inside the ballroom before all the guests came. It was breathtaking. My husband especially loved the salmon during the main course. It was cooked perfectly. I especially loved the chicken and potatoes during the main course. It was so delicious. I would highly recommend anyone to hold a wedding or event here. Haik is easy to work with and makes sure your dreams and vision come true!

ful; the food is absolutely delicious (every single plate is to die for); and Haik, the manager at this venue, is nothing short of amazing. He is absolutely a professional at what he does. We booked the venue a year in advance and he made sure the process was extremely easy for us. He clearly communicated what we needed to decide on, when we would need to provide him with our decisions, lists, etc., he gave recommendations for rentals, was easy to reach and responded quickly to my many questions, was extremely accommodating to our several requests, maintained a professional attitude throughout, and overall, was just a genuinely kind person to work with. Our wedding night was absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful to Haik and his team for making sure everything ran so smoothly and tasted so delicious! Our guests are STILL talking about what a wonderful wedding it was, and how mind-blown they were at the level of service received at the venue. And the BEST part? This venue, and the manager Haik, have been providing this level of excellence for years. I've attended multiple weddings at this venue and my family threw my brother and I a college graduation party at this venue back in 2015, and I can honestly say that this place never fails to amaze. Thank you, Haik, and thanks to your wonderful team for the hard work you put in to ensure that my evening was wonderful. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a venue in a heartbeat!

hanks to Haik who helped me with my creazy changes and made me feel welcome to contact him all the time.

ue. And endless delicious food. You will not regret booking here. If you want a smooth reception with no worries, call Haik at the Glenoaks Ballroom.

o helpful and all night they make sure each guest feels welcomed. Their food is delicious!! Definitely a must when looking for a venue and you can't go wrong with the Glenoaks ballroom!!! I made the best choice on picking this venue.

guest felt appreciated and and were highly taken care of. Haik listened to all my wants and need and never hesitated on reassuring everything was going to be great. Lol He pretty much said yes to everything and even through in extra accommodating things to help our wedding become a memorable moment! Everything we asked of him, he got it done, no problem at all! The food was AMAZING ! to be honest , I had low expectations on wedding food in general , but Haik reassured me the food tasting would give us assurance. When we made it to our food tasting 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 so much dood to choose from, not only that, it blew us away with how tasteful everything was! We didn’t expect it to be that good at all, by the time we went back to our hotel, we realized we still wanted to go back there and we at for dinner lol. All in all, the food was definitely one of the biggest hits for ourselves as well as our guest. Haik is nonetheless one of the best vendors I’ve worked with. Very accommodating, great professional attitude ; and very very kind. He’s a pro at what he does. And he and his staff work very well together! I applaud the hard work I’ve seen leading up to the wedding, and the day of was even better than my wildest dreams! I’m impressed and if I could do it all over again, this place literally stole my heart ! Thank you so much Haik!! You definitely exceeded our expectations !!!

here was so much of it! I have to give a personal THANK YOU to Haik. Haik was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! He worked with us for payment plans. He did so much for us to have the wedding we truly wanted. He always answered any questions I had, and replied back literally within minutes. So thank you again for making my wedding day everything I wanted and more!!

cted Haik through out the 7 months with all my questions and concerns and it never took him more than a couple hours to reply to my emails and my phone calls were always answered the first time around. Towards the end as we got closer to our event we had more meetings and went over last minute details, everything went smoothly, everything we asked for was done the way we wanted. The day of the wedding was absolutely flawless, I didn’t have an event planner I actually planned the whole thing myself so I was worried about the day-of details and so I went over how I wanted everything to be done with Haik and he made sure everything got done and I didn’t stress about a single thing. Thank you Haik and the Anoush Team!!!

happen. The food was great and the mood of the lighting was perfect. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the reception.

guests kept saying how much they loved the food and service there. Would definitely recommend this hall

vided extraordinary service. Days before the wedding Haik was very responsive and prompt to all my emails. If you haven't seen it for yourself the Glenoaks Ballroom is beautiful and the modern yet classic look of the reception hall worked perfectly for the vision we had for our wedding. Thank you again to Haik and his team!

nd always made himself available for us whenever we had questions or needed his help, it was a pleasure working with him. The staff was so polite and kind on our wedding day our guest had nothing but great things to say about them. The food was excellent and they have tons of options to choose from. Our guest are still telling us how elegant and wonderful their experiences was. If we could do it all over again and relive the day over and over we would.

ich made everything smooth as can be. The staff was well managed with great service and the food was delicious. All of our guests loved everything about the hall which put a smile on my face. The hall was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a huge Christmas tree in the lobby, which everyone took pictures with and lights along the outside of the building. Well done!

ur vision. Our jaws dropped when we got to the venue on our wedding night and they turned that blank canvas into EXACTLY what we were looking for. Everything about how it looked was PERFECT. With that being said, the ballroom was just a cherry on top. The selling point was the customer service, lead by the man himself, HAIK! From the very beginning, Haik was unlike any other venue manager. He was kind, let us speak our thoughts, and said “yeah, we can do that” to everything we wanted. We had absurd ideas from bringing in trees, to being annoying with lighting, to customizing table’s and table placement and even getting a CO2 blaster! (Which we opted not use). Every step of the way, for two years, Haik made us feel comfortable and crazy. (crazy because i was so worried about things, and he kind of just sat back and said “don’t worry, we got this!”) Our wedding night was beyond perfect. Our guests had fun, the drinks were pouring all night, the food was so good and so much, and we had so much fun. Setting up a few days early and cleaning up a couple days later was such a blessing. Go to Glenoaks Ballroom Take a look around Have an open mind when you see their standard setup Tell Haik what you want ...Then Relax. You’re getting married, so enjoy the process. Leave the venue set up to the pro’s. Haik: we can’t thank you enough for your help. We’re coming back and hope to find you there to celebrate withbus again. THANK YOU!

commend Haik as your event manager and the venue to create great memories.

xtremely responsive, caring and super helpful! I absolutely LOVE the newly renovated space, the food is outstanding and the staff is superb. Everything went as planned and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Anoush Glenoaks team for yet another perfect event!

and walked us through choosing everything for the banquet hall, they are very knowledgeable, patient, and nice. When you speak to them you know they really care about you and will do anything to make your special day be amazing. Everyone of my guests fell in love with the beauty of this location and wouldn’t stop raving about the food!!! If I had to redo my wedding I would choose this place 1000 time over. Thank you Hovo, Haik and Anush team for helping create my dream wedding. I highly recommend this location for any type of parties and events, you won’t regret it!!

dinator Haik who made sure everything was perfect not to forget the most delicious food. Definitely recommended!

m the food to the service. It was the most amazing night and all my guests loved my wedding thanks to Haik and La banquets

Haik who was our coordinator. He was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in to book our wedding date. He was there for us for any changes that needed to be made even moments before our entrance. Haik made working with our other rental vendors a breeze, no questions asked everything was done promptly. We went with vendors that he recommended and we loved every single detail that was included! Our families have always used L.A Banquets for any event we may have small or big because we know we can count on them. Thank you all for all of your help and accommodations ! Andy & Azniv

he event manager, is super responsive and helpful with the hundreds of emails that we sent to him. His staff were super efficient and fast on the day of, especially with the food and different setup that needed to happen. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and how much food came out--22 appetizers and 4 entrees. They went home so full. The only thing that the venue lacked was a bridal suite, but Haik offered up his office as a bridal suite, which worked. Honestly, everything was so amazing and everyone had so much fun!!

nue too because the food was so good and fresh. There was definitely plenty left over because they definitely do not skimp out on the portions. The planning experience was well orchestrated by the venue manager, Haik. He was very thorough about each element of the event process and very accommodating. Sometimes I had to make last minute changes and he was able to respond to my requests very quickly. Then venue itself is beautiful with it's enormous chandeliers, giant mirrored walls, and built in uplighting that can change colors. It has 2 built in projector screens, a DJ stage, and a large patio. One downside is that there is no bridal room but there are plenty of hotels nearby to get ready in. I would definitely recommend this place for your next event!
