Samantha Roberts is a digital marketer specializing in social media who works in the event and wedding industries. She is passionate about helping her clients differentiate themselves on social media and digital platforms while growing their businesses. She has spoken at business to business wedding industry events and conferences around the world. Samantha currently works with a few of the world’s most well-known and respected wedding and event industry brands on brand positioning, content selection, social media, and digital marketing. She works as Kleinfeld Bridal’s Director of Social Media and Content.
Experience
Samantha began her career as an Assistant Editor for Wedding Channel. She wrote articles and shareable content that resulted in more than 3.5 million page views. She was later promoted to Social Media Manager for The Knot. Samantha’s brag-worthy achievement was building The Knot’s Instagram from scratch to award-winning, when it won a Digiday award for Best Brand Instagram Account in 2015. She then entered into a Social Media and Content Manager position for Kleinfeld Bridal. From 2016 to 2017, Samantha also worked as a Social Media Strategist for XO Group (now The Knot Worldwide)’s National Sales and Custom Content Studio Team. She oversaw all social media posts relating to national sales and customer content. In 2019, Samantha was promoted to Director of Social Media and Content for Kleinfeld Bridal. Samantha also continues to work as a freelance social media and digital marketing strategist.
Education
Samantha graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She spent the four years as a NCAA Division 1 athlete on SDSU’s Women’s Golf team.
