Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison's Wedding Photos & Details
Shortly after their 2023 engagement, Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison hired a team of planners from Gro Floral and Event Design to help bring their "elegant Western" wedding theme to life. "From the start, Ryan and I just really wanted to create a day that wasn't just a series of events—but a heartfelt experience that centered around emotions, comfort, intimacy, and genuine moments with the people we love the most," the bride explained to Vogue. "[Our planner] shaped my dream wedding better than I could have ever imagined."
Kicking off the wedding weekend, the couple enjoyed time with their guests at a historic Western bar in downtown Dallas for the welcome reception, complete with a mariachi band and a DJ. "It was the ideal way to begin our wedding festivities, surrounded by all the people we love in a place that feels like home."
Considering the wedding took place on the bride's family property, she got ready with her sisters inside the home they grew up in. Harrison wore Galia Lahav's Maya gown, a mermaid silhouette dress with embroidered flowers, off-the-shoulder straps, and a low illusion back. "It was the one the second I tried it on," she told the outlet. "My sister Caroline insisted over and over again that I had to walk down the aisle in it."
In keeping with the niche dress code, Bingham wore a tailored tuxedo with custom-made cowboy boots and an authentic cowboy hat from American Hat Co.
During the ceremony, which Harrison described as "something out of a fairytale," she also shared vows with her husband's children. "There was a palpable sense of love and energy in the air, a kind of magic that's hard to describe," she recalled. "It was a moment so raw and filled with emotion, it perfectly captured everything we felt about stepping into this new chapter together."
At the reception (which notably took place inside Texas's oldest dance hall), Harrison changed into a shimmering Netta BenShabu dress that she paired with long lace gloves. Guests enjoyed authentic Southern cuisine, including cornbread and caviar, smoked wagyu ribs, chicken fried steak, corn on the cob, wood-fired pizzas, and tacos for a late-night snack.
After sharing a first dance to one of Bingham's original songs, "Automated," the couple hired the band Straight Tequila Night to play a constant stream of '90s country hits. Before the night ended, the newlyweds surprised their guests with a "cosmic cowboy" afterparty, complete with neon lights and a disco saddle that hung from the ceiling.
Although the duo appeared to leave the reception in a Cadillac, they actually circled the block before going back inside Harrison's home to continue partying with their wedding party. "We kept the celebration going into the wee hours, dancing in my family's living room," Harrison told Vogue. "It was the perfect ending to a perfect night—and honestly, we couldn't have imagined it any better."
Inside Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison's Love Story
While fans of Yellowstone know that Ryan Bingham and his wife Hassie Harrison met on the set of the drama series, the couple divulged more details in their interview with Vogue—including how her mother helped facilitate their romance. "Our story is thanks to my mom," Harrison explained. "She and Ryan met by chance through a mutual friend at a charity event in Dallas during a production break. I wasn't there, but it just happened to be during a time when both Ryan and I were transitioning into new chapters of our lives. They got to talking and discovered just how many Texas-based friends and acquaintances we had in common—so sensing an opportunity, she encouraged Ryan to give me a call."
She continued, "It's still a wonder to us to this day that our paths hadn't crossed sooner given all our shared connections back home. It truly was one of those serendipitous moments that make you realize life has a way of bringing people together at precisely the right time and place."
After they began dating in 2023, Bingham proposed to Harrison privately at home. Then, after secretly asking for her father's blessing, he popped the question again over an elegant dinner: "It was a night that captured everything right, effortless, and genuinely beautiful about what we love most about one another and the relationship we've built together."
