Book Your Own RV

Consider sourcing your own RV through Outdoorsy. We recommend opting for delivery service on Thursday or Friday with pickup on Sunday or Monday to ensure a seamless arrival. This way, your RV will be ready and waiting for you on-site, fully equipped and prepared for your stay. No need to worry about setting up or navigating unfamiliar roads – simply arrive, unpack, and start making memories. Plan to be "self-contained"—ask your vendor if they will provide a generator, fuel, water, grey water disposal, etc. The venue does not have RV hookups or water sources for RV camping. If you book through an external vendor, please let us know the anticipated delivery date/time so we can assist with load-in. Tent Camping

Off-Site Lodging Packages

There are several hotels and vacation rentals in the Mebane area. If you aren't staying on-site, we recommend staying in or near Mebane, as it is a 15-minute commute to the venue. Though Chapel Hill &amp; Greensboro appear nearby on the map, you can expect a longer commute of 30- to 55-minutes, depending on traffic.

Are there restrooms & showers on-site?

That's why our venue boasts (4) fully-equipped restrooms with running water and (2) full-sized showers, complete with changing stalls for your convenience. There are also several porta potties strategically located throughout the farm.

Can we bring our kids?

Daly Whaley Fest is an adults-only affair. We adore your little ones! However, for safety purposes and out of respect for the property owners, we kindly ask that you leave the kiddos under 12 at home. The farm is an expansive property that could prove perilous for small children, given that there will be open flames and bonfires, unfenced water sources like ponds and creeks, rusty farm equipment, etc. Seize this opportunity to get a sitter, let loose, and enjoy a well-deserved grown-ups' night (or weekend) out!

How do we get around?

Everything you need is within walking distance. For guests with mobility concerns, we will have a golf cart on the property to assist in transporting you from the parking and camping areas to the main reception area. If you have access to a golf cart or want to rent one, you are welcome to bring it to use at the event. If you are arriving after dark, please plan to park at the main entrance parking lot and walk in to set up your camp. Please do not drive vehicles on the property after dark.

What's the attire?

Casual elegance! Dress to impress while keeping comfort in mind for dancing under the stars. Cocktail or flowy dresses, boots, button-downs, suits, and slacks all get the thumbs up. Avoid stilettos – grassy fields and gravel roads are part of the adventure. Focus on feeling fabulous and get ready to celebrate!

What do I pack?

Bring what you need to be comfortable, but we recommend a few items in particular, especially for those who are staying on site. - Boots or closed toed shoes for walking at night- Flashlight or headlamp- Water bottle- Sunscreen- Bug spray- Warm layers (it's starting to get cool at night)- Rain jacket/poncho/umbrella (just in case)

Is there cell service on the property?

Yes, there is LIMITED service on the property for some carriers. But, please note that many parts of the route do not have service. It is highly recommended that you either download the map in advance or start navigation from your point of origin to ensure that your directions remain active even if you lose service.

Are there any medical facilities nearby?

Yes, there are a few medical facilities close by. Once upon a time, in the picturesque town of Eagle, Colorado, a music festival set the stage for a love story that was to unfold in the most unexpected of ways. It was the summer of 2019 and music filled the mountain air as the Bonfire Block Party kicked off in Eagle, Colorado. Two hours from home, Rachel found herself working at the box office. Little did she know she would meet her future husband while reminding lingering guests to finish their last call beers during egress. Enter Zach, who was there after being "volun-told" to work the event by his friend and matchmaker, Erinn Hoban. As attendees slowly filtered out for the night, Rachel and Zach struck up a conversation that led to an immediate connection. There was no way Zach was leaving without getting her number, even if they did live hours apart. A casual chat under the starlit sky marked the beginning of something extraordinary.

They met up in Denver a few weeks later for their very first date. The date was nothing short of magical, a perfect blend of laughter, shared stories, and an unmistakable connection. It went so well that they didn't want to wait for the whims of time and distance; they met again the very next day for a second date, knowing it would be a while before their paths could cross again. And as the adage goes, the rest is indeed history.

Over the years, their long-distance bond grew stronger through outdoor adventures, a shared love of cooking and delicious food, and incredible memories as they traveled to destinations around the world.

After almost four years of cultivating love and partnership, Zach knew he wanted to embark on the next adventure. While enjoying the beauty of Thailand, he proposed to Rachel on the beach at Naka Island, surrounded by stunning scenery at low tide on a stormy afternoon. Of course, she ecstatically said yes!

They celebrated their engagement with close friends and family in June 2023, nearing the anniversary of when they first met back at that small mountain town festival that changed the course of their lives.

Now, as they approach their five-year anniversary in June 2024, Zach and Rachel continue to dance to the rhythm of their shared passions. Their love is a melody composed of travel, outdoor adventures, a commitment to building community, and a shared love for cooking and relishing good food. Their story is more than a series of events; it’s a celebration of moments, laughter, and love that continue to grow. PARTY REMINDERSGreetings, friends and family! As we eagerly anticipate your arrival for our engagement party in Eagle, Colorado, we wanted to share a few extra details and reminders to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The Impacts of High Altitude: Eagle is at 6,600’ above sea level. The high altitude can catch people off guard, particularly those traveling from lower elevations. Remember to wear sunscreen even on seemingly overcast days, as the UV rays are stronger at higher altitudes. Staying hydrated is also critical - it helps your body acclimate and reduces the effects of altitude sickness.&nbsp; Look for the Balloons on the gate to Castle Peak Meadows Estates - that's your cue that you're in the right place! Our driveway is the first one on the right after the gate and will be marked with balloons for easy identification.&nbsp; Parking: As you enter the driveway, park on the East Fence Line (to the left). Be sure to park in line with other vehicles and avoid blocking other cars from leaving. Please Leave Furry Friends at Home: With the day's activities and number of guests, we kindly request that you leave your dogs home for this event. Restrooms: We have rented a porta-potty to be used as the primary restroom facility for the event. There are also two bathrooms on the lower level of the main home. Swim &amp; Chill: Remember to pack your swimsuits if you’re up for a refreshing dip in the pond or hot tub. If you're local, please bring a towel and a camp chair.&nbsp; Bring Layers: Summer evenings in the mountains can cool off quickly once the sun sets –&nbsp;we recommend bringing layers to stay warm.
