12th Street Florist

I bought flowers for Valentine's Day and paid for them 2 days prior. The woman I spoke to was very nice Ahe took my order and we spoke for a little while. I even called back within an hour list to make sure rha everything was correct On the evening of the 13 at 4:30 before they closed I thought about adding a balloon. I called and got the voice mail. The next morning I called to see if I could ass it and got a voice mail. An hour later got the voice mail. I left a message and wvwn sent an email to see what time the flowers would arrive and if it was still possible to add a balloon . Still a voice mail finally one saying they were to busy to answer the phone. The flowers still have not been delivered and the business closes at 4:30 and it is now 3:30. I am really disappointed that they dont have the decency to at least answer the phone. They had no problem running my credit card

I used 12th Street for my wedding and they were great. Really flexible and helpful. The flowers on the day were beautiful and delivered on time, which is the best!

I have purchased a dozen roses for delivery to my wife's work for several years now. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with 12th Street Florist, until today. I ordered a dozen lavender roses to be delivered today. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, and they should be for $73.39, but they are clearly pink colored roses with lavender accents. So, I called 12th Street Florist and explained the incorrect order my wife had received. Instead of addressing the mistake the female told me they were lavender roses she received. I told her no, they are clearly pink. She then placed me on hold to check my order to confirm I ordered lavender roses. She then came back on the phone and told me I did order lavender roses. I told her those clearly are NOT lavender roses. She then became argumentative and insisted they are lavender. I told her that next year I will take my business elsewhere. I don't mind the order mix up because the flowers are beautiful, BUT own your mistake. 12th Street Florist just lost a yearly customer.

12th St Florist created my vision perfectly. The flowers were gorgeous and I wanted to keep my bouquet forever. We didn't do anything super fancy (1/2 centerpieces and 1/2 single flowers in wine bottles -6 per table) but the quality of flower, the spot on color, and the perfect style of decorating was everything I wanted. Cathi was the designer I worked with and she was so helpful. She even responded to an email I sent at 1am the morning before the wedding. I plan on using them for future floral needs.
