1620 Winery @ Cordage Park

We had the absolute best time at our wedding at 1620 Winery. Everyone was blown away by the venue and the unique space for each part of the evening. Jenn and her team made everything seamless day of and we did not need to worry about anything. The food and drinks were also fantastic. So happy we chose to 1620 for our special day!

My husband and I just got married at the 1620 winery this weekend. We couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. Jenn the coordinator gave clear communication from the start. Whenever we had questions she answered right away. We chose the venue because it is so nice inside it doesn’t even need decoration. I am allergic to flowers so really wanted a place that didn’t need to be dressed up. Day of the wedding it was pouring out. Guests were able to easily be dropped at the door for shuttle service and were inside the venue for the whole night. Everyone loved the flow of the event, being able to be in one location for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We really appreciated that the 1620 staff took care of us as the bride and groom. They made sure we had our own plate of appetizers right before cocktail hour, continuously filled our drinks/water, and kept a close eye to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t recommend this staff and venue enough.

Jenn and her team are absolutely amazing! They made every step of the wedding planning process smooth and manageable. The day of was stress free for myself and my family because we knew Jenn had everything handled and would take care of any bumps in the road if they came up. The food was outstanding and the venue itself is picture perfect. We could not have made our wedding day better even if we tried. 1620 is perfect!

We had such a wonderful experience with 1620 Winery from beginning to end! The venue itself is so beautiful and unique, it was the perfect setting for our October wedding. We had a large wedding with over 200 guests. Jenn and Ashley were amazing and helped us figure out the best floor plan and timeline of events taking into account the size of the group. The whole wedding was executed seamlessly. The service of the entire team, coordinators, chef, waitstaff and bartenders, was truly unmatched and made such a different for us, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the Winery. We can't recommend the venue and team enough!

We can't say enough good things about 1620 Winery. We had our wedding here this summer, and it went beautifully and seamlessly thanks to Jenn & the team. What first caught our attention about 1620 was the tiered pricing based on the type of wedding you wanted. We appreciated not feeling nickel and dimed every step of the way for every decision that was made. The venue is beautiful, and the wine and food are great, but the standout is how easy everything was made from beginning to end. Jenn simplified everything for us, was flexible in accommodating some of our less traditional ideas (having the ceremony in the middle room; having guests process to us instead, etc.), and provided much needed feedback and ideas on how to work around some of our less practical ideas. She coordinates seamlessly with the staff and other vendors, so much so that it really felt like we had no idea how everything pulled together, and if anything went wrong, we were none the wiser. The whole team at 1620 Winery put together a beautiful, stress-free day for us!

After we toured 1620 Winery at Cordage Park, we immediately got in the car and said to each other that we should book it for our July 2023 Wedding. We have zero regrets! It was so beautiful and unique as a venue. We loved the convenience of everything being in one place- and so did our guests! We also loved that although it is primarily an inside venue (with air conditioning for a summer wedding!), there is a large outside deck for guests to enjoy. Logistics and planning were a dream. They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.

The best venue ever! Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing. So accommodating and willing to work with us to help make our day so amazing. Jenn and her team took care of everything. Once we dropped off our decorations the day before the big day, everything was all taken care of - we didn't have to worry about a thing. On the day of our wedding, the whole team at 1620 Winery was fantastic. From making sure all of our details and decorations were on display, to helping make everything run so smoothly, the day was perfect. Cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people that work here. Would highly recommend to any couple!

We got married in what felt like the heart of COVID. January 2021. I'll be honest wedding planning was stressful for me, and postponing just didn't feel like it was in our journey. Jenn not only understood that, she made the most memorable day happen. We were readjusting the plan legitimately up until day of. Jenn's creativity and dedication to making our wedding happen 1. Safely 2. Memorably and 3. In a way that felt authentic and unique to us was amazing. Our wedding day is truly a story for the books... livestreamed, split rooms, cardboard cutouts, last minute minister, party bus for two, the list goes on. Jenn took the chaos and made it into a forever memory. Thank you Jenn, thank you 1620. Truly a beautiful venue, especially if you like me are a lover of wine. Be sure to take pictures everywhere, because the whole place is worth capturing. I wish we could go back just for another photo shoot sometimes, truly gorgeous. Oh and did I say the foods amazing? I'm honestly forever grateful with how our wedding turned out in what felt like such an uncertain time.

Wow! I cannot say enough of how AMAZING this venue is! My husband and I got married 10.01.22 and our guests have not stopped talking about how much fun our wedding was! Jenn Brouder and the staff at the 1620 are truly so amazing and professional! All thanks to them for making our day so special and enjoyable! We loved seeing all our guests happy and having a great time! We had booked this venue out back in October of 2020. My husband and I had toured many wedding venues from resorts to gardens to barns to estates/mansions. Not only were we focusing on the venue itself but also the area where the venue was as well. We had a lot of guests coming from out of town so for us it was important to accommodate our guests to have things to do in the area whom were not in the wedding party. All the places we looked at were either A. Not everything was included in the price of the venue (had to deal with rentals and getting a wedding planner) B. The space needed more additional decor and C. There was nothing else to do in the area. When I finally toured the 1620 Winery with my mom and sister (my husband could not go) I instantly fell IN LOVE with the venue. I instantly knew walking it, this is it. THIS is the one! My sister had recommended the venue since she knew someone who had gotten married there. It had checked off all the boxes of everything we were looking for. The venue fit the esthetic that we wanted (rustic elegance), the venue came with an day of event coordinator and didn’t have to worry about renting chairs and tables, the space itself is gorgeous as is and really did not need a lot of Additional decor, and the area of Plymouth has so much to offer and so much history and things to do. This also is a popular area of thanksgiving time, which represented our dating anniversary so it just seemed so right. The owner Raquel was super personable and really enjoyed getting to know her and talking about the space! I instantly fell in love and had to take my husband to see the venue instantly. We had went there for brunch to try there food before we decided to go with them. The food was delicious and Shane loved the rustic space as well so right then and there we were committed to move forward Throughout the whole planning, the event coordinator Jenn made everything so easy and effortless! She answered all of our questions promptly (we had many) and was so attentive through out the whole planning and the days leading up to the event and the event itself! The day of event could have not turned out better! Her and her assistant (blonde hair forgot her name) was so attentive to me and Shane all night and always made sure we had a drink in our hands and kept asking us if we needed anything! We were a little bit behind schedule during cocktail hour (a little picture family drama but that was not the venues fault was more ours for not keeping track of time) but Jenn made sure for us not to stress out about it and kept telling me to “don’t be sorry” This venue is a dream and could have not asked for a better place to get married! All our guests raved about the venue and got compliments all night about the venue itself! We got compliments non stop about the food! Every selection we made for the menu everyone said each item was delicious. A lot of our guests said this hands down was one of the top 3 weddings they have ever been to! Thank you 1620 winery! Me and Shane can’t wait to come back and visit and do a dinner or wine tasting here!

We were able to have our dream wedding at 1620 Winery - we enjoyed every part of wedding planning from the initial tour (our first and only venue we looked at) through the wedding day. Jenn was an incredible coordinator - responsive, detail-oriented, and willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure we had a perfect day (Ashley too!) We continue to receive the highest of praise from our guests for our wedding - the space itself, the wines, and most importantly the food! Everything was 10/10.

Beautiful venue with caring, helpful staff. Jenn (wedding coordinator) was very easy to work with! The professionalism and combined experience of the entire team made our reception as enjoyable & stress-free as a wedding can be, which was even more amazing considering we planned our wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic. The 1620 Winery was absolutely beautiful on its own and we were able to use their wine barrels free of charge as part of our décor. We got so many comments on how beautiful and unique the space was, as well as compliments on the food! We are so happy to have the 1620 Winery as a part of our memories of our perfect wedding day and we can’t thank Jenn and her team enough!

From the moment we walked into the winery and were greeted by the sight of the chandelier in the main room, we were goners. Jenn was a dream to work with. She is so knowledgeable, and she cares, truly cares about her brides and grooms. The day of our wedding was magical and we have 1620 Winery at Cordage Park to thank for that. From the staff, to the bartenders, to the amazing food, we have only good things to say. We were not disappointed, and you won't be either.

We had our wedding here in October 2021 and it was a dream come true! The venue is gorgeous and has a warm, cozy vibe which is exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed meeting the Owner's and the staff was so wonderful to work with. Jenn is simply THE BEST. The food and wine was delicious. Our guests had so many nice things to say about everything! I wish we could relive this day over and over!

The venue alone speaks for itself; It is absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a unique location that your guests will talk about for years, this is it! Our wedding was so gorgeous thanks to the most incredible wedding coordinator, Jenn Brodeur. Jenn and her co-worker Ashley, plus their entire team, were able to make my wedding vision come to life. They allowed me to bring in all of my decor, in which the staff transformed the entire venue into my dream wedding space. Jenn, Ashley, and the 1620 crew put in an unbelievable amount of effort for my wedding. We were so lucky to have them. If you're looking for a coordinator that will support you leading up to and on your actual wedding day, you will be in good hands with Jenn. From all the stress of the pandemic, postponing, and a few other bumps in the road, they were the most supportive and accommodating during the entire process. In addition to all of the above, the food and drinks are OUTSTANDING. We went with the deluxe menu which was perfect for what my husband and I wanted. The chef let us have a vegan dish on the menu for our guests (which was a great gesture). Our family and friends complimented the food and drinks; especially the 1620 Winery's wine. The bar will have the most popular wines available at your wedding day. A few of my guests are wine connoisseurs and let me tell you, they loved 1620's wine! Also, we were able to have a special signature drink on the menu. The dance floor space was sufficiently large enough for all of us to get our groove on. We went with a DJ, but there is certainly large enough space to have a band or live musician. Our guests had a blast during our big day. The photos and videos from our 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park wedding are stunning; The exposed brick back drop, back wine barrel filled room, beautiful staircase lit up with decorations, and a breath-taking chandelier. If you're considering a wedding here, Google image 1620 Winery weddings and you'll see exactly what I mean. Not only is the interior of the space awesome, but it's right on the ocean so if you're looking for wedding photos on a beachy- area, you have that option too. Plus, there are railroad tracks right outside the winery for an industrial vibe. 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park is an incredible wedding venue. I am so happy I chose this location 100000/10 recommend!

BEAUTIFUL venue with fantastic food, staff, and atmosphere! The wedding coordinator, Jenn did a fantastic job making my vision come to life and everyone there was a pleasure to work with. For months after the wedding, I got countless messages from family and friends saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. I highly recommend this venue!!! Plus, they allow dogs to be in your wedding party :)

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and specifically working with Jenn! Jenn is an absolute dream to work with, she is communicative, kind, friendly and has great attention to detail! She handled all of my questions and requests with grace and I felt very confident leading up to the wedding day that every little detail would be perfect. On the wedding day, the staff at 1620 were unbelievable. All of the waitresses, bartenders, and of course Jenn, were so attentive to us and made us feel really special. Our guests have told us so many times what a unique wedding space it was and how cozy and inviting the space felt. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We loved having our wedding at the 1620 winery at cordage park. From the beginning, they made us feel comfortable and like they really cared about our vision for our wedding. Some vendors that we looked at felt super impersonal, but they cared about every detail and wanted to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned. Working with Jenn also was amazing. Anything that I needed on the day of, they got for me. The venue was perfect and did not require very much decorating in order to look great. Additionally, they made it super easy to choose everything and were up front about all of the costs. All of our guests raved about how awesome this venue was.

I highly recommend 1620 Winery at Cordage Park! Our day went so smoothly, my husband and I didn’t need to worry about a thing. Jenn handled set up, communicated with our vendors, and coordinated the wedding for us. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and we got many compliments from our guests on the food. I cannot put into words how amazing our day was at 1620 Winery. The whole evening was absolutely magical. Jenn and the team created the most wonder atmosphere for us, from the day of schedule, to the food, to the décor, everything was perfect. We had so many guest come up and tell us how beautiful the venue was and how the amazing the food was. The next day my husband and I kept saying how the evening was better than we could have ever imagine. Two weeks later we are still getting calls and texts about our wedding and how amazing everything was. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

I do not think I can put into words how absolutely perfect our wedding at 1620 was. We went through the daunting task of postponing multiple times, just like so many other couples, but I could not have held it together without the support and love that was shared by Jenn and the 1620 team. The day went off just as I had always imagined. Jenn was 6 steps ahead of everything which made for my husband and I being present for all of the amazing moments that were unfolding during our day. Our family and friends could not get over the beauty that is 1620 winery and how "at home" it made everyone feel. Jenn worked so closely with me throughout the wedding planning process and is the most genuine, honest and positive person I have come across in quite some time. It was a dream come true marrying my husband at 1620 and I am so honored that I will forever have the memories of this venue, Jenn, the 1620 wedding team and all our family and friends making up what was the most magical day of our lives, our wedding day.

I am still on cloud 9 from our wedding at 1620! I am so happy I was lucky enough to have my wedding there. There are so many things to compliment them for, but I really want to review the service we received while working with 1620, because now having gone through the process of planning a wedding, this is the most important factor in choosing a venue. Our initial venue tour was scheduled by the event coordinator, Jenn, but when arriving, we were so surprised to be met by the owner, Raquel! She sat us down, got to know us, explained all the hard work her and her husband have put into the building and this really impressed us, as we felt so welcome! From there, Jenn was our point of contact for the 2 years of planning and all I can say is WOW. She is amazing at what she does. Jen was my saving grace through Covid-rescheduling. She and the owners were SO understanding and accommodating. We never had to worry about anything working with them throughout the rescheduling. Jenn’s calm & patient demeanor is exactly what a bride needs to have in a coordinator when planning a wedding. She is so down to earth, yet an executor – she takes notes and everything went exactly as planned. Our day finally arrived, and Jen and her staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect from the schedule, the food, the people, the décor, EVERYTHING. They made it all about us and our day, and didn’t let us forget that, which I am forever grateful for. We had one server dedicated to us the whole day and night, Kelly, who is outstanding! She kept us sane, fed and happy throughout the Wedding. I am so grateful to her. You rock Kelly! Lastly, I’d like to point out that they went as far as to pack up my décor nicely and neatly for me to pick up the next day. SO nice of them. Venue: Speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous. Food: AMAZING – everyone complimented it & enjoyed their meals. Even the cheese from our charcuterie board was some of the best cheese I’ve ever had. They have plenty of options to choose from and everything was served warm and delicious! That’s hard to find in a venue! Finally, I can’t say enough great things about this venue and Jenn & Raquel. I’m so thankful to them, and would recommend this as the best venue in New England!

I had the most amazing experience with our venue from start to finish! Our wedding was postponed due to the pandemic. This was extremely stressful and overwhelming, but Jen was able to console and support me through the entire process. I had very little idea of what I wanted my wedding to “look” like. Jen was so flexible and understanding. She was willing to take the time to meet with me and respond to my countless emails to make our wedding day perfect. I speak so highly of this venue and its staff. There is no other venue like this locally. Brides, take advantage of this hidden gem!

We could not have been happier with 1620 Winery for our wedding venue (and with the 1620 Wine Bar for our rehearsal dinner!)! They were so supportive with every step in the planning process, and there were MANY steps due to COVID delays. Together, we planned 3 weddings before the actual event took place, but in each iteration of the plan, Jenn was so helpful and supportive, making sure everything would work out and that we were happy and remained excited about our wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and our guests were amazed at just how smoothly everything went. The food at both the rehearsal dinner (tapas and flatbreads) and the wedding reception (swordfish and short ribs) was incredible! We know a lot of couples say they don't get to eat at their wedding, but we made sure we did since everything was delicious! The lay-out of the winery is perfect for moving from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing to relaxing by the fireplace when you need a break from the dance floor. We really can't speak highly enough of this venue and the management team, which supports you at every turn. They had great vendor suggestions and we ended up with an amazing team that made our wedding unforgettable. We will forever be grateful and hope to attend another wedding at the 1620 Winery as a guest soon!!

I don’t even know where to begin. Me and my husband saw this place a little over a year ago and absolutely fell in love. It is so unique and absolutely breathtaking. We were thankful enough to have our wedding here and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The staff there goes above and beyond, and Jenn, is absolutely fabulous to work with. I decided not to have a wedding planner, and To be honest I wouldn’t even know the difference because of how much the wedding venue did for us on our wedding day. They are without a doubt one of the best and I am SO glad we found this place. Don’t even second guess It, just book It.

The dynamic duo of Jenn and Glen...where do I even begin. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough for what this team did for us to make our wedding absolutely incredible. The venue is stunning, but Jenn and Glen make this place even better. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our wedding one for the books. This wedding will be so memorable for many reasons, but without them in our corner I truly believe we would have never been able to pull it off. Do yourself a favor and run (dont walk) to book this venue. We were so unbelievably lucky to have been able to be married at this venue. Book this place ASAP because I would be shocked if they aren't completely booked for the foreseeable future. This place is the perfect backdrop for an elegant, rustic and romantic wedding. Jenn and Glen are the icing on the cake, and will truly make sure you have a wedding people will be talking about for years to come. Now, how do I have you guys as my event coordinators for every party I'll need to throw?!

1620 winery was a dream come true! Jenn and Glen were so amazing the whole process I cant say enough good things about them and the entire team there! every guest we had commented how great everyone was and how beautiful the venue was! so picturesque! I literally fell in love with it the second we walked in and already miss having a reason to go back!

We challenged the 1620 Winery with an unusual Dia de los Muertos wedding theme and they truly delivered! From Jennifer's first warm welcome, we knew this was the place. She shared our excitement about the theme, made herself available for questions large and small, she and Glen managed every small, but special-to-us detail, Brent stunned with an authentic menu designed just for us. I wish we could eat like that every day. The team created a wedding atmosphere that transported all of us to Mexico for the evening. The waitstaff and bartenders were so friendly and attentive. Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect! Already there's talk that everyone wants to reconvene for a 10-year anniversary celebration with you ;)

Although the 1620 Winery at Cordage Park isn't much to look at from the outside, the inside is an amazing and beautiful space. The space is great for wedding with 100 guests up to 200, and it feels just as cozy with either size. The walls are brick and the floors are original wood planks. Large sets of sliding barn doors separate the large event space and the bar, used for the cocktail hour. These doors provide a great backdrop for pictures. We feel in love with the space immediately. Jenn Brodeur is the event coordinator and she is amazing. She made us feel at home and relaxed from the start and made the whole process super easy and stress free. Our wedding was amazing here and we loved everything about it!!

What an amazing day. Jenn and Glen were absolutely incredible to work with. I am fortunate enough that through this experience I’ve gained two new friends. This was the only venue that we looked at, we booked it immediately after walking in. The beautiful rustic feel and the warm and inviting atmosphere was just the icing on the cake. The people we’ve met through this incredible venue has really been the most wonderful part. Kate was our personal wedding “attendant” on the day of the wedding. I don’t think there are enough compliments that I could give that would describe how much of a difference she made that day. Through the whole process Jenn and Glen made planning all the way to execution fun! Let me tell you - not everyone has that experience!! The food was insane. One of the compliments I got was “if I went to a 5 star restaurant this is the kind of food I would expect”. Anyone who’s looking to get married I send them to the 1620!!!!

I truly cannot speak highly enough about 1620 Winery at Cordage Park and their staff! My (now) husband and I live in western New York and I was worried about the challenges of being long distance and planning a wedding. In the summer of 2017 we heard about the venue from my mom whom had met Jenn Brodeur at the waterfront wine bar. At that time, I reached out to Jenn who was so lovely from our first interaction. She sent pictures and ideas of the construction and we planned to visit the next time we were back. A short time later, my parents went to a bridal expo at 1620 and facetimed me. At that point I knew they were hooked. In November we went and saw the space in person, and I found myself blown away. Even with the unfinished floors, I loved the space and Jenn completely sold it to us with her vision board. We then booked for our September 2019 wedding. Jenn was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process and was so flexible with our difficult schedule having to travel back for meetings. Over the course of about two years, she helped bring our vision to life and introduced us to my true wedding dream team of vendors (shout out to Amanda with Petal Gypsy & Hallie Jade Pictures). In addition, Glen is her perfect partner and he was patient and so helpful to us with each detail of planning! My family loves Jenn and Glen so much that my dad needed to thank them personally in his speech on my wedding day. My day was absolutely everything I hoped it could be. And part of that is also thanks to Kate the most wonderful attendant! She was there every second of the day helping the entire bridal party and my family with whatever they needed! The staff is so amazing that when my sparkler send off was cancelled due to pouring rain, a handful of attendants (including Jenn, Glen and Kate) offered to stand out in the rain and hold some lit sparklers for us to get the photographs we had imagined. It was such a magical moment and my heart was overflowing with gratitude. The whole experience was a dream and my guests continue to rave about the space, staff and food. I will truly miss working with the team there and would recommend the venue the anyone! Thank you 1620, we are forever grateful!

I cannot say enough about this gorgeous venue and the incredible team staffing it. When my husband and I booked our wedding, the venue was brand new and had only hosted a handful of weddings, but we immediately knew we were in great hands with Jenn and Glen. Throughout the entire planning process, they were friendly, responsive, and helped us make our wedding vision a reality. When we arrived for our wedding, we couldn’t believe how beautifully they transformed the room (which we had previously only seen empty!) into a ceremony and reception space that far exceeded our expectations. The entire night ran flawlessly thanks to Jenn and Glen, who had every single detail thought of and attended to. We didn’t have to think for one second about what needed to happen next - they were on it - and we just got to focus on enjoying our night. For the wedding, they were also joined by Kate, who attended to us and our families and was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed (and that we remembered to eat!) Our family and friends also absolutely raved about the food - Chef Brent prepared an outstanding menu from cocktail hour through dinner! I highly recommend this beautiful venue to anyone looking for a rustic/industrial ceremony and reception space. Because of this team, we can look back at our wedding with only amazing memories!

It’s hard to believe that our wedding at 1620 Winery was over a week ago now, but we are still in utter bliss. From the very first moment my husband and I walked into 1620 Winery over a year ago, we knew that we had found our dream venue. We both looked at each other and in unison said “Wow,” but since it was the first venue we had visited we thought it may have just been our excitement. Nope, after visiting a few other venues, nothing compared, and gave us that “Wow” factor that 1620 did when we walked through their doors. I mean, have you seen that chandelier? Perfection. So, we took a leap on a venue that was still relatively new at the time and are we ever glad we did. Jenn and Glenn are a fantastic team, and they put us at ease right from the very beginning. They are both so down to earth and fun to work with, and so responsive to any question (no matter how silly). We trusted them completely to understand our vision. Our wedding day was even better than we could have ever dreamed up for ourselves. The wedding day was so smooth and seamless. They have it down pat. We didn’t worry about a thing on our wedding day, and we could both fully enjoy our magical moment. The décor is already so beautiful in the space, so we didn’t have to do much (which was great, one less thing to really think about!). The whole space is just so inviting and beautiful. And the food is outstanding. It was SO delicious. Our guests are still raving about our bacon bar! If you are contemplating 1620 Winery as your wedding venue, we cannot recommend it enough. Our evening was magical and the best day ever (I’m truly not exaggerating). I’m so sad it’s over because we can’t work with Jenn and Glen anymore, but I’m so happy we have a place that we can go back to again and again for various other events. Thank you to everyone at 1620 Winery for giving us our best day ever to date. Our wedding will be talked about for years to come because of the incredible job and attention to detail you provided us. We are so appreciative and grateful of everything you did, running events is no easy feat, and you all did it effortlessly! We will cherish our wedding at 1620 Winery forever.

My wedding was 5/4/19 at 1620 Winery. The venue is just gorgeous. Jenn and Glenn are amazing. They made everything stress free for me. My wedding came out beautiful and they made sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole time. Would definitely recommend this venue!!

We got married here in January 2019 - my review is VERY overdue but better late than never to leave a review for the talented team at 1620 Winery! Both Jen and Glen were great throughout the planning process. We were one of the first weddings to book, so we weren't sure what to expect but the process was so easy!! Very low-key with no stress. As an event planner for a living, I had the vision of doing everything myself the day of - but every time I turned around, Jen/Glen or their staff was already on top of it :) Made my life SO EASY as we were getting ready, and I couldn't have asked for a better team! The waitstaff was so attentive to our wedding party, making sure we always had drinks and food in our hands. We had the best day ever. Highly recommend this venue - the space came out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I am still receiving compliments from friends and family, months later!! We had our eyes set on the 1620 Winery from the minute it opened and we are so happy with our decision to have our special day there. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the Winery and everything was perfect. The space itself is so beautiful for a Fall wedding, from the brick to the wood beams and floors and the working fireplace, it's a dream. It was the perfect amount of cozy but also spacious enough for our wedding of 180 guests. Jenn and Glen make a great team and they made us feel very comfortable from the start of our journey to the big day. They have a solution for anything and made us feel so special. The wait staff was very attentive, and Chef Brent is fantastic - our guests really enjoyed the late night taco bar! We've heard from our guests that the bar service was the best they've ever had at a wedding!! We couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding and we would recommend the 1620 Winery 100%!

Jen and Glen were organized, professional and caring. They were clear about all of the details of the day, and everything worked out smoothly. They helped us to feel confident about our decision. The venue is beautiful, the food is great, and the waitstaff were attentive and helpful. Our friends and family have been complimenting our wedding ever since!

From the beautiful fire place, stained oak and wine barrels, it had the warm rustic feel we were looking for, all the while being newly renovated. The food was fantastic (and not just compared to other wedding food). Chef Brent and his staff did an amazing job with the menu and cooking delicious meals. (we needed alot of customization with some guests food allergies, and Brent was extremely accommodating.) I cannot say enough about how helpful Jenn and Glenn were from the time we booked the venue until after the wedding was over. They were so good at getting back to me quickly with honest answers to all of my questions. They helped family members and bridesmaids who were also part of the planning process. From when we first looked at the venue pre-construction, to walking in on the night of our reception, we have always been amazed at how beautiful and unique this space was! Jenn walked us through the whole process and made us feel so comfortable and we loved working with the whole 1620 Winery team. Everything went perfectly at our reception, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. All of our guests were amazed with the space and how "us" it was! We were lucky enough to have the fireplaces going during the reception, and it was so cozy and inviting without overheating the space. The food and bar options were very customizable and they could cater to our specific needs (ie: gluten free). The space felt very authentic, and the way they worked the rope into the decor, like on the bar, was beautiful. We also enjoyed the wine on tap! The grape arbor chandelier and the barrel room were perfect as well. Highly highly recommend!

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect weekend thanks to 1620 Winery! As someone who loves reviews, it was slightly nerve-wracking to book a venue that hadn't even had a wedding yet. But Jenn and Glen eased any nervousness I may have had throughout all of our interactions together via email and in person when visiting the winery. We really wanted a unique and rustic venue, which can be hard to find in MA, and as wine-lovers this was perfect. The venue itself is so beautiful and I loved that we didn't have to overdo it on decor because of what is already there. We also did our rehearsal dinner at their Wine Bar downtown and our friends and family raved about the space and food; we were excited to say just wait until tomorrow! Brent, the chef, was great to work with at our tasting and our guests absolutely loved the food from appetizers (must try the lobster mac!) to dinner. We also have to give a shout out to our server Kate who was so sweet, helpful and there for us all evening and at our rehearsal. We loved how they set up all of the decor we had brought in and it felt so nice to trust that whatever they did, would be amazing! The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was so smooth and our guests enjoyed being in the space for the entire night. We cannot wait to see all of our pictures from the day and see what our photographers did with the space, which they said they also had a blast working at. Jenn, Glen and the staff made us feel so relaxed the day of our wedding, that we were able to truly enjoy the evening and take it all in. We could not have asked for a better experience working with 1620 Winery during such an exciting time in our lives and you will not regret it!

We had our wedding here on Nov 3rd and we couldn't have asked for a better venue! We attended their first bridal expo as they were still making the finishing touches on the newly renovated space and we immediately fell in love. From the high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors to the big fireplace and amazing chandeliers, it has so much character that it'd be difficult to find something as unique. Words simply cannot do the space justice and is a must see! Every member of 1620's staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They have a sense of a tight knit family that you immediately feel a part of when meeting with them. Jenn and Glen are absolutely the "dream team" as they helped us plan our day to every last detail. I trusted them both 100% with every aspect and they never let me down. Jenn, the event coordinator, was always quick to respond to my texts or emails that ranged from big questions to tiny nit picky ones and that was HUGE! Glen, the banquet manager, was so helpful and gracious for all my detail oriented requests and never bat an eye. Brent, the chef, made an amazing 5 course dinner for our wedding and all my guests are still raving about the food, especially the steak and soup! When we did our tasting, he explained everything about the menu to us and even let us add our own little touches. Thank you Jenn, Glen and the whole 1620 team for an incredible experience! Hands down, 5 stars all around for this amazing venue!!

When we first laid our eyes on the 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park it was in the early stages of construction but I knew from that moment that it was the perfect place for our wedding reception! It had all of that elegant, rustic, one-of a kind charm that we were looking for! Jenn is an absolute delight and from the beginning we felt that we had the best event coordinator! And then you add in Glen, the banquet manager, and it is truly a dynamic duo that the winery has. We can't say enough good things. They made our wedding reception and our wedding day absolutely perfect! Our guests also have had nothing but rave reviews about the venue and the food!!

We got married in September and the venue did not disappoint. In fact, it was Hands down AMAZING! Jenn and Glenn were OUTSTANDING! The venue, the service, the staff, everything was flawless. Anyone who is engaged and interested in a unique and beautiful venue, wants to work with staff who are unmatched in the business, and have guests talking for weeks, PLEASE look here! Matt & I had the most incredible wedding a few weeks ago with Jenn & Glenn and the entire 1620 Winery team. We cannot say enough stellar things about the people that made our day shine or the space that is so perfect. THANK YOU. The venue itself blends rustic with modern, but with a feel of traditional elegance. The space feels uniquely vibrant and still has all of the sought-after touches of a must-have wedding venue. The attention to detail is unmatched from the overall design of the space to all of the finishings. The custom stone fireplace, wooden beams, ornate grapevine chandelier, integration of rope throughout the venue for a true "cordage" feel -- the design is seamless and boasts beautiful lighting - WOW! Our guests LOVED the patio. We saw countless Instagram pics of our party-goers (safely) on the train tracks - they enjoyed the amazing and unique setting and outdoor space from cocktail hour until last call! What a breathtaking place. It was ideal for wedding ceremony on site (although you can also just host your reception here); we took pics inside and outside - pictures near the smokestack was a cool experience. The staff flipped the space so quickly during cocktail hour, and they are there to be your team -- total professionals thru and thru. Jenn (Event Coordinator) — she was calm & collected, had our 100% trust, never showed any sign of stress, and all the while we knew she had a command of all of our wants & needs. She accommodated every question, and made it all work. Jenn never wanted us to worry about anything and from start to finish was a great communicator, transparent, and clarified our questions - never made us feel like we were being a pain or asking a dumb question. And always full of ideas and solutions for making our day perfect. Talking with Jenn is effortless; she is relatable and smart as heck! Thank you!! :) Glen (Banquet Manager) — defines going above and beyond to make sure the entire operation came together seamlessly, from centerpiece set up, perfect linen, recommendations on florals, and assisting with our own decorations. He has an eye for picture-perfect set ups! Doing more than we could have imagined, Glen helped us create a beautiful ceremony space as well. Total rockstar!!! The bar staff was great! There was never a line, and the Pour Guys accommodated our family-favorite requests so perfectly, including our signature cocktail. We couldn't have asked for a better team pouring beverages! Last, but not least, the Chef, Brent Clark- the food was incredible, from stationary display to late night flatbread pizzas, everything was perfect. DINNER was so delicious and guests were raving about the beef filet - WOW! The statler chicken breast is the best we’ve ever had. Quality & presentation like no other! We keep replaying this perfect day over and over and we cannot thank the team at 1620 enough for making our dream a reality. The people here are amazing, and for such a new venue, they had all their ducks in a row and made us feel like royalty. The staff here combine a well-oiled, on-time operation with high quality service designed to customize your event to you as a couple. We just wish we could do it all over again!
