I got married at 42West in September 2024 and I'm convinced it's the best wedding venue in Atlanta. Lauren is incredible and went above & beyond to help us execute a beautiful cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception (plus an amazing afterparty). We booked the venue a year in advance, and every time we came back to visit in the meantime, Lauren had made a new upgrade to the space - she expanded the bridal suite, acquired the Annex and Gallery, and expanded her furniture & decor inventory. She really took the time to understand our vision for the evening, and we valued her input & advice throughout the planning process. Other than a last name sign, we had ZERO decor budget - Lauren recreated my Pinterest board vision entirely from her own inventory. 42West's flexibility allowed us to plan an extremely personalized evening with minimal logistical stress, and their team expertly managed setup & vendor coordination. If you're comparing against other venues, 42West's biggest differentiators are: 1) No nickel-and-diming. We paid a flat price for unlimited event time and there are no surprise operational fees or taxes added on top. 2) Decor assistance. We had a low decor budget and did not prioritize aesthetics, but the wedding was still gorgeous thanks to 42West's variety of beautiful spaces and extensive furniture & decor inventory. 3) Flexibility. Lauren was very accommodating, and all venue rules are reasonable and did not feel restrictive in the slightest. We LOVED hosting our afterparty in the 42West Annex - it was one of the biggest highlights of the day - but this wouldn't have been possible at most ITP venues due to a combination of space constraints, end-time rules, or noise restrictions.

Where do I begin? Lauren is the absolute BEST person to work with. She is so understanding and willing to help in any way. She is so personable and knows exactly what her clients need. She has worked so hard on creating the perfect event space and continues to expand. Everything about 42 West is beautiful...and the bridal suite is so beautifully decorated. We are so glad we chose the perfect place for our wedding. I highly recommend having your event at 42 West and working with Lauren!

Wow I am still so in love with my wedding venue at 42West. Lauren is very knowledgeable and fun. Her girls helped set up and were there throughout the event. They even put an extra table out when we made a mistake with guest count. They have everything. Such a gorgeous space and with a bridal sweet.

A choice to go with 42 W. Entertainment was the single most pivotal decision that resulted in pure perfection for our daughter’s wedding!! The venue is truly a magical space. Resulted in beautiful photos & the sound system amazing to accommodate and highlight the live band we selected. Honestly, we experienced complete perfection hand delivered by the mastermind behind this venue. Lauren, an expert in event planning, who created this Venue directed our planning and was on the floor to direct the event. I believe her experience and passion resulted in pure perfection!!

I'm an event planner and designer who has worked with 100's of different vendors across many different states, environments, budgets, etc. Event venues are notoriously difficult to work with - they are often extremely slow/poor with communication, will nickel and dime you, won't open doors until 2-3 hours ahead of event start time (which is extremely difficult to set up and execute in such a short time), have vague or bad contracts that need to be heavily negotiated on behalf of the client, and the list goes on. Bottom line, the Atlanta area has very few venues that actually care about their clients and the outcome of their event, rather social or corporate. I run a business that cares strictly for my CLIENTS first and foremost and I expect the absolute best for all of them. 42 West truly cares about their clients. The owner is a former wedding planner and is truly a "client/service focused" owner who wants the best for our clients. Lauren went above and beyond for a client of mine, and was professional, kind, and fun to work with. My one concern was parking - it was very easily solved by hiring a valet/parking company (12 Oaks Parking, who also did a good job) and parking in adjoining lots where 42 West guests are able to park, so no hassle for guests whatsoever, even on a busy holiday weekend. 42West and Lauren were amazing! We had our ceremony outside and reception inside and outside. Both spaces are fantastic. Lauren and her team did a great job arranging the furniture and decor to look even better than we imagined and made a seamless transition from seating for the ceremony to space for our guests to dance and socialize. We loved that the space is so flexible and we were really able to set it up exactly how we wanted to have space for dancing as well as quieter spaces for people relax. The space has been so well designed and decorated that it took very little to make it look and feel the way we wanted. We can't say enough about how welcome Lauren made us and our families feel. She has put so much thought and care into this space and we are so grateful to have had our wedding here.
