This company charged our card $559 on May 28, 2019 for a tent to be brought to our wedding on June 21,2019. They never arrived and stated they could not find JW Wrigley Vineyard in Sheridan Oregon. Not only is this location on Google Map they still will not refund the $559 charged to our credit card. It has been 51 days and they said on Monday July 15th they are still "processing" the refund. They charged my card the day after this agreement regarding a tent in May and will not reimburse my card 51 days after the lack of service. Based on inept business practice of theft of service and unwillingness to reimburse I have been forced to proceed under small claims court to get money back they have had for over 51 days and unwilling to return. This is upsetting to have to get them to follow legal direction through accounts payable refunds. -Laurie and Jennifer Buettner

They were so helpful for me on my big day! They ran out of the tables I wanted but made sure to get me enough of different tables. Very nice and always replied in a quick manner! Highly recommend.

Amazing and easy to work with. Got everything I needed to make my wedding awesome!! The price was amazing and better than local companies! I strongly recommend A Covered Affair for any needs, and will diffenatly use them again!
