Rachel did such an amazing job with our wedding florals. We wanted summery peach, tangerine and coral colors with pops of yellow and eucalyptus, and that is exactly what we got! Our archway piece was beyond amazing and my bouquet was delicate and smelled so lovely!

Rachel did a spectacular job with our flowers for our wedding! I was not very specific with my request, asking for Colorado wild flowers for our wedding and Rachel went above an beyond what I envisioned! I received many compliments from guests and other vendors for the unique bouquet and could not have asked for anything better! Definitely recommend Rachel for any floral needs in the front range area!

All I can say is WOW!! Rachel and her team with A Florae is truly amazing. From the boutonnieres and bouquets to table scapes and ceremony backdrop, every detail was perfect! This is a really hard review for me to write because I do believe Rachel is a great florist. She came highly recommended from multiple vendors and, as you can see, has many 5 star reviews. Rachel did the flowers for my wedding and sadly the issue was that the bouquet colors were not what I picked, which was very shocking to see on my wedding day as the colors of the flowers are such a key part of setting the tone for the wedding. My contract listed out the color inspiration and had several inspiration photos- I wanted muted tones in champagne, tan, cream/white, copper and mauve, mixed with sage greens. The bouquets that arrived were bright and summery (my wedding was October 2021)- bright yellow, orange, red, and pink. It was such a stark difference from what I thought I was getting. The person who delivered the flowers frantically had to rearrange everything and take out the colors I didn't want. Luckily she was able to salvage the bouquets and keep some of the original color palette. I was so grateful that we could fix this and it did not ruin the day. During the planning process Rachel was great at communication and worked with my budget. After the wedding she responded quickly to what happened and apologized for the miscommunication and gave me a refund for what I asked for. My advice for future customers would be to ask for more pictures of what to expect and have additional phone conversations to clarify any details of the contract that could be misinterpreted.

Our flowers were one of the most important things to me for our wedding day. We were on a tight budget and Rachel worked with us to get within our budget and still create the vision we had. Our flowers smelled SO amazing I wanted to keep all of our centerpieces! They were absolutely stunning and Rachel knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend working with A Florae.

Rachel and her team at A Florae are absolutely incredible! I could not be happier with hiring them for our September 2021 wedding. I gave Rachel very little direction, just told her a few colors to incorporate, and she delivered stunning arrangements that I was blown away by! Rachel is truly gifted at what she does!! From the moment we made our first inquiry to our wedding day with crazy weather (rain and 60 mph winds, gotta love the mountains!), she was incredibly helpful and professional. Having not spent a lot of time on wedding planning before engagement, I had no idea what I wanted the vision of our wedding to be or which flowers I wanted. Rachel at A Florae created absolutely beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, wrist corsages, and flower girl hoop! The wrist corsages were amazing for the moms and grandmas and even went with my theme of pearls (which we hadn’t actually talked about but it was perfect!). There was not as much communication as I would have preferred and I did most of the reaching out to make sure things were on track and when I needed to pick them up. But the product was excellent!

I reached out to Rachel at A Florae for my wedding bouquet and husband's boutonnière. I sent her a link to my pinterest board and she absolutely nailed it with the colors and bouquet style. She made me a loosely styled cascade bouquet and it was perfect for our outdoor mountain mini-mony. Would definitely go back to A Florae for future flower arrangements. Plus the shop has so many cute items!

Hands down the most beautiful/perfect flowers I could have ever dreamed off. They were exactly what I pictured and am forever grateful for these talented women!!

We hired A Florae to do our wedding that we later had to postpone until 2021. We decided to elope this summer, and Rachel was so great to work with through it all. She was flexible and understanding about the date change. I asked her to design a bouquet for our elopement, and she did such a beautiful job! You can tell that she puts a lot of passion in her business. I am so happy that we decided to go with this florist!

Rachel and A florae provided our wedding florals through the Colorado Elopement Giveaway. She took the ball and ran realllllll far with it. We have never seen anything so beautiful. Every single guest was blown away and would not stop talking about how beautiful they were. She came all the way down to personally deliver and arrange the flowers. She was an absolute light and one of our new favorite people.

I can’t say enough good things about Rachel. Because of COVID-19 we changed from a wedding to an elopement, but she still made the best use out of our flowers. Everything was even better than I could have imagined! Everything held up beautifully all day long. Not to mention her personality was an absolute ball of sunshine, and she was so personable. A Florae was amazing to work with as my husband and I were in a very last minute search to find an arch rental and spray due to COVID wedding changes. Rachel was flexible, positive and willing to work with any requests we had. The arch rental was exactly what she wanted and the floral spray that she put together was gorgeous!

Rachel created the flower bouquets for my wedding and it was a dream come true! It was everything I wanted, but better. She was so thoughtful and creative in every detail. I basically didn't set down my bouquet all night because I was so obsessed with it. She was professional, helpful, and absolutely nailed it! Rachel is amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better florist and amazing human!! She is so kind, generous and helpful. I went into my consultation knowing I wanted flowers - that was about it. She walked me through it all. By the wedding day I had changed a couple things and she was always so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding - which mind you was at Mt. Princeton - she drove in and battled the wind to make sure everything was perfect. She made me two hair pieces! And it was so hard to just pick one. The flowers and greenery made the venue come alive and did everything I had asked for. She is just an amazing addition to add to your wedding planning and day!

Rachel is so freakin' talented. Being a wedding photographer of 10 years she's always who I refer to my couples, so of course I wanted her for my wedding! A wedding my husband and I whipped together in 31 days due to an illness in the family. Rachel and I had worked together before so I knew she could pull off my vision and with such short time. She's not only a wonderful artist, but a beautiful woman inside and out so I also wanted her there as a guest. She created a gorgeous crown of flowers for my hair as well as two for my nieces who couldn't stop gabbing about how much they loved them. Aunt for the win! Her work turned my brothers simple backyard and the tent we rented into a colorful fantastical world. My bouquet was huge, beautiful and full of my favorite colors which was exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you Rachel for all your hard work and talent. I'm so happy you were able to be my florist at the last minute. I wouldn't of wanted anyone else.

Did not give me exactly what I wanted. Arrangements looked different than what was originally shown to me. Did not have arrangements placed in appropriate time. I was about to walk down the aisle and heard people telling me the arrangements were not done yet (finished 10min before ceremony started). Also interrupted our first look pictures to ask me (the bride) decor questions which I found completely inappropriate. She was nice and clearly had an eye for floral decor but was not always professional.

Rachel is fun and wildly talented. She was patient with my multiple requests to meet and while I am normally a rather involved planner, her calm and confident style allowed me to let her design around a color palette and a few flower favorites. I was dying to see my flowers day of and they did not disappoint. Flowers were my thing and Rachel delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. We adore you!

Rachel went above and beyond - we only had a few ideas and she took our ideas and made the whole day gorgeous! In every photo I comment on how beautiful my bouquet was, really more than I could have imagined! Thank you!

I chose Rachel for my destination wedding in Estes Park because she does beautiful work, and had a 5 star rating. Being a Pinterest junkie with several months to plan who knew exactly what she wanted, I provided a detailed Powerpoint for her which included countless examples of bouquets/arrangements that were all the same style, provided a color palette, and let her know what my two favorite flowers were since I wanted them prominently featured. I even included pictures/names of 37 other types of flowers/filler that I would be happy to see, because I know product availability changes. The proposal/work order I signed off on matched my vision, and even included sample pictures provided by Rachel, so I was 100% confident that I would be receiving my dream flowers. Fast forward to the morning of my wedding. I received an email from Rachel saying that an assistant would be delivering the flowers due to something coming up, which I had zero problem with. When I arrived at The Music Room of the Stanley Hotel to meet her assistant, my stomach dropped. The extra cake flowers Rachel said she would be providing the day before, turned into "I didn't know you wanted cake flowers". My dramatic high/low mantle arrangement made of branches/flowers/greenery garland, was a thin "furry" fern garland and vase of silk leaves that covered about 10% of the massive mantle. My memory table full of pictures of my deceased loved ones had a small floral arrangement on it instead of the branches I requested which meant it could not even be seen behind the frames. The larger table arrangements I requested for my 6 foot round tables, ended up being a smaller less expensive size that looked way too small. Lastly, and most importantly my bohemian bouquet that was supposed to feature ranunculus, anemones (my two favorites), foliage, and lots of other filler ended up being a rose and carnation bouquet. Being that I specifically said that I didn't want to see any of the standard flowers that you would find in a grocery store/gas station, I was very confused as to how baby pink carnations made their way into my bouquet. When my fiance and I emailed Rachel to ask why the proposal I signed off on didn't match the product we received, we received no apology or explanation but instead were told not to contact her again or she would sue us for harassment. Because of this total lack of professionalism, I feel compelled to share my experience with other brides. There are lots of talented florists out there, but it's imperative to find one that acts in a professional manner, and abides by the work order their clients sign off on.

Rachel from A Florae did an extraordinary job on our florals on our big day. She took the colors I wanted and the vision I had and completely blew my mind the day of the wedding. The different texture of the arrangements were truly beautiful and timeless. Truly a work of art. She is personable throughout the process, and on the wedding day she was professional and accomodating. I couldn't have chosen better. I still think about my bouquet and love looking at our wedding photos where the flowers are front and center!

We loved working with Rachel! She was friendly, easy-going, responsive, and really made our vision come to life. Just by speaking to her once with our ideas, her proposal came back within our budget and exactly what we wanted (exceeded it really). She's such a creative genius and can take your ideas into action so effortlessly. Her style is really beautiful, lots of texture, with interesting flowers, and she was the only florist who got me peonies (out of season) - everyone else said no! I loved working with Rachel and hope to keep working with her for other events we do throughout life. I highly, highly recommend her. Her work is amazing!

Rachel at A Florae was excellent to work and executed our vision perfectly! She also worked with local growers to make sure we had locally-grown, in-season, Colorado native flowers at our wedding, which was important to us. The cost of using her was also very reasonable (especially compared to some other florists in the Boulder area). Thank you, Rachel, for everything! PS. A bit late after wedding chaos but have to say Rachel and her team at A florea made our 9.29.18 wedding flowers ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. They were completely gorgeous, everything we dreamed of and more. Rachel was an absolute doll to work with through the whole process and all of our arrangements were beyond beautiful. I do not have enough nice things to say about Rachel and A Florae. Every detail was accounted for and our flowers turned out so gorgeous I was speechless when I saw them! Rachel was so attentive and flexible with all of the little details we wanted incorporated and even added some surprises to the arrangements that blew me away. Not only did the flowers look like something out of a bridal magazine, but they fit us perfectly. The flowers still looked great over a week later and they photographed so vibrant and bright, I still have dreams about them! If you are looking for unique and gorgeous flower arrangements, look no further!

A Florae was a breeze to work with for flowers and the outcome was gorgeous! I was able to update my order several times as the needs for my wedding day changed and Rachel rolled with my every thought. The arrangements for my arch were stunning and my bouquet was full of so many interesting and unique flowers. I so impressed with her ability to take my hodge-podge of flower photos and execute what was in my mind's eye so beautifully. She worked some difficult succulents, calla lilies, roses and pincushion flowers all into one arrangement. I still get compliments on my flowers today.

We worked with Rachel and A Florae for our August 2018 wedding and could not have been happier! My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of town and Rachel was great about communicating with us via email and the phone. Rachel did an amazing job with every last arrangement she did for our wedding. Nearly all of our decoration for both the ceremony and the reception consisted of florals. She also provided us with an arch and candles for tabletop decorations. She took time to explain our options and she was so patience with us. I added things throughout the year of planning and each time I contacted Rachel she was super responsive. She was also happy to help in anyway she can. I cannot say enough good things about Rachel at A Florae. From our first meeting forward she made sure to get a clear idea of what my fiance and I had in mind for our florals, from a large arch piece down to the tiniest details of the boutonnieres. She made suggestions of flowers I didn't even know existed but ended up absolutely loving, and made sure to explain what her backup options were should any of the original flowers be out of season/unavailable. Her planning was very thorough and tailored perfectly to our style. She was early to set up the day of the wedding and made sure there was plenty of time to make adjustments if needed (we didn't need to though because everything was EXACTLY how I imagined it!). Rachel was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process - even when I was adding a boutonniere a week for a while - and her prices were incredibly reasonable. Of all the features of the wedding, the flowers were what I received the most compliments on from guests and the wedding party. We even had a family friend request to use what was left for a party the next day because they still looked so great! Of all the vendors we used, A Florae was absolutely the one we were all happiest with!

I was blown away by our flowers at the wedding and give Rachel the highest possible recommendation. As soon as I had my first consultation call with Rachel, I knew that she was the florist for our wedding. She did an amazing job giving me suggestions based on my budget and after having calls with other florists who quoted me thousands over my budget, it was so refreshing to talk to someone that was excited about what we wanted to for the wedding, but also fully understanding of the budget we were working in. With all the small details that come up with planning a wedding (especially planning a Colorado wedding while living in California), I never once had to worry about flowers, Rachel made me feel so confident that they were fully taken care of. Rachel went above and beyond day of to make sure that everything looked beautiful, and has such a positive energy about her. The highest compliment I could give Rachel actually came from my sister. After the wedding she told me: "Your flowers were beautifully done. That was what I wanted the my wedding to look like, but I didn't have someone who understood me like your florist understood you." Rachel is a floral artist! The flowers at my daughter's wedding were amazing. The bridal bouquet was magnificent - very unique - it was truly an art piece. My daughter had envisioned an aspen arch draped in fabric with flowers - Rachel offered to do the draping in addition to the flowers- she draped the velvet and adorned it with flowers - it was a show piece as the backdrop. She is also very detailed - she added flowers to the fountain at the venue.....it was such an elegant touch and elevated that area of the event. Rachel is so sweet and easy to work with, I definitely highly recommend her. If you allow her some artistic license, her creations will be glorious.

Rachel was amazing! She did a great job tying everything together with our decorations that we brought ourselves. The main table looked absolutely amazing, as did the arch that we used for the ceremony. On top of being a truly talented florist, Rachel was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She even put up with us changing our minds at least 20 times! Very dissappointed in my bouquet. I had asked for something different, - large flower, dinner plate dahlias to be specific. Understanding that they are 100% subject to the weather and how they grow, but I was told that if they weren't going to be what I invisioned we could explore other options. Being a bride, most of my other vendors kept in touch in the interim, but that was not the case. I always had to contact her just to make sure there wasn't anything I needed to do - mind you there wasn't much, just the communication would have been nice. A week or so before my wedding, I had contacted her for an update, and she sent me a picture of what the flowers were going to look like. I was so sad to see that they weren't what I wanted and she knew that they weren't as big as I had wished. But she had not offered anything else, she had told me that she could make the bouquet look fuller and that she "could not make the flower any bigger". Her comment made me sound like an idiot, I understood that that's how the flower came, came off as an annoyed. When we got the bouquets, I was SO disappointed. My bouquet was smaller than my BMs. That was the other criteria, I wanted my bouquet to be bigger and different. And it was not. That didn't ruin my beautiful day but I am disappointed that I paid and tipped her for an order she did not fulfil. I would not recommend Rachel

Rachel is an absolute joy to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable and strives to meet your every need. You can tell she has a true passion and love for what she does and those qualities shine through in her work and kind, accommodating personality. Rachel with A Florae is so talented and went above and beyond anything we had envisioned. The first meeting we had with her was so easy. We had brought photos and a general idea of what we were wanting. She offered so many extra ideas that would add to our wedding, everything from décor ideas, seating options and of course flowers. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. She did an amazing arrangement of ranunculus, roses, orchid, thistle, and dusty miller. The colors she picked were very elegant and romantic. The made our pictures have an extra pop of color with the snow falling. Rachel was so wonderful to work with. She is very upbeat, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely talented. I emailed her two pictures of the look I was going for and she was able to create gorgeous bouquets within the budget I gave her. The arrangement she did for the ceremony arch was even better and much more elaborate then what I had envisioned with my budget. From the get-go Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She was excited about my vision and very friendly. Her communication was wonderful, and the flowers turned out even better than the pictures I initially showed her. I wish flower preservation services weren't so expensive, as I would love to display my bridal bouquet forever.

Rachel contacted me to introduce herself and show her portfolio when she had just been added as a preferred vendor at my venue, Lionscrest Manor. I am SO glad she did because I had been dragging my feet as the other florists styles while beautiful, didn't quite match my style. I went in to meet Rachel and immediately wanted her to be my new best friend. She was so kind and attentive and patient. I had no idea what kind of flowers I wanted other than I wanted them to be a mix of different shades of pink, and would like some roses and peonies in the mix. Rachel patiently showed me what other types of flowers were available and showed me what she was imagining and it was perfect! My mother in law wanted to make the centerpieces which meant I could devote my whole floral budget to bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements for the bar and sand ceremony. On the day of the wedding, Rachel patiently wrapped my beautiful bouquet in my "something old"-- a family handkerchief from the early 1900s. She also went to pin the boutonnieres on the guys and knew my fiance by name (even though they had never actually met! I had just shown her a picture). She played with our ring bearer with a little stuffed dog that she must have pulled from thin air, and went to great lengths to make everyone feel special! Rachel was transparent and honest about pricing and what the flowers would actually look like, and she nailed it. Our flowers were breathtakingly beautiful! Prices were more than fair, customer service was flawless and again the flowers were stunning!

My first meeting with Rachel from A Florae made me more excited for my wedding than I had been yet. I had a rough idea of what I liked and she took my vision and came up with beautiful, creative ideas to give me the bright mountain wedding I wanted. I decided to go with non-floral centerpieces so I used Rachel for the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. I let her do her own thing and gave her a color scheme and they turned out amazing. Everyone complimented how well my bouquet matched my dress and tied in the gray bridesmaid dresses too.

The flowers for my wedding were absolutely amazing. The journey up to the wedding date was a little difficult but she ended up completely nailed the bridesmaids bouquets and mine was even better. Thanks rachel!
