That said, I still fear that this review will fail to truly express in words the knowledge and commitment Christine possesses and the ease she brought me during the stressful experience of buying an engagement ring. I researched rings for several weeks before I came to Adlers. Christine took me in on short-notice, guided me through the process and provided me with sound and unbiased advice. When I needed my finance's final ring crafted and delivered in two weeks time, Christine surpassed my highest expectations. She had my diamond shipped to California, crafted with a band to my exact specifications and returned to New Jersey, all during a global pandemic, in the precise time frame she originally stated. I had the ring in my hand the morning before I left on my trip to propose. Throughout the entire process, Christine utilized her vast network of contacts to update me on our status and spoke with me on a regular basis from both home and the office to keep me informed. The ring was perfect and thanks to Christine's help, I proposed to the love of my life in the exact manner I envisioned it. I simply cannot overstate the ability, commitment and grace that Christine applies to her work.

Bill and the rest of the crew at Adlers where great to deal with. Last year when I bought my wife her wedding band and engagement ring we had an entire lesson on diamonds with the gemologist to ensure we got the best diamond. Bill spent hours with us ensuring we get exactly what we want. I ended up purchasing my wedding band here as well. Impressive selection and knowledge. As our anniversary is approaching I wanted to purchase my wife an anniversary wedding band to match her current set. Bill once again was able to take care of us, and make sure we received it before the date, even with everything going on. Absolutely amazing and the ring was beautiful. I’m so glad I found Adlers Jewelers while searching for a Memoire retailer. There were no retailers close to me and I was hesitant to purchase an eternity band without that human connection. I decided to take the trip out to Westfield and Ann was so welcoming and helpful. Even after NY and NJ were under stay-at-home orders, Ana went above and beyond in placing my order, keeping me updated, and shipping the ring to me. The Memoire band is gorgeous and completely lives up to the brand’s reputation as some of the best eternity bands. I would highly recommend visiting Adlers and working with Ana.

Before I went to Adlers, I went to at least a half a dozen other jewelers in North Jersey. The others were a waste of time due to their inattentiveness and/or lack of knowledge of the particular engagement ring and price range I was looking for. Once at Adlers, and working with Ana, all that changed. She was so helpful with her knowledge of every type of diamond and setting imaginable. She was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process enjoyable. They also have excellent payment options and were very accommodating. Save yourself time and aggravation, this is the only jeweler you ever have to visit.

We came to Adlers in May 2018 to start looking at engagement rings. Christine helped me throughout the entire process, and eventually helped me create the perfect engagement ring to give to my fiance. Fast forward almost one year, and we decided to go back to Christine to shop for our wedding rings. Once again we couldn't be happier with how we were treated, how nice they were, and how perfect the rings are. I had the best experience choosing an engagement ring at Adlers. Christine understood how nervous I was and walked me through the process. As a couple she always made us feel comfortable when choosing wedding bands. My wife also received goodies from adlers. Over all great experience at Adlers!

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Adlers for our June 2019 wedding. We went there one day as we were in town just to look and get some ideas. Christine was so kind and patient and never pushy for a sale. She let us try on just about everything they had in the store while asking us what we liked and didn't like about the rings, guiding us along the way. While I was there she offered to clean my engagement ring. We had such a good experience trying things on that we went back several weeks later and ultimately decided to purchase our rings from her. Over the next several weeks we stopped in to make payments, try on the rings when they came etc and each time I was greeting with a warm smile and hug and got my ring cleaned. The service and professionalism was great. Maybe not the cheapest but always feel like a valued customer when I walk in.

While searching for the perfect engagement ring to celebrate our extra special love my fiancé and I visited close to 10 jewelers across NJ. When I walked into Adler’s I knew I would find it here. Irene greeted us with a big warm friendly smile and patiently showed us about 100 rings 😉 the first day. I visited, texted and called Irene about 10 more times before the ring was chosen. Then changed my mind the next week and chose a different ring. All throughout my experience Irene treated me lovely. I felt respected and that my business was appreciated. Andy’s expertise and patience was also an important factor to why we chose to purchase our ring with OUR jeweler. If you see Andy don’t let his seriousness fool you he has a great sense of humor! I first went to Adlers Jewelers to look for Daniela's engagement ring. Christine, who basically is now my new best friend, went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect ring for my now wife. Then when it came time to pick wedding bands, Christine took us by the hand and was there to answer all of questions and pick the perfect bands. In addition to the engagement ring and wedding bands, if any other piece of jewelry needed to be bought, Christine was there with open arms. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Where to begin- the entire staff is incredible. They are helpful and attentive from the moment you open the door until the moment you leave. My fiance and I both especially enjoyed working with Christine, who answered all of my emails very quickly, and dealt with my multiple back and forth trips while I tried to choose my wedding band! They make you feel (and treat you) like you're a part of the family. Work is done quickly and exactly to your liking. Pricing is also very fair! I would recommend Adler's for everything- engagement ring, wedding ring, and any other jewelry needs (and repairs too!).

Wanting to reset my own less than spectacular diamond, I met with Irene from Adlers Jewelers. She showed me a setting she thought I’d like, and then patiently showed me many other settings. Her initial choice was the one I loved. Her taste is impeccable. I’ve been a customer of hers for years and have come to rely on her expert advice and honesty. I was worried how my flawed stone would look in this beautiful Tacori setting but she and Andy assured me it would work. When it was ready, she texted me a photo. Wow! I couldn’t believe how expertly my stone was set so as to conceal its flaw. My ring looked spectacular. Irene and Andy were great to work with. They were so professional and kind. I couldn’t be happier with my ring or the wonderful service.

I would recommend Adler’s to any of my family and friends! My fiancé worked with Christine to find the perfect engagement ring! After he proposed, he told me to go back and they had a present for me. To my surprise they gave me a bride bag filled with many great things that I proudly say I use all the time. We went back for our wedding bands and worked with Christine again. She is truly amazing and helped me (I can easily say I am one of the most indecisive person in the world) pick beautiful bands to match my engagement ring. She also help my fiancé pick his band. My fiancé is not a big people person and for him to want to return to Adler’s and Christine for our bands says a lot! This place is seriously amazing. The staff was so friendly. They have a great selection to choose from. Christine helped my fiancé pick my engagement ring, and now she's helping us pick our wedding bands. I highly recommend coming to Adlers and have Christine help you out, she's great, friendly, and very informative. She didn't pressure us into picking something we don't absolutely love, and listened to exactly what we were looking for.

Megan and I had done some research (mostly Megan—okay entirely her), so we decided to check out Adlers Jewelers, and immediately I was blown away with Andy and his knowledge of product and genuineness. As a guy, I was initially expecting several trips to various jewelry shops and—while I was growing more excited to soon be proposing to my then girlfriend—I couldn't shake thoughts concerning my overall budget and how I'd pull the whole proposal off and where, etc. I wanted it to be perfect. Andy from Adlers Jewelers made it perfect; the entire staff there was amazing. As soon as we sat down, my fears of pulling everything off melted away, and I realized I had an owner of a jewelry store (and certified gemologist) who cared about me and Megan's experience—so much so that he chose to stay for an hour longer than the store was open just to speak with us. But an apparent setback came when I was in a car accident and broke my wrist a few weeks after meeting with him, a financial setback for sure. Out of that event I actually chose to move UP my proposal plans with a smaller budget but I needed Andy's help to pull it off: He bent over backwards for me: Andy somehow, some way, assembled an even MORE beautiful ring than the one I had previously chosen on a larger budget, then he expedited it's custom assembly to have it made in only TWO weeks versus the typical six. He took extra precautions to safely ship it to me (because I couldn't drive to Jersey from PA at the time with my broken wrist and totaled car) and had it overnighted—arriving several days before I would propose on Christmas Day at the Omni Bedford Springs. This was an INCREDIBLE experience, and without Andy and Adlers Jewelers, it wouldn't have been what it was. Thank you all so much!!!

My fiancé and I visited Adlers some time last summer to take a look around. We were immediately greeted and all of the employees were very friendly. I tried on a few different engagement rings to see what I and my fiancé liked. My fiancé ended up going back to Adlers to buy my engagement ring when he was ready to propose. He said the service could have not been any better and it was a pleasure to work with them. After the proposal my fiancé told me to go to Adlers to pick up my engagement gift. I was amazed when I received a great bag, jewelry cleaner, magazines and jewelry holder among other things. I have had nothing but great experiences with Adlers and will be purchasing our wedding bands from them!

The service and selection is five star!! I walked in there on a very busy Saturday to get a watch band fixed. They took time out, fixed it and didn't even charge. That is the kind of service that deserves everyone's business. Not many these days would do that!

Both my grandfather and father went to Adlers to pick out engagement rings for my grandmother and mom. I was very excited to learn my husband went here to pick out mine! Hank helped my husband when he purchased my engagement ring. He also assisted us with selecting wedding bands. We LOVE our rings. Hank went above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable start to finish. He assisted with engraving plates for our groomsmen gifts with each of their initials on them. Everyone at Adlers was very friendly and helpful. I went into the store with my mom just expecting to look at some options. Christine was very thorough and patient in helping us find the perfect ring to go with my engagement ring, and explaining all the different styles of diamonds. I ended up putting a deposit down on a ring that day! When we left, my mom was saying, I've never been in a jewelry store like that before, it was so nice!! Highly recommend!

I needed a custom band to fit around my engagement ring, and Adler's was so helpful and easy to work with. A trusted vendor in my family for years.

I grew up in New Orleans and I always thought of registering at Adler's as a tradition and I knew my family would expect me to register there. I went to Adler's store downtown and met with a lady on the 2nd floor to pick out my patterns and crystal. I had a great time!! They have so many patterns and designs to choose from, and the saleslady was really helpful. I loved getting the little Adler's registry cards in the mail telling me what someone bought for us - so much easier than getting the actual stuff and I didn't have to worry about storing everything. I also bought the 50" pearl necklaces from their boutique as my Bridesmaid's gift - so classic! And my cake pulls were from Adler's, too, and made wonderful charms.

I bought my bridesmaids opal earings from adlers. They were very pretty and very reasonable. The girls all looked beautiful wearing them.

Over 40 years ago my dad purchased my mom's engagement ring at Adlers, and now years later my fiancee purchased mine there too. Its absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding bands are great too. I went with a Memoire band and I am so thrilled with all the compliments I receive. They are personable, helpful, friendly and fair. I highly recommend them!
