tting engaged, I was playing around on the internet looking for bridal gowns and stumbled on one that wasn't even out for sale yet. I found out that when it was released for buy, Adore Bridal has stocked some and shortly after that I was engaged! My consultant let me try on other dresses and even offered great advice to try on the one I wanted a little later to see if it was really what I wanted. I tried it on second to last and I knew I was right from the beginning. She was so happy for me and genuinely excited I was so overjoyed with my choice, she made the experience infinitely better!

She listened to what I liked and what I didn't like and we finally landed on a strapless dress (which I thought for sure I wouldn't like, but I did!). The Adore team has been amazing from start to finish. They send you reminder text messages to keep you on track and even sent a cute card a couple weeks before my wedding. I highly recommend going to Adore to find your dream wedding dress!

l and I am so glad she did! I was able to bring my mom and 3 of my bridesmaids to my appointment. My stylist did an incredible job listening to what I was envisioning and bringing out options that fit the bill perfectly. She helped me stay within my budget and offered helpful advice when I was unsure of some things. I purchased one of the packages that allowed me to store my dress and veil until the wedding day, and it included a steaming appointment as well. It was all worth the money as it saved me time and hassle in the long run! Adore Bridal also has a texting option so if you have a quick question you can send a text and get a response from a live person within 24 hours. It was all very helpful and I recommend this bridal salon 10/10 times!

was deciding between 2 dresses and we were close to the end of my appointment time, but they allowed me the time I needed to truly find my dress even if it meant trying the 2 dresses on a few more times. Because if them I found my perfect dress.

I was shocked and the dress ended up being on my top 2 at one point but there was another dress that I ended up loving and feeling more comfortable and beautiful in, and well just like a bride! As soon as I walked in the door I saw my name on a welcome board and that really made me feel like they were there for me not just to sell a bride a dress. Adore Bridal’s customer service is just amazing! I had the pleasure of having Kaylee as my stylist. She was just phenomenal! She definitely picked out a lot of beautiful dresses and even made it hard for me to decide but was very patient and helped me say “yes to the dress I Adore!” I loved the experience that shopping here made me feel! Buying a dress was a huge deal for me and it just made me feel one step closer. I definitely felt like bride here at Adore Bridals and I can not wait to become one 🥰! Thank you!

They also scheduled a style call with me the week prior to my appointment, to be intentional about what dresses would be ready for me as soon as I arrived to my appointment. They definitely go above and beyond to tailor the experience to you and find a dress that YOU will love. Kaylee was my bridal consultant, and she was very energetic, kind, and SO helpful. She encouraged me to be honest about what I like/didn't like, and listened well to my preferences to find the perfect dresses to try on. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision that I didn't love. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful and I found an amazing dress that I can't wait to get married in! So thankful for the Adore Bridal team and how cared for I felt when I was finding my dress.

an. Bri was my Bridal consultant and she is SO fun, incredibly personable, patient and understanding. If you are looking for your perfect dress, then PLEASE come to Adore Bridal because I guarantee that your perfect dress is waiting for you. I went into Adore first and they instantly set the bar high. I had no idea what kind of dress I was looking for, what style, what material, what applique, straps, no straps...but Bri assured me and made the process so easy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to pick out dresses that I was interested in. I didn't buy right away and ended up finding a dress at a different store that was close to what I wanted. However, I ended up coming back to Adore and showed Bri the dress I had liked, then she pulled a dress that was PERFECT for me. It had everything I wanted and it was all thanks to Bri for being so patient, kind, and determined to find what worked for me and my style. They are also quick at getting your dress order in and made. After I ordered mine, it came in a little over a month later and nothing was out of place. Honest to God, this place is nothing short of amazing and the staff is just incredible. Trust me when I say, you will adore Adore Bridal!

ich is so convenient. Then you fill out an "interview" so they can get to know you. The questions for this interview for perfect for understanding who I was and what I wanted!! Before your appointment you get a quick phone call to confirm details and make sure you don't have any questions. Again so helpful! They text you prior to check in and make sure you are excited. Once you get there it gets even better! They are fully prepared with dresses for you to try on. The dressing rooms are big with fans going. This is a huge plus because trying on dresses can get hot! I felt like my stylist (Amelia) was so helpful. She knew what I wanted and what I didn't like. She asked all the right questions and wasn't pushy at all! The whole process was so easy and made dress shopping so easy! Wedding planning can be very stressful this place took all that stress away and made me feel so special!

it to search for my dress. Once in the boutique for my appointment, my stylist had gowns already picked out and ready to go in my fitting room (super efficient!!!). The only down-side was they were so good at helping me find my dream dress that I only got to try on 6 dresses! Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! The fittings experience was just as great. I had a few concerns about the mobility of my gown and Suzanne herself made all the alterations possible and fix every problem I found! (I had an off the should dress that originally didn't allow my arms to pass my bust - by the final fitting, I had full mobility of my arms!) The ONLY drawback to this experience was the slight hint that the alterations were not done carefully. On my wedding day, I was continually tripping over the inner lining of my gown, as it appeared it was not fully hemmed. And, two of the four bustling loops/buttons completely broke off - I had to have my bridesmaids sew my dress up so I would stop tripping on it. Overall, the pros FAR outweighed any drawbacks or mishaps I experienced. Suzanne's bridal is super affordable, has an amazing selection of gowns, and their staff truly makes your experience so much fun and magical!

tried on at Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in Mesa yesterday that was part of my top 3 picks. Unfortunately, it was the dress-trying on experience that made me decide I should narrow it down to the other 2 dresses. After my first dress shopping experience at a different store earlier that day being wonderful I was VERY excited to go to Suzanne's. Suzanne's Bridal Boutique is excellent with getting their pre-work done. They text you beforehand, repeatedly make sure you don't have questions, etc. They had a minor issue where the only availability to schedule a style appointment call was a week AFTER my appointment but they made time to call me a couple hours before my appointment on the day of. Their pre-work is fancy and instills a lot of confidence in possible customers. If you schedule an appointment with Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in Mesa and you get one of Suzanne's relatives (I believe her name was Kaylee), I RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ASSISTANT. The worse parts were both the questionable quality of some of the dresses, which started improving after my aunt made a suggestion to the assistant, and the fact that my assistant did not really seem to have much of a clue about what I was looking for. I really thought that filling out a questionnaire, having a styling call earlier that day, and having 26 dresses stored on my profile would give a pretty good idea of the style I was looking for. Instead, she kept bringing out different dresses until I brought out my phone to bring up my favorites and ask very specific questions such as "do you have this or something like this" because it was more efficient than her asking what I did / did not like about the dresses she was bringing out (this was after about 6-8 dresses and us not really getting anywhere). It took forever to find a dress that was fitting the style I was looking for, we were all pretty ready to leave. Finally, the fact that she snapped the industrial strength clips onto the skin of my back (I am 5 7, 130 lbs, and size 4ish... I don't have a ton of extra skin hanging around) not 2 but 3 times was not entertaining. Pain is brief and bruises heal, but having those clips get the small of my back, right under a shoulder blade, and then on my shoulder blade makes my patience wear thin. She was nice, but I was shocked to hear that she isn't new at the store. It is mainly because of her that think I'll get one of the 2 other dresses from a different store, because I'm really disappointed with my experience. I understand it may be because of the assistant instead of the store itself, but that's all I have to go off of.

nd made sure that I knew she was dedicated to me for every moment of the entire appointment. The shop was beautiful and the wealth of dresses can't be rivaled. Of course, Suz herself is the real gem of the whole operation; she is the den mother to all the consultants as well as all her brides and I've never met someone who has such mastery over bridal alterations. Suzanne's Bridal was the only shop I went to and the only one anyone ever needs to go to! Thanks, Team SBB!

I told Megan about a different dress I tried on and loved and she searched the store too to bottom to find me a dress she had in mind that she thought I would love. She was right! I wanted to make a few alterations to the tulle and train and Suzanne actually came out to meet me and went over my options. I could not have found my dream dress if it wasn’t for Megan and with Suzanne’s expertise. I had previously been to almost every dress shop in the valley but this place blew away my expectations. Thank you to everyone who helped the in process of making my wedding day perfect!

Not only did she say sleeves could be added on, she said she could talk to the manufacturer and have them add the sleeves with more embroidery and everything! The dress came out more beautiful than I could imagine! Plus, every time I came in to Suzanne's, they were sweet and extremely helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you Suzanne for making my dress dreams come true!!!

I had to go in a few times for alterations and Suzanne was very gracious with my last-minute decision to get bra pads sewn in; she was quick with the alterations and very sweet. Would highly recommend!

I was so nervous to get it as I had never tried it on and I am pretty picky/particular... but she had it made beautifully. She then made it fit perfectly to my body and made every detail stunning. Suzanne is seriously the sweetest lady and has the best customer service. All of the girls at her shop are also all so sweet! 100% recommend going to see Suzanne!! You will not regret it!
