Adore Bridal

All I wanted was a Randy Fenoli gown for my wedding day! Not because of the tv show, though I do love it but because while my then boyfriend and I were talking about the idea of getting engaged, I was playing around on the internet looking for bridal gowns and stumbled on one that wasn't even out for sale yet. I found out that when it was released for buy, Adore Bridal has stocked some and shortly after that I was engaged! My consultant let me try on other dresses and even offered great advice to try on the one I wanted a little later to see if it was really what I wanted. I tried it on second to last and I knew I was right from the beginning. She was so happy for me and genuinely excited I was so overjoyed with my choice, she made the experience infinitely better!

Pretty disappointed with the service here. I completed the consultation call and left my appointment feeling like everything said during that time was not taken into consideration. Did not feel my options were listened to.

I am so glad I chose Adore Bridal! I just got married on October 21st and everybody LOVED my dress. I went in last year for my first appointment with Kelsey and thought I found "the one", but wasn't totally sure. A few weeks later, I came back for another appointment and Kelsey nailed it. She listened to what I liked and what I didn't like and we finally landed on a strapless dress (which I thought for sure I wouldn't like, but I did!). The Adore team has been amazing from start to finish. They send you reminder text messages to keep you on track and even sent a cute card a couple weeks before my wedding. I highly recommend going to Adore to find your dream wedding dress!

I was able to find my dream dress at Adore Bridal! I had gone to a few other bridal salons and tried on ~20 dresses but hadn't found the one. A friend of mine suggested Adore Bridal and I am so glad she did! I was able to bring my mom and 3 of my bridesmaids to my appointment. My stylist did an incredible job listening to what I was envisioning and bringing out options that fit the bill perfectly. She helped me stay within my budget and offered helpful advice when I was unsure of some things. I purchased one of the packages that allowed me to store my dress and veil until the wedding day, and it included a steaming appointment as well. It was all worth the money as it saved me time and hassle in the long run! Adore Bridal also has a texting option so if you have a quick question you can send a text and get a response from a live person within 24 hours. It was all very helpful and I recommend this bridal salon 10/10 times!

I had such a great experience with Kaylee! She was willing to go with whatever requests I had and was patient with me. She pulled some great dresses similar to my taste that I hadn’t yet seen. The whole atmosphere was luxurious and beautiful and unique. I can’t say enough great things about Kaylee!

I was absolutely amazed by the Adore Bridal experience. They took the time to reach out to me before my appointment, to understand what I was looking for and thoughts on various dress styles. I loved the communication!! The appointment was fantastic. Marcela went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in everything I tried on. She was the best! Adore bridal was so welcoming. They were very kind and patient. This was my first stop for trying on dresses so I went in kind of blind and they help walk you through everything. I was deciding between 2 dresses and we were close to the end of my appointment time, but they allowed me the time I needed to truly find my dress even if it meant trying the 2 dresses on a few more times. Because if them I found my perfect dress.

My experience with Adore Bridal was amazing from the second I received the confirmation text! From then it was just questions about what I was looking for in a dress. I sent a picture of one specific dress that I saw and loved online and guess what the first dress I tried on was!?? That exact same dress! I was shocked and the dress ended up being on my top 2 at one point but there was another dress that I ended up loving and feeling more comfortable and beautiful in, and well just like a bride! As soon as I walked in the door I saw my name on a welcome board and that really made me feel like they were there for me not just to sell a bride a dress. Adore Bridal’s customer service is just amazing! I had the pleasure of having Kaylee as my stylist. She was just phenomenal! She definitely picked out a lot of beautiful dresses and even made it hard for me to decide but was very patient and helped me say “yes to the dress I Adore!” I loved the experience that shopping here made me feel! Buying a dress was a huge deal for me and it just made me feel one step closer. I definitely felt like bride here at Adore Bridals and I can not wait to become one 🥰! Thank you!

I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress! Before my appointment, the Adore team sent me an email survey, so they could be aware of my dress preferences and thoughts going into dress shopping. They also scheduled a style call with me the week prior to my appointment, to be intentional about what dresses would be ready for me as soon as I arrived to my appointment. They definitely go above and beyond to tailor the experience to you and find a dress that YOU will love. Kaylee was my bridal consultant, and she was very energetic, kind, and SO helpful. She encouraged me to be honest about what I like/didn't like, and listened well to my preferences to find the perfect dresses to try on. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision that I didn't love. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful and I found an amazing dress that I can't wait to get married in! So thankful for the Adore Bridal team and how cared for I felt when I was finding my dress.

If I can describe my experience with Adore Bridal in one word...well I can't because my experience was incredible, amazing, personal and unique. The store itself is so cute and clean. Bri was my Bridal consultant and she is SO fun, incredibly personable, patient and understanding. If you are looking for your perfect dress, then PLEASE come to Adore Bridal because I guarantee that your perfect dress is waiting for you. I went into Adore first and they instantly set the bar high. I had no idea what kind of dress I was looking for, what style, what material, what applique, straps, no straps...but Bri assured me and made the process so easy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to pick out dresses that I was interested in. I didn't buy right away and ended up finding a dress at a different store that was close to what I wanted. However, I ended up coming back to Adore and showed Bri the dress I had liked, then she pulled a dress that was PERFECT for me. It had everything I wanted and it was all thanks to Bri for being so patient, kind, and determined to find what worked for me and my style. They are also quick at getting your dress order in and made. After I ordered mine, it came in a little over a month later and nothing was out of place. Honest to God, this place is nothing short of amazing and the staff is just incredible. Trust me when I say, you will adore Adore Bridal!

If you are looking for a boutique that has OUTSTANDING customer service and really puts YOU first - look no further! My experience with Adore Bridal (formerly Suzanne's Bridal) exceeded all expectations. They are so organized with your pre-appointment consult and preparing dresses for you ahead of time. You are greeted and helped as soon as you walk in and you can tell almost immediately, they really want their customers leaving satisfied with a dress in hand. Andrea and Breanne were so compassionate and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the "perfect dress." I am very happy I found my dress at Adore Bridal!!

Suzanne's did a great job of helping me find a beautiful dress and feeling comfortable and excited. I was genuinely not expecting to find a dress I liked in my price range, and they had one and were so helpful.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I went to 2 bridal shops to try on dresses and hands down this place was the best. They start by allowing you to book an appointment online which is so convenient. Then you fill out an "interview" so they can get to know you. The questions for this interview for perfect for understanding who I was and what I wanted!! Before your appointment you get a quick phone call to confirm details and make sure you don't have any questions. Again so helpful! They text you prior to check in and make sure you are excited. Once you get there it gets even better! They are fully prepared with dresses for you to try on. The dressing rooms are big with fans going. This is a huge plus because trying on dresses can get hot! I felt like my stylist (Amelia) was so helpful. She knew what I wanted and what I didn't like. She asked all the right questions and wasn't pushy at all! The whole process was so easy and made dress shopping so easy! Wedding planning can be very stressful this place took all that stress away and made me feel so special!

Suzannes helped me find my dream dress! The staff was super helpful (I was alone since all my family is back in MN) and they were nice but also honest which was refreshing! I altered my dress with Suzanne's sewing service as well and she was the BEST! I didn't even know the dress could fit me that perfectly! Would send anyone to their shops!

10/10 would recommend Suzanne's Bridal! I had a stylist CALLING and TEXTING me the week of my appointment to learn about my style, have me send inspo photos, and prepare for my visit to search for my dress. Once in the boutique for my appointment, my stylist had gowns already picked out and ready to go in my fitting room (super efficient!!!). The only down-side was they were so good at helping me find my dream dress that I only got to try on 6 dresses! Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! The fittings experience was just as great. I had a few concerns about the mobility of my gown and Suzanne herself made all the alterations possible and fix every problem I found! (I had an off the should dress that originally didn't allow my arms to pass my bust - by the final fitting, I had full mobility of my arms!) The ONLY drawback to this experience was the slight hint that the alterations were not done carefully. On my wedding day, I was continually tripping over the inner lining of my gown, as it appeared it was not fully hemmed. And, two of the four bustling loops/buttons completely broke off - I had to have my bridesmaids sew my dress up so I would stop tripping on it. Overall, the pros FAR outweighed any drawbacks or mishaps I experienced. Suzanne's bridal is super affordable, has an amazing selection of gowns, and their staff truly makes your experience so much fun and magical!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I felt so comfortable coming in with the staff already speaking to me several times and understanding exactly what I was looking for! Candace was great in helping me decide what I loved and what maybe isn’t making me feel bridal. I found my DREAM dress and it was the one she sent me even before I got there she even found me the most wonderful veil to match and I can’t wait til I get married. 10/10 would recommend this shop and Candace!!

I flew down from Idaho specifically for this store and was only going to a couple other stores to make the most of my time. After a full day of dress shopping, there was 1 dress I tried on at Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in Mesa yesterday that was part of my top 3 picks. Unfortunately, it was the dress-trying on experience that made me decide I should narrow it down to the other 2 dresses. After my first dress shopping experience at a different store earlier that day being wonderful I was VERY excited to go to Suzanne's. Suzanne's Bridal Boutique is excellent with getting their pre-work done. They text you beforehand, repeatedly make sure you don't have questions, etc. They had a minor issue where the only availability to schedule a style appointment call was a week AFTER my appointment but they made time to call me a couple hours before my appointment on the day of. Their pre-work is fancy and instills a lot of confidence in possible customers. If you schedule an appointment with Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in Mesa and you get one of Suzanne's relatives (I believe her name was Kaylee), I RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ASSISTANT. The worse parts were both the questionable quality of some of the dresses, which started improving after my aunt made a suggestion to the assistant, and the fact that my assistant did not really seem to have much of a clue about what I was looking for. I really thought that filling out a questionnaire, having a styling call earlier that day, and having 26 dresses stored on my profile would give a pretty good idea of the style I was looking for. Instead, she kept bringing out different dresses until I brought out my phone to bring up my favorites and ask very specific questions such as "do you have this or something like this" because it was more efficient than her asking what I did / did not like about the dresses she was bringing out (this was after about 6-8 dresses and us not really getting anywhere). It took forever to find a dress that was fitting the style I was looking for, we were all pretty ready to leave. Finally, the fact that she snapped the industrial strength clips onto the skin of my back (I am 5 7, 130 lbs, and size 4ish... I don't have a ton of extra skin hanging around) not 2 but 3 times was not entertaining. Pain is brief and bruises heal, but having those clips get the small of my back, right under a shoulder blade, and then on my shoulder blade makes my patience wear thin. She was nice, but I was shocked to hear that she isn't new at the store. It is mainly because of her that think I'll get one of the 2 other dresses from a different store, because I'm really disappointed with my experience. I understand it may be because of the assistant instead of the store itself, but that's all I have to go off of.

I came all the way from Seattle to visit this shop because I knew it was going to be worth the travel. Kaylee was a beyond amazing consultant. She was very attentive and friendly and made sure that I knew she was dedicated to me for every moment of the entire appointment. The shop was beautiful and the wealth of dresses can't be rivaled. Of course, Suz herself is the real gem of the whole operation; she is the den mother to all the consultants as well as all her brides and I've never met someone who has such mastery over bridal alterations. Suzanne's Bridal was the only shop I went to and the only one anyone ever needs to go to! Thanks, Team SBB!

I was incredibly nervous to try on dresses but the second I met Kaylee, my stylist, I was immediately put at ease. She made me feel beautiful, she helped me decide what I really wanted by encouraging me to try on different styles and she was understanding when I had to think about my favorite dress until I came back the next day to buy it. They have a large selection and are a full service store that always makes yoy feel welcome.

I was very impressed by them from the start! They talk to you & consult with you over the phone & send pictures of what they think you like ahead of time. I had already fell in love with a dress at another shop so that was the dress to beat & I wasn’t sure I would find something I loved more but Megan was the best & already had pulled a few dresses & one of them ended up being the dress I said yes to!🥰🤗👰🏼.. All the staff there along with Megan are so nice & helpful. I can’t wait for my dress to come in & put it on again!

Amazing staff and support especially during a time that has been sensitive to us all. I was able to find my wedding dress on our first visit and we even went overtime to try on more dresses.

This was the BEST experience I ever could’ve asked for. Before even coming into the appointment, the set up a phone consultation with you to find out what you like and then send you a few pictures of what they have in mind. The dresses were already there waiting for me to try on! I told Megan about a different dress I tried on and loved and she searched the store too to bottom to find me a dress she had in mind that she thought I would love. She was right! I wanted to make a few alterations to the tulle and train and Suzanne actually came out to meet me and went over my options. I could not have found my dream dress if it wasn’t for Megan and with Suzanne’s expertise. I had previously been to almost every dress shop in the valley but this place blew away my expectations. Thank you to everyone who helped the in process of making my wedding day perfect!

They made finding my dream dress a breeze!! I went in and within an hour found something amazing. My stylist made sure to only show dresses in my budget and filling out the questionnaire made it so that she knew what dresses/styles I liked before I even came in.

They went above and beyond to find me my dream wedding dress but it didn’t stop there. That are taking care of me the whole way until my wedding day. They were respectful of my budget and found me the dress of my dreams.

I cannot recommend Suzanne's enough!! I came in wanting an embroidered, sheer long-sleeve on my dress, but could not find one I loved in my price range. I found a dress with spaghetti straps with embroidery that I loved and my stylist told me I could talk to Suzanne about adding sleeves on, so I did! Not only did she say sleeves could be added on, she said she could talk to the manufacturer and have them add the sleeves with more embroidery and everything! The dress came out more beautiful than I could imagine! Plus, every time I came in to Suzanne's, they were sweet and extremely helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you Suzanne for making my dress dreams come true!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Suzanne’s Bridal! Amalia was our consultant and she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made excellent suggestions. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all during our time there. Their dresses were beautiful and clearly marked to keep me within my price range. Out of all the dresses I tried on during this bridal experience, I ended up with the very first one and it is truly the dress of my dreams. I would highly recommend this boutique to any bride and I can’t wait to finish the alteration process with them!

Suzanne’s Bridal Boutique is wonderful and I found my dream dress there! My stylist, Angel, was very helpful when choosing dresses to try on. This boutique has a really wide selection of gowns both in style and price. I had visited 5 other boutiques before Suzanne’s and couldn’t quite find the dress I wanted and my dress was one of the first few I tried on here. The employees seem like family and I’m so happy I found my dress here. Will give a more official review after my wedding this October, but I know I’ll be even more in love with my dress when it’s all fitted to me. Thank you Suzanne and Angel!

I've been married for nine months now and I still think back to the day I found THE DRESS at Suzanne's! I had gone to four different bridal boutiques and was feeling a little discouraged that I wouldn't find a dress I really loved. Star, the attendant, listened to what I was looking for, helped me pick out a few and sure enough, I found my dress. She was very kind and helpful. I had to go in a few times for alterations and Suzanne was very gracious with my last-minute decision to get bra pads sewn in; she was quick with the alterations and very sweet. Would highly recommend!

My wedding was on April 26th and it was the most amazing day with thanks from Suzanne’s Bridal. Suzanne is an amazing, caring, and attentive woman and so are the other woman who work along side of her. Suzanne and her team helped me find a dress more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined! I would 1,000X go back to Suzanne. She customized my dream dress for my wedding day and at a great price. Coming in I thought I'll never find the dress I want, as I had a vision of what I wanted it to look like to a T. Suzanne sketched my dream dress out on paper and sent it out to be made. I was so nervous to get it as I had never tried it on and I am pretty picky/particular... but she had it made beautifully. She then made it fit perfectly to my body and made every detail stunning. Suzanne is seriously the sweetest lady and has the best customer service. All of the girls at her shop are also all so sweet! 100% recommend going to see Suzanne!! You will not regret it!

I had shopped at Suzanne's Bridal with friends for their wedding dresses, and shared their wonderful experiences with this shop. So when it was my turn, I didn't bother looking anywhere else. This shop's customer service gives you a true enjoyable experience from start to finish. Suzanne's alterations are also amazing, and I am nothing but happy with my dress and experience!

Today is my first year anniversary! The best part of wedding planning was with SBB. I found my dream dress and Suzanne did an amazing job with the alterations. Her team was so sweet and accommodating to me, an out of state bride, and my bridesmaids, who were also mostly long distance. All six of them looked gorgeous, too. If I could give 10/5 I would. Suzanne and all her lovely ladies at Suzanne's bridal were above and beyond in their service. I had bought a dress from them with the intent to completely redo the top and I was so unsure if it would turn out the way I had envisioned. Suzanne was confident and with decades of experience she had every reason to be. After 7 fittings yes, 7 (we did so much to it) my dress fit me like a glove, and was the dress of my dreams. I will always remember my experience with Suzanne's Bridal, such a lovely salon, and such a SAINT that Suzanne is!!

What a wonderful experience. I only bought a bridesmaid dress and needed alterations. Alexis and the team along with Susanne herself made me feel very special and beautiful. They listened to what I wanted changed and altered the dress. Working with Suzanne and her team of girls has been awesome! They really make you feel like part of the family and help you find the dress for you. I found my perfect dress here after trying lots of places. Suzanne herself is such a character, and such a warm and welcoming person who does the alterations herself. I had such a wonderful experience at Suzanne's! I had my appointment schedule with Diana and she was so wonderful. She made the process easy and enjoyable, she had me laughing and smiling the whole appointment. It felt like we had been friends for awhile, that's how comfortable she made me feel. I went on Saturday to find my dream dress and I had my mind set on a fitted gown. Diana opened my mind to different styles. I went home thinking about one dress and went back the very next day to try on more dress with Diana. I ended up finding the most perfect dress to wear on my big day! I could not have done it without the help of Diana. All the staff members I interacted with were so friendly and kind! I will recommend Suzanne's to any friends I have getting married in the future.

Suzanne's Bridal Boutique (SBB) is incredible! They meet everything on the checklist: Large Selection of dresses Accessories (hair, veil, shoes, etc.) Affordable pricing Easy appointments Kind and professional staff (Bryghtyn was perfect!) And to top it all off, Suzanne herself is amazing! She truly cares about her clients and wants to do whatever it takes to make them happy. What more could you ask for?

Suzanne's was the first place I went to try on dresses. I didn't expect to find "the dress" that day; I didn't even have a clue as to what kind of dress I was looking for yet. However, the girls at Suzanne's brought a variety of 8-10 dresses over for me, and I immediately fell in love with the second dress I tried on! I tried the rest on just to be sure, but not before cancelling the bridal salon appointment I had made for later that day because the second dress I tried was "the one." A few negative aspects of my experience, which would not cause me to go somewhere else but are worth mentioning to warn brides-to-be: They didn't tell me until I bought the dress that they would be doing the alterations, and then I wasn't told until my first fitting that all alterations would cost an additional $200+ so that was disappointing. After reading some recent reviews, I see the sales agreement may state we do not have to get our alterations there, but having failed to read the entire agreement, the sales girls did not give me the impression that I had a choice whatsoever. If I had spoken up/known what questions to ask, perhaps I could have figured this out, but I feel the sales girls could be a little more open and honest to avoid misunderstandings like this. I ended up having to go in for like 5 different fittings, and during 2-3 of those fittings I didn't see any difference in my dress from one appointment to the next. Ultimately, I would give the final product an 8/10 because while the dress was absolutely beautiful, it didn't fit me 100% perfectly in the waist/chest area and I believe it could have been taken in just a little more in those areas. The girls had talked me into getting a larger size than I knew I needed, saying it's easier to take the dress in than to make it bigger (which made sense), but it may not have been so hard to take so much in so it could fit fit me perfectly if they had ordered me the smaller size I had originally asked for. After all, the size 10 I tried on in the store was very big on me; I should have ordered that size and had just a little taken in (or maybe it would have fit perfectly), but they talked me into getting another size up. They said the size 10 I tried on in the store had been worn in from all the girls who had tried it on, but that size 10 was so big on me I can't imagine it was THAT worn in. It's also possible they've experienced having brides get bigger between their try-on date and final fitting, but I would have preferred if they said it won't be their fault if I get bigger and the dress no longer fits me in 6 months. I will say, Suzanne has the most beautiful dresses, and she is super nice and easy to work with/schedule for fittings. She listened to my concerns as we went through the fittings and in the end I still wouldn't change anything! Also, even though I was still a tiny bit critical of how the dress fit me, I got SO many compliments from our guests and friends who saw photos later, that I had the most beautiful and perfect dress and I looked like a bridal model. I would like to believe if I had spoken up/insisted on one more alteration to the waist/bust I wouldn't have any negatives to discuss here, but at the same time I did try to speak up about this and the sales girl said I was wrong. Also, my last fitting was only 1 week before my wedding (I didn't get my dress until TWO days before- 5 fittings made it cut a little too close for comfort!). All in all, THANK YOU to Suzanne!

The entire team at Suzanne's is fantastic. Angel is amazing. She took whatever nonsense I was saying about the style I was looking for and what I did and didn't like about various dresses and pulled out the perfect one. I never had an 'omg this is the one' moment but I was 100% satisfied with what I picked. The girls called periodically to see how planning was going and to offer assistance with anything they could. Suzanne, the owner, is soooo lovely. She did the alterations and was super understanding when I was running late because of traffic. Go to Suzanne's - you won't regret it.

I found MY dress at Suzanne’s! I looked like a Queen at my wedding! The alterations were perfect and the customer service was impeccable!

I did not think I would find “the” dress but I found it here. Starr and Suzanne are very friendly, and Suzanne has worked very hard on the alterations to make it fit perfectly.

Suzanne and her team made my wedding dress dreams come true! The first day I went there was the day I found my dress. Scheduling alterations was easy and were not too expensive, either. All the girls that work there are so sweet and helpful and Suzanne is so welcoming and genuinely happy for you. I couldn't imagine buying a dress and veil anywhere else. So thankful for all of their hard work and for making me feel like the most beautiful bride! Highly recommend!

Suzanne's Bridal Boutique had my dream dress and the ladies there were able to make it look like it was made for me! Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend for dresses and alterations!
