We had a seamless rental experience! They set up and tore down with no issues and Danielle was great to work with.
We rented a beautiful bar set up for our wedding reception that looked great in our venue! Allison was very helpful and patient in meeting with us during early stages of designing our reception to look at various rentals and things we were considering renting. We had a great experience working with her and the delivery at our venue was on time. We were very happy with our rental! One small thing is that the company unfortunately does not offer a lot of flexibility with delivery and pick-up times without extra fees.
Another vendor we didn’t really interact with much but they were very pleasant to work with and they offered the best rental prices for our chairs.
We used All Occasions Party Rental for our wedding at The Pennsylvanian in August 2022. Our main contact at All Occasions was Julie Rhyner. Danielle Aria also assisted us when Julie was on vacation and Danielle was amazing! The first part of the process was visiting the showroom in Bloomfield area to look at all of the various place settings, chairs, and tables. We also worked to develop a preliminary table layout for our reception. Julie was helpful throughout the process as she also had to coordinate with our caterer to ensure that the proper quantities of glassware and other items were ordered. The rental options available are extensive but can get pricey depending on what you select. One rental item we and our guests really enjoyed was the couches. We placed these couches in the front of the dance floor and our older guests especially loved having a comfortable place to sit while also being part of the action on the dance floor. Once the reception had ended All Occasions had a crew to come to The Pennsylvanian to tear down all of the chairs and tables and other rental items. Overall we liked working with All Occasions. It was a lot of details to sift through, but it also was fun to pick out all of the styling for our special day.
One comment though is to make sure that your final agreement the week of the wedding matches what you had picked out as they tried to switch out our silverware the week of the wedding without mentioning it when they found they did not have enough in the style we had selected. Luckily we caught it in our review and questioned it, or else we would have silverware we did not care for.
All Occasions Rental was amazing. We rented chairs, tables, and bars. The bars are truly STUNNING and they upgraded the space in the best way. Truly spectacular. Also the chairs were so beautiful as well. Easy to work with and so accommodating - highly recommend!
Beth & Kristen from AO were extremely responsive and easy to work with! They worked seamlessly with my venue for set-up and drop-off and were pleased with their service!
I was a little intimidated about organizing rentals. Luckily our planner was a huge help with this. We primarily worked with Allison from AO and she was quick and responsive. The rental and invoicing process were smooth and our rentals were as expected. We had a great experience!
We used this vendor for gold chiavari chairs for our wedding. They were pretty snippy in emails and not super accommodating, threatening to cancel my order less than 2 weeks before the wedding when we asked a question. It was incredibly stressful and unprofessional. Several chairs arrived missing seat cushions.
We used All Occasions for our chairs and boxwood walls for our wedding and they were wonderful from start to finish! We visited the showroom and we were so impressed with all of the options. They were in no way pushy, which I appreciated. The chairs and boxwood walls were PERFECT and just brought the entire room together!!! Thank you All Occassion!!!
My caterer has an exclusive contract with All Occasions so we are obligated to use them. During the wedding planning process many vendors go above and beyond to get you excited about the big day. Not the case here. I received no help in selecting my dishes, glassware, etc. It honestly seems like my business is an inconvenience to them. I wish I had alternatives. The customer service is non-existent, absolutely no acknowledgement that this is my wedding day. Do not expect the same level of customer service and care that you get from other vendors. You are on your own with this team, hope and pray that they get everything right for my big day.
I used All Occasions Party Rental for my daughter's wedding at The Pennsylvanian in Pittsburgh on Sept 4, 2021 and am very pleased with how everything turned out. Julie (from Pittsburgh location) was always available to answer questions and make suggestions when that is what we needed. I can say the Escort Mirror seating chart and the custom bar with bride and groom images were stunning and the talk of so many of our guests. Thank you All Occasions for helping create a day we will remember for years to come!
All Occasions/Marbella helped to make our wedding reception super beautiful and funky. We rented couches, coffee tables, high tops, bars, high bar seats for our August 28, 2021 wedding at MuseumLab and all of it looked absolutely STUNNING and really was a game changer for creating a fun vibe for our wedding. Definitely recommend if you're looking to upgrade your wedding!
The worst vendor I worked with for my wedding. I was recommended to all occasions for pipe and drape to flip our venue. At first it seemed easy where I simply chose a color of drapes. In later conversations i found out my family would be in charge of setting up and tearing down the pipe and drape as this was not included in the original quote of $900 as if I should have been aware of this. They were kind enough to wave the cost of $500 and we moved on. As a covid wedding, we had multiple reschedules dates and they also accommodated with those as well, as did every other vendor we were working with. Closer to the wedding date we were told we would have to pay an additional $700 to have the pipe and drape picked up that evening due to overtime and trucking fees and to make up for lost revenue in 2020- something no other vendor put on us and mind you this is almost doubling our original cost… for a curtain. I asked Cindy the manager to hop on a call and she simply stated she had no control over pricing so was unwilling to discuss if that’s what the call would entail. Great. Thankfully my venue helped by allowing them to pick up the pipe and drape next day. I was charged an additional $175 for drop off within a 30 mins window and $175 for pick up within a 30 min window.
They were due to be at the venue at 11 am. I called at 1 and was told they were running behind due to a larger job that morning. My wedding started at 5. They showed up at 4 pm with a sales guy and had no ladder nor a team to set up. The venue had to borrow a ladder from a neighboring restaurant and have their team and my family set up the pipe and drape which was supposed to be 20 feet in the air but was 10 because they didn’t have a ladder that reached 20 foot so we had 10 feet of curtain laying on the ground.These services are absolutely unacceptable and truly created an awful experience from start to finish. Not to mention the unprofessionalism by a manager not even willing to connect and work though what occurred. I have to say I am not a crazy person to complain and every other vendor we worked with deserves 5 star reviews, however if you’re a bride and are looking for a smooth service with transparency and professionalism this one is not for you.

Julie was amazing to work with. Being a bride is very stressful, half the time you have no clue what you are doing or what you should be doing. Julie stepped in to save the day with her great suggestions and ability to put you at ease. She was super insightful and made suggestions that were 100% in line with what I wanted. All occasions was wonderful from start to finish and has a wonderful selection to choose from! I can't speak more highly of Julie and her team!
My son had his wedding at the Pennsylvanian a couple weeks ago and he and his bride chose to rent Farm Tables from All Occasions and they were beautiful! They were not rustic like I expected - they had a smooth polished finish and when paired with gold chargers for the place setting it was very elegant! And they easily seated 10 people which was perfect for the friends and family groupings we put together.
The venue we selected has an exclusive contract with All Occasions so we were forced to work with them and we were miserable. The staff person we were assigned to was not responsive. I had to call and speak to her supervisor to get a response to my emails. They charge extra to deliver and pick up on weekends -- they said it was outside of their business hours -- weddings happen on the weekends, how is that not included in your business hours if your a wedding provider? And the day before the wedding they notified us because they were running short on the items in our order. The order was placed months ago, how do you run short the day before? I will never work with them again!
We rented decorative furniture, gold chiavari chairs, our head table's plates and stemware, and piping and draping from All Occasions. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly! Everything truly helped our wedding stand out from all others :)
Kristin was amazing to work with! I am pretty indecisive, and she helped answer all my questions and concerns every time something came up. She was more than helpful throughout the entire process!
Kristin was fantastic to work with, and her attention to detail made sure that nothing was overlooked. She is organized and super responsive to any questions or concerns. We had to provide everything for our venue, and it all came together perfectly thanks to All Occasions rentals!
Dina and Jon were great to work with! Very responsive and Jon had some great ideas on tenting that we used. You can't beat their many options for dish ware and seating. Their farm chairs were exactly what we needed to create the vintage rustic look we were going for.
We used All Occasions for all of our table setting rentals and for our linens. Unfortunately, they provided the wrong silverware (provided silver instead of a gold) when all of our table settings were gold. Additionally, we asked them to provide a stool for our officiant to sit on (due to medical concerns) and that was not provided leaving our officiant to stand. Lastly, they pushed things that we were not interested in spending money on - like curtains - & had conversations with our other vendor without asking us about it first. Would not recommend to them. Way overpriced too for what you get as well.
I rented chameleon chairs for my wedding and they were definitely the perfect finishing touch!!!! I could not have been happier. Thank you Chelsea for all of your help!! You have my highest recommendation!
My daughter's wedding was an outdoor event at the beginning of October. There were obvious concern and unknowns about the weather for the day. Dina was extremely accommodating in helping us with tent options and layouts. It put our minds at ease tremendously knowing our options for the day. Everyone asked where we were able to locate the farm tables and chairs, received many compliments on them. Again, I can not express how awesome, helpful and patient Dina was with us during that year of planning. I highly recommend All Occassion!
Very responsive over email and lots of options to choose from – chairs were delivered on time and looked great. Chair rental generally is a bit pricy, but thought the cost here was about the same if not a bit cheaper than other local competitors (our wedding was in Cleveland). Our venue requested same-day pickup, which All Occasions was able to accommodate for an added fee. Also was nice to be able to pay with credit card! Would recommend their services!
I cannot say enough about All Occasions Party Rental. Referred to us by a family friend, we were so pleased how we were treated by this company. First they gave us a tour of their 84 facility. The amount of inventory they have is mind-blowing. They showed us how all the items are cleaned after each event, including the massive tents. Dina was our event coordinator, and was so calm and accommodating throughout the process - even when I was not.
We got everything for our backyard wedding from All Occasions. They were able to transform our yard into a dream come true. John, was the tent expert, and made great recommendations in terms of tent layout and options for us. He came out to the site 6 months ahead of time to see where and how things should be layed out. Both he and Dina worked well together to create the perfect space. My husband and I were very involved with how we wanted things to be laid out, and I have to thank both Dina and John for their patience when we changed our minds about 100 times. They continued to edit our layout until it was exactly how we wanted it.
They had such an amazing selection of rental items and were able to create our rustic, vintage look come to life with their long farm tables, chairs, linens, and simple white dishware. When it came time to set up, the team was very efficient and worked really hard to get the tent up. Everything was in great shape, clean, and beautiful. To my knowledge, everything that we ordered arrived. The tear down was equally quick. You would never know there had been a wedding there once they were gone.
Other places might be cheaper, but you can't be sure what shape the rentals will be in when they arrive. I've heard horror stories about mildew tents and ratty furniture. If you are hosting a first-class event, go with All Occasions. You will not be disappointed!
I rented tables,chairs and water goblets from All Occasions. The tables were cracked and peeling, which thankfully we covered with table cloths. The chairs were missing the rubber stops on the bottom of the legs and were consequently unusable. Also, I had to follow up multiple times to receive my deposit refund. The price was good, but the products were disappointing! Not recommended.
All Occasions had everything we needed to have our barn wedding. They provided all the glass ware and linens. The only thing that disappointed me was that I wanted burlap overlays and they assured me they would have enough by the time of the wedding. The week before the wedding they informed us that they only had 15 and we needed 26! luckily we were able to find them elsewhere at the last minute. Everything else was great though and the linens that we did get from them were clean, matched and looked great!
I used All Occasions to rent our chivari chairs for our reception. I chose to use chivari chairs only about 2 months before my wedding but All Occasions was more than helpful in the process. They have an amazing selection of products to choose from. As someone who didn't think that additional chairs were necessary, our reception space was totally transformed with the help of All Occasions!
All Occasion was easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Our caterer did most of the coordination with them. However, it was nice that a few months prior, we were able to do a mock tablescape setup at their Strip District offices to see what our tables would look like. All of the rentals were of high quality and went as planned. They did all of the setup and take down without a worry.
We used All Occasions for the rental of our Silver Chivari Chairs at our reception. Kristin was great to work with, and helped us set up delivery so we could set the chairs up ourselves and save some money. Chairs were nice, and looked beautiful at our wedding. No complaints!
My caterer took care of this, but everything looked beautiful.
We were able to save 650.00 for setting up chairs and chair covers and break them down. The chairs were pretty, a little beat up, but hardly noticeable. We tried to get them to reduce the price because we just missed a sale, but they wouldn't budge. We would have saved close to 1000.00 if we got the sale...so keep your eyes open for it! They were very good with customer service. They had forgotten to drop off chair covers, so they set them up themselves.
We ordered chairs (Chiavari with pads) and a few colored table cloths. Everything was delivered on time to our venue! We ended up over paying (based on estimated number of guests...we ended up with less guests than anticipated). We're still waiting on the refund check, but it has only been a couple weeks since our wedding and I haven't called yet to inquire when it will come. One of the chairs came damaged and our venue called them immediately to inform them that it was delivered this way and was not our fault. Everything looked beautiful!
We worked with Betty Ann who was lovely. All Occasions has a lot of choices for all of their products. Everything arrived perfectly on our wedding day!! We got married on a Sunday so were going to be charged a lot of after hour fees, we were able to have them deliver early (but we had the venue set up and tear down) to avoid these fees. The items we got from All Occasions really made our wedding so much more beautiful!
We visited the showroom in Washington, Pa and were taken back by the variety of options for rentals. We rented practically everything for our wedding, and it was delivered promptly and in great condition. Would definitely recommend.
We used the All Occasions location in Eighty-Four PA. Betty Ann was extremely helpful. She listened to what I wanted and gave me several different options. She several different cad layouts for me and we picked the one that worked the best for our needs. They even labeled the drawing and gave me several copies so that we could plan our decorations accordingly. They were very accomodating when we needed to add sides to the tent at the last minute. Delivery and Pick up were exactly as scheduled and done just as specified in the contract.
This vendor had a lot of choices for my dinnerware, but they didn't have the colors that I wanted for my linens. I had to choose something that completely changed the look from what I wanted. They were, however, very friendly, and when I found linens in a color that I wanted somewhere else, they were very helpful in helping me with the sizes and numbers that I needed.
