My name is Allison Griffith! It has been my dream since grade school to own and operate my own bakery. After attending Le Cordon Bleu and working for other pastries chefs for the last 5 years I decided it was time to take a chance on myself. I officially opened my own bakery on August 20th, 2022! It is located at 14037 St. Francis BLVD NW in Ramsey MN. My goal has alway been to provide the most tasty treats while still providing the best quality.
