Flavia and her team were fabulous. I can't imagine planning an event from Los Angeles taking place in Vail without their help. They are professional and personable and they think of all aspects so there are no surprises. They were hands on with everything so we could relax and enjoy the weekend of festivities. They anticipated all outcomes so there were no glitches and they handled all our requests with ease. They also went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and needs were being met. Flavia was incredibly kind in helping with a guest who needed some minor medical assistance - she stayed with her until aid arrived and kept an eye on her all weekend. From the pre-event planning to the post wrap up and all things in between it was handled by them with such ease and competence. I can't rave enough about them and I highly recommend them for any event, you will not be disappointed.

Flavia made every dream I had about my wedding, happen, down to the centerpieces and bouquets! Flavia is extremely creative, resourceful and hard working. When my hair piece fell apart, not only did she attempt to fix it, she found extra flowers from the centerpieces that could be spared and pinned them in my hair, which turned out more beautiful than the original in the first place! Allure Events has connections with vendors (REPUTABLE vendors) and the vision to make ANY wedding dream possible. With such a limited budget, Flavia found flowers for a steal AND catering that all of my guests raved about. Flavia Moora made my dream wedding a reality and not only am I appreciative, my entire family recognized her dedication, hard work and talent! She is now family! THANK YOU ALLURE EVENTS!!

I knew that I found the right wedding planner for me when I received a return email from Flavia at Allure Events within 5 minutes of my original inquiry. My husband and I had only one date that would work for a wedding this year, and of course if fell on a Saturday in peak wedding season. As much research and "envisioning" as I had done, I still was panicked about finding the right venue and vendors for my dream wedding. This is where Flavia stepped in. I met her for the first time to do a consultation and hired her on the spot. Within 10 minutes, we were on the phone calling over 40 venues to check availability. We also immediately booked an incredible team of vendors! Before I knew it, my wedding was fully planned, right down to the tiny details (beautiful paper flowers hand-made by her team, personalized thank-you notes for each place setting, adorable programs for guests). Flavia has a no-nonsense attitude that works perfectly for getting done what needs to be done. Her brides, grooms, and families are ALWAYS put first, even if it means sacrificing her dinner time to make phone calls or answer my constant text messages. She is original, creative, and incredibly artistic. Her ability to envision exactly what her brides want is uncanny...most of the time, she knew what I wanted before I even told her! One of my many favorite things about Allure Events is that I could be as involved or uninvolved in the entire planning process as I wanted. Once I started graduate school a few months before the wedding, Flavia was fully entrusted to complete whatever tasks were needed. My wedding day went off PERFECTLY, and the most priceless aspect was that my family, husband, and I did not have to worry about one single thing...Flavia and her team are a seamless, well-oiled machine that produce beautiful events within your budget. I trusted her with the biggest day of my life, and I would do it all over again if I had the chance!

Flavia is hands down the BEST wedding planner in the city (and my mom and I met with SEVERAL others before deciding on Flavia)! Flavia was extremely organized during the entire planning process. She would respond to my millions of emails immediately. She completely understood my "vision" from the moment we met; after that, she basically knew exactly what I wanted even before I did! Our wedding exceeded our wildest dreams and though we loved all our vendors, my husband I feel very strongly that Flavia is truly the person to thank for our perfect day! We tell everyone we know who is getting married that the money my parents spent on Flavia was the best money we spent on the wedding and there is no doubt in our minds that we could have never done this without her. I cannot say enough good things about my planner. I keep saying its the 2nd best decision I made regarding my wedding...the 1st being my now husband. Flavia from Allure Events Atelier went above and beyond at the wedding and during all the planning the months before. She thought of everything and made my day go as smooth as possible. She was there for every step of the way. At the day of the wedding her and her assistants thought of it all. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She even stayed to help out at the brunch the next day, completely unexpected. This is just the type of planner she was, taking care of every detail of our wedding weekend. She ran the rehersal and was not afraid to take charge and be direct. She took all the pressure off me from the moment I hired her.

Flavia is a fantastic wedding planner. Although we had around eight months to plan our wedding and I was often not around due to my work schedule, she managed to keep us on task and schedule throughout the entire process. Even though I know Flavia had a many other jobs going on at the same time as our wedding was being planned, I felt like my wedding was the only thing on Flavia's mind and she was always available, no matter how early or how late, for my questions, frequent anxiety attacks, and ideas. I would recommend Flavia and her company Allure Events Atelier Events to every bride!

We had the pleasure of having Flavia as our wedding planner and could not be happier with our decision. We met Flavia 8 months before our fall wedding and she immediately grasped the concept we wanted: an elegant and traditional, yet fun and upbeat party that incorporated many intricate decor elements and a very complex timeline (435 guests, 6 hours for cocktail and reception, excluding the ceremony). Every single vendor suggested by Flavia was top of the line (photography, cake, flowers for reception and ceremony, room setup and decor, lighting, DJ, catering, bartenders and waiters, were all arranged by Flavia). Throughout the planning, she was always available to answer questions, suggest decor ideas, and arrange the tasting and meetings with vendors. The day of the event she was extremely proactive, making sure that we were comfortable at all times and the timeline was followed. The result was an amazing party that exceeded our expectations! Our guests still talk about the amazing time they had and how well-organized everything was. It was the best night of our lives and we have to thank Flavia for it.

Flavia did an OUTSTANDING job. I didn't even know where to start in the beginning and once she started to see the stuff I liked - she created a vision for the big day and made it happen. From the beginning she took the time to get to know us both to incorporate unique touches to our wedding. She spent time creating look books to give me ideas. She went with me to ALL my appointments, tastings, fittings, and meetings. With my busy work schedule she would even attend meetings without my presence and I had complete trust in her. Her recommendation of vendors were spot on. Each one went above and beyond to cater to what exactly I was looking for - and they were a pleasure to work with. She also kept me organized throughout the whole process and guided me on what to focus on next. When the week of the wedding came along, she went above and beyond - from coming to my house to take everything to the vendor, creating a schedule the day off, confirming vendors and getting everything in line and ready. The day of the wedding was absolutely PERFECT and I have to say a big reason was because I had Flavia by my side throughout the whole process. I don't think many people can say this - but there was nothing that went wrong the day of my wedding. It was important to us that our guests felt the same way - and I have to say I was flattered by the amount of response we had from our family and friends saying it was the BEST wedding they have ever attended. I even got emails saying how perfect it was: "Your wedding planning was outstanding and perfectly executed. I was truly impressed with the plethora of intricacies and details. You seemed to think of almost everything. A truly outstanding job". I am so happy to have been able to work with Flavia on my wedding. I would recommend her to everyone I knew that was getting married :)

My husband is Irish-American and I am Indian and we were looking for wedding planners who could handle the culture-clash and create a nice fusion of the two cultures. Flavia did an AMAZING job and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding. We mainly worked with Flavia and we are so grateful for the work that she did. I am more wishy-washy than most brides and Flavia was supportive and helpful in creating a vision for our wedding that made me, my husband, and our families happy. We had bagpipes, an Indian priest, a Christian reverend, a pianist, a funky DJ, and more at our wedding and Flavia was able to put everything together in a cohesive manner. He was always reachable and communicated well with all participants in the wedding. Other than that, she is just a pleasant and lovable person to work with. As a great example of how Flavia can pull anything off, our Indian priest went ONE HOUR over the time he was supposed to. This was not anyone's fault; the priest clearly knew he was supposed to go for 30 min. for months before the wedding. He just decided to do his own thing the day of the wedding. Flavia adjusted beautifully, to the point that no one knew that this happened. The pianist, bagpiper, photographers, videographers, DJ, decorators, and everyone agreed to shift their schedules because Flavia have such a good relationship with them. For something that could have been a terrible disaster, my husband and I sometimes forget that happened because Flavia dealt with the situation so well.

Highly, highly recommend! Flavia was one of three candidates I reached out to and we really liked her disposition, her approach, and that she's an 'owner-operator' of her business, with an assistant (as opposed to a larger event company or on a team, where there was a chance your event could drop in priority if a bigger client/event came in, or that your event could get passed to another planner). Flavia has a wide range of relationships in place in the southern California area, including beyond-helpful connections with florals and decor concepts. We had some vendors in place when we hired Flavia; for those we hadn't already hired, Flavia was great at 'vetting' vendors when she was not already familiar with them. Our event was simple in some ways (ceremony & reception in the same venue, not a lot of transport logistics) but complicated in others (very specific timing, not a lot of advance time in the space, lots of deliveries to coordinate in advance, many participants in our ceremony/toasts, etc). Flavia kept it all running smoothly, identified problems in advance and headed them off (her minute-by-minute overview of our day was on-point), and calmly addressed whatever came up-- all while making sure that we (the celebrants) actually ate the food we spent months planning, and had a drink while talking to our 90 guests. (It's funny what you'll forget to do on the day-of.) She is masterfully observant and understands the "flow" of a well-run event. Flavia has this "in-control, yet not a control freak" presence, which was perfect: she speaks with authority while being genuine & pleasant- not always something you find in a planner, and what we wanted for handling vendors! She stopped at nothing to make things look and feel the way we envisioned- she tested out a bunch of ideas with us for decor leading up to our celebration, and kept on quests for supplies and designs for us. From planning to day-of, we loved working with Flavia!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Flavia and her team. She is truly family after our experience having her help plan my wedding. My wedding was GORGEOUS. She had so many great ideas to bring to the table and so many things that made the wedding run so much more efficiently. She has a background in food and we are complete foodies. She directed us to the most amazing caterer ever that put together a full 5 course wine pairing meal for us. I should copy and paste the menus it is sure to make everyone drool. She was just a good time and I love hanging out with her. When I was researching I asked for some referrals and she gave me a huge list and everyone on the list raved. This was my deciding factor. I hope she uses me for a referral person as well because I just can't say enough good things.

Flavia from Allure was a dream to work with and made my wedding day a success! Flavia helped me take my less conventional vision of a wedding and make it a reality. She walked me through each step of the planning process, answered all my questions, helped me deal with the personal conflicts associated with wedding planing, and made the day flow so smoothly. Dianna did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and did everything I needed, without needing to be asked, throughout the night. I would absolutely recommend Weddings by Flavia to anyone getting married. It was one of the best decisions we made and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

What can I say about Flavia other than she and her assistant Dianna (who I had the pleasure of working with on my wedding day) are out of this world. When I first started planning my wedding, I didn't even think about using a coordinator. I'm so glad I chose to, because Flavia and Dianna bent over backwards for me to ensure that my husband and my special day was absolutely perfect. Flavia worked with me for the two months prior to my wedding to help me build a day of timeline, which was wonderful because it forced me to stay on track and to make decisions ahead of time. Dianna was present at our rehearsal and helped to make sure she and the rest of the bridal party knew what was happening and when to ensure everything ran smoothly. Dianna set everything up at the church, helped out with decorations/planning at the Cotillion for my reception, and even helped pack everything up at the end of the night...working PAST the time she was scheduled to leave, just to help out! I don't think I could have made a better decision of who to work with on my wedding day and would absolutely recommend Flavia to EVERY bride out there who is even remotely considering a coordinator. Even more important is Flavia’s interpersonal skills that enable her to really understand what you want and how to help get you there calmly and efficiently. And on the most important day of all, Flavia’s leadership – steady and smooth – made the day go so well it almost seemed effortless; truly remarkable given the level of emotion everyone was feeling and the hundreds of details, both big and small, that had to be managed. We can say with complete confidence that without Flavia our daughter’s wedding could have been good but it would never have been the extraordinary event that it turned out to be.

ALLURE is amazing! From our first conversation with Flavia, we knew that she was the wedding coordinator for us. She exuded the type of calm, friendly personality that you need in a wedding planner -- along with an obvious knowledge of the California wedding industry, eye for detail, and talent at organization. We interviewed a few other wedding planners before selecting Flavia and none compared. In the months leading up to our wedding -- as well as on the day of the event -- our initial impressions were validated. In the weeks before the wedding, Flavia prepared a detailed timeline and confirmed it with all of our vendors, created gorgeous bouquets and floral centerpieces that were exactly what we wanted, and provided invaluable guidance on the myriad planning questions that arise during the lead-up to a wedding. On the day of the event, Flavia kept everyone -- including 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen, as well as 11 other ceremony participants (readers, ushers, candle lighters) -- on schedule and in the right place. She did this while remaining calm, friendly, and welcoming to all of our guests. Because of her great attitude, my husband and I received so many compliments on Flavia's performance. Flavia also coordinated with one of my bridesmaids (who made a bunch of handmade decor items that required significant set-up) to make sure that our venue looked gorgeous. We could not be happier at having working with Flavia.

I initially started looking for a wedding planner relatively early during the process of planning our wedding, but after we had already made some major decisions (reception location, DJ, florist) and Flavia's helping hand package was absolutely perfect! From our very first meeting, Flavia was organized and creative. She listened to my ideas and helped me perfect them and create something tangible from those ideas. lavia helped me with my wedding planning. I have only one thing to say... PHENOMENAL!!! I got married on August 16 in Chicago and I will be forever thankful for everything she did for me. Flavia is organized, punctual and really know her work. She handled the rehearsal and the day of the wedding like nobody else. She met with the caterer the day before just to get the table linens and make sure everything was going to be perfectly set up the day of the wedding. Flavia was a huge help the whole year before our wedding. When my fiancé and I got engaged, we knew we'd need help planning our wedding in Hawaii since we lived in California and weren't able to take care of everything on our own. The best part about having Flavia was that once we told them the general look and feel we were going for, they were able to help us execute and plan out all the little details. I can't count the number of times the girls brought up issues and things to consider, stuff we never would've thought of on our own. Their insight alone saved us so much stress, time, and money, and we can honestly say their services were worth every penny. The real challenge in my wedding was to blend two different cultures together. I have only positive things to say about everyone in Allure Events Atelier. They know what they are doing and what makes a magical wedding. I felt very comfortable discussing all the little detail of my wedding and how I visualized it. Not only were they very patient and accommodated whatever were there on my wish list, they also gave valuable inputs that only added to the extraordinariness of the entire thing. Their expertise was evident right from the first session and I instantly knew they would do a marvelous job. And I was right!

Working with Flavia was absolutely wonderfu! She is so easy to talk to and I regularly felt that she could understand what I was envisioning even if I didn't feel that I was articulating it very well, and she always made it happen. She has a wonderful "editing eye" due to her extensive experience which we found to be invaluable. Planning a wedding can be a very overwhelming experience with the amount of options available for every single aspect, so for us it was priceless to be able to work with someone who knows what is worth doing and at what cost. Combined with her great taste and eye for luxury and detail, she helped us make even the DIY elements of the wedding look like we paid top dollar for them. She was very personally involved in providing the vision we had rather than recycling ideas and trying to make them fit, which I really appreciated The thing I loved best in working with Flavia is how she was always available when I had questions or concerns. She is very detail oriented and combined with her experience it seemed as if she could handle any situation and even foresee where an issue might arise and deal with it before it became a bigger problem. I could not have been happier working with Flavia and her Allure team and I really can't recommend Allure enough!

If you ask me, Allure Events Atelier is the best wedding planner in Orange County. I had been to a number of weddings of my friends and family members and many of them were really nice. Because wedding itself is so beautiful. But somehow, I did not want our wedding to be like any of theirs. Because we wanted our wedding to bear a mark of ‘us’. So when I met Flavia I mentioned this as my topmost priority. And she understood with surprising ease. She was very confident, a quality that I believe draws directly from her years of experience. I was very impressed by her creativity. I can surely say that she and her team added a lot to the final outcome. Without them my wedding wouldn’t surely be so awesome. She never missed a single detail, was very professional in her attitude and yet knew how to easily become the one you are comfortable talking to and sharing your most cherished dreams and desires. Mid-way through, though, due to circumstances both outside and inside my control, I realized that if I wanted to enjoy the wedding I was so meticulously putting together, I had to get some help. I hired Flavia from Allure Events as our Day Of Coordinator and immediately felt as though a weight had been lifted. Flavia was amazing from day one - answering questions, giving excellent referrals, making introductions - she made the last few months of my own planning go way more smoothly. When she took over a month from the wedding date, I realized how much I regretted not getting the full planning package from the beginning. On the day itself, a few things went wrong with our venue - if I had been on my own, I'm certain it would have had a huge impact on my enjoyment of the day. With Flavia there, it barely registered. Our wedding planner was everything we had hoped for and completely exceeded our expectations! We had 7 months to our wedding and I had interviewed several planners. What struck us most about Flavia was how she not only listened carefully to what we were saying but was able to turn our ideas and random thoughts into a coherent vision. Even though we were halfway across the country, we never felt nervous or stressed as Flavia did all the legwork, making our decisions simple.
