Alpine Country Club

My daughter was married at Alpince CC in early October. Alpine has always held a very special place in our family's heart since many of our milestones were celebrated here over the years including my wedding 35yrs ago. I am beyond happy with the entire wedding experience. The guest are texting and calling me stating what a wonderful time they had , how delicious the food was and just the entire day and evening was perfect. I must personally thank the weddin coordinator Lauren for her guidance, professionalism and constant attention given to the bride on her day and how smoothly everthing went on my daughter's special day. Lauren went above and beyond with our event and there are no words to express my gratitude. A mother waits her entire life for this moment and it was a true fairy tale which exceeded my expectations. When the ballroom doors opened I had to burst into tears of joy it was fit for royality!!! I would highly recommend Alpine Country Club to all future couples searching for the perfect venue. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this venue and their staff. Outside of the food being delicious and the venue being gorgeous as a whole, the people working there are absolute rockstars. Our coordinator, Lauren, went above and beyond from day one. She was extremely commutative and accommodating and made even the daunting tasks seem fun. She was professional but also treated us like friends; our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her. All of our servers were super mindful of guest allergies and made sure we were always tended to. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!!

I am so happy we chose Alpine for our wedding! The setting was absolutely stunning and the food was second to none. We attended a tasting first which provided a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The venue's flexibility in accommodating requests made the day feel personalized and special. I have many allergies and the staff was very attentive and accommodating so me and my guests with allergies had nothing to worry about. Most importantly, Lauren was nothing but amazing to work with. Her attention to detail, ability to understand our vision, and availability to answer all of our questions to make sure we had the best night was truly appreciated. She was very responsive from the minute we reached out to tour, throughout the whole planning process, and even after when I had questions about picking our decorations up. She made sure the night ran smoothly so that we could sit back and enjoy ourselves. Lauren truly made our night so special and I will forever be grateful for her!

From start to finish our experience at Alpine couldn't have been better! Lauren was amazing to work with. She was truly invested in helping our vision for our day come true. All staff the day of our wedding were wonderful. We highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding coordinator Lauren Beaupre was absolutely incredible! She was so involved every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had she answered in such a timely manner. I wish I could give more than a 5 stars, Lauren is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her/alpine country club to anyone who is planning a wedding.

We chose to have our wedding at Alpine, not only because of the beautiful atmosphere, but also because of the excellent customer service we've always received! Planning a wedding is downright hard and stressful. Lauren helped us strategize and organize what we needed to keep the event on track and thought every detail we didn't know we needed- without making us feel overwhelmed. She did an amazing job with the preparations to set up the event, ensuring my vision would come to life! Day of, she kept us on track while still allowing us to have fun and not feel stressed. For the most important day of our lives thus far, I am so glad we trusted Alpine. I am looking forward to using them again in the future!

It was such a pleasure working with Lauren from alpine country club. She made sure our day went as soon as possible. Any questions I had she was able to answer, she always went above and behind for us to keeping my 3 year old distracted while we went to take pictures in the golf cart! I highly recommend any parties to do at alpine country club! The food was amazing everyone was happy with there choices I honestly have nothing bad to say about this. The midnight snack was amazingly delicious. Couldn’t be any happier with our decision

Our Wedding took place October 21st 2023 at Alpine Country Club. However our journey did not start with this being our original venue. due to unforeseen circumstances after believing our original venue was booked we found out 3months later our date was taken. That’s when we found Alpine. It was a hard week finding out we lost our original venue to trying to find one within our budget. That week we toured 3 venues. And Lauren at Alpine was a breath of fresh air. She was empathetic, and was ready to help us as much as she could. That’s when we knew Alpine was our venue. She was responsive, informative, organized, kind, creative. Could not have found a better team to work with. The Day of our Wedding was a dream. Working with Alpine the day went smoothly. As a bride who basically Diy her whole wedding I didn’t feel the need to control that day because of how much trust we put in Alpine. Our Day was amazing. The Venue was gorgeous and a step up from our original place. The Food was great. We had the baked cod and and the chicken Francaise, pink vodka sauce and pasta. All were amazing, did not feel like your “typical” wedding food. If i could do it all over again i would choose this place continuously.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Alpine in September 2023, and I HIGHLY recommend this venue! Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process! From our initial tour of the venue to the day after our reception took place, Lauren and her team was extremely accommodating, organized and helpful! The day of the wedding went smooth and a big part of that was thanks to Lauren. The ballroom was also STUNNING, and all of our guests loved the meals and the late-night snack option that was provided. I can tell you that none of our guests left hungry because not only was the food delicious, but the portions were also a great size! Having our wedding at Alpine really helped make our wedding dreams come true and everything was perfect thanks to Lauren and her team!

From start to finish, Lauren the Coordinator and everyone at Alpine were so great to work with! All of our meetings were structured, constant check ins throughout the entire wedding process. They were also very accommodating with my design ideas and helped me get any rentals we needed. The day of the wedding went SO smooth and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Alpine to anyone! Also, they have the nicest ballroom and the BEST italain food - my guests STILL are talking about it!

Alpine Country Club and Lauren did not disappoint!! They were amazing!!! The venue is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. We are so happy we chose this venue for our daughter's wedding. It was spectacular!

We absolutely loved celebrating our wedding at Alpine! Lauren was our contact and she was one of our favorite vendors through the whole planning process. She was receptive, communicative, and so easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and had great recommendations for what would work for us. Lauren really made us feel like she cared about us and genuinely wanted us to have the most magical day. She made picking this venue one of the easiest decisions of our planning process. Alpine itself is a gorgeous location, and we especially loved the ability to take Bride and Groom photos on the golf course. The food was AMAZING (you can trust this foodie on that) and the guests still rave about the pesto alfredo we had as a first course. We truly loved everything about this reception venue and would highly recommend!

Lauren did literally everything to make sure that our wedding day was a wonderful day! Admittedly there were some hiccups in the beginning of our process but when Lauren took over, I didn't worry anymore. From making sure that all the details were perfect to even being ready to accommodate the ceremony if need be. Everything was wonderful! Hearing from guests how much they enjoyed the food and how wonderful the wedding was wouldn't have been possible without Lauren and the Alpine team!

The Alpine was absolutely incredible! Lauren Beaupre, the wedding and event coordinator was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our NYE Wedding Dreams come true! The food was incredible, the service was amazing, and the event space was beautiful. I’m still in awe with how incredible of a venue Alpine Country Club is. Lauren is probably one of the most caring, incredible, and knowledgeable people in the entire wedding business. She makes you feel heard and gives such amazing ideas and helps everything come together. The day of I stressed about absolutely nothing at the reception because I knew they had it handled. Every single guest was happy with the drinks, food, and decorations. If you want the best decorations ever get married there during the Holiday season because it makes all of your photos that much better. I will never forget Alpine Country Club and I will always suggest that people have their events there!!!

Our wedding was PERFECT thanks to Lauren and all of the staff at Alpine. I sent Lauren many, many emails with questions during planning and she answered every single one timely and she never let me feel like a bother. She was there for me completely the day of as well, coordinating every vendor and all the different schedules, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. She’s extremely organized and honest which made for a great fit. The location itself is beautiful, we were able to have our ceremony outside in the garden and then the reception in the gorgeous ballroom with string lights, the chandeliers, the drapes - it’s very elegant. The set up of the location is really nice as well, with the bar right outside the ballroom (it’s also where cocktail hour was), and the fire pit in the garden was going all night which the guests loved. The food the night of was as good as it was at the tasting . Our guests are still telling us how much they loved the filet, even two months after the wedding. I cant recommend Alpine enough. Elegant but cozy, functional, and much more reasonably priced than a lot of other venues that offer so much less.

I can't say enough about our incredible experience with the Alpine and Event Manager, Lauren! From the moment I reached out to inquire about a wedding at this venue, to the days following my wedding, Lauren and her team were responsive, helpful, friendly, and SO dedicated to our wedding. Lauren addressed any question I had along the way and made everything so easy. We felt so lucky every step of the way to be working with Lauren! And aside from the amazing experience we had with Lauren and her team, the Alpine is such a fantastic venue for so many factors. It has a stunning ballroom and is located on a beautiful golf course (allowing for great photos!), is spacious both indoors and outdoors (great for guest parking), has fantastic food and their pricing is affordable. I can't recommend the Alpine enough, it is the perfect venue!

I am so happy we went with the Alpine Country Club for our wedding. It was the easiest decision, once i saw it and saw how beautiful it was in the summer. My wedding was very small so i had the lounge area, and outdoor patio. It was 10/10 perfect!! Also, to mention the food.. delicious. I dealt mainly with Lauren Beaupre who was absoutely amazing!! I brought her all my decorations, and she did it all herself and did fantasitc, she did it all. She made everything so easy, and stayed in touch throughout the prior months with emails and phone calls. I would recommend the Alpine to anyone looking to get married.

We had our wedding at Alpine on 7/9/22 and it was perfect. The club’s wedding coordinator, Lauren, helped my wife and I through the entire process; especially on our big day. She guided us through the entire event and made everything so easy. With so much going on, Lauren made sure we were in the right place at the right time, made sure we ate (harder than you’d think) and most importantly, made sure we were enjoying the day. The food was delicious; the staff and bartenders were extremely accommodating (we had a guest list of 200 and they were all promptly served). Our wedding day was exactly what we hoped for and much of that is attributed to Lauren and her staff. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Alpine Country Club as a venue.

When my fiance at the time and I walked into Alpine Country Club to check out the venue, we were greeted by Lauren, the wedding and event sales manager. Lauren was very helpful and friendly. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious ballroom, bar area for cocktail hour, and a gorgeous garden with a fire pit where we were able to have our ceremony. Lauren was extremely active within our wedding planning. She was organized, and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. She made sure we knew what to expect/do leading up to our wedding day. The day before our wedding, we literally just brought our décor to the venue, told Lauren what is what and where we would like certain things placed; from there, Lauren and her crew took care of the rest. We had a rehearsal a couple days before the wedding ,which really helped us get prepared for the big day. On the day of the wedding everything went perfectly! Lauren really made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it. She kept the event moving smoothly and was constantly making sure my now husband and I were not in need of anything; she went above and beyond. During photographs, Lauren was also even more helpful as she came up with photo ideas our photographers thought to be useful. Overall, I would highly recommend Alpine Country Club, if you are in need of a venue to have your wedding. They were all accommodating and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable and the food, yummy! You can't go wrong, the place is so beautiful and I give them a 5 star review for helping to make our special night something we will cherish for years to come. Our guest could not stop commenting to us how they loved the venue we chose to have our wedding.

My daughter's wedding was held on 5/21/22 at the Alpine. Everything was absolutely perfect. Lauren Beaupre, the wedding and event coordinator, is the best in the business! She made sure every detail was taken care of and went so above and beyond to make my daughter's dream day a reality! Lauren and her staff took care of everything. Guests said they had never seen such a beautiful wedding and all commented on how delicious the food was. I recommend Lauren and the Alpine 110 percent?

Alpine Country Club is such a beautiful venue. The golf course is trim and green and they have multiple areas for pictures around the course. Lauren Beaupre is their wedding coordinator-she made my wedding run smoothly from our first interaction to the wedding day! Lauren continued to stay in contact with me, schedule meetings, and remind me of deadlines. She also provided me with a vendor list which helped me choose two of my vendors !! Lauren is pleasant, professional, funny, efficient, and kind. So happy I had her to guide me !

Lauren was absolutely amazing!!! I held my bridal shower brunch in the main dining room- which I was a tad nervous about the room not being private but it worked out seamlessly. The food was delicious.!!! This was the first place I went to that offered the breakfast brunch when I didn’t have to pick bacon OR sausage! I got both! The day went off flawless and Lauren was there throughout the entire event to help in any way necessary. Lauren helped me with my vision and showed me the layout of the room so I could visually see where everything was going to be placed. There was no surprises. I would recommend any events here at the alpine.

We can’t say enough about how PERFECT everything was. The venue is absolutely beautiful and modern and all of our guests raved about how delicious the food was. From Lauren the event coordinator, to Jessica and Stephanie the bartenders, and Deanna, Alex and the rest of the waitstaff we were blown away at their professionalism and attention. We can’t wait to have our next event at Alpine Country Club!

I had an absolute blast at my wedding at the Alpine Country Club! The food is excellent and they had an abundance of options to choose from to best customize you wedding menu. Also, Lauren the event coordinator was amazing to work with. She has such strong attention to detail to help make your day go smoothly. The ballroom is newly renovated with beautiful chandeliers and the cocktail hour/bar is very large so there is never a wait for drinks making it a great experience for guest. The wait staff was also quick to serve the courses and was on top of cleaning and fulfilled any needs we had. Overall, Alpine Country Club was an amazing venue to host a wedding. I would definitely use this venue again for future events!

I held my daughter’s baptism on 12/12/21 at Alpine Country Club and Lauren was amazing to work with! She was very helpful with making suggestions for the room set up and was kind enough to go above and beyond with setting up all of the decorations I had brought in for the day of the event! The food was delicious and I received many compliments from our guests! The staff was also very nice and patient with my guests. I would recommend Alpine to everyone!!

Working with Lauren at Alpine Country club made everything not only easy and efficient, but also enjoyable! She was extremely professional, but also personable and genuine. I would 10000% recommend this venue and planner to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding. I had both my ceremony and reception at Alpine and I can honestly say my wedding was PERFECT. I wouldn't have changed a single thing. Lauren thought of every little detail and made it such and awesome and memorable experience. The venue and grounds are GORGEOUS and the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend!

I was just recently married on 9/18/21 and Lauren is by far the best of the best when it comes to managing your wedding. From the beginning to end she was on top of every detail and made sure my vision came to life! I had many moving pieces throughout my wedding including 3 outfit changes, special dances, confetti, sparklers, etc and Lauren and her staff didn’t miss a beat! The management team is on point and the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding! It was truly an event we will never forget that I would only trust the Alpine to hold.

Beautiful venue, worst staff :( maybe inexperienced... rude to my wedding party and children, ignorant comments to my guests, half the room didn’t get coffee or cake and were rushed out. I should have went with Kirkbrae if I had known the original planner wasn’t going to be available. She had it together.

Alpine was amazing! The ballroom was very elegant, food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic! Elizabeth and Lauren were very helpful; they put our minds at ease with all the uncertainty that came with planning a wedding during a pandemic and always answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Lauren went above and beyond with making sure our day was flawless and was everything we wanted. The entire staff made sure that we had the best day ever!

Alpine Country Club was truly a fantastic venue to host a wedding of 200 guests. I loved how we were the only event of the day at the club, making our day truly exclusive. Alpine went above and beyond to make the winter wonderland wedding of our dreams come true! The staff was very accommodating, professional, and friendly - great general manager to work, Josh, with allowing my family and I to decorate the club for Christmas. Words cannot begin to describe the high quality of the food provided by Chef Mario and his staff - we received compliments on the phenomenal food and services for weeks following our wedding. Exact quotes from guests stating, "That was the best chicken parm I have ever had!" Highly recommend Alpine Country Club!!!

The alpine country club was amazing!!! Shawna made every step of the way as smooth as possible, she was quick to answer emails, addressed our every concern, to make sure our day was THE BEST EVER! The service the day of our wedding was also phenomenal, the food was amazing, all the waiters/waitresses were on top of everything!! I highly recommend the alpine to anyone planning a wedding, there ballroom is stunning! I had such an amazing night, I wish i could do it all over again! Beautifully decorated — Shauna was a great help throughout the day. She made sure everything looked like we wanted it. No other weddings that day which made photos very easy as we arrived early. Totally separate from club members. Our waitress, Bonnie, and her whole team were wonderful. Many guests of ours commented how generous the portions of food were along with how delicious it was.

The FOOD! I am slightly picky and have some allergies but totally appreciate a good cut of meat.. they did the best job honestly my wedding went off without a hitch it felt like nothing could go wrong, they know how to put on an event and wow with the FOOD!

Had my September 1st wedding at Alpine Country Club. We got off to a rocky start with the event coordinators having changed hands a couple times since we had originally booked, but once Shawna came on everything was great. My husband was deployed during part of the process so Shawna went out of her way to have a private tasting for us when he finally came home. It was so nice that he was able to be part of the process and feel so included. Shawna was also really knowledgeable in our request for a fallen soldier tribute table. She knew exactly how the table was too be set which was really nice to know since it meant so much to us. She was very meticulous on the details and made sure everything was prepared and in line with our requests. She worked around our crazy schedules and was very easy to get in contact with when we had questions. On that day Shawna was personally there for all of the important events to make sure everything went according to plan. The weather was beautiful which definitely helped too. She even escorted my husband and I out to the middle of the golf course with our photographer for some more beautiful photos on their property. During cocktail hour I had escaped to the bridal room as I wasn't feeling too well. Shawna personally sat with me for a bit, brought me ginger ale and has the wait staff bring in all of my appetizers so I didn't miss out on anything. She kept us on schedule and worked closely with the DJ to keep the traditional pieces of the night rolling right along. The venue itself was very open and accommodating to our guests - the ballroom recently had all new sheers and drapery which was beautiful and made for amazing photos. The bar was large enough for my guests and the bartenders were working so hard that my guests never had to wait for their drinks. Overall the venue was well kept and maintained. We chose to have our ceremony onsite - the only downside tot he garden ceremony is it is right near the parking lot so someone's car alarm interrupted my husband's vows which was a bummer and a lot of our photos have cars in the background, but we knew that was going to happen. Bonnie was our lead waitress for the night, making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. She was such a wonderful person and I just loved talking with her. The food...absolutely incredible!! Matt, the head chef, is definitely amazing at what he does developing the menu and working with his back of the house team to ensure the standards are high. The food was so delicious and the portions are not typical wedding portions, but instead a nice full meal. You definitely get what you are paying for with the plated meals. In addition, we did the ice cream sundae bar (which they were happy to accommodate our flavor requests) and late night snacks which our guests loved. Overall we are so happy we chose Alpine Country Club for our venue. Shawna, Bonnie and their team were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating to our needs and requests. The venue was beautiful and made for some great pictures we will love forever. I highly recommend booking your wedding with Alpine.

We would do everything exactly the same if we could do the day all over! Shawna was amazing and very helpful with any questions we had! She made sure the day of, everything was seamless and perfect. Which it was! The ballroom is stunning! Our guests raved about the beauty, the service, and how great the food was! If we could give this venue 10 stars we would!

We had a rough ride with Alpine Country Club. We attending a wedding there five years ago for my husband's cousin and it was wonderful and then once we found out they had a new outdoor ceremony spot we were so excited we asked his cousin if she minded if we also got married there. Unfortunately, after signing up with Alpine we went through 5 wedding coordinators and it was very frustrating. In the end the wedding turned out amazing, it was a great day and the service staff at the wedding we awesome. Our guests are still raving over the food.

From the first meeting with my mom and I Shawna was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful throughout the planning process once we decided to go with Alpine, but even before making that decision she made several suggestions to us that were greatly appreciated. Shawna was always prompt in responding to emails and always available to meet. She was accomodating and also helpful at the end when we began getting nervous. Shawna met with us and hosted our rehearsal the week of our wedding despite being sick herself. She helped us set up things before the rehearsal which was not required of her. The venue was beautiful and our guests commented on this several times. I heard from many guests that the food was wonderful, and what I had myself was too! The staff the day of the wedding were great in helping us take photos (Shawna suggested some great spots) and made sure that the groom and I had drinks when we needed them, etc. Overall, everything was a success!

Alpine country club has its own elegance. The ballroom is open, light and spacious. We loved the fact we could close off the ballroom during our cocktail hour. Shawna who is the manager for weddings and events has been wonderful through this whole process. She is attentive, will answer your phone call or email within an appropriate amount of time if you have any questions. She is enthusiastic and shows a great passion for the weddings she organizes. We had an amazing wedding- I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Very accommodating to vegan needs for myself and my husband. The newly renovated ballroom is perfect for any wedding color scheme or vision.

I had my wedding and reception at the Alpine Country Club on September 8th,2018. We had about 240 guests. My wedding coordinator was Shawna Campion. Shawna went above and beyond everything I could ever ask for. She treated my family and I as if we were her own. She is wonderful to work with and truly a joy to be around.She is prompt and professional. She worked around our busy schedule and did not complain once. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and are picture perfect for weddings,Shawna made sure our photographer got the perfect shots. My guests let us know that cocktail hour was a success. They all raved about the food! I love the setup of the cocktail space. There’s a spot for everything! The reception hall space is one of the main reasons we choose Alpine Country Club for our special day. The chandeliers are stunning,the dance floor is huge! Even with 240 guests there was still PLENTY of space to dance and it did not feel crowded AT All. The food was great and my guests loved it! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this venue for small or large weddings! Shawna was a dream to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for a stress free venue and amazing food then this is it!!!

A Truly Magical Day! We held our wedding reception at the Alpine Country Club on June 2, 2018. I can honestly say I am so happy we chose the Alpine and very pleased with their service. I will start with a huge shout out to their wedding coordinator Shawna who did an absolutely amazing job at putting everything together and making sure everything ran smoothly that day. I cannot thank her enough for bringing our vision to life. We had envisioned this day for two years and seeing the ballroom for the first time better than we imagined it was a moment that we will remember forever. We were taken in a golf cart to the main sites on the golf course to take pictures by the pond and bridge, which all came out beautiful! The food was delicious and we keep getting many compliments on how delicious the food was all the way from cocktail hour to the main dishes. The wait staff was excellent especially our waitress Bonnie who made sure we were well taken care of the entire night! I would highly recommend The Alpine Country Club they will not disappoint!

We held our wedding on July 22nd at Alpine Country Club. Everything was so great! The staffs there were professional and friendly. They are so sweet and helped us a lot! My husband and me were so happy to held our wedding there! Shawna is the best!

We got engaged in November 2016 & met 3 different wedding coordinators but I must say I was very Happy to have Shawna. Through the planning process Shawna was very supportive. She provided us with idea's to make our special day amazing and bring our vision to life. She was super patient and accommodating as our plans would frequently change. The day of our wedding she treated us like royalty and made sure we remained comfortable at all times. Shawna, Bonnie & their entire team went above and beyond to insure that our guest enjoyed themselves. Everything looked absolutely beautiful.

I am not sure where to begin with this review. First and foremost, I booked my wedding back in March 2016 with Amanda Greenwood. My husband and I were torn between Kirkbrae and Alpine, but it was Amanda's willingness and personality that sold me. Since March, I had four wedding coordinators, and other than Amanda..none knew how to do their job. The first person Jessica took us on a tour of the grounds for our ceremony.. and did not speak the entire time. Nichole was accommodating but left ubrubtly. Then there was Sheila, The coordinator I worked with up until my wedding day. Prior to my wedding day, I met with Sheila two times. During our first meeting, we reviewed many of the things I had put in place with Amanda and Nichole. However, during our meeting she stated some of the things I had planned could not be done. This obviously was upsetting and required me to run around more than I should of. I had to replan things such as favors. During this meeting, I explained that I wanted to take photos/first look prior to our ceremony. Sheila and I went over a time line. This was then confirmed again during our last meeting before my wedding. However the night before my wedding, she decided to tell me there would be no place for my bridal party. During every meeting, she said she could be a bitch if she had to. She also threatened to shut down my bar during our meetings and wedding day. This was an awful feeling. Sheila also did not give me an invoice with an itemized list of what we were purchasing until my final bill was due. My parents also asked to extend our open bar after my cocktail hour. Yet, the bartenders were charging people for drinks even though my parents had paid for an extra amount of time. Sheila also was very rude during the entire day. Not only calling my husband by the wrong name, she refused to take us to locations where we could take photos due to golfers. My photographer wanted to take some sunset pictures but Sheila said no. Every picture we took she was more concerned about the golfers. If that's the case, you shouldn't advertise that you have beautiful grounds for photos. During my last meeting she also decided to tell me that a 17 year old couldn't have chicken fingers and fries. I could only order chicken fingers with a potatoe and veg for 29.95. The night of the wedding, the 17 year old received a child's portion of chicken fingers. The list can go on with the many issues I have had. But the lack of communication, unprofessonalism, and rudeness did affect my wedding day. After our wedding, we were told to send an email to the owners explaining our concerns. Yet a week later, there was no response whatsoever. Very poor customer service. Especially when brides typically have friends who are also getting married... this will not be a place I recommend. My husband and I did have a great time as well as our guests. The ball room was beautiful, food was great, and the manager Ron was helpful. Thank god for my dj who kept things running smoothly all night. If had to choose a venue again. It wouldn't be Alpine.

My sister recently had her wedding at the Alpine and I was less than amused with their wedding coordinator and the way they cared for the bride, groom, and bridal party. I was the maid of honor and have been in multiple weddings to compare the Alpine to. The first and most important complaint is the wedding coordinator calling the groom "Christian" all night when that was not his name. The wedding coordinator was corrected multiple times that this was not the grooms name. After all the money and time put into this wedding, the least they could do was get his name right for their special day. The bridal party was also not catered to AT ALL. We arrived 2 hours before the ceremony and were told we could not sit at the bar because it was for members only. We had to stay in a closed off area as if we were intruding on them. The bride, groom and bridal party also were not fed for cocktail hour. We were not given any hor d'oeuvres in the bridal suite nor were they taken out to us while taking pictures. By the time we made it inside to cocktail hour, there was nothing left but a picked over antipasto bar for the bride and groom to enjoy. Also, we were told MULTIPLE times that we could not take our bridal party pictures in many places because of the golfers. Now, I understand that this is a country club. However, if there is no place for a wedding party to take pictures at their wedding venue then they should not do weddings. The wedding coordinator was also very unpleasant throughout the day. Not only did she threaten to shut the bar down multiple times during my sisters meetings, she threatened us the day of the wedding because the bridal party was not listening to her for DJ introduction. My mother overhead her say "I can be a bitch if I need to be" as she made the threat. We were not trying to be disrespectful, we were trying to coordinate our own entrance dances in attempt to have a fun and memorable wedding. Unfortunately there was much more than this that took place but I was not involved in those issues. I will say what food we did get was very good. Compliments to their chef. The bad heavily outweighed the good during my sisters wedding day, and for that reason I would not recommend this venue.

Although everything went as well as it could on my wedding day, I did hit a few significant snags along the way. To start, I had three different wedding coordinators in less than a year, and the third started twenty days before my wedding and was inexplicably absent on the day of my wedding rehearsal (I did receive an apology but no explanation as to why something I scheduled months in advance didn't warrant a phone call or even an email). I was also disappointed in the brand new "Enchanted Woods" that was sold to us as a wonderful place to get married. There was nothing enchanted nor wooded about it, and I nearly fell out of the golf cart multiple times (something that some of my elderly and pregnant guests were expected to ride to get there). And because my coordinator was brand new, she was unaware or needed reminders of some of the things discussed with my original coordinator. I had been told by outsider gossip that the club was under new management, and that was the reason for so many kerfuffles and confusions...but it still bothered me that some things were not communicated properly or somehow misunderstood. On a positive, the wedding itself was very well received, the food was OUTSTANDING, and I can't praise the cooking staff enough for making our breakfast for dinner meal a reality. Our ambience in the garden was beautiful, also. That being said, 3.5-4 stars, mainly for the food and ambience.

Our wedding at Alpine Country Club was nothing short of a dream come true! We had bit of a rough start to our year and wanted to end things off on a more positive note. We thought what better way then to get married on New Year’s Eve! We were realistic with our expectations as we were booking with less than 5 months to go and our preferred date may not be available. I sent Amanda an email and set up a day to tour Alpine. I toured the venue on day where my husband was out of town for work. I met Amanda who was so very sweet, kind, and friendly! She has such a bubbly personality that not only makes her so very easy to talk to but is contagious as well! She then informed me that last minute, NYE had opened up. We had a great first meeting where Amanda went over deposit schedules, meals, and preferred vendors should we decide to book. She was more than gracious to hold the New Year’s Eve date for 2 weeks without a deposit so my husband could check it out once back in town. She also mentioned that should we book, any ceremony and room fees would be waived and we would only be responsible to hit a food minimum. This was the first and last venue I toured! I excitedly called my husband from the car and he said “book it”. Everything seemed to be falling into place perfectly! Amanda was amazing in the months leading up to the wedding. Always in constant communication via email or phone. She has such a talent, it’s almost surprising she doesn’t have her own wedding planning business! She had the best suggestions when it came to food, décor, and the overall pace of the evening! When discussing décor for the ballroom she advised us that we really didn’t need too much as the room would still be decorated for Christmas. We ended up with a 17 foot tall Christmas tree as the backdrop for our sweetheart table! We asked if it were possible to show the ball dropping in the ballroom itself. I mentioned reaching out to Conte Entertainment to see if together we could coordinate something. Amanda stepped in and she said she would take care of it and reach out for us! Our guests were blown away when shortly before midnight, a projection screen was brought into the ballroom and we were all able to countdown to midnight! The night of the wedding went so very perfectly! Amanda and Jared knew exactly when to bring out our late night food to keep the guests and party going! We decided to cover the bar tab for our wedding party so we had a few servers to take care of us all evening. They were amazing! We as well our as wedding party felt like royalty. Amanda made sure to ask what our favorite drinks were in order to have everything on hand for the wedding! We cannot say enough amazing things Amanda and the Alpine staff. She took a vision we had and helped execute it to perfection! It’s been about two months since our wedding and our friends and family still cannot stop talking about it! Amanda and staff truly understand that this day is such an important day and for many brides, a day they’ve been dreaming about for years. Her knowledge and expertise as well as her professionalism and true passion for her work truly shine through! We are seriously considering joining Alpine Country Club as members due to the phenomenal experience that was the most perfect night of our lives!
