Do not order from them. I ordered a boutineer and matching corsage. What I got was 2 boutineer but one had a wrist strap. When I contacted customer service they were very rude and kept telling me that the flowers were good and I could use them. The flowers were supposed to be white but they were light pink. They did end up refunded the corsage but I still had to buy a whole new set last minute so they match. I guess they don't realize that corsages and boutonnieres need to match.
Amazon Flowers is a rip off. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière. However, I received 2 boutonnières but one had a wrist strap so they call it a corsage.
I reached out to customer service because of their 💯 satisfaction guarantee to be told that since the roses match the color ordered, I got what i ordered and no refund would be given.
I escalated it up further to be told to put them in water and they would be beautiful. The point was that the item ordered did not match the item received and instead of them honoring the satisfaction guarantee they advertise, they gave me the run around.
DO NOT order. Just go to a local florist, the quality is much better and at least if there is an issue you have an actual person that will help.
Whatever you order is only good for when you take it out of the box. I ordered tuberose and paid $128 for 40 stems. They lasted for 24 hours and they started to die. Avoid Amazon flowers. Plus, they refused to pay back for the dead flowers
Just wanted a simple punch of color for my wedding, but didn't want to spend an outrageous amount for flowers. I ordered 90 Gerbera daisies to have 2 daisies per small vase and supplement with ornamental grasses, for a simple but colorful look. I was a bit skeptical ordering online, but was blown away with the flower quality, packaging, and delivery was to the minute of expected tracking arrival. The daisies were the exact mix of colors I ordered, each stem with supportive tubing, and every daisy was wrapped in mesh to protect the flower until time of arranging. 10 days in, and the daisies look nearly as fresh as the day they arrived! It's great to be able to enjoy these flowers for weeks after our wedding. I highly recommend this company if you want to save money and want some simple colorful flowers for an event.
I did get the flowers on the correct day. That is the only positive. The wrist corsages for prom look like they were put together by someone who didn't know how to attach flowers to the wristband to make corsages. They are flowers wrapped with ribbon. One of the corsages I ordered had white carnations instead of the dark burgundy I ordered, so will not match the black and burgundy assemble of one of my two girls. Per the website I have called and emailed pictures, but have not received any reply.
This lousy company deserves a negative amount of stars, but since 1 star is the absolute minimum, then that’s what they’re getting. STAY AWAY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS IN COLUMBIA, NOT IN THE USA! They’re called Amazon Floral because they related themselves to the Amazonian River, they are NOT tied to the company Amazon!! I found this out after I placed an order for a prom corsage WEEKS before a scheduled prom, and they failed to ship it out properly, so I did not receive the corsage before prom, AS SCHEDULED. I still haven’t received the corsage!! AND NOW THEY DON’T WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS!!!!
They did arrive on time. They are beautifully displayed in the box. The ordered 25 , 20 inch and only 7 were 20 inch the rest were 14 inches and shorter . All the colors I picked did not come in which I was told by a customer service person I was only allowed 1. I explained that isn’t what the website stated . I also ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s 16th Birthday and they were all brown at the top . Customer service issued me a $15 credit however I wish I could have been allowed to send them back and made correctly . Not ordering again
At least some of the reviewers got their flowers. My event is tonight, my flowers still have not arrived. I've emailed customer service and tried using their online chat service. No response. I'm out of my money and still without flowers for tonight. Don't make the same mistake I did.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They never answer the phone. I literally had to SPAM them to get an answer. They don't put any effort into your order, don't care if you are not satisfied, and will NOT refund you no matter what. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY. Do not help their company buy ordering from them!!!
Absolute worst company
DO NOT ORDER from them
Poor poor quality and obsolete customer service
Flowers were delivered dead and when we called they said we needed to email our complaint - I have emailed them and called 3times with not one response - a $215 lesson -
If I could give a 0 star rating I would. HORRIBLE company. I paid hundreds of dollars for flowers that never I never received I have been calling for 2 days. They don’t answer the phone. This is a scam!! Do not buy from this company I can not express that enough.
This company is not worth they stress they cause. No one ever answers the phone or messages, or emails or any type of contact. I am a wedding planner and have been trying to contact them for over a month just to confirm one their rose colors. I finally went ahead and order for this VERY small wedding I'm doing for a friend and they arrived on Thurs. For a wedding I told them was on Monday. Hope they stay alive! No one will answer the phone to ask questions or get any reassurance. Everyone has enough stress over planning their wedding...it's not worth the savings! Find another wholesaler - there are a few really great ones out there!
They even keep a list of who bought what, so you have a thank you list manager already! That is definitely a good thing to keep in mind. And everything is easily returnable. And they give you suggestions and reviews on everything!
I was on a fairly strict budget for my wedding and tried to do quite a bit of research ahead of time to find an affordable option for getting real flowers for our bouquets and boutonnieres. I looked at some reviews before I used amazonflowers.us and of course, they were all filled with glowing praise. They had just the combination of flowers I wanted so I chose them. I ordered and made the delivery arrangements months ahead of time. I got another confirmation e-mail about 2 weeks before the wedding, so I assumed everything was in order and going according to plan. I had followed their recommendation and put the delivery date for 2 days before the wedding to give the flowers enough time to open but not wilt. I made sure there was someone present to accept the delivery at the scheduled time. Well, they did not come. I gave it a couple of hours, and then I started trying to reach their customer service. Their customer service is non-existent and the phone number does not work. I called over and over again, and could only get a voicemail which half of the time was only in Spanish. I finally figured out the tracking info for Fed-Ex and called them. The flowers were still stuck in Miami (my wedding was in Kentucky). I continued to call and try to reach amazonflowers through their "instant chat" (which coincidentally is never online) throughout the rest of the day. I sent multiple very desperate messages/e-mails just trying to get anyone to respond. When someone finally did, they said to wait a few minutes and they would get back with me. I waited the rest of the night and sent more messages they never responded again. The next morning, (the day before my wedding!) I contacted Fed-Ex again and the flowers were being unloaded from the airplane in Louisville. I explained my desperate situation and had them send the flowers directly to our local Fed-Ex office so I could have my dad go pick them up. The flowers finally got to my house late morning. Guess what? One of my main flowers, the lilies, were the wrong color. Everything was supposed to be white, and they were pink!!! I started instant messaging them again, and basically demanded that someone call me immediately. Miraculously, a guy finally did, but he wouldn't listen to a word I said. I wanted some sort of reassurance that they would do something. I was so upset and requested a refund. He kept insisting that I needed to take pictures of the flowers and send them to this very generic e-mail address and go through all this hassle. My wedding is TOMORROW! and my flowers are ruined!!! I don't have time for that! But, I took pictures and emailed them. Guess what? no response and no help! My sisters were amazing and helped me arrange them to look as good as we could, pink flowers and all. Unfortunately, the story still isn't over. The wedding day arrived and the horrendous orange pollen inside those pink lilies got all over my bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress! It got all over the front of my maid of honor's dress and we couldn't get it out. It was ruined. She had to hold her bouquet if front of her chest to try to hide it for the ceremony. The gerbera daisies also wilted before the reception even started. I tried to contact them again after our honeymoon, but only received one e-mail which provided no help, and have never gotten any kind of refund or apology. Don't use them! I am a very patient person, but they were a nightmare for me!
This company contributed to the worst experience of my wedding, hands down. I had a tiny destination wedding in Puerto Rico and wanted to save some money in the flower department. Amazonflowers.us shipped to PR, and the flower prices were reasonable, so I went with them. Worst. Decision. Ever.
In the month or so leading up to my wedding date, I tried to contact the company to make arrangements for the delivery to the Puerto Rico location, as things were tricky. After numerous tries and many non-returned phone calls, I finally talked to customer service. We had a long conversation discussing the Puerto Rico delivery address and location, but it turns out I couldn't make changes on the order, because it wouldn't be shipped until the week before my wedding date. Fine.
I again try to call during the week before my wedding and can't get through to customer service. I make special arrangements with my ceremony location instead to handle the delivery. Two days before my wedding, when the flowers are supposed to be delivered, I get a call from my apartment complex thousands of miles away saying that my flowers have been delivered there. BIG problem.
So I call customer service. I call, leave messages, use their chat function (which seemed to always be offline, how convenient), email. Not a peep from the company. We had to scramble for flowers from a local florist at the last minute.
That would be bad enough, but it doesn't stop there. A week later (post-honeymoon), I attempted to call them back again. Still, I left messages and emails, but no one contacted me. Fed up, my husband took the phone and called for a full day and left many phone messages before reaching someone. They were extremely reluctant to issue a refund for their mistake. They argued on the phone with my husband for about 10 minutes, refused to connect him with a manager, then finally said they would "put in a request" for the refund, so they could decide if it was warranted. I evenutally got a partial refund, after much time and stress spent on the ordeal.
The mistake would have been forgivable if they had made any attempt or expended any effort to fix it. They actively did nothing. Be warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered orange and white Calla Lilies with stem lenghts of more then 12". Most of the ones I got were not that length after being promised they would be. I also had 3-4 lilies that where the stem and the head met was rotten.
We had a small wedding, so didn't want to hire a florist. I ordered some items in advance to test the vendor out. Everything was on time, healthy, & long lasting.
I asked several questions while placing my order & got immediate responses. The vendor offered cust. svc. via phone, e-mail, & live chat. I placed my order more than a month in advance.
On the date of delivery, everything came right on time. What was delivered, that is. One centerpiece was missing entirely and its mate looked terrible. No amount of outer petal removal could save it. My other three centerpieces were pristine, but my bouquet was a MESS, brown beyond repair. I suspect the box it & the centerpiece came in had mold, while the other centerpieces' boxes did not.
This is just a guess, however, because though I have been trying for a week now to get ANYONE on the phone at AmazonFlowers, I have yet to get anything but a series of rings & a message in Spanish with no option for voicemail. All of my e-mails (as well as my planner's e-mails and phone calls) have gone unanswered, and the online chat was NO HELP. I was told the last time that a refund would be posted by Tuesday and I would get a confirmation e-mail. That was two days ago, and still no sign. Fortunately, I've kept detailed track of my correspondence and will work with my credit card company on a dispute.
Just don't bother with this vendor. There are others online that can give you just as good a product with so much less hassle. I won't give this a full zero because the flowers that arrived in shape were beautiful and long lasting.
Fortunately, I was able to make my own bouquet and my planner repaired my maid of honor's as well as the manky centerpiece and also made a mate for it.
Just don't bother with AmazonFlowers for something this important. It's not worth it. Also, in a pinch, remember: SPRAY ROSES ARE YOUR FRIEND and can fix almost anything :)
We were a little nervous using an online florist for our wedding, but since we only needed bouquets, corsages and boutineers, we thought we would give Amazonflowers a try since they had great prices. To make ourselves feel a little better, we ordered a sample bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day so that we could judge their quality before placing our wedding order. We were very happy with the bouquet so we placed our wedding order. The flowers were delivered to our wedding venue the day before the wedding and we put them in a refrigerator overnight. The morning of the wedding the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Although the white calla lillies were more of an off-white color, they still looked greath with the deep red roses. The flowers lasted more than a week after the wedding.
Ordered flowers online since they wanted over $600 for basic flowers from the florist in town. Photos online, easy ordering, fast delivery. Delived right to the door. Beautiful flowers for ceremony, bouquet, boutineers, corsages and more for under $250 Gerber Daisys, Roses, and orchids...Beautiful
My flowers were beauitful. I did order green orchiads and they were yellow. The bridesmaid wrapping was suppose to be green and it was white. They were delivered early. It could have been a distaster but I just went with it.
My husband and I decided to try and pinch pennies going with an online florist. I read mostly positive reviews about Amazonflowers.us and decided to take the chance. For our Sunday wedding we chose to have our flowers delivered on Friday...they did not come. After many calls to FedEx it was possible we weren't going to get them until the following Monday (they had gotten stuck in customs from Columbia) in the end we wound up driving to the nearest FedEX on Sat to pick them up. Not sure who's to blame for this Amazon or FedEx? Either way, the flowers were beautifu, however, we had requested white ribbons on our corsages and got royal blue which meant we had to run to Michael's on wedding day, buy new ribbon and re-wrap them. All in all they looked great and the cost was low, but I don't recommend if you are an easily stressed bride.
I chose to use an online vendor for the price due to a small budget. While the flowers on the website look amazing, the arrive looking dreadful.
My bouquet and the girls were fine, but the boutonnieres were a disaster.
The grooms was 6 full roses and was entirely way too big to be used. And the ones that we had chosen for the groomsmen were not available so the substituted something else without even discussing it with me. We wound up with some huge green thing that wasn't even anywhere near ready to bloom, in fact they didn't open until 10 days after the wedding. We wound up going the day before to the local grocery store and having boutonnieres made to use
Customer service was uncaring and unwilling to compensate anything. I will not use them again for any reason
