A wedding is undoubtedly one of the most important days of many people's lives, and when it came to selecting a catering service for ours, my wife and I wanted nothing but the best. After extensive research and recommendations from family and friends, we chose Anmol Catering & Events, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Those who have been there, done that know very well that planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, especially choosing a catering vendor since food is the only thing that 80% of the people (guests attending the wedding) care about, and that's something they will talk about for a very long time. However, from the very beginning, working with Anmol's CEO, Arif Patel, and his catering team was a seamless and pleasant experience as they were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our specific needs and preferences. For instance, I wanted them to make the Palak Paneer (Spinach curry with cheese) without the Paneer (cheese) to make it more greeny and make the spinach smell more prominent, and they made sure to make it according to my preference. In addition, I ordered four whole goats for my wedding menu and wanted Anmol to serve it and present it in front of the guests in a certain way. Arif Patel and his team went above and beyond to make the goat presentation exactly the way my family and I wanted. The appetizers (Papdi chaat, shrimp tempura, beef qeema samosa) were absolutely fantastic. Papdi chaat is undoubtedly something that everyone loves. Shrimp tempura and beef samosa were so fresh and tasted great as Anmol was able to use the banquet's fryer, and the guests were able to enjoy them fresh out of the fryer. Mutton biryani and the whole goat certainly stole the show, as they were just too good!!! In addition to the amazing food, Anmol's team ensured that everything ran smoothly, leaving us free to enjoy our special day without any worries. Thank you, Arif Bhai and the rest of the Anmol team, for your excellence, delicious food, and impeccable service, which made our wedding day even more memorable.
