I had a wonderful experience with Annabella Boutique! I visited four other Chicago boutiques, and Annabella's had the best inventory BY FAR. I could not imagine how many beautiful wedding dresses they were able to pull for me that exactly matched what I was looking for. I always thought I'd have a hard time finding a wedding dress that I would love, and instead I found at least 6. This made my decision very difficult, but with the guidance of Rosa, Cathy, my parents, and my maid of honor, I was able to settle on the perfect dress. The ladies were incredibly patient as I tried several dresses on more than once, and were in no way pushy. Once I said YES to the dress, we toasted with champagne and exchanged lots of hugs. The ladies here really make you feel like you're part of the family. I have very few complaints about my experience with Annabella's. My main complaint was that they have their own tags in each dress, so you do not know which brand/designer you are trying on until you purchase the gown. If you shop around online prior to visiting the store, though, you may have a good idea of which designer you are trying on if that is a factor in your decision. My other complaint is that their seamstress does not work evening hours (most appointments had to be made before 4:30), so plan to take an afternoon off work if you choose to use them for alterations. In the end, I am happy that I utilized them for alterations, though, because they turned out perfectly and they were even able to add an additional layer of fabric between the straps and my body since the bead detailing was itchy. The seamstress's attention to detail was unbeatable! Overall, I highly recommend Annabella Boutique for your wedding gown. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on my dress on my big day, and how happy I am that I found it at Annabella's.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I had the worst experience with them. I can't emphasize enough how awful they are. The two sisters who work there are extremely rude. My mom bought a dress from this store for my wedding, they took her measures. The dress was late and it was a ready only 2 weeks before my wedding. They said the dress was late because of the 4th of July Holiday. They should have take into account the Holiday when they promise a delivery date to customers. Even though they took her measures, the dress was 2 size big for my mom. They tailor only works on weekdays till 4, that means I had to take 2 days off from work and go back all the way to the store, JUST before my wedding. When i complained that I don't have enough time for the alterations two weeks before my wedding, they said it's my problem and I can sell the dress online, but I HAVE to buy it from them. They accused me that I'm just a unreasonable bride and all the stress has got into me. I NEVER had any other issues with any other vendors, never ever got frustrated with any other vendor. They just want to push you to buy, and once you make a payment, then they don't take ANY responsibility. Everything will be your problem then. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I said YES to the dress this last week and could not be happier! Could not have had a better experience with Cathy and Rosa! The first time I came in I was shown a bunch of beautiful inventory - everything that I described I was looking for plus a few extra dresses Cathy thought would look good on me. Cathy was really understood what I was looking for. She was very patient as I tired on dress after dress after dress - helping me put every dress on and adjusting every detail so I would get a good idea of how the dress would look in my size (most of the other bridal boutiques I went to did not do this, some didn't even offer to help me put the dress on!). After my first visit I left feeling great and was not pressured into buying something. A few days went by and I couldn't stop thinking about one dress and I knew I had to go back and try it back on. Like the first time, Cathy was very patient and even stayed after hours and did not rush us at all. After Cathy showed me a few other options, I knew the dress I came in to try on was the one! Even after making the sale (well after closing hours at this point), Cathy did not rush us out and even celebrated and chatted with us for quite some time. I felt like I could not have made a better choice with my dress AND with the ladies I bought it from! One of the best customer service experiences I have had!

I can't even begin to express how helpful Cat and Rose are. My entire experience differed from the other bridal boutiques we went to that day. I didn't have an appt and just walked in (don't do this, pleasssse make an appointment) and Cat was so sweet to squeeze me in for an appointment. She pulled some dresses, showed them to me first (which I really liked) and had me decide if I want to try on or not. She never pushed me to like a dress or pressured me so she could get a sale. They're so much fun and have the best personalities. I can't wait to pick up my wedding dress in a few months!
