stayed on track on the big day, helping with set up and coordinating with vendors. In the months leading up to the wedding she was available for questions and planning. She also acted as a liaison with vendors when needed and helped create and distribute our day of schedule to vendors. Most importantly, Arlene was always mindful of my wants and needs as the bride. If I had any idea but wasn't sure how to pull it off she provided guidance and solutions. Our wedding was a mix of DIY set up and coordinating with the venue who had their own tasks and decor they were responsible for. So there was a complex mix of tasks and set up to ensure went to plan. Arlene made sure all tasks and set up items were taken care of and ensured vendors were on track. She helped with any last minute fixes or changes in plan throughout the day. She was also happy to direct our extra helpers we brought in to assist throughout the day alongside her own team and the venue. She did a beautiful job setting up our desert table, one of our DIY items. She basically wore any hat we needed! Arlene ran a mini rehearsal with the bridal party, flawlessly coordinated the ceremony timing, and kept everything smooth during the reception. Any surprises were handled with ease — I didn’t see a single thing go wrong all day! We couldn’t have done it without her.

rlene's team to help with set up, break down, and bussing of tables during dinner time. They were so kind and hardworking! They assisted my coordinator with all of the above and helped with the cleaning and repacking of the dishes we rented. They also cleaned up promptly, which helped us tremendously at the end of the night. We really appreciate their hard work, and would definitely hire again!

wever, we needed staff to pass out appetizers during cocktail hour and just help out during dinner time! I had the most difficult time trying to find staff I could trust to help. Then stepped Arlene, from the beginning she was informative, professional, and willing to help with those tasks I needed. The day of the wedding, it RAINED and everything in my timeline just flew out the window, but I saw Arlene and her staff just pivoting to make sure things still ran smoothly and continuing to work with my wedding coordinator. Just seeing how she navigated through that, I have no doubt she’s an even more amazing coordinator as well. For reference, we had a traditional Mexican Catholic church service and our reception involved ~200 guests. She kept both of our large families on track during the rehearsal, and made sure the reception stayed on schedule as well- even helping us pivot last minute with some plans due to the extreme summer heat. Our wedding venue was extremely difficult to work with and there was a lot of panic/stress behind the scenes, but having Arlene's full support navigating vendors kept us sane. Our guests would never have guessed the issues we had behind the scenes and we are forever grateful to Arlene for this. Our only regret is not finding her sooner and booking her for the full wedding planning service!

the day of the wedding. We had several meetings and calls. I was also able to message her whenever and she was so amazing at responding. She got to the venue for the dress rehearsal, and we were able to walk through what was where and who was bringing things. She did a great job at keeping things flowing. My biggest concern was making sure that someone knew when and where things were happening, and she did just that! Arlene and I made the day of the timeline together and on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything. She was so calm and patient and if she was ever concerned about anything at all she definitely did not show it. Everything went perfectly from my perspective and all of it was her and the other vendors working so well together. She reached out to all my vendors and made sure they were there at the time they were supposed to be. I 110% recommend hiring her for your events because she is so amazing, punctual, and caring. You won’t regret and I will definitely be looking to her for my next big event.
