At first we weren’t sure whether we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding but choosing Allen to capture our day was hands down one of the best decisions we made! Once we started looking at videographers we realized that many don’t capture audio at all, or they’ll only capture a small part - Allen gave us the audio of our entire day from the letters we exchanged to ceremony to speeches - and he wove them beautifully throughout the final film. He caught everything we had hoped and also somehow managed to capture all the joy and emotions we were feeling throughout the day. Allen was fun and organized, he made sure he had all the details beforehand and was super positive and upbeat while he was with us. He also delivered the final product ahead of schedule. Leading up to the wedding, Allen was very responsive to messages, communicated clearly, and answered all of our questions. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality/amount of coverage we received. He also did a phone meeting with us to discuss details a week before our wedding, which was extremely helpful! Allen was the perfect blend of professional and friendly. It was clear he knew exactly how to capture each moment, and went above and beyond the entire day (and then some!). He arrived a few minutes early to ensure his equipment was set up on time and even shot some extra footage for us in the process. He worked so well with our photographer and wedding coordinator, too. Allen did a wonderful job of making sure all of us were comfortable and at ease during the shooting process; during emotional moments, I often forgot I was even on camera. It was pouring rain our entire wedding day, but that did not stop Allen from not only running around through the rain for us (with a smile!), but also making sure we were laughing and having the best time, despite the stormy day. We just received our final videos (super quick turn around time in my opinion!) and we are BLOWN AWAY. The quality is incredible, the audio is captured beautifully, and he successfully made me tear up watching every moment! Aside from the sheer quality of his work, his creative eye is impeccable. We received so much more content than we had ever anticipated! Not only did we receive our full edited video, but also an edited "teaser," (perfect for Instagram), and 5-15 minute long highlight videos of each key piece of the wedding (ex: toasts, reading letters, ceremony, etc.). The drone footage was also such an incredible feature. I highly recommend adding the FOMO edit option when booking; the day went by so quickly, but the FOMO edit has allowed us to look back at every piece of the day. He also uploaded all of our content to an organized, online gallery that allows us to download videos to our phones and desktops and share it with family. 10/10 recommend ASO Creative!! Choosing Allen as our videographer was HANDS DOWN one of the best wedding decisions we made while planning. I stumbled on Allen’s company after days of research looking into the perfect videographer and I have to say, his videos really moved me. His gift for videography is incredible, and his ability to capture all of the most special moments of your wedding is something YOU NEED if you are planning your big day. In addition, Allen truly felt like family during our wedding day, he went above and beyond to help make our day special and he was truly a team player when it came to working with the other vendors.
