The stellar group of people at Ava Events did a fantastic job with our wedding. Amy, Shelby, Mintu and Shobin are the most talented group you’ll find out there. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail was unparalleled. They helped with our planning and made sure we were on course starting 6 months before the wedding. If we had any questions along the way whether it was vendor or venue or just to vent, they were just a text or phone call away. They provided guidance to us from the night before the wedding, through the wedding ceremony and the conclusion of our reception. The team made us feel incredibly special during our wedding day and treated us like royalty. They helped orient and organize our entire wedding party and accommodated our special requests. They were constantly paying attention to the needs of not just us but also our wedding party and went above and beyond. They made sure that we were properly hydrated and nourished throughout our day and ensured everything went smoothly and ran in a timely fashion during our special day. They went above and beyond, helped us change and fed us while doing it. Multitasking truly is their forte!! Even the tiniest of details were taken care of. The AVA Management Team played a pivotal role in ensuring our engagement party went perfectly. As the day-of event coordinators, they were responsible for overseeing every detail, from the initial setup, to family photoshoot, and to the final moments of the celebration.
Their meticulous planning and coordination helped to keep things running smoothly by managing the timeline, ensuring that vendors arrived on time, and making sure every guest was taken care of. They were also on hand to handle any unexpected challenges that arose, making quick decisions to resolve issues behind the scenes so you could focus on enjoying the day. They greeted us warmly from our first phone call and guided us through the questionnaire. They also provided a space so any time before the big day we were able to text them for any changes or help.
In addition to logistics, the AVA team was skilled in managing the flow of the event. They coordinated the transitions between speeches, dances, ceremonies, and other important moments, keeping everyone informed and on schedule. Their communication with the catering staff, photographers, and entertainment ensured that each segment of the celebration was executed seamlessly.

Ava Event Management did a truly spectacular job for our wedding - Shobin, Mintu and Meera were true professionals from beginning to end. They were timely, communicative and always made us feel like a priority (sometimes a rarity in wedding planning!). The team made our day go as smooth as we ever could have imagined, and having them at the helm coordinating all of the day of logistics removed so much stress from my husband and I. For our ceremony we had a traditional catholic mass with a few south Indian traditions, which posed some challenges working with two different priests. But Ava’s experience with all different kinds of weddings situated them to facilitate the ceremony perfectly. They coordinated the timeline and worked with the vendors flawlessly, and were quick to handle any issues that arose. They handled every problem that came our way, both big (some trouble with our florist) and small (saving the helpless groomsmen struggling with their bow ties). All of that enabled us to enjoy our day to the absolute fullest. We had the greatest day imaginable and Shobin, Mintu, Meera, and everyone at Ava played a massive role in that. They were all kind, thoughtful, and an absolute delight to work with. They were everything we hoped for and then some. Truly I can’t fathom a team doing a better job, and we will always be grateful for their work and dedication for our perfect wedding day.
We were genuinely happy with our experience with Ava events. Our day of coordination team- Shobin, Mintu and Meera did an amazing job of truly letting us relax and get to enjoy our wedding day while at the same time, making sure we were on schedule and accommodated throughout the whirlwind of the day. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt at ease through all of it. Sometimes you will hear that wedding coordinators can be extra, pushy, or even rude to the bridal party or even the couple , but this trio were anything but that. They were very warm, kind and considerate while still getting the job done. We can’t thank them enough for making our big day extra special!
After having worked with members of the AVA team at a friend’s wedding, we knew we wanted to have them be a part of our wedding events! We worked with Shobin, Mintu, and Reshma for day-of coordination for our (two) wedding ceremonies. They worked with us for a few months leading up to our events, keeping us on track with our planning and tasks. On the days of our events, Shobin, Mintu, and Reshma handled minor hiccups that arose, helped us both feel calm and comfortable, and most importantly, excited! They kept us fed, fixed makeup, made sure our bridal party was having fun; they made sure our wedding events ran smoothly, understood our vision, and more so, understood our personalities.
Shobin, Mintu, and Reshma were a dream team and it truly felt like having friends around to join our celebrations - we would recommend them to anyone planning for the wedding!
We can't thank Shobin, Amy, Mintu, Hannah, and Jocyln enough for all of their dedication and commitment into making our wedding a success. As a "Type A" Couple, we would highly recommend this team to execute a flawless wedding. We personally needed to request monthly meetings to ensure that we were on track with meeting our goals throughout the wedding and they were happy to oblige. They helped us to negotiate contracts, provided useful insight as to what to prioritize our time or focus on (especially before going to India for our outfits, wedding cards, etc.), and during the week of the wedding, created contingency plans for cancellations given a national airport failure. Leading up to the wedding, they contacted our vendors and developed a beautiful timeline that our wedding party said was extremely helpful. The day of the wedding, they allowed us to feel seen and heard and shifted the day according to our preferences and helped us to be present as all of the events even when it felt like time was not on our side. If you want the best team out there- they are who to call!
From the first call we had with Shobin I was hooked! We had almost a half hour phone call where he answered all my questions (even the silly ones). I knew they would take care of us on our special day. We booked AVA for day of coordination but they were always willing to hop on a call or answer texts which would help us make decisions during the planning process. They sent us lists of items to bring for both wedding day and church rehearsal which helped us stay organized. On the day of Amy was such a sweetheart and made sure my husband and I were fed, helped me use the bathroom with my wedding gown and so much more. I truly felt like a bride! Shobin was awesome in keeping everything running smoothly and on time. For a guest count of 500, thats no easy task. They were such a pleasure to work with and couldn't recommend them more.
Shobin was very helpful through out the entire process. Helping make sure we stayed on track as well as helping make sure we weren’t getting overwhelmed. Day of went great. The team was helpful in making sure everything from our photos getting ready all the way through the final photos we wanted at the reception venue went off without any issues. The team was great at making sure we were enjoying our special day and that it ran smooth and was memorable.

HIGHLY recommend!! AVA Events is absolutely AMAZING! From beginning to the end, they were beyond organized and helpful. Shobin and Amy are so sweet and easy to work with. Our main coordinators were Mintu, Reshma, Sanya and Hannah who made sure everything went smoothly. They frequently checked in on us prior to the big day and made sure everything was planned out in detail. Mintu and Hannah were always available by phone promptly answering any questions we had. They made us feel like we could breathe. Especially on our wedding day, the whole team was on top of every detail. My husband and I weren’t worried about a thing as they constantly assured us that everything was taken care of. They are each great to work with and they all go above and beyond to make your big day smooth and special. You can’t go wrong with hiring this group. We knew that we wanted to work with AVA as soon as we booked our wedding date! We had a handful of family and friends that worked with this team during their weddings and had highly recommended them to us! Although we hoped to get the same experience as others, we did not expect to leave our wedding weekend with three new people in our lives that we can call our friends! They were so sweet and welcoming through the entire wedding process, and on the day of made us feel so comfortable and special and loved! Shobin, Amy & Mintu really was the back bone of our wedding running smoothly, and we can’t thank them enough! From fixing my makeup, to making sure we were fed, checking in on us frequently and making sure we were happy were just a few of the thousands of things they did for us that day to make sure we had the best day of our lives. I am definitely not a planner so having AVA by our sides was the BEST choice. We chose the full planning package and Shelby & Ahmed were there every step of the way. From invite and website creation, vendor selections, venue walk throughs, coming to photoshoots, you name it, they were there. Wedding planning is stressful, but they helped so much through the entire process and brought ease with their guidance. For the wedding week, they made a very detailed timeline of all the events as well as putting together the welcome bags for guests staying at the hotel. On the day of wedding Shelby, Ahmed, Hannah, and Sanya were incredible. The morning hustle and bustle went smoothly. During the reception, they kept us well fed and relaxed. They had our dinners brought to our conference rooms so we could actually enjoy our meals while changing into second outfits. The night ended beautifully as they organized our sparkler grand exit and made sure none of our personal items were left at the hall. Also, shoutout to their planner Mintu, who though attended the wedding as a guest, was there to help wherever we needed it. We are so grateful to Shelby and Ahmed for being with us from day 1 of planning. Thank you to the AVA Team for making our wedding day special and stress free. Ava Event Management is the best! Even though Mintu and Reshma were our day of coordinators, we felt like we were helped with every detail leading up to our wedding! Throughout the planning, they helped give us suggestions from their experiences and on the day of they helped run everything so smoothly and without any issues. We had a great experience and a great time working with them and are so happy with how our wedding came out! Where do we even start? We love Shobin, Amy and Mintu. AVA event management made our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever imagined for ourselves. When Ajay and I initially started planning our wedding, we had no idea where to even begin. We were living in two different states and both our busy lives made planning difficult but the constant check ins, zoom meetings and encouragement helped ease all our stress even to the day of. The constant saying throughout our wedding day was that were were one of the calmest couples people had met and it's honestly because Shobin, Amy and Mintu made it possible. They made sure everyone and everything stayed organized, that we looked our very best, that we were fed and that we had the time of our lives. They are such a pleasure and blessing to be around and to have on your team. They made us feel like family. Thank you for making our wedding day as magical as it was. When Joel and I started our wedding planning we were completely lost. I knew I needed guidance throughout the whole process and that’s when we started looking for wedding coordinators and stumbled upon AVA event management. Not only was hiring them the best decision I made for wedding planning but it was also the biggest blessing! Any time we felt stressed/overwhelmed or disappointed, Shobin was right there to help us! He made wedding planning such a breeze for this extremely picky/indecisive bride. When we finally met him in person he gave us the vibe that we had known him our entire lives. Any issues or drama that occurred the AVA team was able to handle the situation without ever letting us know it even occurred. We also want to emphasize that all our guests were thoroughly impressed at how well thought out and organized our wedding was, which couldn’t have happened without Shobin, Reshma and Mintu. Joel and I were able to have our dream wedding because of you guys and we can’t thank you enough!
Where do I even begin? The moment Justin and I began wedding planning, we just knew we needed to hire AVA event management as our wedding coordinators because of how amazing they are. So many of our friends have used their services in the past, and raved about the quality of service that was provided. It was a definite no brainer the we NEEDED them for our special day. Shobin and Amy are the perfect duo. They were so flexible, easy going, and very organized (something we definitely needed). Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, especially due to the fact that Justin and I were planning our wedding from 2 different states, however Shobin & Amy reminded us to trust them & the process, and we are so glad that we did! They handled every little bit of detail with such grace, where we felt that we did not need to worry. Not only are they FANTASTIC at what they do, but they are the kind of coordinators you want for this special day. Amy & Mintu did so much for me like bussling my dress, helping me change, feeding me, and making me feel the most comfortable I could possibly be! I couldn't have done it without their help! The fact of the matter is, no matter how much you plan... things may not always go according to plan, and when it didn't, truth is I never knew because Shobin, Amy, & Mintu just took care of any issues that arose without stressing me out. Truthfully I could go on for days why AVA should be the ONLY option when picking a wedding coordinator, but then we'll be here all day lol. All I have to say is AVA all the way, and you won't be disappointed!

From our zoom meetings, to the rehearsal the day before and finally the wedding day, you guys really alleviated all of our stresses. We were very touched at all the little things that were thought of on our wedding day. Reshma and Geethu really helped the bride side get ready and were there for our every need. Mintu did an amazing job with the groom's side as well! The three ladies made sure that we were well fed during our reception and were always there for us whenever we needed them. It was such a pleasure working with you all and we thank you for making our wedding day one of the most magical days ever. Our wedding day went absolutely smoothly solely because of Shobin and Amy. From them meeting us in Philadelphia months in advance to walk through our venue, to them coordinating our decor - we felt a sense of relief knowing they had our backs. Shobin and Amy also gave the best recs for our DJ and same day edit vendors, and we couldn’t be more grateful-they turned out amazing! We experienced both Shobin and Amy’s attention to detail during our rehearsal which turned out beyond smooth and left us feeling at ease. On the wedding day itself they were professional and even when we were running behind on time, their detailed planning and timeline still actually kept us on time. Their sole goal was our happiness and stress-free mindset on the day of our wedding. AVA Event Management were amazing planners for us for our wedding weekend! Our planners were Reshma and Mintu and they did a great job setting up monthly Zoom meetings with us to figure out the details. They helped us answer questions that came up along the way during our planning process. They also gave suggestions for our website, invitations, and music for the ceremony. They came up with a very detailed timeline for our weekend which was extremely helpful. They thought of small details and ran our rehearsal very smoothly. They were very prepared for our events and brought supplies to help out with last minute touch-ups. They were very helpful in organizing our bridal party and helped everything go smoothly so we did not have to stress about anything on the wedding day. Our parents and wedding party also really enjoyed working with them. They were very professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with. We're so grateful for all their help!
AVA Event Management were the BEST day-of event coordinators we could have asked for. We had a morning wedding/lunch reception and the day was jam packed with very little room for slip ups. We were apprehensive about everything staying on schedule, but AVA went above and beyond to make sure not only we were on schedule but ahead of schedule. We really don't know how the day went by so smoothly, but it happened and we are so grateful for Shobin, Mintu, and Ansue for helping us with every little detail the day of. Shobin kept us at ease and we knew he could handle any hiccups that came along the way. Mintu and Ansue were there for me at every point of the day including bustling the dress, lip stick reapplications, and outfit changes. Many of our guests remarked how well everything was coordinated and how timely everything was. We never knew of any issues during wedding day and we truly enjoyed ourselves!! We were really grateful to have Shobin and Amy by our side the weekend of the wedding. No matter what happened, they were always there. We honestly don’t know if there were hiccups on the day itself but they definitely handled it with grace. I think one of the biggest things we learned about wedding planning is the fact that regardless of the package that we chose, we would have to take things into our own hands, because like our planners, we want everything to go smoothly. It’s difficult to strive for perfection especially when you know that the day will play out in anyway possible. We most likely won’t recommend full planning only because the planners can only do so much on their end. We try to envision what our wedding day would look like & strive to do what we can alongside the wedding planners support. Thank you again to Amy & Shobin for pushing us in getting out of our comfort zone and helping in creating a fairytale in little ol’ Westbury.
I don't even know where I can start with praising Shobin, Amy and the rest of the AVA events team! We hired them as our wedding coordinators and honestly it was the best decision we could have made! We had the typical huge Punjabi wedding and were worried about how things would get the day of the ceremony and reception in regards to organizing everyone and keeping the schedule on time which everyone knows is no easy feat for a Punajbi wedding, but this was NOT a challenge for Shobin and Amy and the team! They were so professional, kind, helpful, and made sure everything was running smoothly and on time- so much so we actually were running early! Amy and Shobin stayed by mine and my husband's side the entire time, made us feel so comfortable and we are so blessed they were with us that day! We wanted to make sure our families would enjoy the day as much as us and not worry about the small things and AVA events did just that! Our families had a great time (including us!!) and we had no stress the day of. Thank you so much Amy and Shobin for everything! We love you both and thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality!! ❤️
Hiring the AVA Event Management Team as our day of wedding coordinators was hands down, one of the best decisions we had made during our planning process. My husband and I are so grateful to them for all of their guidance and support. Even though we only hired them for day of coordination, they made it clear they were available to help with anything throughout the whole process if needed. There was never any hesitation or resistance if we reached out. They were always available for us via text or phone call. They were also so easy to talk to. Shobin and Amy provided never ending reassurance and advice which made us feel at ease. We had many questions about the ceremony and they were always patient and professional with us. These two really know what they are doing and you can tell they have been doing this for a while – safe to say they are experts in this field!
I was particularly very worried about our timeline for the day – we had a very tight schedule being that it was a day time wedding. But AVA did a great job in working through all the details with us and they somehow managed to keep us ahead of schedule for most of the day. They also paid attention to small details that we never would have thought of on our own. They were prepared with anything we could have needed as well. After the church ceremony, my husband ended up with a large lipstick stain on his white shirt collar – Amy had tide wipes ready to go and he was ready for pictures in no time! They were looking out for us the entire day. They helped us with touch ups and catered to all our needs without even having to be asked. They even communicated well with our family and friends – everyone was impressed! Honestly, AVA is genuinely an amazing team to work with. We did not have to worry about anything thanks to them! A special shout out to Mintu who made sure my husband and I were able to take the time to enjoy some of the food in the midst of our busy schedule. The whole team made sure our cups were never empty as well.

My husband and I don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are to the AVA team for coordinating our wedding. From our first phone call with Shobin, we felt so at ease about the planning process, you can tell they were truly professional and have been doing this for a long time. Our wedding day would not have been as perfect and organized as it was without Shobin, Amy, Reshma and Mintu. Our biggest concern going into our wedding day was staying on time and not running on Indian standard time. AVA did a great job keeping us right on time and sticking to the timeline. We ended up staying ahead of schedule most of the day. Our friends and family were all so impressed with how organized and punctual the entire day was.
It’s the little things and the small attention to detail that truly impressed us. My husband accidentally spilled pasta all over me and got sauce on my white dress. Without any hesitation, Reshma pulled tide wipes out of her bag and immediately got all the stains out. They were so prepared with anything we could have possibly needed from hair ties to Bobby pins and tide wipes. If it wasn’t for Reshma and Mintu feeding us bites in between pictures and changing, we definitely wouldn’t have had a chance to eat all day.
We loved how they were always right by our side the entire day and they truly felt like family by the end of the night. Shobin, Amy, Reshma and Mintu we can’t thank you guys enough for everything and for making our day so perfect. We highly recommend booking them for your event, they truly are so professional and will go above and beyond to make your day perfect!
What can I say about Ava? They are legit the GOAT of day of coordination and wedding planning. The amount of time and effort they put into making your day magical is seen from day one. They make you feel like you are family and it’s so easy to talk to and trust them. They were always available via text or phone calls leading up until the wedding day. From hairspray to lip stain.. from hair clips to safety pins.. they even had FRUIT SNACKS!!! We had our wedding on one of the hottest days in the summer, and they even thought of bringing pocket fans to cool us down and to make sure our faces looked picture perfect. Throughout the night, they were always by our side and made sure we were fed, constantly refilled with our beverage of choice. Amy was there during all of my dress changes and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. Words cannot describe how amazing they are.. so if you are planning your wedding and in search of a wedding coordinator, look no further, Ava is the perfect team to hire!

There are not enough words to describe our gratitude towards AVA Events. Amy, Shobin and Ansu were a Godsend! Throughout our entire process, AVA was professional, communicative and extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry. From helping us with vendors, checklists, timelines, wedding rehearsal and calming our nerves during the week of the wedding, AVA was with us from beginning to end. From the moment you meet Amy and Shobin, you know that you are in good hands. If there was a hair out of place, makeup needed retouching after crying happy tears, dress needed fixing- Amy was right there without even asking. She was with me for all of my outfit changes, assisted during pictures and was a calming voice to talk to. The team absolutely went above and beyond! Our wedding day was perfect as Amy and Shobin took away so much of the stress that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything and we were able to have a good time with our family and friends. The saddest part of the night was when they had to leave, we begged them to stay and party with us because by the end of the night they turned into our friends. Steffin and I got married in Georgia this past weekend and couldn’t be more grateful to have had Shelby, Ahmed, and Hannah on our side. The best team to have by your side on the big day. If “taking weight off my shoulders” was a team it would be them. Handling problems without you even noticing is their expertise. A few things stood out to me about this dynamic and compassionate duo. I was filled with intense anxiety and both of them noticed, took me to the side, and gave me a hug and told me it was going to be okay. Secondly, I forgot our gift box and they did not shame me or get mad at me. Without question they went right back to my house and found it. Lastly, they made sure that we ATE!!!

We can’t say enough about the incredible talent of the AVA team. My husband and I first met them when they coordinated my brothers wedding and we knew from that day that we wanted them to coordinate our wedding a year later. From the moment you meet them, they immediately feel like part of the family. They take the time to get to know you and all your family/friends, and by the end of the day it feels like you’ve known them for years. Leading up to the wedding, they were responsive and provided us with any advice or help we came across during the planning process. As it got closer to the wedding, they made a timeline that made my inner organization freak beam with happiness. We cannot thank AVA enough for making our wedding day simply perfect! They went above and beyond our expectations and ensured we would have nothing to worry about on the big day. AVA Management was highly recommended to my husband and I, by my cousin. At first, I thought it was best to hire them to keep the wedding organized and on time. While that was the case, they did SO much more. AVA Management is truly there to make sure you are calm, relaxed and the wedding day is smooth, fun, and memorable for the bride and groom. From the beginning of the day till the end, they are right by your side, assisting with anything you may need. For example, during our reception while we were sitting down to eat; they reported that the jewelry for my dress change was left in the Limo. Unfortunately, the limo driver forgot to unload the car with my jewelry and bridesmaids bouquets. Two of the team members (Kevin & Jocelyn) drove to the limo office to retrieve our items. They took it upon themselves to resolve the conflict, and let me know when I was sitting in my dress and jewelry. It was something like this that would have freaked me out and almost ruined my night, but they handled everything exceptionally! Any minor mishaps that occurred were only revealed to us after it was resolved by AVA. Shobin did a great job with the guys, making sure they were ready, helping my husband tie his bow tie (looked amazing) and guiding his team members. Amy, was so prepared with things such as eyelash glue, tissues, sponges to touch up make up for any tears, dress changes, assisting during pictures, etc. They did so much more than I thought I needed. As a teacher, I am very organized and usually have everything under control. I am pleased to say that AVA Mangagement takes the cake for their time management, organization and communicational skills. They kept in constant contact with us regarding timing, vendors, and payments. Towards the end of the night, after they left, it was truly sad saying goodbye to these 4 people that made our wedding day go the way we had hoped. Getting back home, I told my husband I missed them. Their positive and loving energy is hard not to miss! The only thing I regret with AVA, was not booking them for the whole year of planning. We are so happy to have worked with them, and are so thankful for their efforts. If there is one thing you can do to make sure your wedding meets your expectations, it is to hire AVA Management. They will not disappoint you!
They say that every girl dreams of their wedding day. But if you are anything like me, you didn't have the time to plan when the day finally arrived. My fiancé and I got engaged in August of 2021. Both of us knew we wanted to get married, but neither of us ever thought about what the day would be like. Then to top it all off both my husband and I work healthcare (him days, me nights) so both our busy schedules and physical distance made it impossible to plan. That’s where AVA came in. It was no easy task to figure out what we wanted when we personally never even gave it a thought. However, one zoom meeting and PowerPoint later with Amy and Shobin and we were on our way to planning our dream wedding. It was clear that these two had years of knowledge and experience under their belts to figure us out so easily. They paid so much attention to detail and kept us updated on trends for the wedding season while always keeping our original theme in mind. We were so happy to put our wedding in their hands knowing we would only get the very best with them. Throughout the whole process, both Amy and Shobin were very attentive and responsive to us. They kept constant contact with us via group text and always agreed to late-night phone calls after I finally got home from work. My husband and I never felt anxious or overwhelmed while planning for our 500 + wedding, thanks to their guidance and reassurance. At one point our wedding hotel canceled on us, a week after our invites were sent out and right on Physician match day. Amy and Shobin came to the rescue and pulled together a list of hotels that they contacted on our behalf so we could celebrate without worry. Thanks to their hard work and efforts we were able to get everyone together at one hotel for the night of the wedding. The day of the wedding is a blur but there are a few things we do remember. Amy arrived at 5 am to calm my pre-wedding nerves as my makeup artist finished my hair and makeup. Shelby and Mintu helped me into my dress while they were feeding me a muffin. My husband remembers Ahmed and Alina running around ironing his tuxedo, putting on his bowtie, and taking care of any phone calls or texts. When we saw Ahmed again, he was helping me out of our Semi drunk bus and feeding both my husband and me all the cocktail hour food that we'd been dreaming of. He may be personally responsible for sobering us up to finally nail our first dance after weeks of practice. Thanks to the AVA team our wedding went off without a single problem. Our families and friends were both thrilled and we experienced nothing but happiness on a day that could have been stressful had they not been there. We are so happy we went with AVA management and their full planning package. We credit them for making a dream we didn't even have yet, come true. Where do we begin? Let me start by saying, if you are considering AVA Events to plan your big day, do not hesitate!! We originally had hired a different wedding planner more than a year before our date. After several months of it not working out, we reached back out to AVA Event Management, who we had originally liked, to see if they were available. They happily took our wedding on and began working with us immediately for partial planning. Throughout the whole process, Amy & Shobin of AVA Event Management have been a pleasure to work with. They are super communicative, down to earth and very knowledgeable in this industry. They helped us put our vision together, provided realistic timelines and offered insight and recommendations on wonderful vendors they've worked with in the past. From the tuxedo to a gelato cart, all the vendors they provided exceeded our expectations. We mentioned to them several times that we could not have imagined having such a successful wedding day without them. They were there for us throughout the entire day from making sure we were fed to easing any anxiety or stress we had. We had a few hiccups with our limousine company and our ceremonial stage, which had pushed our originial timeline back a bit, but because Amy & Shobin had set it up in a way where we had extra wiggle room, everything ended up working out flawlessly. They handled any issues calmly and efficiently and tried to make sure that we didn't have to worry. Jocelyn and Reshma who were also from the AVA team did an amazing job coordinating and holding our large group together. We honestly feel that in all of our zoom calls, whatsapp group chats and especially the day of, we have gotten so close to these 4 members that we now consider them close friends! Our only regret is that we did not hire them sooner for full planning from the start. We can't thank the AVA team enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends!
Ava: We hired them as day of coordinators. First meeting went great, we felt confident and was excited to sign the contract. Second meeting we went through other vendors and what was still left for my husband and I to do and we were emailed with the questionnaires. However closer to the wedding month we had a hard time reaching them. We didn't get a timeline till the week of the wedding. Throughout the entire planning we were using the timeline provided by a photographer and old family weddings. We contacted Ava to schedule meetings, especially when we didn't have a final meeting on the week of the wedding to go over timeline.
On the the day off, they were great. All four members were so helpful in dealing vendors and being on schedule. Even when we were running behind due to issues with limo, they got us caught up and on time. Also they were so helpful suggesting photo ideas. Amy and Shelby were always looking out for me. Shobin was great in handling the limo company and trying to get our money back. Ahmed was running around during the rehearsal to every changes the priest requested. He also called the singers and sound provider to make sure everything went smoothly. We couldn't thank the enough for making sure the wedding day went perfectly. All four of the Ava team were friendly and helpful. We were asked to remove our review in exchange for the tip back.
Our ushers told us how they got yelled up for lining up and was asked to go sit down and only to be announced to come back to the reception entrance.
We could not have been blessed with a better coordinators from Ava Management. Shobin, Amy, Hannah and Kevin worked so well with each other and with us seamlessly. They went above and beyond when it came to prioritizing what we needed from the start and made it known they were never more than a phone call or text away. Through it all they remained genuine and true to themselves, and had our best interest at heart. I would 100% recommend any and every couple to sign up with AVA management. Whether it’s a new city, state, or country they will be working in-we don’t have a doubt in our minds that they will deliver. When we think about our wedding we think about how grateful we were to have AVA and we will never stop raving about them!
Shobin and Amy were with me during my entire wedding planning process and treated me like family. I felt well taken care of. They helped plan and design my wedding decor and worked closely with the decorators to ensure my vision came to life! AVA Event Managemet was hands down our best vendor of the night and we cannot recommended the more to everyone! They were truly the reason we were able to be stress free the week of our wedding and the entire wedding day (which I don’t think most people can say)! From making the timeline, creating checklists, communicating with our vendors and helping with so many details we never would have thought of, having them a part of our wedding was invaluable. Then they day of the wedding, there was nothing they weren’t completely on top of. Between the many wardrobe malfunctions of the entire wedding party, quick outfit changes, set up of traditional reception items, and other things we probably didn’t even know about because the always had an immediate fix while being so calm and organized. They day went by so seamlessly and that is all because of them. In addition to being the best at their job, they are also great people that we had so much fun with throughout the entire day! We weren’t the only ones blown away with how good the AVA team is - our parents, bridal party, and many guests all noticed and raved with how impressed they were. I know my parents and MOH especially appreciated how much was taken off their plate so they could truly enjoy the night themselves too. There really aren’t enough words to describe how happy we were with everything Shobin, Amy, Ahmed, and Shelby did for us and how special they made our day, so the best way to encompass it all is that they were so remarkable, our sister booked them the day after our wedding for hers! Having AVA Events was by far the best decision we’ve made for the entire wedding process!! If it wasn’t for Shobin, Amy & team - it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did! They contacted each one of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. AVA was worth every dime and more. To put into perspective, I am a serious type A sometimes to a fault.. and I didn't really understand what/how much I would need a coordinator. The days leading up to the wedding however, Shelby and the AVA team truly made the days and stresses run smoother than we could have hoped for. From the timeline/checklist, rehearsals, packing up our baggage, keeping our things together, keeping our people on time, make up touch ups, outfit changes, being the real MVP for getting through photos, and ensuring the night went well for all our guests. Any concern along the day was nothing too big for them to handle. We had many last minute to the week and to the day changes due to unforeseeable circumstances, and it was the most relieving thing to know and trust that we could let Shelby know, and then she had relayed the changes/information to the rest of the vendors crew. Communication was fantastic. They are the easiest people to work with, the most personable (even to all of our family members), and made everyone much more comfortable and was also able to liven up their enjoyment. By the end of the night, I really felt like I made a new best friend in Shelby--who saw me in my most delicate/intimate/vulnerable moments during the day.

Shobin, Amy and the team were a dream to work with!! From the start, they took the time to get to know us and our vision for the big day. They ensured our day went smooth from start to finish. Thanks to their insight in the planning process, Indian standard time didn’t impact our event 😜 Being pros in their field, the planning process they have in place was extremely valuable leading up to the event. With their experience, we were able to realize that the schedule we thought of initially was not realistic, however they worked with us to plan our picture perfect day! Going into our special day, we were confident because the timeline they helped us create was broken down into increments sometimes as small as every 5 minutes! The day off the event, the dream team came in clutch so many times, from sponging away tears of joy to helping with boutonnière and veil placement. The fact that they were present, gave us the freedom to to enjoy our day, rather than managing the events. Our parents rarely give compliments, however they recognized the team’s commitment to having a successful event with realistic expectations and thanked us for sparing them. Although it’s been told that planning a wedding will be one of the most stressful events of your life, it didn’t seem that way with AVA by our side! We recommend using AVA for any event you need help with!
AVA Event Management was a recommended vendor from many of our friends and honestly one of the best decisions we have made. Shobin, Amy, and the rest of the team made us feel so at ease during the day of our wedding- from start to finish. Our families were so grateful to have them because it allowed them to finally relax and enjoy the day. Shoutout to Amy who fed me, fixed my ruined hair, and helped me pee multiple times in my wedding dress (trust me it wasn’t easy). Danny and I are not a couple who loves taking pictures, but Shobin and Amy made that part fun and we are so glad they were there to coordinate that. There are so many other details we changed the night before and day of, but they made everything come together so perfectly behind the scenes. We could not imagine our wedding without them!

Ava Event Management was absolutely incredible and definitely the right choice for our wedding! We went with the Day of Coordination package, but even before the day of the wedding, they were extremely helpful! Shelby was so great about communicating with us and answering every question we had no matter the time of day. A few weeks before the wedding, Shelby sent over a detailed questionnaire that helped put us on track for last minute important details that we may have neglected otherwise. We received a detailed (and I mean DETAILED) timeline of events for our wedding weekend, and we spent hours on the phone going over everything, tweaking and changing. She always made herself available for us during this planning phase.
Now lets talk about the wedding weekend. They took it to the next level. It was a large part due to their help that we felt stress-free during this weekend. Shelby, Hannah and Somini were so well organized, coordinated, and always came through in the clutch. We had our wedding rehearsal the evening before our wedding, and AVA was absolutely incredible. They took charge of the rehearsal and made sure that everyone knew their role, and knew it well. With all the moving pieces we had, it was impressive to watch them work. On that night, we were worried because the weather forecast showed a high chance of rain on the day of our wedding. Shelby comforted us and helped us create a contingency plan in case the weather didn’t work out. The morning of the wedding the forecast changed for the better, so we went with Plan A. The morning of the wedding day, Hannah, Shelby and Somini were so helpful on the bridal and groomsmen sides. Hannah split off with the groomsmen and did everything from corralling the photographers, to tying the groomsmen ties, to holding up a fan for Josh when he got too sweaty. Shelby and Somini helped with the bridesmaids and were so absolutely prepared. They helped Shannon put on her dress and shoes, and they seemed to pull out an endless stream of emergency supplies from their utility bag (Boob tape? Got it. Clothing pins? Got it. Scissors? Got it.) They helped all the other bridesmaids with hair styling, last minute makeup touch-ups, and directing the photographers.
During the wedding itself, they were SO WELL COORDINATED. We didn’t have to lift a finger. They held up Shannon's dress and umbrella, helped encourage the ring bearers and flower girls down the aisle, helped hold the runner down, etc. When we got to our outdoor venue five minutes before the ceremony started, we realized we didn’t like the look of the stage and they quickly discussed it with the maid of honor and it was changed quickly. The ceremony was everything we ever hoped for and went without a hitch. AVA also helped corral our families for the post-ceremony pictures and made sure everybody (even the babies) were smiling :). During the reception, they continually helped us stay on time. They also made sure that every part of the second outfit for the reception was placed carefully in the side room of the hall prior to the ceremony. They even made us plates of the cocktail hour food and spoon fed Shannon while they adjusted her makeup and clothing. We never felt stressed or behind schedule throughout it all. We don’t know what we would have done without them. We are SO grateful for AVA and highly recommend them for couples looking for a stress-free wedding day!
Of the many decisions we had to make with wedding planning, AVA was by far the best and easiest choice we made thus far! Shobin, Amy, and team were beyond amazing as our day of coordinators. From the beginning of planning, to all the last minute changes on the wedding day, they accommodated each and every detail to seamlessly make our wedding experience so perfect for us. Never did we have to think twice about behind the scenes tasks, timing, or prepping for each portion of the day because they handled everything. Amy especially was amazingly gracious to me as a bride, down to even taking care to make sure I felt well and was fed with the pace of our big day. The whole team took care of us, our bridal party, and our families like their own, and it is so rare to find a vendor with such sincerity and dedication to their work. We could not have asked for better partners and friends to make our wedding day as flawless as possible. Hiring AVA Event Management was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. We booked AVA immediately after our first call with them since they are so personable and you can tell they really care about what they do. Leading up to the wedding AVA was flexible with our date change due to COVID and was always responsive to our many emails. They helped us narrow down a few vendors and gave us a lot of insight on what to expect day of. We really had no idea how many details we had missed until we sat down with them. After our meetings, they created an extensive timeline of what would happen from the moment we woke up to the end of the reception. They sent this to all our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. Rehearsal day they were there early, helped with the music, the aisle runner and made sure everyone knew where and how to stand.
Shobin, Amy, Jocelyn and Kevin are seriously some of the most humble and sweetest people you will ever meet! The wedding morning was very hectic and we forgot a couple of things in the room, but the AVA team ran around for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Amy and Jocelyn helped me get dressed in my gown, put on my jewelry and shoes and made sure I was all ready for pictures. We would not have left on time if it wasn’t for them. They thought of every detail, brought me coffee in the morning, let me borrow their makeup/hairspray for touch ups and even bustled my dress. A button on my husband’s tux was coming off and Shobin broke out sewing supplies and sewed it back on for him. Its instances like this we had never planned for, but we were so grateful to have AVA by our side.
After the ceremony they took us to a room to be together for a few minutes, which we really appreciated since we would not get a moment like that again that day. To this day we still talk about how if Amy and Jocelyn had not fed us between pictures, we probably would not have even tried our food. They kept us on schedule the best they could and when a few minor issues occured, the AVA team took care of it all. We didn’t even hear about it until after the wedding was over. They took care of everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day and for this we can not thank them enough. At the end of the reception we didn’t want them to leave, they felt more like family than our event coordinators. If you want a stress free wedding, we highly recommend using AVA for your big day. I truly don’t know what we would have done without them!
Ava event management team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly. They always made sure to check in with us to see if we are doing okay and took care of all our needs. We were so stressed the morning of the wedding but Shobin and Amy were there to calm us and they literally took care of everything. We were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about any of the technical details. Even with last minute changes that were made from our end, they were able to accommodate us seamlessly. They took care of our entire bridal party and also our families to make sure their needs and requests were met. We honestly could go on and on about how amazing the team was. The team was so kind and supportive. We sincerely appreciated all their help and guidance and would highly recommend them to anyone. After going through this process, we feel like they’ve always been our friends even though we just recently met them. Having the team coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!!!
Ava Management is the most wonderful team ever! We saw all of the hard work they put into for friends wedding, and we just had to have them for ours! There was no question about it. I don’t think our wedding day would have went this smooth without this team, especially Shelby. She helped me (Jen) with every possible thing I needed. I was stress free, and even when I started to feel stressed, she took care of everything! She went over every possible detail with us prior to the big day. These were details I either forgot or didn’t even think about, and it was so helpful. I can’t stress enough how awesome The Ava team is!!! Our parents also shared with us how great Shelby was in handling our special day!!!
The whole team is very talented and knows what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to any our friends and family! Our day was even more memorable knowing they had our backs and every detail was looked into.
