Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, OR, The Baker Building is an elegant venue available to host your ceremony and wedding reception. This historic building has been updated with thoughtful designs, while still keeping some of the original details, blending them with a modern touch. The building features a second-floor ballroom complete with hanging café lights, exposed rafters, sleek hardwood flooring, and plenty of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room are also conveniently located just off the ballroom, alongside two private suites. *All tables and chairs are included with the rental fee. Wireless microphones, a PA system, and an overhead projector are also available *We have an open vendor policy, so that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.

pful in answering our (many) questions! The venue is so beautiful and well preserved and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding vision. We had our photos taken at the gorgeous rose garden which is very close to the venue and was a quick walk. Parking in the area is free which was a huge plus for our guests and the neighborhood had lots of cute places for us to take photos before our reception.

The Baker Building is truly a gem. We had such a positive experience planning our wedding there, and felt in good hands with Jen and Mark. The venue itself is so special, it's been...
lovingly restored and there are so many historic details that have been preserved from the 1900s. But the amenities are top notch, and we really enjoyed how modern the venue felt in terms of AV, HVAC, and the kitchen area. We highly recommend The Baker Building for a unique wedding venue in North Portland.
