BEAUTIFUL wedding venue and yummy food. We received many compliments throughout the day and night. Staff was super nice and helpful on wedding day. However, there was a lack of communication and attention to detail in the months leading up to the wedding, which caused unnecessary stress and additional work on our end to make sure that everything was correct. Day of timeline was stressful considering we could not access the reception space until 1pm. With open picture time from 12-2pm, we felt rushed to have everything set up before guests started to arrive. Although booking cottages was difficult to manage, our guests loved having a place to stay just walking distance from the reception. Overall, we were very happy with the venue and could not have imagined our special day anywhere else!

Bay Pointe stuff was amazing to work with and made the planning process so easy! Beautiful venue with amazing staff who made our wedding day go flawlessly!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our daughter’s wedding at BayPointe. From our first point of contact, Ashley and Juno were so kind and accommodating, allowing us to tour the facility on short notice. Even though BPI hosts multiple weddings each weekend, they have a well-thought out system to make each couple’s wedding truly special. Communication was excellent and they went the extra mile to answer all our nitty gritty questions. Extra shoutout to the front desk staff and banquet staff as they were so friendly and positive. Megan even jumped in to help my 95 year old mom navigate the buffet. Our daughter and her new husband have repeatedly called it “the best day of their lives”! Highly recommend!

Bay Pointe was amazing from the very beginning of the wedding planning process. Juno was our contact person throughout the year and a half of planning and Megan was our day of coordinator. Both of these ladies were professional, attentive, and so kind to work with. In terms of the wedding day, my guests raved about the food, double bar, and just how cool the venue was. I have seen many pictures from other couples, but there was nothing quite like seeing the space come to life with your own vision. Having the cottages on the property was one of the main reasons why we booked with Bay Pointe. Since some of the other weddings did not book their cottages and hotel rooms, we were able to accommodate for over 70 people to stay on the property. I can't wait enough good things about Bay Pointe and my experience during my wedding weekend!

Bay Pointe Inn was an absolute DREAM come true location for our wedding. We booked the venue sight unseen as we live out of state, and ever since doing so the staff was on the spot with answering our questions and making sure our day was going to be the best ever. When we arrived for our big weekend the service and staff took our experience to another level. The Boat House villa was perfect for getting ready and hosting out of town guests, the Woods provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and reception and most of all hats off to Liz and the other coordinators. To say they were on top of their game would be an understatement, with a direct text line for anything we needed, making sure the bride and groom had drinks all night and answering any and all questions we had I cannot say enough good things about them and the entire BPI team. My friends and family are already asking if we can plan a 5 year anniversary party there because they all loved it so much. They are true professionals and leave no detail unattended. THANK YOU to everyone at BPI for making it the most amazing weekend ever!

We had the best day ever for our wedding at Bay Pointe Woods! The team was very communicative leading up to our big day and then our event coordinator, Stephanie, was awesome on the wedding day. She took great care of us. Staying at the cottages on the property made the weekend even more fun and convenient. I would 100% recommend Bay Pointe for your special day!

We would recommend Bay Pointe Woods a million times over again. Everyone leading up to our big day and everyone that was helping on the day, were nothing short of amazing! The communication and coordination was great. We had so much fun staying in the cottages just behind the venue too! I could go on and on, but I will be recommending The Woods to everyone!

We had our wedding at Bay Pointe Woods back in June! We were both so impressed throughout the whole process. Jessica was always available to answer any questions we had leading up to our day, and the staff (and our vendors) the day of were excellent and took care of everything! It was so nice to be able relax while getting ready and not have to worry about anything. Rehearsal was also great! They have day of coordinators provided for you (that do everything except setup your own decor that your bring in) and they were so helpful in going over everything and assuring us it would go as planned. We had a Thursday rehearsal (Friday wedding) so nothing else was going on that evening afterwards. Our bridal party and family were able to hangout outside around the fire pits, and they let us bring in our own drinks and pizza (ordered from Lakeside Pizzeria right down the road on Gun lake, definitely recommend) which was super nice and saved us some money! We set up yard games and some extra lawn chairs right outside our cottage, and had a great and laid back rehearsal which is what we wanted! The Woods location itself is beautiful, and the cottages being right on site was a huge plus! Our bridal party and family all stayed the night before and the night of. The rooms were super nice, spacious, clean, and updated. The ceremony spot is absolutely gorgeous, and the reception area was incredible. We loved how the reception venue had a wrap around sidewalk and that guests were able to mingle inside/outside during cocktail hour and the reception. Food was also incredible! We had the prime rib, chicken chardonnay, mashed potatoes, and green beans. All amazing! Late snacks and appetizers were also delicious. Overall would 10/10 recommend. It couldn’t have gone better, and it was so great to see all of our family and friends also have a great time.

We had our reception at the Bay Pointe Woods and were thrilled with the turn out! Juno was extremely helpful along the way sending us all the information we needed. We especially loved the outside set up that had a fire pit and adirondack chairs! The space was great for guests to take photos. The Woods also has onsite lodging with the cottages that our bridal party stayed at! Food and drinks were flowing and delicious. We are grateful to the Bay Pointe staff for assisting in our reception run smoothly!

My wife and I fell in love with Bay Pointe the first time we saw it, prior to even getting engaged. After the proposal, our choice for a venue was easy! We loved all of the spaces Bay Point offers, but we went with the Woods because we were planning on having a fall wedding. We couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was- from the cottages, to the grounds and everything in between. Having a late September wedding, we were initially concerned that things wouldn’t still be blooming but we were very pleasantly surprised with how much variety of beautiful landscaping they had. We had two photographers and took a lot of photos, and in every single picture, the property is just gorgeous. There wasn’t a bad place to take a photo on the whole property! You can tell they take pride in making sure everything is exactly how you want it. All of the staff was professional, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. I can’t say enough good things, I highly recommend Bay Pointe to anyone looking for the most beautiful venue!

We got married at Bay Pointe Woods a few weeks ago and our experience was nothing short of perfect! We had the greatest team helping us (shout out to Ashley, Madison, and Lane!) who were always positive and accommodating no matter how many emails we sent with new requests and questions. The location is beautiful and the resort staff has perfected the art of putting on a great wedding. A huge perk of choosing Bay Pointe in my opinion is that the catering, bar/bartenders, and A LOT of the wedding essentials like chairs, tables, table clothes, etc are handled/provided directly by Bay Pointe. It’s so helpful to have a venue that is so inclusive so I don’t have work with a hundred other vendors! We highly recommend trusting Bay Pointe with your big day!

The BEST choice I made for my wedding was choosing Bay Pointe. I had so much help from staff. They supported me the entire process. Ashley, Jessica and Juno were so patient with me asking a ton of questions and they really made sure I got everything I wanted from a venue. The entire place was clean, organized and beautiful! It was so easy to have a beautiful day and I didn’t have to decorate a ton because the place is just so naturally beautiful! My day of coordinator Nat was INCREDIBLE! Nat kept us right on time, he kept my large wedding party organized and he made sure we got everything we wanted! If I could do it all again, I would choose Bay Pointe every time!

The staff was so amazing! Juno was awesome and quick to answer all of my questions very quickly. Jocelyn was amazing the day before and the day off. we got married at lake front area and it was beautiful, we received so many compliments about the venue amazing food!

We had the most amazing wedding weekend. We worked with Juno who is an absolute God-send. She is so organized, helpful and friendly. Her email correspondence is so incredibly thorough and so prompt. I never had to stress about anything because I knew she was on top of it. It's so easy for little things to get missed or overlooked on my end, but nothing went past her without her addressing every last little detail. I can't say enough good things about her! Nathan was the day-of coordinator....it was clear how invested and dedicated he was to making sure everything went smoothly. He was sooo sweet, and SO attentive to any last minute request and made sure our needs were met. He really knows what he's doing, it's so evident in the way he conducts himself so professionally. He was incredible!!! If it's not already obvious from all of the photos... Everything is so beautiful... the cottages are spacious and so modern, it was perfect for getting ready photos and plenty of room to dance around and drink mimosas all morning ;) The venue is obviously gorgeous on its own, which makes decorating a breeze... you don't need much! We had our ceremony outside which has evergreen trees and a tall arbor which makes for the perfect setting for photos. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding: between the staff, cottages / lodging accommodations, food (we went for the Tuscan buffet and I'm serious... it was good!!! I've worked a lot of banquets with my previous job and the food was always "meh" but this was actually really good!), and the area (right off Gun Lake, near the casino and golf courses) you will not regret a single thing. You get to just show up and have a good time! Your guests will rave about it too!!!

We had a great experience working with Jessica Wilson and Ashley Nadeau. We started planning early 2021 for our May 2022 wedding and the communication was a 10/10. Responses within the same day or first thing in the morning the next day if after 5pm. A beautiful venue and our day of coordinator Nathan was a pleasure to work with as well. Food was great we chose the Buffett style with chicken Chardonnay, dill salmon, and herb crusted prime rib. We also had a few appetizers and late night snacks. All fantastic. Overall a wonderful ceremony and reception. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Bay Pointe! We had our reception at Bay Pointe Woods in November 2021 after postponing from our initial date in 2020 due to COVID-19 (free of charge). From our initial inquiry to the reception day, the Bay Pointe staff was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Working with them was definitely one of the smoothest and easiest parts of the wedding planning process. The rooms and cottages are also beautiful and were great for hosting relatives.

My husband and I just had our wedding at Bay Pointe Woods and I couldn’t recommend Bay Pointe enough! The coordinating team always went above and beyond. They were responsive, accommodating, professional and all around very easy to work with. We had multiple guests compliment our food saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Our day was everything we dreams of and I give major credit to the Bay Pointe for helping ensure everything was perfect for us.

I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Bay Pointe just from seeing the photos online. everything about our wedding day was perfect. The service from the sales coordinator, the day of coordinator, and the staff were amazing. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.

All of our guests had a great time and loved the venue as well. The cottages next to Bay Pointe Wood were wonderful for the bridal party to get ready in! My wife and I were married at Bay Pointe Woods in June 2021 and we truly cannot say enough great things about Bay Pointe and their staff. The venue itself was over 2 hours away from our hometown, but Mariesa and Juno made the planning process a breeze, which was even more impressive when you consider all of the curveballs that wedding planning during a pandemic could bring. They were extremely responsive and willing to ensure that our day was everything that we could hope for, and then some. For the few details that Bay Pointe didn't address on site (flowers, DJ and cake), they had a list of preferred vendors for us to choose from, which was extremely helpful considering that we weren't from the area. The day before our wedding at the rehearsal, we were introduced to our venue coordinator, Jessica. She was extremely helpful at the rehearsal, and we were able to witness her dedication firsthand when we saw her sprinting between weddings later that day in an absolute downpour. Fortunately, the weather on our wedding day was perfect, and Jessica was still there answering every question, ensuring everything went smoothly, and even offering the most kind words of encouragement throughout the day. The small personal touches that Bay Pointe provided throughout our experience with them made all of the difference in the world. If you are looking for a stress-free and beautiful wedding day experience, look no further than Bay Pointe. They are hands down the best at what they do.

Bay Pointe Woods was our PERFECT wedding venue. Right from the beginning, Ashley and Jessica were amazing to work with as they were quick to answer questions by phone or email and super helpful during the entire planning process. Kortney was our day of coordinator and she made everything run perfectly! Our guests raved about the food- especially the mashed potatoes! We had a lot of out of town guests and they loved staying in the cottages as they were so close to the venue. It was so nice to have both indoor and outdoor space with the covered porch, and the fire pit was a big hit! Would definitely recommend!

Where do I even start? I fell in love with Bay Pointe Woods when it was just a computer-generated concept. It popped up on my Facebook page in 2018 and I was SET! Once Wade asked, I reached out scheduled a venue tour for June 2020. My dad, a bridesmaid, and I met with Mariesa C., the Catering Sales Manager - she was ever so pleasant! We toured, signed contracts and set a final date into place. We choose and were thankfully able to keep April 9th, 2021 as our date! This is where the ever so amazing, patient, and awesome Juno H. comes into play. She was our Catering Event Manager up until the rehearsal dinner. When I tell you I bombarded her email... I am not even playing around! Juno was SO responsive and truly made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She always reassured me and kept updating me frequently on guidelines and restriction changes. We were able to meet with her in November for a food tasting to select and finalize our meal for the day of! When I tell you she was a huge key player in making our day the best day ever, I truly mean that with my entire heart. The day of the rehearsal, Thursday April 8th - we met the lovely Shannon. Shannon made me feel so reassured - she knew what I was thinking without me even saying a thing! Our rehearsal went amazing, and she added in so many helpful tips and tricks to remember for the day of. Shannon let us run through as many times as we needed until we felt we had it down and were comfortable. I really cannot talk her up enough! Shannon and staff made our rehearsal go off without a hitch! The BBQ package we picked was a hit with everyone! They even let me add on two vegan plates for family that was unable to eat BBQ. Fast forward, to the best day ever!!! Shannon was there in the morning and through most of the day, and then we had Vanessa to lead our event. EVERY SINGLE WOMAN we met was AMAZING!!!!! I could say it until I am blue in the face. I felt so special, loved, & just so blessed to have such amazing staff to work with and help us! The package we picked for the day of included a DELICIOUS lunch that was delivered to our room with drinks & condiments. When it came down to game time and the ceremony the ladies were at the door of my cabin waiting to lead me to the venue with a fold out barrier to block me from being seen! Talk about thinking of everything!! Through all things thrown our way, we were able to have our day go off without a hitch. Tables were set with 6 instead of 10, dancing was outside (but you could not tell due to the heaters, we actually had them turn them off because it was so warm), and they even had catering staff serve at the buffet line! Every single person that attended had nothing but good things to say! From it being so personalized, to the staff being amazing, the food being out of this world, the lodging being more than what anyone imagined (both the Inn and Cabins at the Woods are STUNNING), plus SO much more - we received so many amazing compliments. We came back to our cabins to the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries & wine, with the sweetest card from Juno and Mariesa – as well as returning home to an email from them checking on the day! Thank you again to staff for all of the help and guidance! RUN do not walk to book BPW!! I hope this helps other brides & grooms thinking of booking here – they have everything even to accommodate a crazy pandemic! Thank you to Bay Pointe for being such a huge part in our BEST DAY EVER!

Our experience with Bay Pointe was nothing short of amazing. Mariesa and Juno were so amazing to work with. They were both responsive to emails and helped ensure my winter wedding dreams came true. The venue itself is breathe taking. Best decision we could have made. Book Bay Pointe for your wedding!! I promise you’ll love everything about it.

We had our weekend wedding at Bay Pointe during the trying times of COVID, and we could not be happier with the wonderful event that they helped us organize. Ashley and Jessica were a Godsend, and were constantly ready with help and ideas in times when everything was changing rapidly on the fly. The venue itself, the gourmet menu, our beautiful cottages, and the overall magical yet comforting ambience of Bay Pointe cannot be beat. We had our wedding at the Woods (Sycamore), but were able to get our pictures taken at the lake near the inn, and all over the grounds, which gave us gorgeous photos in multiple diverse locations. We were so touched at how culturally-sensitive everyone at Bay Pointe was, and how invested they were in ensuring we had all the elements of the traditional wedding we were hoping for. We needed Halal food at the wedding for our families, and Bay Pointe accommodated our dietary restrictions without charging us an extra dime. For the price that Bay Pointe offers, you could not ask for more - the most friendly, helpful full-service staff, included beautiful décor, an unbeatable location... I would whole-heartedly recommend Bay Pointe to anyone interested in creating beautiful memories at a stunning venue, with the most professional people in the business.

As a bride in a middle of a pandemic Bay Pointe was extremely helpful with all the never ending changes happening. We were given a sales coordinator throughout our whole planning process & I couldn't be more happy with the job she did. Juno answered every question I had & kept me up to date on all things changing throughout the state. My husband & I originally booked The Woods because not only was the outside beautiful the inside was breathtaking. The second we stepped in to the venue we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Through all the restrictions we decided to cut back our guest list & have our wedding & reception completely outside. This seemed a little crazy to some, because it was October, but the weather and the day couldn't have been more perfect. The Woods did a beautiful job in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted & being outside under the romantic lighting & candle light was breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better venue, especially during Covid they made everything stress free. We would highly recommend any of the Bay Pointe locations to get married.

We had a wonderful experience, despite being married in the middle of a pandemic. Originally, we had a food & drink minimum at the Bay Pointe Woods, which was immediately dropped with the pandemic (which I know a lot of other venues did not do, despite state mandated restrictions on guests). The staff went above and beyond to make sure we still had the wedding of our dreams when the entire event had to be moved outside (once again due to COVID state mandates). They allowed my MIL and I to come out multiple times and helped us think outside the box to make the ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour flow seamlessly. I highly suggest reserving all of the cottages as well. We loved having our own private oasis. It was convenient to be able to stroll over to the Woods from the cottages in between hair and make up to make sure things were being set up correctly. All in all, we were so happy with our experience with the Bay Pointe Woods.

We held our wedding and reception at Bay Pointe Woods in October 2019 and had an amazing experience. We visited several venues before settling on this one and we highly recommend it to anybody looking for the perfect venue. Facilities- The Bay Pointe facilities were immaculate and beautiful. The outdoor ceremony site was beautifully landscaped, and despite a torrential downpour the night before, was dry and ready for us the next day. Our guests were able to mingle on the outdoor patio during cocktail hour, which has heaters in case of cold weather, and during the evening there was a cozy fire to sit around outside. Our guests also loved the Adirondack chairs overlooking the gardens! Staff- The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. They worked with our vendors as they arrived to make sure that things were arranged just the way we wanted. They also made sure to open the reception hall early in the day so that we had a chance to arrange things before vendors arrived. When we asked for a signature drink that was not on the menu (hot cider!), they happily accommodated us. Privacy- Many of our guests stayed at the on-site cottages, so the entire location was essentially our wedding party, making it very cozy and private. This is one of the reasons why we chose The Woods, and we are so glad that we did! Thank you to everybody at Bay Pointe!!!

We had our wedding at Bay Point Woods the end of June. It was the most beautiful and perfect day. Their staff was amazing! The planning process was very helpful, they were always available for questions, and even the service staff the day of was great! We couldn’t have asked for better people to work with, a more perfect location or more beautiful facilities! Thank you Bay Point!!! We will be back for anniversaries for sure

Best day ever! We were the 5th wedding at this new venue and everything went off without a hitch. The venue is beautiful, food is fantastic and the staff was so helpful through the entire planning process and day of event.

My husband and I got married here on June 8th and had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful inside and out and all of the people were great to work with and very helpful. Our wedding coordinator for the day of was great and so helpful. Her name is Jamie. The day was perfect and the venue provided beautiful photo opps throughout the afternoon and evening. We were also able to get some sunset pictures with our photographer, which should be wonderful. We would highly recommend having your wedding/reception at BP Woods.
