Beard's is a wonderful establishment. Their selection of diamonds and bands is amazing, and Mark never rushed us or pushed us into anything we didn't want. In taking their time and ensuring that we were properly educated along the way before making our purchase, the staff at Beards definitely have earned the highest marks from me!

We bought a breathtaking engagement ring and gorgeous wedding band at Beards. They have a beautiful selection and you can come in to have your rings sized and/or polished at any time. They were genuinely excited for us and helped us out on cost wherever they were able to. Highly recommend.

A family friend works at Beard's and he was extremely helpful to my husband picking out my ring. We purchased my engagement ring and band set there, his ring, and he purchased a heart locket necklace as my wedding gift. I've brought my ring in there to clean it and they always inspect it to make sure that there's no loose stones. The store is also very elegant and makes you feel like you're a star :)

Beards goes above and beyond for each and every customer. My husband and I bought both our wedding rings from Beards. They were always very patient as we looked at just about every ring in the store. They polished our rings up on our wedding day and will do it anytime we stop in. They truly understand the meaning of Customer Satisfaction.

Amazing staff, quality, turn around time, flexibility with prices. Not only did Adam have a great experience with them picking out my ring, we both have throughly enjoyed working with them when picking out our bands, cleaning our rings, engraving Adam's ring (for free!), etc.

We shopped around a lot, and the best diamonds are at Beard's. The prices are great too. I work right down the street so I am in there ofter to get my rings cleaned. They are always very friendly.

Our wedding bands came out beautiful. They added my grandmother's diamonds to my band at no extra charge. When you buy your jewelry here you can go in at anytime to have your jewelry cleaned for free. We are repeat customers and now will be lifelong customers. Only negative feedback would be that it took them over 2 months from order date to get rings done for our wedding so make sure to do ahead of time.

My husband and I bought all of our rings (my engagement ring, and both bands)from Beards Jewelry. Our first impression was one of feeling well appreciated, and genuine interest in helping us find exactly what we wanted. It was a non pressured visit each time. Trust me we came back at least four times before we purchased the engagement ring. I had changed my mind on what I wanted several times, so I wanted to be sure that I was happy with it. We saved so much $$ when you compare the diamond we got with what we would have gotten at at a mall jewelry store! Also, when it came to the bands, most stores that I went to (trust me, I still shopped around) I had to commit to buying the band before they would order it. I couldn't do that because my engagement ring, I wanted to make sure I liked it, since I'll have it forever! Beards ordered three different rings for me, and the last one was just perfect! If price, quality, and customer service wasn't enough, their guarentee is awesome! Our engraving was free, and so is sizing. Their jeweler is right on site, so they don't have to send it out. The only time they did send it out, was my engagement ring when they did the laser engraving of the serial number on it. Infact, I just had my six month inspection on my diamond, and they fixed one of the prongs that had started to lift. It took less than 10 minutes, they also buffed and cleaned my ring for me. It was perfect! We have decided to only go to Beards Jewelry from now on! :)

With all their selections, it was hard to find the prettiest one. They have great customer service. The only issue I encountered was when I bought my wedding band. To make it fit along the jagged lines of my engagement ring, they wanted more money. They said it was to customize it. We reminded them that after spending over $30,000 in diamonds, they should consider the client base. After a long discussion, that waived the fee. They customize my band without any more charges.

I am from Maryland, but have lived on Florida for just a year. I needed a wedding band and someone else actually recommended Beards to me. A guy named Nick worked with my husband and I to resize his grandfather's band, and to help me pick one for myself. Beards is not a pushy and over-the-top vendor that tries to sell things you don't want. We knew what we were looking for and received great service and advice. Both our rings were ready in less than 5 hours the same day! What an amazing surprise! Highly recommend for any kind of jewelry.

We got my beautiful wedding band there and also got my engagement ring (which was bought through the online diamond wholesaler Blue Nile) re-set so that it would fit flush with my wedding band. My rings look so beautiful!
