We had an intimate ceremony and reception of about 25 people at Trapper's Cabin at Beaver Creek Resorts. This location is stunning and needs little decoration to make it ready for an elegant event! The customer service starting with our initial inquiry all the way through to after our wedding was exceptional! Everyone we encountered was helpful, considerate, and friendly. We had a wonderful wedding and that is in great part because of the staff at Beaver Creek Resorts. I wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else.
We did a hotel buyout for the weekend. Being a smaller property it was perfect. We had the whole hotel and were able to have signs and books and games throughout the property. The staff was fabulous and went above and beyond for our needs. It was the perfect location and the rooms were fabulous. We had a brunch that took over the whole restaurant and lobby which was a perfect end to a perfect weekend. We also had a bridal shower in the meeting space which went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this hotel.
$11,000 is not affordable
We loved staying at The Pines. It had a rustic feel but was still luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean and our whole guest list stayed there as the rates were quite reasonable. The shuttles to town were very convenient for our guests. I liked walking personally--it was only a couple of minutes down a pretty trail to get to the square. We all enjoyed the pool and hot-tub--especially in the evening when it was cool. The Grouse Mountain Grill was delicious as well. We will definitely go back!
I was so impressed with with the food and service at my reception. Everything was amazing!
We had a destination wedding in Beaver Creek at Allie's Cabin. I worked with The Pines Lodge to accomodate my guests from out of town. They were very curteous and friendly to guests....and very accommodating.
We had our wedding reception at The Pines. Nancy (Grouse Mountain Grill) and the entire staff at The Pines did an amazing job making each part of our reception go smoothly. They were accommodating and did everything as we wished. We used the entire communal space at the hotel and it was so affordable compared to other reception sites in the area. And the views are amazing for photos!
I booked my wedding-ceremony and reception with Beaver Creek Resort (Allie's Cabin). Great people to work with, always professional, excellenct service and Allie's Cabin was the most beautiful place on earth for a wedding!!
I loved the view and all the windows in the room.;I would warn others to not rely on the wedding coordinator at The Pines. We were told she would run the whole reception and tell us what to do, but she disappeared a little into the reception. We felt lost much of the time.
