I bought the most beautiful wedding dress and veil at Bella Bleu Bridal!!! I had a first appointment with Kate and the entire shop was reserved just for me. We walked around the whole store and pulled dresses that I liked. Based on my preferences she pulled some others for me that were similar to what I chose but ones I wasn’t too sure about on the hanger. One of the dresses she chose was the one I ended up absolutely loving and actually purchased for my wedding! Kate also recommended a gorgeous diamond rimmed veil that worked perfectly with my dress which I purchased and received a 10% discount on the veil for purchasing it the same day as the dress! Kate was so helpful throughout the whole process ensuring that I was pinned up in all the right places to get a true visual of what my dress would look like once it was altered to my measurements. Kate was by far the best at this than at any other place I went to. Also, the dresses at Bella Bleu were the most beautiful, clean, realistically priced, and best quality dresses I saw during my many appointments around Chicago. The only hiccup was that my dress supplier shipped my dress a little later than planned, but Kate was very helpful tracking down information to get me my dress with still enough time for alterations. Thanks to Bella Bleu Bridal, I felt like royalty on my wedding day and I received so many compliments on both my dress and veil! I loved this boutique so much. Carly was incredibly attentive and easy to talk too. I showed her some dresses I liked from their website, which she pulled, but she also ended up finding my dress for me, which I would not have originally pulled for myself! It looked amazing and was exactly what I was going for. She helped me figure out two customizations I wanted, and I got the dress in plenty of time for alterations.

I am so thankful for Bella Bleu Bridal! Not only did I find a beautiful wedding dress and veil, but I also found the perfect ear cuff. It just so happens that they brought it from New York a few days ago. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them!

Exactly what you'd imagine for a small boutique wedding dress experience. A one on one appointment with a knowledgable sales rep. I had Carly and she helped me stay within my budget and narrow down my choices so I wasn't overwhelmed looking at all the dresses I had tried on. When I said yes to the dress, she popped a bottle of champagne for us, helped me to take almost perfect measurements, and took a bunch of pictures for me with my mom and maid of honor. It was a great experience, and exactly what I had pictured!

I wish we had started our search with Bella Bleu Bridal! As a wedding photographer, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for when it came to my wedding dress. After 3 disappointing appointments at other bridal boutiques, I wasn't sure I was going to find "the" dress. But once I walked in Bella Bleu Bridal and saw all of the gorgeous dresses, I panicked that I wouldn't be able to narrow it down to one. I was torn between two gorgeous Made with Love dresses, and Carly was amazing throughout the whole experience. I cannot rave enough about her! She listened to what I was looking for, selected amazing dresses for me to try on and was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process. She made the experience so much fun for my mom, cousin and I. And she seriously made my dreams come true ... quickly contacting Made with Love during our appointment to see if they could rush the production on the two dresses I loved as I needed it much quicker than their normal schedule. She continued to email with me during non-business hours to get the ordered placed ASAP. I cannot rave enough about Bella Bleu and Carly!! The boutique is gorgeous, the experience of trying on dresses was private + intimate and the service + team are perfection. You will not be disappointed.

Great selection of dresses at good prices. Owner AND her staff are great. One of the only stores I went to with a big accessory selection. Highly recommend taking the drive or metra here. Easy to get to from the city. I went to 11 dif places (I know...) and this was top 2 for sure.

This is THE place to go for your wedding dress. I made an appointment (it was my first stop) and as soon as I walked in I knew it was where I would find my dress. I gave them a price range and showed them pictures of what I had in mind and they picked out exactly what I was looking for. They also have the BEST accessories, I ended up getting my dress, a brooch for the dress, a bracelet, earrings, my veil, and a headcomb from here. Andrea (the store owner) is just incredible. She is warm and enthusiastic and genuinely loves her job. I can't say enough about Bella Bleu - make sure you visit when you start wedding dress shopping!

If I could give Andrea at Bella Bleu Bridal 6 stars, I would. After consulting several previous bride, friends, they advised me of finding a place outside the city (Chicago) to see what they would have as the experience would be completely different and were they correct! After checking out several shops downtown, I wasn't able to find "the dress" and was even asked to schedule another appointment as I was out of time when asking for another size at BHLDN. So, trusting on my friends advice, I hopped in the Civic and drove north to Winnetka. The selection that Andrea has in her store in wonderful, ranging from $2,000 and upwards, so there was a great selection to choose from. Initially I thought that I had found "the dress", but after getting ready to order it only learned that the designer could not make the bust any bigger because of the jewels on it. While I was initially devastated, Andrea stepped in and began going through each dress with me to determine what I did and didn't like about each of them, as we were having an art deco wedding at The Drake Hotel. After realizing I was caught between two dresses, from the same designer, she went ahead and called the designer in Canada to see if they could make a custom design for me. Seriously, now that's customer service! When I went to go pick up the dress, we were also able to find all the accessories (purse, earrings, necklace) that I would wear for the wedding. I can't recommend this boutique enough. Nice bonuses about the boutique are that there are trunk shows frequently, new designers from around the globe, and an array of accessories to choose from. Seriously, go there!

Bella Bleu is the most FANTASITIC bridal boutique in the Chicagoland area. Finding them literally changed my search, and I am now the owner of a bridal gown that I LOVE, and felt wasn't out there. I worked with Stephanie who, out of the 13 shops I visited, was the most caring consultant. The way she works with you, you know she has your best interests in mind. Above all that, she's so incredible fun, sweet and she really delivers a no-pressure, guided, bridal experience. The last thing that I REALLY stood out to me was the shops variety. I went to all the shops in the city, and Bella Bleu far & away had the most diverse collection of styles, materials, designers, etc. This was HUGE for me, because I wanted to really see what was out there. I would recommend Bella Bleu as the #1 retailer in Chicago and the Chicago suburbs, hands down!

I am currently buying my dress at Bella Bleu Bridal. I was about to write a review and was shocked to have read such a poor one written based on my experience. My family and I are having and excellent experience there and would recommend them highly.

I was skeptical at first, wondering if I was going to find people who turned up their noses at me and my family who are not from the winnetka area. I am so happy to say that I was so wrong. I don't think we could have gotten better service. I found the dress that I wanted but wasn't able to purchase that day. They gave me all the information about the dress/designer/cost/ordering. I ended up calling about 3 or 4 months later to purchase the dress and the owner of the store remembered me and remembered that the sample size fit me. That sealed the deal for me!

Worth the splurge... my wedding jewls were perfect! I sent a pic of my dress to the consultant to make sure everything would look good together, considering I was ordering online. She responded promptly and with great advice. The packages arrived wrapped perfectly, and with an added gift because one of my selections was on backorder. Fantastic service!

I ordered 3 pieces of Sara Gabriel for my April wedding including my veil. I had questions that I messaged to the store and the owner quickly responded to me and made me feel confident with my decisions. Once the shipment arrived I got a follow up email to ensure everything was to my liking. I love it all and can't thank Bella Bleu enough - their online services are awesome if you can't get to the store!!

I wanted to share the best experience I had with Bella Bleu. My wife and I were married a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to surprise her. I heard her talk about this place while planning our wedding and since I am not a "savvy shopper" (as my wife says) I contacted the shop. I wanted a really nice pair of cuff links for our big day so she could see how "savvy" I can be. I had no idea what I wanted and when I called, Andrea answered and took over. Even though, they did not carry the cuff links she said she could order them. We communicated via phone and email and she sent me pictures till we found the perfect ones. They arrived on time and everything was hassle free! My wife was so surprised when she realized that my cuff links came from the same place as some of her wedding accessories. Thank you Bella Bleu and Andrea for making me a "savvy groom".

This shop is just adorable! Although it wasn't in my budget to buy jewelry for my maids at this shop I did invest in my own earrings and matching bracelet. The staff members were highly supportive and helpful. They treated everyone fairly and made you feel welcome. They were willing to help with the overall look and helped me find the perfect match for my dress, hair, everything! Also, I received numerous compliments on the jewelry throughout my wedding day. Worth every penny!

I searched and searched for the perfect art deco style wedding earrings and was unable to find anything until I found Bella Bleu. They had a very unique and stylish selection, which meshed perfectly with my modern dress. The order process was easy and delivery was super fast. The earrings sparkled even more than I imagined they would and the quality was great as well. Definitely recommend!

I was so not into shopping for my wedding but my mom was adamant that I come to this shop in Park Ridge to try on some accessories. I am so grateful that my mom pushed me into it because this place was just amazing! The shop is every girl's dream. I think I might even model my future home off of their decor. The ladies that worked there truly cared about what I wanted and how I look on my big day. They weren't pushing me to buy the most expensive piece which was really comforting because most bridal places just want to sell. I really felt as though they were helping me bring my wedding vision to reality. Although bridal accessories are more expensive than I had imagined, I would much rather love everything that I wear on my big day than wish I had bought something nicer. Every bride should at least take a look at what Bella Bleu has to offer!

i'm getting married at the beginning of next year and i have been having like the worst anxiety over my accessories because i couldn't find anything i liked where i bought my dress or any of the stores near me. i don't even wear accessories that often but i definitely had an idea in mind of what i wanted so i was kind of being picky. luckily, a friend of mine told me about bella bleu in park ridge and said that i needed to visit them when i was in town to see my parents. um, i couldn't be happier with this store and the women that worked there. cat, the girl that helped me, was really interested in finding something that matched the image i had come up with in my head. literally, the first veil i tried on was the one i had been dreaming about with lace trim and crystal. they were also really willing to customize it so that it was perfect. i also ended up buying this beautiful headpiece from haute bride. i spent more than i expected but im definitely going back to buy my other accessories there!

I got one of my hair pieces and bridal handbag from this bridal salon and they were fantastic!! True to how they looked online and the interaction was very personal. The assortment is amazing here for unique and traditional pieces!! Would recommend them to any bride!!
