I had such a GREAT experience finding my dream dress with them! It also arrived a little bit early! They made me feel beautiful while sticking to my budget and making us all feel quite comfortable during the try ons! My dress was amazing and I also added sleeves that were made from a veil that matched my dress perfectly!

If you are nervous at all about shopping for your gown, Katie and the staff at Bella Lily Bridal will put you right at ease! Though I waited until less than six months before my wedding, I was able to stay within my budget, and I still found a dress that should arrive in plenty of time to be altered— without rush fees. The salon is lovely and very private, and the staff were professional and kind at the same time. I’m grateful to have found Bella Lily, and I’m so excited to pick up my beautiful dress when it arrives!

First and last stop to find my dress! The boutique is clean, bright, and pretty. Moira was so sweet and patient. She gave us a phone stand so that family who could not join in person were able to watch too. I found the perfect dress and accessories within budget. An experience that many are stressed over was fun and easy at Bella Lily! Highly recommend!!

Bella Lily was my 3rd stop when I was shopping for bridal gowns and I had the best experience there - hands down! The staff was friendly, not pushy in any way, and listened to the feedback about what I liked/didn't like to help me hone in on the right style for me. I found a Stella York gown that I really liked so I came back for a second appointment during a Stella York trunk show they were having and ended up scoring a different, even more beautiful dress! They were great about letting me move around in the gown, take plenty of pics and videos, FaceTime with my out-of-state mom, etc. I believe there was technically a time limit on the appointment but I never felt super rushed. If you're looking for a beautiful space with kind people and gorgeous gowns - you're in the right place. :) I'm so happy I said "Yes" to the dress at Bella Lily!

I visited a handful of bridal shops in search of my wedding dress but Bella Lily Bridal was by far the best - and I found my dress there! The team is so helpful and they will not pressure you into buying. They genuinely want you to find your perfect dress, even if it's not at their store! I was deciding between two dresses and Brenda, the owner, came over and encouraged me to pick the dress that felt most like me. She expressed such thoughtful sentiments about how "bridal" is defined by the bride wearing the dress - it was exactly what I needed to hear. I ended up deciding to leave without a dress so that I could think it over for a couple days. When I called to schedule another appointment the following week, Bella Lily welcomed me back and in trying on both dresses a second time, I knew I had found the one and purchased it! I had the BEST experience with Bella Lily Bridal and would recommend them to any future bride looking for that memorable dress shopping experience!

I had the best experience at Bella Lily Bridal! This is a long overdue review. When I came to Bella Lily I had already gone to three other stores in 24 hours, and tried on nearly 2 dozen dresses. Even with all the necessary covid restrictions, the team at Bella Lily was able to help me find my dream gown and it was one of those moments when I knew I found “the one”. They really listened to what I was looking for and nailed it on the second dress I tried on in the store. The ladies were all so nice and easy to work with when we went through the process of placing my order. They were all just as welcoming when I came back to pick up my dress and order my veil. I loved shopping for my dream dress at Bella Lily and will definitely recommend them to anyone else going wedding dress shopping!

To make a long story short, my experience when purchasing the dress was great, once I received the dress, not so much. I was sized incorrectly and the back of the dress needed to be changed to a corset and I don’t like the way it looks at all. I’m hoping my vail and hair will cover most of it. If you think you need a larger size, speak up and don’t take their measurements to the bank.

I absolutely loved Bella lily bridal! They were so relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to pick a dress which was so nice when shopping for wedding dresses. All of their dresses are super high quality, the consultants are very knowledgeable about the dresses, and their dresses are super unique which I loved! The consultants also communicated the prices of each dress, let you know which dresses were under your price range and if there were any that were over which was super nice and made it that much easier to pick my dress. My consultant was Nicole Moore and she was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend asking for her! She was super fun to work with, she knew so much about each dress, and she never rushed me to pick a dress or to try on other ones! I would highly recommend Bella lily to any of my friends/family who are getting married.

I consider myself to be extremely picky and indecisive about my wardrobe, so when It came to my wedding dress I was hardcore. Gabrielle not only made me feel comfortable my entire appointment, she also could read me like a book. She knew exactly when I didn’t like something and when I truly fell in love with my dress. Not to mention their bridal selection is extremely gorgeous! All of the dresses I tried on were made beautifully and I recommend to anyone to at least try dresses on here. The staff really takes the time to get to know you as an individual, as well as those with you.

Originally, I went to another bridal boutique in North Scottsdale. It wasn't a good experience for me, and the staff were pushy and overbearing with me. When you are looking for the perfect wedding dress, you want encouragement and attentiveness as you try on all the beautiful gowns. The staff at Bella Lily nailed it and made me feel like a million bucks! I tried on about ten dresses and found the perfect princess dress! It turned out to be the BEST experience and I will never forget it. I highly recommend Bella Lily Bridal!

Going to Bella Lily was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, it was amazing. The salon was all ours for the appointment, and we started out by sitting down and talking a bit about the wedding, the salon, and how everything would work. I was a little hesitant going in as I am a larger woman, but they had plenty of dresses in my size, in all styles. My consultant Olivia is incredible. She listened to my thoughts on each dress, and after trying on a few was able to find the perfect dress for me. I can't thank Bella Lily and Olivia enough for this amazing day and for helping me say yes to the dress!

Bella Lily was a great experience from start to finish! The boutique was comfortable, quiet and smelled AMAZING, which felt more personal than some of the bustling salons I had been to before. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for when I went to my first appointment but was not exactly sure what I wanted. I worked with Brenda, who was an absolute dream. She made me feel comfortable while helping me narrow down and visualize what I wanted to feel like on my wedding day. It was like shopping with a trusted girlfriend who just happened to be an expert in all things bridal. I never felt rushed when I was trying dresses on or pressured to make a purchase. Brenda even took meticulous notes about dresses I had shown her that I had pinned on Pinterest and she arranged for some to be sent to the store for me to try on. Brenda can attest it was not an easy feat finding the perfect dress for me; I had 3-4 appointments at Bella Lily before I finally found the one. Long story short, once I found my dress, Brenda suggested some great styling tips/additions that could be made to the dress to bring the whole vision together. When my order came in, it was an easy process to come in to try it on and make sure everything was perfect. I even bought all my accessories there too, including a crystal belt, bridal hair piece and veil. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bella Lily and highly recommend them without any hesitation. If you are looking for an intimate boutique to find a unique gown and hang out with some pretty cool people, do not pass up Bella Lily!

I had such an amazing experience shopping here! I especially loved the plus size options they have in store that you can try on! I had a couple of other appointments before coming in to Bella Lily, and most of the sample dresses were too small (which I get why), and I had such a hard time imagining what it would look like in my size. But when I came into Bella Lily, it felt so good to be clipped in and feel like a bride in a dress. The consultants were so attentive to what I liked and disliked, and even went out of their way to take dresses off the displays so I could try them on. They listened, and were knowledgeable enough to find my perfect dress!

Super cute bridal shop with great stylists! I had a great experience picking out my wedding dress. They listened to what I wanted and pulled a lot of dresses that fit the description. I left with my dream gown! (It even came earlier than expected with needed a rush order!) The fittings and everything in between were timely, easy and the girls were great!

I found my wedding dress at Bella Lily bridal and I'm so grateful for Brenda and her amazing little shop! I found wedding dress shopping to be VERY stressful, I went to about 6-7 shops and didn't have any luck and felt I was talking myself into every single dress. My girlfriend and I decided to take a peak at Bella Lily as a last minute thought since it was a bit out of the way for us in Scottsdale, I will be forever grateful that we did! I found a GORGEOUS Stella York dress that matched exactly what I was hoping for in my head and felt beautiful in it on my big day! Brenda and her stylists are amazing! BLB was my first appointment, and I found "the dress" right away! They have an amazing selection and their customer service is AMAZING! I felt right at home when I came in for my appointment! Everyone that I had worked with was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. BLB will work with you to ensure that they're able to help you find your perfect wedding dress. While doing so, they make you feel beautiful and confident! Very professional and amazing to work with! I worked with Caleigh and she was AMAZING, during my appointment she literally helped shove me into the dresses I had tried on, and did everything she could to make sure I got an idea of how each dress would look fitted. When I eventually picked up "the dress", Caleigh helped carry it to my car! It was sweet gestures such as those that truly made it all an intimate experience. I was so happy to work with Brenda and her team. They don't disappoint and they definitely go the extra mile! :)

I loved my whole experience at Bella Lily Bridal! This was the second bridal shop I went to in my search of a wedding dress and they helped me find the PERFECT dress for me. The shop is super cute and there were a lot of different styles and curated dresses to choose from. Bella Lily Bridal was the first store I tried on dresses at and during my first visit, I didn’t find my dress. I didn’t know it then, but Brenda and her team had set the bar INCREDIBLY high for professionalism and for the overall experience that I felt during my appointment. I went to many bridal stores after Bella Lily and tried on over 50 dresses before I realized how much my taste had changed just from trying on different styles and designers. Of all the stores I went to, none of them had dresses as exquisite and detailed as Brenda’s store and I knew that if I was going to have “my moment” of finding the perfect dress, that it would be there! So I made a second appointment and was so relieved when I saw Brenda’s smiling face greet me! I felt like royalty and like I was part of their family. Their boutique looks like it just came off of a Pinterest board! It’s so delicately sweet and intimate and I’m so thankful that Brenda was eager to take on the challenge of finding me my perfect dress and creating that moment that every bride hopes to feel! Bella Lily did not disappoint! let me tell you! I was in LOVE with a gown that unfortunately they did not have in stock but the owner was able to get it in store for me to try on free of cost! The owner Brenda is so kind and knows how to make you laugh and was so easy to work with! I also worked with Meghan who not only helped me try on 15 dresses, but to make that happen in an hour. A couple of days later Meghan emailed me with a follow up and just made me feel so special! It was by far the most fun of the wedding planning this far. Hands down would recommend to and new engaged couples!

Bella Lily Bridal, This is not so much a letter to you, but a WARNING to the brides-to-be, who are looking for that special, once in a lifetime experience of purchasing their wedding dress for their special day. You will not find that experience here. My fiance was in your shop recently searching for a dress. She found one she loved and purchased. A decision needed to be made, which size she should go with and your “professional consultant” suggested she go bigger. Please know that I have not yet seen this dress, but I do know that it is backless. She trusted your consultant and ordered what she recommended. 3 months later my finance received a dress that was considerably too big for her. Knowing that she still proceeded to take to the Tailor that came recommended by Bella Lily Bridal. After the consult to have the dress altered, the Tailor suggested she contact you to have the dress exchanged for a smaller size because she could not bring in the top. My fiance contacted Bella Lily Bridal and spoke to someone regarding exchanging for a smaller size. Your employee first stated that she was in the shop when she purchased the dress and that it wasn't that big. After conceding that it was, my fiance explained to her that even their recommended Tailor suggested to exchange it. Instead of admitting that your consultant made a mistake and try to remedy that mistake, your employee proceeded to tell my fiance she's wrong. Your employee stated that she “went to fashion school and everything can be altered”, and “the Tailor just didn't want her business.” She told my fiance to get another opinion because there was nothing they could do for her. My fiance took it to another Tailor for a second opinion and was basically told the same thing, but this Tailor said that she could try to take in the waste as much as possible and it might make the top tight enough. $300 later after alterations the top is still too big. Here we are in August, less than 3 months from our wedding and my fiance is without a dress to wear. She doesn't know I'm writing this but nothing angers me more than to see how poorly she was treated and how upset she is about this dress that she found for our special day, that she cannot wear. It's definitely apparent that to you she's just someone who bought a dress, no attempt to make the bride feel special. To me, she's my life, and she treats everyone with love and respect, and deserves the same. Your employees were inconsiderate, rude and definitely not professionals. Thank you, Javier Soto

I had such an amazing experience finding the perfect dress at Bella Lily Bridal! They were accommodating and understanding of my budget and what I was looking for. Bella Lily had beautiful dresses and I really loved all the options. I chose a dress that I wanted to try in ivory instead of the color they had in the store. They said they would call and never did. I'm not sure why; maybe it's a lack of customer service or attention to detail. Either way, don't expect much if you don't make a purchase immediately.

I let my bridesmaids select their own dresses and one of my bridesmaids purchased her dress from Bella Lily Bridal. I also purchased my veil there. The shop had a lot of beautiful selections and the staff is attentive, professional, and warm. The owner makes the experience very personal and she was super helpful and friendly. They were communicative with the order status and made purchasing very easy and straightforward. A great experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bridal shop and it's lovely owner, Brenda. My bridal gown experience began in Illinois, where I bought a dress the first time I went shopping under the excitement and encouragement from my family and friends. Flash forward a few months and our wedding venue, date, and vibe and EVERYTHING changed and that dress wasn't what I wanted at all. My wedding planner directed me to Bella Lily, knowing my style and the type of wedding we were hoping to have. She was so right! Brenda and her shop workers were nothing but accommodating and helped me so that I didn't make the same mistake again in buying the wrong dress. At one point, Brenda even said, "I could sell you this dress that you like, but I'm not going to do that. I'm going to wait until you find the one you love." I appreciated that she was not in the business to just take my money for a dress I wasn't sold on - she wanted to help me find the one I truly loved. She received a new stock of dresses that she knew fit my style. I came in the weekend she received those (per her expert recommendation) and fell in love! She knows her stuff and has dresses that are not only beautiful, but they are unique and unlike what you would find at your typical store. I loved my experience here! I had tried on dresses at one other place before I came here, so I had a general idea of what I did and didn't like, in fact, I was in love with a dress from the last place, but it was $500 over my budget. The salon is small but super cute with a great selection. Rebecca was so sweet and very helpful without being pushy or making me feel pressured about anything. I showed her the over-budget dress that I liked, and she helped me pick out comparable styles that were within my price point. She and Brenda were both so sweet to my mom, who is somewhat of the stereotypical, overbearing, pushy Asian mother. I found a dress that I love here (even more than the first one!), within our budget, yay!
