I have been planning weddings professionally for over twelve years after having to help my stepson and his wife figure out how to pull off a wedding in Las Vegas that wasn't quite going according to their plans and loved every minute of it! I have three sons and two step sons, three daughter in laws and four grandchildren bringing order to chaos is nothing new to me!
I believe in love and that it can be shared in many ways. Big or small I will listen and help bring the calm whether full service or wedding day management. I have done well over 100 weddings and strive to make your day unique

enue early to stepping in when we had a snafu with transportation a few weeks before the ceremony. She is unflappable, and you can tell there pretty much isn't a problem she hasn't seen and solved before. We loved how she made a point of getting to know us early on, and this personal attention showed over the course of the planning process. I'm happy to say our wedding day went off without a hitch--literally everything went right and nothing went wrong, and I think that is a testament to her thorough preparation. It's an added bonus that she has an entire level of her house dedicated to wedding decor items, which will help save effort/stress/money when deciding some of those last-minute details, like welcome table, etc. And her day-of emergency kit is the stuff of legends! She has thought of everything. Thank you Stephanie for guiding us through what would have otherwise been a daunting and overwhelming process! You made it manageable and fun.

At the beginning of this journey, we had no idea all of the details and behind the scenes planning that goes into a wedding. After we first met with Steph, she asked us to join a planning website which included everything for planning–budget, vendors, guestlist, timeline, floorplan... probably more I'm not thinking of! She created a rough plan for what decisions needed to be made and by when. Additionally, the budget included payment reminders so we stayed on track with vendor payments and could budget monthly to be able to make the payments. She reached out often to check in and keep track of our progress! We felt confident in each decision we made because of Steph's support and years of experience.
Steph has created a detailed questionnaire for her couples. When we first looked it over we were a bit overwhelmed because it included items we had never considered. Steph guided us through the questionnaire which detailed our tables, flowers, and every option you could think of for the wedding. She even had items we could choose from to reference or use on our day. As we went through the list we were able to truly imagine what our wedding would look like down to every detail!
The big day arrived fast, and after months of careful planning we expected it to go off without a hitch (except ours lol). Of course, there are always little things that went awry. The bella notte thing handled everything with no stress! Steph even has a massive tackle box filled with whatever anyone from the wedding party may need! It wasn't just the proactive problem solving that saved the day. Steph and her team delivered everything we needed to help make our day less stressful. After the ceremony and a few pictures they hid us away in the bridal suite for 15 minutes to decompress. We walked in to our specialty cocktails, water, and appetizers waiting for us. This was so appreciated! After keeping us on a smooth timeline and facilitating and incredible evening, the team told us not to worry about anything! They packed everything up that and had it ready for us the next day.
The entire experience working with this team from start to finish was great. We had the most incredible wedding and would never have pulled it off without their help. We highly recommend using their service for planning your wedding!

Stephanie is experienced, kind, and very direct with her feedback. She also comes with an amazing project management portal and tons of vendors who love working with her. She quickly created relationships with new vendors as well! From just a few weeks in, she already had a detailed timeline of the day and I was never in the dark about who we owed money when or whether we were on track. My parents were more than complimentary about Stephanie's organization and professionalism. They even thanked her in their wedding speech!
Stephanie allowed me to not only enjoy my wedding day but also the planning! I went through many changes during the wedding planning period, including starting a new job and Stephanie made sure none of that was an issue! She facilitated cost savings left and right including her own personal collection of all of the "odds and ends" you don't want to spend money on! She literally has a style to choose from for anything you'd need.

When we were getting decision fatigue, Stephanie helped provide suggestions when we asked for us. She was extremely attentive to an abundance of small requests that we threw her way and was able to keep us organized. Stephanie also has a large number of signs, decorations, and other items that she allowed us to borrow for the day so we didn't have to pay extra for them; this alone saved us hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars in decor and printing. That's where Stephanie and Bella Notte come in. We hired Stephanie for her "Partial Planning" package, which includes unlimited calls/emails, access to her decor, and full takeover the month leading up to the big day. Day of, she handles everything so that you can focus on your big day.
As we planned our wedding, we sought to build an "A-Team" so that we would have a fun, stress free day. Of all the vendors we hired, Stephanie was the most influential in making sure is was just as much a party for us as it was for our guests. She held our hand through the planning process, letting us know with regular check-ins what we needed to be working on. She suggested amazing vendors and helped us stay closer to our original budget.
Why hire a wedding planner? Because they've planned more weddings than you have. Why hire Stephanie? Because planning is her passion. She is professional, organized, and efficient. As life threw us curveballs, she was able to help us stay on track and took things off of our plate so that we could deal with the issues we were facing.
Day of, we were able to sit back and enjoy the day. Despite weather causing a last-minute change of plans for the ceremony, everyone was organized and worked together to make it a beautiful day. And my bride and I didn't have to worry about anything. Stephanie rounded up everyone to get the job done. Not only was my wedding the best party I've ever attended, but most of my guests said it was one of the best run weddings they have attended.

After reading nothing shy of a 5 star review on Stephanie and her services we decided to meet with her via zoom - and never looked back! Stephanie went above and beyond with everything she did for us. Whether it was touring our wedding venue in advance, going to our tasting, helping pick out our ceremony and dinner furniture/decor, organizing and helping us choose our caterers, rental company, verifying timelines personally with photography, catering, and hair and makeup - the list could go on. One of the best services Stephanie included is her decorations she has collected over the years. We were able to go to her house and pick out anything and everything we wanted for our special day. There wasn't a single decoration she didn't have that we needed. I gave her total freedom for set up and design of the decorations and trusting her with every detail was the best decision we ever made! Not only was our wedding day seamless and stress free, she did an absolutely stunning job from start to finish. Not only was she a decorator our day of, but she made sure we were on schedule, she organized our order and timing of speeches, ceremony, signing or marriage license, AND MORE! I would hire Stephanie a thousand times over again and would trust her with any friend or family member I have. Not only does she offer outstanding and professional services, but she is just an amazing human being. She is very calming and has such positive energy and light surrounding her. It was easy to trust her ever step of the way because of how comfortable she made everything from the very first second we met her. From start to finish, she put so much work into every aspect of planning including interviewing/booking/communicating with vendors, keeping track of deadlines, and planning the décor. Stephanie was extremely communicative and always available to talk, even when I just needed to ease some wedding-planning anxiety and assurance that everything was going smoothly. On the wedding day itself, Stephanie was the first to arrive at our venue and the last to leave at the end of the night. y the least. From the first phone call, Stephanie patiently listened to our "less traditional" plans and offered suggestions and problem-solving options. It gave me so much confidence as I observed time and again that she knew what it took to help us have the wedding WE wanted even with some of its idiosyncratic ideas. It gave me so much confidence as I saw time and again that she had our backs as she handled the few hiccups we encountered with expediency and professionalism. One of the most helpful contributions for me was that she proofread and kept up with all the vendors' contracts and deadlines for payments as well as providing a portaI with a timeline and all pertinent information. Communication was easy as she was always quick to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Not one time did she leave me hanging. Her organizational skills are amazing, and that is what made the wedding day itself run so smoothly. Our food was not provided by a traditional caterer, and even though Stephanie found a vendor to provide the catering needs, it definitely put more work on her on the wedding day to have to fill in the gaps that a normal caterer would normally provide. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and I can honestly say there was not one oversight--before, during, or after the wedding and reception. The wedding was everything our daughter and son-in-law wished it to be, and when I reflect on the success of the day, I am humbly grateful for Stephanie's expertise, ease to work with, and going the extra mile to ensure it went smoothly.

is organized, professional, level headed, and always knew where we stood with wedding plans. It was easy to forget that she had other weddings to plan besides our own, because she was so on top of the arrangements for our own event. One of the most helpful things Stephanie did for us was help narrow down our choices of vendors. She would tell us which catering she thought was fairly priced or overpriced; recommended venues that fit our desire for an outdoor wedding experience; and recommended the most fantastic DJ that absolutely matched our desire for a high energy, dancing reception. Stephanie did a fantastic job of listening to our vision for our day and made recommendations based on what we really wanted. In pretty much every scenario, Stephanie's recommendations were spot on the right choice. However, we always felt that as the wedding couple we had the final say of which direction to go. Stephanie also picked up a bunch of slack for us: happily scheduling meetings, quoting out vendors, and doing tons of other planning legwork that was above and beyond her job description. Beyond the planning, the day of the wedding also ran so smoothly. Stephanie knew exactly how much time every part of the day took, and knew tiny details that would keep our guests most entertained and happy. ith. She made the whole process stress free as she guided us through our vision when we had little idea what we were looking for. She gave us ideas of how the day of should look, including a 10-minute breather after the ceremony to let everything sink in while sharing a plate of our passed hors d’oeuvres. It was seriously the best suggestion for such a small thing – she thinks of everything.
The absolute mass stock of weeding décor that she let us borrow was both a time and money saver. She assured that our day went exactly how we planned it to be, even if she had to put other vendors in their place. She was so kind to collect everything from the wedding and hold it for us until we returned from our 2-week honeymoon – Who even does that anymore? We highly recommend having Stephanie as your wedding planner or day of coordinator, you won’t find better elsewhere.

She was available and eager to help me with any questions I had leading up to my big day, and took an enormous amount of stress off me on the day of our wedding. I didn't have to worry about any of the details. She communicated directly with my suppliers and organized everything without me having to think about a thing. She is so friendly and organized - the perfect month-of partner!

Her stock of wedding details (candle holders, signage, etc.) was also an amazing surprise and it allowed us to deal with less rentals (phew). Our wedding day went flawlessly with her keeping us all on track (and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea about any of them). Thanks for making our wedding day so dreamy!

Communication with her is a breeze, she was always quick to respond to all of my (many) emails and her answers were thorough. She provides excellent advice, listens to her couples, and advocates for them. At every point, we felt taken care of and that she had our back, and we were able to truly enjoy our day because she was there, guiding us and acting as our point of contact. We also found some fantastic vendors through her and she provided all of our decor! No waste or abundance of stuff after the wedding was over! We can't thank Stephanie enough and will genuinely miss her!

Day of the (outdoor) wedding, Mother Nature threw us a curveball. It poured down rain the entire day! Stephanie & Co were my heroes. ding planning process. What a fantastic decision this ended up being! Stephanie provided an incredibly calming, yet professional presence to the most important day of our lives. She was extremely punctual and communicated with us in a way that was both compassionate and patient. My wife and I both felt that she was very attentive to our needs and wants throughout our meetings with her leading up to our wedding. She had a great and extensive collection of wedding decorations that would certainly fit the tastes of whatever you are looking for. Stephanie took care of everything and transported our wedding decorations to the venue in Breckenridge which was an enormous help to us. The reception area looked extravagant thanks to her. It definitely felt like we were well taken care of, a feeling that everyone should feel on their wedding day. We could not recommend her services any more.

during Covid. Without Stephanie, I would not have had such a beautiful wedding. She was there when I needed to panic about things, was always responsive, and kept all the vendors in line. One of my favorite details, which is indicative of the level of care and attention she brings, is that she brought a little emergency kit for the day of the reception with all the things a guest or couple might need - from sewing equipment to Ibuprofen. She ran the event promptly and let us know exactly what to expect - I would recommend her to anyone who is a little lost in the planning process!

I could always count on her to email or text me back promptly if I was freaking out about something incredibly insignificant, but to me felt like the most important thing in the world. We had a few hiccups on the actual wedding day that were quickly resolved thanks to Stephanie! She made everything as easy for us as it could have been and we will forever be grateful for her help! I was able to actually enjoy my wedding, knowing that there was someone on the sidelines making sure everything was running smoothly for me.
