I had the most amazing experience here. Not only did I find my dream dress, but the staff there was absolutely amazing to me. I felt like they truly value their brides and their families. Its been 8 months since I found my dress but I believe my coordinator was Cindy and she was an absolute doll. Thank you Bella Rose for helping me find my princess dress.

Found the perfect dress and it was the easiest experience! Dress came in and they steamed it for me the week of. Only downside, they do not do in-house alterations. Their recommended alterations place is fantastic though!

Cindy helped me find my dress, and she was absolutely amazing. She listened so attentively to everything I had to say, and was so eager to pull different dresses when I realized what I liked/didn’t like. Like I realized after 2 dresses that I wanted to go in a different direction, and she didnt make me feel bad AT ALL that she had already pulled like 6 dresses in my first style. She just said okay yes and pulled more dresses! Every single dress I found things I liked or didnt, and this genius ended up finding the perfect amalgamation of everything I wanted. I never felt pressured from her, and I only felt positivity and excitement. I usually hate trying on clothes because I get discouraged, but she somehow made it fun and so comfortable! I was scared because of the one negative review but I am SOOO glad I decided to go to Bella Rose. Also 2 other stylists and one of the owners came by multiple times to cheer me on and look at my dresses. I was worried that all this attention would mean that they expected me to buy a dress, but it was the opposite! Literally the epitome of them listening to you, instead of them trying to force something on you. I’m very thankful :) and so glad I found my dream dress :)

DO NOT purchase a dress from this salon, you will NEVER get it! Bella Rose is currently running a Ponzi scheme. They are stealing from Peter to pay Paul. We ordered and paid in-full for a wedding dress 7 mo ago and as of today no one has any answer as to its whereabouts. They won’t tell you when the order was actually placed with the manufacturer, nor will they tell you when it will arrive. A 4 month time frame given at the time of purchase has now turned into a 5, 6, 7 and now a possible 10 month wait, which is absolute ridiculousness. The employees at the salon never answer the phone, never return a call after leaving numerous messages and the owner will NOT contact you no matter how many times you ask. It’s very obvious that this establishment is going out of business. If you have recently purchased a dress with them, cancel it now or quickly file a dispute with your cc company. Do not wait!

They are so wonderful! They are very personal and intentional to all parties. Jessica is the best and works so hard to get you the dress you want! Also buying from them comes with a lot of perks along with their kindness.

I can’t really speak on how they are in person, because I wasn’t able to make my appointment. However, I can speak on their lack of communication. I emailed them about a week before my appointment to let them know that I would not be able to make it and then when I didn’t get a response I emailed again a couple days later confirming and then I left a voicemail the day before just because I wanted to make sure I was not charged. Not only did I not get a response, but I was charged a $40 cancellation fee even though I canceled well in advance before the charge should’ve occurred. Not sure if they’re going to fix the issue since I have emailed them for a third time, but we shall see. Personally I just don’t think that’s great customer service because I did my part, and they didn’t do theirs.

I went into Bella Rose to find a wedding dress. I had a particular style and designer in mind. They did have the dress I was looking for! The size I tried on was a lot smaller than anticipated so I wasn't able to feel comfortable and really see myself in the dress but it turned out for the best. The girl that helped me ended up suggesting a dress that was the complete opposite of what I was looking for but it was the same designer. When I put it on and saw myself in it, it was that cliché thing where you get goosebumps and emotional. It was definitely the dress for me!! I tried a couple of other bridal salons to make sure I looked at different dress options but I never got that dress out of my mind so I purchased it within that same week! It turned out perfect and I was so happy with the dress I chose! They also offered to steam and press my dress the week of my wedding for free! I was so happy with my experience with Bella Rose and will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!!

I’m not one to typically leave a bad review but I felt the need to because my experience at Bella Rose in Edmond was terrible. I had high expectations coming into this bridal shop because I had such an EXCELLENT experience at the Bella Rose in Norman. I was also told on numerous occasions from when I initially called and during the appointment that, “our store carries the most designers and selection in the state of Oklahoma.” I was feeling excited to go to this store and I even told my bridal party that I have a feeling that I will find my dress there. That was a big NOPE. Now to dive into the situation at Bella Rose in Edmond... my bridal consultant, Megan, seemed to be very annoyed from the start of the appointment. She told us that masks weren’t required because the mask mandate had been lifted in Edmond which is great but my mom just finished chemotherapy and told her that she was going to keep her mask on. The look on the bridal consultant's face when my mom told her that was a little demeaning. I think she forgot the fact that she isn’t wearing a mask anymore and facial expressions can be seen full-on now. I took off my mask since I was going to be trying on dresses and so did one other guest. She asked me if I wanted help with getting the wedding dresses on and I respectfully declined because I didn’t mind doing so myself. I tried on multiple dresses, some that I liked and some that I hated. I was looking for a v-neck dress with a v-back but I was open to options. I wanted to make sure that I found “the one.” You know... since this bridal shop “carries the most in the state of Oklahoma.” In the middle of the appointment, she was like, “well you just don’t know what you want” when we were walking around I pointed out a dress that I liked and thought was pretty and she was like, “that one is for ‘bigger girls’ you wouldn’t like that one.” Turns out that dress is one of the dresses that I had pictures of on my phone, showed her, and wanted to try on. Close to the end of the appointment, I was upset. I had tears in my eyes but I was able to hold back. I took a second in the dressing room to keep it together because I was feeling defeated. Let me also mention that her boss was just following us around and being pushy about me buying a dress. That made me feel really uncomfortable. The boss also doesn’t want you taking pictures of wedding dresses which was different because every other bridal shop that we’ve gone to encouraged pictures so that you can sleep on it and look back to narrow out the dresses that you liked and disliked. Since I initially purchased a wedding dress at the Bella Rose in Norman, my bridal consultant said they would help with a “discount” if they carry the designer. Well, I just want to mention that the wedding dress that I did decide to go with, they do carry the designer but I did not purchase that dress from Bella Rose in Edmond. I GLADLY purchased my wedding dress WITHOUT a discount because the thought of even going back into this bridal shop is gut-wrenching. If you are thinking about going to a Bella Rose, I HIGHLY recommend going to the one in Norman and asking for Amanda. She was amazing. Just steer clear from this location unless you like to feel demeaned throughout the whole process.

I had such an amazing time finding my dress at this store! My consultant, Patricia, was amazing!!!! She made it a breeze and helped me realize which dress I felt the most beautiful in by making me visualize what my fiancée will look like when I walk down the aisle. Can't say enough positive things!

Bridal Salon of my dreams! This Bridal studio helped me find the perfect dress that not only made me feel gorgeous, but expressed my personality. They took my ideas and likes and found THE DRESS. The staff are so kind and helpful. With new styles, prices and designs all the time, I’m sure you will be able to find your perfect dress as well!

I had the BEST experience at Bella Rose Bridal! With covid going on boutiques are limited on the amount of guest. Bella Rose offers a VIP after hours appointment for $150. I was able to bring my grandma, mom and bridesmaids. The VIP appointment included a decorative table for food and champagne! Bella Rose easily had the biggest and best selection of wedding dresses they also offer amazing perks like men’s wedding bands %50 with a purchase of a dress. I tried on 6 dresses before I knew I had found the one! My consultant Bree was so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend buying with Bella Rose!

I bought my dress here about a year ago and it was such a great experience. I went to 2 other salons in the Edmond/OKC area, but had a much better experience at Bella Rose! I must have tried on like 30 dresses that day between my few appointments, but went back to the very first one I tried on at this store. Bretani was very helpful and pulled great dresses for me to try on.

Great place to get your wedding gown! I had 2 different appointments with them: one with just family and one with friends and family. My consultant made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't love.

I give Bella Rose Bridal 5 stars!!! I found my dress with Megan after putting on two dresses! She was able to find me the perfect dress based off of the pictures I showed her. I lived two and half hours away so I planned on buying bridesmaids and the flower girl dress local, after the service I was provided I decided to booked my other appointments for the very next day with Megan again.

Finding my dress was a breeze! The first dress I tried on, was the one and we were done within 30 minutes. We bought off the sales floor and got an AMAZING discount. (Which is the only reason this is a 3 star rating) With that being said- I was disappointed I was not shown more than two different veils (I understand that with COVID things are different but we had only used 1/2 of the allotted amount of time) no one asked if I would like to look at shoes, or any other accessories. I also thought it to be unprofessional and a bit pushy to call me the day before my appointment with my bridesmaids, to ask when I had planned on paying off the balance of the dress. When it came to their appointment they completely failed with customer service. I was running late unfortunately, but I did have one of my girls there on time. I gave her the go ahead to start trying dresses on etc. When we got there she hadn’t even looked at dresses. The consultant essentially didn’t want to start the appointment until I was there. I could go on- but in short I was thoroughly disappointed when it came to my bridal party. I don’t believe we will be getting tuxedo rentals there even though they offer a discount. I do however recommend Jewels by Simpson, their jewelry store a couple of stores down. We had more fun there looking for wedding bands than we did trying on dresses.

Bella Rose Bridal - Edmond is AMAZING! I had the best experience. My consultant, Sydney, was so awesome! The entire staff was just the best!! Everyone was so into the dresses I was trying on and putting all their effort into finding me the perfect dress! I love this place and highly recommend Bella Rose, Edmond!!

I went to Bella Rose in Edmond after visiting their Norman, OK location. I was told that this store had a larger selection, and it did not disappoint! I wasn’t initially planning to buy my dress the day I went in, but my consultant, Megan, was so great that she helped me find the one. She went above and beyond the find the perfect belt/veil combo, and I just knew it was meant to be! I also really appreciated how conscientious she was of my budget. She was upfront about all pricing, which I also really appreciated!

I loved my experience at Bella Rose!! I had my eyes on a dress online, but they didn't have it in store. After I called, they had it shipped to the store so I could come in and try it on!! Unfortunately, it didn't fit me the way I had envisioned it in my head. My consultant, Megan, did not let me get upset or sad, but whisked me around the store to show me all the other amazing options available. I found my dream dress with the help of my consultant keeping the appointment upbeat and light after it not going the way I planned. I'm so happy with my decision to come to Bella Rose!!!

thought COVID was going to put a hamper on all wedding planning activities but was so excited to find out that Bella Rose Bridal was taking such extreme caution to have brides come in and still have this once and a lifetime experience. I went in for my first bridal dress appointment and Sydney was the best consultant I could have ever asked for! I came in with an open mind and absolutely fell in love with a dress that Sydney recommended I try. She was so sweet, thoughtful and you can feel how much she cared about our experience. Definitely would recommend!

I had the absolute best experience wedding dress shopping at Bella Rose! They ensured that it was a fun, stress-free experience for me which I greatly appreciated! My consultant pulled dresses for me and worked off what I liked and didn't like and found me the dress of my dreams! My time at Bella Rose was amazing. I went in the 2nd day they were re-open after the COVID-19 stay at home order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean. I was also the only bride in the store and everyone made me feel extra special. Every time I came out of the dressing room multiple people oo-ed and aw-ed over my dresses. I hadn't planned to buy the day I went in, but Shelby was so amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. She pulled as many dresses as I wanted and let me stay in each dress as long as I wanted. She walked me through each step and answered all the questions I had. She made me feel really comfortable and confident about my decision to buy THE dress! Bella Rose was amazing! I got my wedding dress there and they gave honest encouraging opinions. After a not so great experience looking for bridesmaid dresses elsewhere, I called them last minute to see if they had time to help us that day. They made time to help us and not only had a better quality dress, almost exactly the same as the other place, but was cheaper as well. We also got an extra percent off on the bridesmaid dresses because I got my wedding dress there. Every single person has gone above and beyond that I have talked to there but I would definitely recommend talking to Shelby she is awesome!

Rachel was truly the best! I have been searching for my dream dress for about a month now. After going to multiple different shops in the OKC area, Bella Rose made me welcomed from the start. I was able to explain everything I had wanted in my wedding dress and I felt like she truly listened and helped me find my dream dress! Came in feeling very discouraged and left with not only my dream dress but also a new friend!

We were greeted the moment we walked in. Everyone had such a friendly demeanor, and consultants that weren't even our own would stop and make positive comments or suggestions. I found the dress of my dreams, and it was within budget!

I had Patricia as my helper. She was amazing and so was Bella Rose!!! I was worried about coronavirus shutting everything down. They were able to get me in last minute. I was also super self conscious about trying on dresses...but Patricia made me feel like a princess. I was so impressed and they had such a great selection. I bought my dress and veil the same day as my appointment. They have beautiful dresses and so many different styles!

My experience with Bella Rose Edmond was phenomenal! I had such a sweet consultant and all of the staff was so helpful. The first time I went I found the dress I loved but decided to keep looking at the other appointments for the day. Nothing topped my dress here so I made an appointment to come back. They worked with me on a return appointment that worked with my schedule and got me in on a busy day for them. They work hard for their customers.

Cannot day enough nice things about this place. Rachel was so incredibly patient and sweet to me and my whole family. I was a complete handful, not sure at all of what i was wanting. Rachel was so encouraging and helped me find a dress that made me feel like an absolute princess, AND within my budget. Run, DONT WALK, to Bella Rose.

Bella Rose was the first place I went to try on dresses. Rachael was my bridal consultant. She took the time to get to know me instead of rushing the appointment which meant a lot for me. I showed her a couple of ideas of dresses and she was able to bring some right away to try on. I am a super picky person and she made the appointment very easy. I only tried on six dresses to find MY dress. Thank you Bella Rose for having the best staff and best selection of dresses!

The Bella Rose staff worked so hard to find what kind of dress I was looking for and then they continued to help me customize my dress! They were so kind and listened to everything I had to say. Very upfront about pricing, will ask before you try on a dress at or above your price point. Very accommodating to my size 12 figure which was something I was concerned about before visiting. They have so many wonderful, beautiful dresses to choose from. Bradi put me in gowns that matched my taste and I immediately knew I was finding my dress that day! When I went to try it on, it wasn't like I remebered and I felt like made the wrong decision, however, Bradi went out of her way to fix it! We decided what i didn't like was the color, so they sent it back and got one on pure white for me. It was PERFECT and everyone loved my dress!

I absolutely loved my dress I got at Bella Rose. The reason I’m not giving full stars is because they told me all these wonderful things their alterations partner could do to get it just the way I wanted and had me purchase extra fabric to do that. The alterations place told me that they had ordered the incorrect fabric and also just kind of shook their heads at what the bridal shop had told me. Just don’t let them promise you the world!

I went to Bella Rose because my soon to be sister-in-law bought her wedding dress there and had an amazing experience. I had an equally amazing experience and am very glad that I was able to find my dream dress at Bella Rose. I would recommend Bella Rose for any wedding attire, from wedding dresses to flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses and even mother of the bride dresses. Bradi was the best consultant! I found my dress on my first shopping trip and it was perfect! Bradi made me feel beautiful even though I dont have that much confidence in myself. My best friend found her dress here last year and it was awesome to share this experience with her when it was my turn to find a dress. I would definitely recommend Bella Rose to anyone looking for a wedding gown!
