We had the pleasure of working with Bells and Whistles for our wedding in early October 2024, and overall, they did a great job capturing the magic of our special day. Thanks to their work, we have beautiful memories to look back on for years to come. The weather wasn’t on our side—rain had saturated the ground at our outdoor venue in a botanical garden. Although the venue’s beauty wasn’t showcased as much as we’d hoped, that wasn’t their fault. In fact, they went above and beyond to work around the weather. Despite light drizzle during our wedding day, they encouraged us to walk the grounds and capture moments, even providing umbrellas to keep us dry. Their commitment to making the most of the situation was impressive. The reception photos and videos are where Bells and Whistles truly shone. They captured the energy, joy, and little details of the night perfectly. However, there was a bit of disappointment in the execution of our pre-planned shot list. While we provided a detailed list of must-have shots and positions, only a handful were captured, and some key moments we specifically requested were missed. Overall, we’re grateful for the beautiful work Bells and Whistles delivered, especially under challenging circumstances. With a bit more attention to pre-planned details, their service would’ve been flawless. We’d still recommend them to couples looking for a reliable team to document their big day, as their ability to adapt and capture candid moments was exceptional.

They were great about capturing the essence of the moments without getting in the way of them actually happening & after the fact, they were so phenomenal about working with us to create the perfect highlight video for us (Including 2 rounds of edits) & sending the full movies which captured it all.

I had the pleasure of working with Bells and Whistles for my wedding last month. It was an incredibly overwhelming day, but one of the photographers, German, came into my suite and made everything feel more relaxed. He was so kind, kept complimenting me, and even noticed my shoes and said how beautiful they were… The entire team made me feel so comfortable, even though my suite was crowded with family members. The Bells and Whistles team moved so seamlessly that it was like they weren’t even there! The whole process was incredibly smooth, and I never felt pressured. I’d always heard that wedding photo sessions could be overwhelming, but with them, everything felt so natural. I was able to be myself and feel confident. Armando was amazing too, he had wonderful ideas for poses for my husband and I. After 10 years together, my husband and I got married in the Catholic Church, and I mentioned to the team just once how important it was to have our daughters included in the photos… When we received our photos and videos, I was so thrilled! they didn’t miss a single detail and both my girls were included in everything. When I first booked, Chris got on a call with my wedding planner and I to go over every detail and answer all my questions, which made me feel reassured from the start. Chris & his team are fantastic! I come from a family of photographers so I had some pretty high expectations and they met them all! You can tell the whole team knows what they're doing and specialize in wedding photography...They made us such a sentimental wedding video and made sure to get every shot on my photo list of the entire family with the bridal party. They also went above and beyond when I wanted to make certain changes to the wedding video a whole 6 months later!! They re-edited the video and got it back to me in 24 hours- can't beat that! I was honestly surprised they still had my footage haha. I would recommend Bells & Whistles to any friend!

Chris and his team are the best!!! My now husband and I were searching for a photographer for our wedding. We called a lot of photographers and they were out of our budget. We then looked on the Knot and they were highly recommended. So we called Chris and Chris gave us the best price for the amount of time we needed the photographers for. German and Tony are the best. They were quick and efficient to get the pictures done that we wanted them to do. They were also great and patient with children. Despite the tight timeline, Chris and his team went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable. Chris, even while on his vacation in Italy, was incredibly responsive and dedicated. We had the most incredible experience with our photographer from Bells & Whistles! We worked with them for our engagement party held at the Addison in Boca Raton and I can’t say enough amazing things! They were attentive and made sure we got pictures with each of our guests as well as candids of everyone! They came early and took some solo shots of my fiancé and me and even photographed our pup with us! I would recommend them over and over and 100% use them again! The Bells and Whistles team did a phenomenal job at our wedding. From the moment Tony (photo) and Camilo (video) walked into our hotel room to get the pre-wedding photos, they had the vibes. Prior to booking them, B&W provided me with full galleries and 5- minute highlight videos of previous weddings they captured at the same venue. This was nice b/c I got to see what I was paying for… and the best part is, they’re really good at capturing beautiful footage in natural and indoor lighting, as well as on all skin complications. They were very prepared, and had lots of fun while shooting the footage. They were also very professional and placed me in the exact position when needed. They were on time, followed the wedding timeline, and did not rush when placing us. They captured all the perfect moments, despite the rain that poured down just after our ceremony. I highly recommended B&W. You won’t be disappointed!!

These guys are amazing! We did an engagement shoot with them and "all the bells and whistles" for our wedding on 3.16.24 and couldn't be happier! They were very professional and got all the shots we wanted, and some we didn't know we needed. They were flexible as some of the timeline changed here and there. They were so nice and made us all feel comfortable with each pose/movement. You can tell they actually care and love what they do. 10/10 highly recommended! 

Bells and Whistles was recommended to me by a friend for my wedding. Her pictures were stunning so I was eager to work with them. Communication was clear and timely. Photographers arrived early for photos. They were able to capture every important and special moment. I'm telling you, these guys were on their toes. The "details" photos exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend. We got hundreds of high-quality images. I am so pleased at how beautiful the pictures came out. I also believe pricing was fair when you consider the amount of footage they captured and how well everything came out. Oh, did I mention it was raining? Lighting was flawless.

From booking to the day of, Bells and Whistles Photography made everything so easy for my wedding day! Before booking, Chris always got back to me in a timely fashion, and as someone who was planning a wedding out of state, he gave me a lot of peace of mind as to how the day would go. We used their photography, video (which also included drone coverage!), and photo booth and don’t regret a single thing. Our guests loved the photo booth! The team was also so interactive and personable with the guests and the wedding party. It felt like they were part of the party and I didn’t feel like any moment was missed because they made sure to capture everything. Overall I highly recommend booking their service because it was such a great experience!

We had such an amazing experience with Bells & Whistles who we hired for our wedding. Everything from booking them to the final product was such a positive experience - they were so professional and accommodating! The process was so organized and their online portal was easy to use. Our videographers were Ricardo and Armando and their personalities were so fun and energetic! We also loved that they would share their work with us when they were excited about an amazing shot they got :) we knew we wanted to capture family which we were able to discuss before and they did a great job doing that. On a windy day, they even managed to get an awesome drone shot! We cannot stop watching our videos which were so well put together and will be something we will have to treasure forever thanks to Bells & Whistles!

Picking a photographer and videographer for our wedding was one of the most important decisions we had to make in the planning process of our wedding. After months of countless calls and research with possible companies, we decided on Bells & Whistles and are so happy we did!! Their customer service was great and very responsive, we loved their photo and video style, and the price was very reasonable, so it was a perfect match. We had our sunrise engagement shoot with German and we were so happy with how it came out so we knew we had made a great choice. Our team on our wedding day was amazing: German, Amy, Oliver, and Joe. They guided us seamlessly through the different poses and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. They did a great job capturing our perfect day and were awesome people to have around us on our wedding day. Chris (owner) was very accommodating throughout the entire process from day 1 of contacting them to post wedding. We had to change our date 2 months before the wedding due to family health issues and he made the date change so easy and made sure we still had the same team we had been promised on our wedding day. Having this support was invaluable. We are so happy we chose Bells & Whistles and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best photographers and videographers in the Miami area!

Working with Chris was wonderful- communication was on point and was he was great about following up periodically until it was time for our session. German was our photographer and shot our engagement session on Miami Beach. A hurricane was moving through the west coast of FL, so it ended up storming the evening of our planned session. Chris and German were super flexible and luckily we were able to do a sunrise session the next morning. The photos turned out amazing!! Both Chris and German were very professional, courteous, and made sure my fiance and I were informed about everything we needed to know. German made my finace and I feel comfortable in front of the camera- especially my fiance who isn't super comfortable taking professional photos. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience, and would 100% recommend if you're looking for a photographer in the Miami area!

I can’t say enough great things about Bells & Whistles, and especially Chris/Tony/Oliver! Chris was so responsive to my questions, and proactively reached out to me which helped me stay on track as we got closer to the day. Tony (photographer) & Oliver (videographer) were such a great team - my husband and I aren’t super comfortable in front of a camera, but they made us feel relaxed and we even had fun! We got all of the posed shots we wanted, plus so many candids that truly captured the joy and love we felt. Our wedding video is so beautiful, we played the short version at our home reception and had so many compliments. Our photos/videos were delivered on time and were so gorgeous! One of the reasons I chose Bells&Whistles was for how vibrant and lifelike the colors are in their online portfolio - and they definitely delivered on that! The first thing people say after I share some pictures with them has consistently been “Wow! These look like they’re out of a magazine!” The only issue I’ve had is that we love so many photos, I STILL haven’t been able to pick my favorites for wall prints and our wedding album 5 months later! If you’re on the fence, don’t be - book Bells&Whistles, and definitely see if Tony & Oliver are available!

If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, this is your sign. Chris and his team were amazing. Chris replies really fast to your e-mails and questions, and he also gives you a call to go through your timeline some days before the big day to make sure everything goes as you planned it. For our wedding we had German as photographer, and he was an absolute expert. We have zero modeling background and he told us what to do and where to stand to have the perfect pictures (such a relief if you are nervous and have no idea what to do in front of a camera). I would recommend this to anyone looking for wedding photographers in the Miami area.

Fantastic service! Can’t say enough about Bells & Whistles, Photography + Videography, owner Chris Frochaux. Chris’ staff were on-point, friendly, and professional. Hundreds of wonderful pictures taken and beautiful video (all taken by Chris’ invisible ‘ninja’ photographers who you DON’T see and DON’T get in way but are there nonetheless!!) My daughter’s wedding photos were ready for viewing on-line within a few weeks. Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Just tell the staff/photographers on site to take a specific photo and they will, no questions asked! Any request for touch-ups, color variation, etc. on final pictures, Chris was very accommodating and attended to it right away. I also hired out his photo booth for the evening and guests loved it! Chris even gave my daughter a ‘free’ album for the photo booth pictures, a very nice touch! WOW!!! I am in awe of how amazing my wedding videos turned out. Every detail, every special moment, every smile captured so beautifully. Watching them made me so emotional, a true test of how wonderfully the videos were done. Anthony was so kind and such a pleasure to have with me on my wedding day. He captured my special day so perfectly. Chris is amazing about responding and making sure everything would run smoothly on my wedding day. German was our photographer at the wedding and he was amazing to work with. My photos turned out beyond expectation and sooner than I though. I could not recommend Bells and Whistles enough for your wedding needs!

If you're looking for a wedding photographer or videographer, look no further than Bells and Whistles! The wedding planning process can be extremely stressful but Chris and his team were the least of our worries. From the beginning, Chris was very responsive, detail oriented, and accommodating to our many requests (like tunnel fit pics for the groomsmen). We were impressed with his professionalism and passion about his work which made us feel very comfortable with booking Bells and Whistles to capture our special weekend. Armando (photographer) captured moments from our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. He did an amazing job of capturing all of the emotions in the room during an unforgettable night as well as the excitement from the party. German (photographer) and Camilo (videographer) captured our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. Both individuals are very professional, charismatic, and know exactly how to capture the perfect picture. My wife and I both cried after seeing the photos and video that was created for our wedding. They truly helped us to relive those moments and will continue to do so for many years. I would recommend Bells and Whistles to anyone looking for a wedding photographer/videographer. They are the absolute best in Miami!

Words cannot even begin to describe how fantastic, professional, and charismatic the entire team at Bells & Whistles is and was. We got married on May 14, 2023 and during the entire planning process leading up to the wedding Chris was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. On the big day, every single interaction with the anyone from their team was cohesive, productive, and a genuine joy. They were simultaneously there for us and captured everything we wanted while still blending in and not disrupting the feeling of being in the moment. I would 20/10 recommend them time and time again!

Bells & Whistles went above and beyond to capture my wedding exactly how I wanted it. I hired them for videography for a 3-day wedding. (2 days Pakistani and 1 day American) Although, Oliver wasn't familiar with the Pakistani culture, he listened to everything I wanted and captured it all so beautifully. Chris who does the editing of the videos made sure they were exactly how I wanted it, he had to re-edit some of the footage to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the result. I 100% recommend Bells & Whistles.

Chris and his team at Bells and Whistles is everything you need to have and more. From start to finish, they 100% exceeded my expectations. On my wedding day, we had German and Sebastian for photos and Anthony on video. I really cannot express how much I LOVED having them there on my wedding day. They made us feel so comfortable and most importantly made it fun to work with them. Then, came the pictures and the video and I was BLOWN away. They have a raw talent on capturing the best moments and we’re so professional, east, and fun to work with. Bells and Whistles gave us a gift we will cherish forever! They were everywhere they needed to be , fully prepared, and full of enthusiasm. I never had to chase them down or worry if they got the shot. This crew was so professional and so kind! The pricing was reasonable and worth every penny. Leading up to the wedding they met with us to cover details of what we wanted captured and that's what they stuck to. The video quality as the sun began to set remained crisp and bright all the way through the night! I just can't rave about this team enough. They'd also filmed at our venue before and were well versed in creating moments in various corners of the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens. We were blown away! Chris and the whole team on the day of, including Anthony and Ricardo were so awesome to work with. They were so kind did such a great job of working with the rest of the team (photographer, planner, etc). And then the videos were incredible! Everything from the image quality of the video, the shot choices, audio quality of live music and speeches, and edits were so well executed- it blew our expectations out of the water! From the beginning of the process, Chris was so kind and responsive. I had a really specific vision when it came to photography. He really took the time to understand what I would looking for and chatting with his team to captured the epic photos we wanted. You can tell how much he loves what he does.
