The staff was accommodating to everything we requested. The rooms were comfortable and the rates were great. We got awesome feedback on our food they catered. Our wedding was in December so it was cold and we never had to leave the building. Great atmosphere for a wedding reception!
Had our reception at Best Western Holiday Lodge, ALL staff were amazing!! Highly recommend!
I called two months ahead of time and they were able to secure a whole floor of rooms for us at $80 a room. I was extremely pleased with their customer service. The pool was okay, kind of dirty. Free breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The one bad thing I found was that they don't have very many parking spaces. They have shuttle to and from the local air port as well.

Good reception venue for small town Iowa! Looked very elegant and people were good to work with.
After we can and made a few minor suggestions (iron the seat covers and a table cloth or 2) everything was awesome! Everything looked so beautiful and elegant. All I had to do was set up some center pieces on the tables and decorate the gift table, cake table, and guest book table and they did all the rest. They even have center pieces that you can use and you can just put your own unique twist on them! A little pricey but WAY worth it!!
