I went to one store (this one) and found my dress instantly. They had so many styles that were gorgeous and they really made you feel special during your appointment. Had mimosas and they really understood what I was going for. I LOVE my dress and would go there again if I ever needed a second one lol!!

After trying on more than 100 dresses at nine different boutiques around DFW, I went to Birdie Bridal in desperate need of a simple, elegant, wedding gown. Sophie, the stylist, put me in a beautiful sheath French crepe gown with lace detail on the back, and I knew immediately that it was my dress. They worked with me to customize the back, as I had dreamed of my dress having fabric buttons all the way down the train. Their alterations department was amazing, and their customer service was superb. I highly recommend going to check them out!

EDIT TO NOT LGBTQI+🏳️‍🌈 FRIENDLY REVIEW Update: I’ve been assured that the lapse of communication was unrelated to me communicating my LGBTQI+ affiliation. While I personally have not been able to identify any of their social media posts they state show affirmation for LGBTQI+ couples; I hope I’m mistaken and they continue to publicly affirm. Severely disappointing, but not surprising as “religious based” organizations tend to be the most exclusive and judgmental in my experience.

The girls were nice but the customer service and stylist help was -10 out of 100. I went to a few bridal places before this one and this was the worst. Don’t know how they got voted best Fort Worth bridal place for 2020 like they claimed...? The girls as soon as I showed them what I liked they could not find me any dress that was even somewhat similar. It seemed like they didn’t care about what I really wanted and were just pulling out random dresses to pass time. OTHER bridal shops cared about what I was trying on and even the slightest dislike they came up with ideas on how to style it better or alter it different and really went above and beyond to satisfy my wants. While taking dresses to the dressing room the girls were dragging all of them on the floor and my guests told me they were being dragged on the concrete as well from outside since they have an upper level with more dresses. Previous bridal places I had appts with never let them touch the floor when being carried to the dressing room. Obviously this place doesn’t care much about selling off the rack so if you’re looking for that I strongly advise this place is not the place to go because you will get nothing but a dirty, ripped, and stained dress with only 5% off for damage that could’ve been avoided. Total joke. I wasted my money since they charge a fee for an appointment and my time. Left completely unsatisfied with the appt and the stylist knew as well since she didn’t try to sell me the dress just gave me a card with info on it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Birdie! Syble was AMAZING to work with! She was so sweet and truly listened to everything I was wanting. They have a great selection of dresses, at an affordable price range. I highly recommend!

Sophie and the rest of the stylists at Birdie Bridal are so sweet. professional, and there for you. They have a heart warming feeling to their business and are simply the best. I had booked several appointments and after visiting with them I had no reason to keep looking. They carry a wide selection and really help you find that perfect dress for you. They are like family.

I had a great experience at my initial bridal appointment. I found the perfect dress and the girls were really helpful. I give it three stars, though, because when I went to pick up my dress and try it on for the first time, it was SO wrinkled to the point that it was distracting and took away from the special moment of picking up my dress. I would think after spending $1,000 it could at least be steamed. When I picked up my dress I also had an accessories appointment scheduled, and the first veil they put on me was by far the most expensive, even though I was working with a budget. Overall, I love my dress and they have great options, but once you actually buy the dress, I feel the customer service starts lacking.

Living 4 hours away I scheduled appointments at 2 different places, Birdie Bridal being the second. Birdie Bridal is CLEAN and so organized! Ellie was so great! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She pulled 3 dresses when we arrived and to my surprise the very first dress I tried on was PERFECT, more than perfect! Ellie grabbed a veil and put it on me. I highly highly recommend this shop!

I bought my dress here after trying one other store first. They listened to me and provided a number of great options in my price range. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to choose quickly. I ended up really loving my dress after alterations, and that department is also great to work with.

I went to David’s Bridal and couldn’t find anything I liked under $1,000. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to go to a boutique and find a nice dress within my budget. I took a chance when I saw Birdie Bridal posting on this page about their anniversary sale. They had SO MANY options within my budget. In addition, my consultant Sabina made me feel confident and beautiful in my own skin. I wasn’t worried about things like arm flab or back fat. They have a comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself. Be open-minded with dress shopping! I went in wanting a trumpet style, blush colored, all over lace gown with all the sparkle. I fell in love with a bright white A-line dress with zero lace and just the right amount of sparkle.

The ladies at Birdie Bridal were so wonderful. As soon as we walked in, my mom, sister, and & were offered mimosas (I mean, who doesn't love a free mimosa while trying on wedding dresses?!). Nikki was my consultant, and she seemed genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress. She really listened to my thoughts about each dress that I tried on, as well as actually respected my budget, and didn't try to get me to try on anything that a) I wouldn't like based on style, or b) was out of budget. I had only been to one shop before this, and the consultant was very pushy--didn't seem interested in what I wanted but just in making a sale at a higher price point. My experience at Birdie Bridal was nothing like this, and I was so glad. I didn't want a strapless dress, so when we found a strapless one that was the perfect style for me, Nikki had the idea to add a topper over it. It was perfect in every way and exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you so much, Birdie Bridal!

Such a great, personal appointment! Birdie Bridal scheduled a time for just me and catered to my every need. They’re a used store so the prices are fair but the selection was small for bigger girls like myself. I did find THE dress though, I only wish they had offered alterations as well.

I had an amazing dress shopping experience at Birdie Bridal. The staff goes above and beyond for you, I personally had the entire store to myself and my girls. They have so many beautiful dresses and all at amazing prices. I had another dress appointment scheduled right after, so I left without saying “yes” to a perfect dress that I found. My experience at that other store was not as good and the prices were easily 2-3 times as much. The staff at Birdie Bridal knew I was very interested in that dress and had even emailed me after my appointment to let me know that the following appointments after me did not purchase “my dress”. Needless to say, I could not get that perfect dress off my mind and I ended up calling Birdie Bridal before the day was over to purchase it. The best part is, I get to go pick up my dress and it’s mine! No waiting for it to come in. I highly recommend Birdie Bridal!

Although I did not find my dress here, I tried on so many gorgeous dresses that were all reasonable priced! Syble and her team are so inviting and welcome and their studio is beautiful. This is a hidden gem in the Saginaw area and will always recommend.

These girls are super on point, and they go the extra mile. It's hard to find a consignment shop that offers that bridal boutique experience in Texas for a bride on a budget. I highly recommend these ladies!

I checked out a few bridal spots before I went to Birdie Bridal. The place gives you a welcoming entrance to make you feel special before you even walk in the door! Unfortunately I did not find my dress at Birdie Bridal , however the experience was worth even trying! They were very nice, and made my family and I feel comfortable and welcomed. They listened to everything I asked and tried to accommodate to the dress I was looking for! I highly recommend this place for people to look at if you want a good experience with you and whoever is coming with you! If you are looking for a one of a kind dress you may just want to take a step in their store. They have a special touch to make every dress look special on you!

I had such a great experience with Birdie Bridal! I was lucky and found my dress after only trying on 5 dresses, but they made the experience so great! The girls are so kind and they truly care about how you feel in each dress. I love that I had so many options for such a great price! The mimosas were a nice touch, but even without the drinks it was a perfect experience.

This was by far the BEST experience I had and I found the perfect dress! I'm a plus size bride, and before finding this gem, I was feeling defeated and frustrated with the whole dress shopping experience. I messaged the shop prior to making an appointment just to make sure they carried plus size dresses. They responded immediately and assured me that they would have a wonderful selection for me to try on. The day of our appointment it was storming, but we made it on time. We had the whole shop to ourselves, and the girls were super sweet and welcoming. They had dresses already pulled and ready for me to try on. They were very professional and made me feel like a princess. Being plus size, it's not easy to shop for outfits that make me feel good, but this was not the case here. Everything I tried on looked amazing! The dress I chose, was not even one I liked on the hanger, but she talked me into trying it on, and guess what! She was right! It was a perfect fit, and it looked stunning on me. As soon as I walked out to the mirror I knew it was the one! The time they take to get to know you, and make you feel welcomed and beautiful really speaks a lot about this place. I will recommend Birdie Bridal for years and years to come. They are always getting new gowns in and in all different sizes. Don't look anywhere else. Start here 1st! You will not be disappointed!

I had the BEST experience at Birdie bridal. The staff was so helpful and encouraging. They have so many dresses to choose from. I felt like I was getting the princess treatment and loved having some many designer dress options for a fraction of what’s David’s bridal would have charged! If you’re looking to get a beautiful dress and save some money this is your place!!!

I bought my dream wedding dress from Birdie Bridal and it was even under my budget! Syble was so sweet to work with and made me feel beautiful and comfortable! She knew exactly what I was looking for and made it happen. I 100% recommend this place to find your wedding dress for a great price!
