We are so happy with our choice to book through Black Tie Limousine. The booking process online was easy and Nikki was so professional and communicative in confirming all the details with us in advance. Our driver was Brian, was so sweet and professional and got myself and the 9 other bridal party members to the venue safely. Champagne was provided as well as the ability for Bluetooth for your own playlist -there were also some fun light features to play around with - i highly recommend this service!

We worked with Nikki to book transportation for our wedding party from the hotel to the venue. It was such a great experience working with Nikki and our driver Janice was amazing!! Everyone keeps talking about how Janice saved the day and kept everyone happy and calm! She even made sure me and my dress made it out of the van safely. Highly highly highly recommend.

We used Black Tie/Grace Limousine for our wedding to transport our guests. We used 3 buses and 1 van and when one of them was having mechanical issues the day prior, they contacted me immediately and said that they will be sending 2 extra buses to compensate without any change in price. My guests and I had a very pleasant ride to and from the hotel for our wedding. The drivers were all very nice and the buses were very clean. I also used them to pick up and drop off my vendors that flew into the airport and the process to book and pay was extremely hassle free. I will always be using their transportation services for any future rides.

AE EVENTS - BOSTON, MA We hired Black Tie Limousine to help us with transportation needs on a multi-location wedding in Boston, and we were not disappointed! It was so wonderful to work with Nikki during the planning process - she was incredibly organized and made things so easy for us! And both of our drivers, Mark and James, were wonderful as well. They both went above and beyond for us, were punctual, professional, considerate, and anticipatory for the couple! Black Tie's 30 passenger coach was clean, roomy, and stocked with amenities, and their antique Rolls Royce was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect touch of elegance for the couple to travel around town in. This was our first time working with Black Tie Limo, but we really appreciated this opportunity for partnership and will 100% keep them in mind to recommend to all our future wedding clients.

Highly highly recommend black tie limousines! We reserved a 39 passenger bus for our 8/24 wedding and worked with Nikki. Nikki was so easy to work with and incredible throughout the planning process. She was easy to contact and answered all my questions as they arose. We made slight changes, which were very easy to do and accommodated with ease as we approached the day. The driver was great and arrived early to the hotel for the first shuttle. We received a lot of positive feedback from guests that utilized the shuttle as well. Highly highly recommend!!!

I primarily worked with Nikki at Black Time Limousine for our wedding and she was so patient with us! We changed our order a few times during the planning process as we built out our timelines and finalized our room blocks. Each time we added a service, Nikki was quick to respond and help get everything organized. She was fantastic at offering advice about when and how to organize transportation and our timelines for guest and bridal party arrival. A few days before the wedding, she called us to check in, confirm everything, and made sure we didn't have any questions. On the day of the wedding, the limo drivers offered to take some group photos and even helped get my large dress and veil into the limo without everything creasing. On the way back to the hotel that night, they were friendly and patient with us getting everyone into the bus and made sure we were hydrated in our getaway car. I would highly recommend booking their services for any wedding or event!

I booked a sprinter for a bridal tie to the Boston Public Library and our driver, Janis, is now a member of the family. She was gracious, friendly, protective of my cousin who has a had time getting around and overall wonderful! Janis gave us instruction of how to navigate entry to the sprinter to ensure our safety. She made sure we were seated comfortably then popped the champagne so we could toast the bride before our trip. Excellent communication with dispatch. A professional high end limousine service which I highly recommend.

We used Black Tie Limo (recommended by our venue) to book two guest shuttles and one car for the bride and groom to our hotel at the end of the reception. The staff there was extremely responsive and met all of our expectations. They have an easy payment portal where you pay half up front and half closer to the event. I also liked that a tip was included in the cost so that we didn't have to worry about that! They were very accommodating with various pick up and drop off locations. I know many of our guests really appreciated not having to worry about driving at the end of the night!

We booked Black Tie for our wedding and would absolutely book them again! We had the 14 passenger sprinter van bring us to the venue and our driver Mark was incredible! He was so knowledgable, made sure we didn't forget anything (rings, veil, shoes, etc). He helped us with our things and was so helpful with keeping the bride hidden from everyone at the venue. Can't recommend him enough. After the venue, we booked a 30 person party bus and were SO happy we did. We were able to DJ and it definitely kept the party going after the wedding. Very very happy with our experience.

I highly recommend booking with this company! It was so easy to book what we needed with them, and they were affordable too! They put in effort to make sure things were ready to go a week prior to the wedding by calling to confirm all stops and the timing I had requested. My husband and I got married at Willowdale Estate on 10.22.23. We are so thrilled with how beautiful our wedding turned out. We used both the white trolly and the larger motor coach for our guests ! We had inclement weather on the day of our wedding and our trolley driver was so thoughtful and forward thinking to make sure the bridal party was well covered and protected. The shuttle we had was beautiful inside and out with comfortable chairs, some even had tables for our guests to sit and enjoy their ride. We booked Black Tie/Grace Limousine (same owners) for wedding day transportation to and from the hotel and our venue. We used the 39 passenger mini bus. We primarily corresponded with Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. If you are looking to have a shuttle at your wedding, definitely check out Black Tie/Grace Limo!

Everyone at Black Tie/Grace Limousine were extremely professional. I worked with Nikki during the planning process and she was very patient and helpful as I went back and forth trying to figure out transportation for me and my husband, the bridal party, and immediate family . We used three vehicles (two limos and a Mercedes Sprinter) to transport us from our hotel to the ceremony and then to the reception venue. Our drivers (Larry, Michael, and Mark) were organized and in the lobby waiting when we were ready to go. All of my requests were communicated beforehand so I felt no stress on my wedding day. I was working with Black Tie Limo to provide a trolley for my September 2024 wedding. I emailed back and forth with Stephanie and had a normal, pleasant interaction until she stopped responding out of the blue. We had agreed on the trolley and we’re ready to move forward with a contract but then she didn’t reply to the finalized detail email, follow up email, or voicemail I left. I could understand this behavior if we had an off putting interaction but none of our communication was anything abnormal. She provided the price, we agreed, and we’re ready to move forward. This was wasted time after providing the same information (wedding date, locations, etc) twice

We booked 4 vehicles with Black Tie for our 5/20/23 wedding. The first issue was that one vehicle showed up with a terrible smell of feces, to which the driver was completely unapologetic and mocked us, asking "is there a nurse here? because that's the only person who will be able to deal with that smell." This was unacceptable to begin with, but then Black Tie never sent a separate vehicle to pick up my guests and transport them to the ceremony, which resulted in all my guests needing to scramble for Ubers or taxis, which was highly difficult in the secluded area of the North Shore of MA. The ceremony 45 minutes late to start, my guests were stranded, and overall it tremendously impacted the wedding day in a massively negative way. While we were refunded, we can never get back the time we lost and the experience our guests had as a result of Black Tie. Do not book.

pologized extensively for this incident to you, your coordinator and the coordinator at the venue. And if we could apologize to every single one of your guests, we would! As mentioned, we do not find this to be a good representation of our company. The lavatory had broken on our way to the pick-up which led to an absolutely horrendous circumstance. We cannot imagine how stressful this must have been on such an important day in addition to the guests being stranded. As mentioned in our communication, even though there are not enough apologies in the world that could make up for this extremely horrible experience that you had, we hoped that a FULL refund for your entire event (including the vehicles that were not included in the service failure) would have helped in making this right with you. I do wish you would have reached out to us directly again to let us know what more you would have liked us to do as opposed to writing the review but we do understand the intense frustration you must feel with our company and for that we again, offer our most sincere apology. Black Tie Limo was great for our wedding day transportation needs! We booked two 8-person stretch limos to bring us and our bridal party from our ceremony location to our reception. Our ceremony took place at our church, which sits at a busy/difficult intersection in the heart of Beacon Hill in Boston; they were incredibly accommodating and made sure to arrive early and follow all of the tips we gave them so that they were able to find spots to pull up right next to the building. The trip was smooth and comfortable, and we got to our reception a bit ahead of schedule, which was great! We primarily communicated with Nikki and her responses were always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend Black Tie Limo!

We had an excellent experience with Black Tie Limo. Nikki and Stephanie were wonderful to work with coordinating the trips and made the whole process very easy. Our drivers were excellent, very accommodating and professional. Mark brought the bridal party to the venue and thought of everything! Our bus for guests left from the hotel as scheduled and our guests were to the ceremony on time, which allowed us to start our ceremony on time! Our driver, Kris, for the last bus of the night was very accommodating and made sure we had everyone before leaving the venue.

I would not recommend using Black Tie Limo. We went with them for our wedding in October and got the Mercedes Sprinter to transport the bridal party. The entire package was false advertising and a complete waste of money since we were told that it could fit under the arches at our venue (a venue they had used countless times). When we got there, we were told there is no way it would fit and we would have to walk up to the venue after getting all our hair and makeup done. Because of this, the photographer couldn’t get any pictures of us coming out of the sprinter and I would have rather used a regular car that could have driven us all the way up. Furthermore, when inquiring if the vehicle was going straight back to pick up the groom and groomsmen, the driver had no idea and said he had to check. This resulted in him being around 30 minutes late to picking them up and they also had to walk the rest of the way to the venue. The Rolls Royce we rented to take us back to the hotel also was in bad shape (it was shaking the whole time on the highway) and didn’t have anything special like a just married sign. If you’re getting married, go with another company to ensure your special day is just as you imagined.

ncerely apologize, it looks as though the driver that was sent was not familiar enough with the venue to know that the Sprinter van can comfortably fit all the way up to the courtyard of Searles Castle and also that he seemed unfamiliar with the itinerary. We find these items to be unacceptable and also uncharacteristic of what we represent as a company, we truly cannot apologize enough. We wish you had reached out to us directly regarding your experience so we could have made this right with you and also familiarize the driver better with the venue and procedure since it seems he needed some extra assistance. I will be reaching out directly to you so we can make this right. In regards to the Rolls Royce, we do not offer nor did we advertise a "Just Married" sign. Unfortunately we cannot legally have anything hanging off the vehicle while it is in motion. We did advertise a red carpet service and a complimentary champagne toast which was provided per the driver. We hope the rest of your wedding day was absolutely amazing and look forward to making this right with you!

Black Tie Limo was amazing! The Events Coordinator was extremely organized and very responsive. Even on the eve of our wedding, when we had to change the plan at the absolute 11th hour, I knew when I called the office that everything would be taken care of, and I would not have anything to worry about. Both drivers we had were fantastic as well. Our driver in the morning made sure that the ladies started our morning of pampering off right with champagne. Our driver for our shuttle bus was amazing as well. He was incredibly patient as my family worked through a dead car battery in the parking lot and made sure to not leave until all guests were accounted for. I send my gratitude to them both!

We were looking for a comfortable and safe way for our guests to get from the hotel we had a block at to our venue and back. Black Tie was PERFECT! Our guests were very pleased with the comfort of the busses! Nikki was fantastic, whenever I had questions, she was always just an email away. Black Tie did an amazing job with transportation for our wedding! The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is our coach limo door had some issues but they were able to get us a new coach limo for the return trip! The coach itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable for all our guests. The driver was so nice and patient with us as we had multiple trips to make for the wedding party and guests. I would hire them again! Fantastic!

Black tie did a great job in communicating and arriving to our event. They were on time for everything, and the only reason for four stars is that on the way home, one bus got lost and it made a 15 minute drive, a 35 minute drive with guests nervous / unhappy. HOWEVER! - the bus did arrive and all was good. I would use black tie again, mistakes happen! They were very easy to work with and the buses were clean.

I only needed transportation to get me and my husband back from Searles Castle on the day of my wedding, so we didn't have any particularly fancy requests, but I'm overall happy with the service we got. The booking process was very straightforward and easy to work with. The sedan showed up in the timely manner on the night of the wedding and our chauffer helped put our personal belongings in the trunk. We didn't get the champagne service that was supposed to be part of the package, but at the last minute, he agreed to take my son with us back to the hotel which was really nice of him. Going back to the hotel, he played some pretty awesome rock music and blasted it as soon as he realized we were enjoying it. Overall, it was a nice ride

We hired Black Tie Limousine from a word-of-mouth recommendation and we are so glad we did! Nikki and Stephanie were wonderful point-of-contacts and adjusted any needed timing promptly and always sent me new official confirmations. They were both friendly and about a week before the wedding, Nikki reaches out and goes over all of your timing and locations with you. She was very patient with me as I adjusted a timing on the spot with her and got her opinion about a certain amount of time it would take to get to one of our locations. On the day of, the limos were 10 minutes early (AMAZING!) and ready to go! The drivers were professional and friendly. The limos were clean. My specific driver was Michael and he took song requests on the way to locations and they were just great overall drivers! I also enjoyed how gratuity was already included in the cost so it was one less thing to remember/worry about the day of! We also got a 30-person van/shuttle to and from the hotel and that was excellent as well. We loved our driver, Jim was awesome! Overall Black Tie Limousine was so fun to work with, they were on time, professional, and super cool. They were stocked with waters and champagne and a great sound system. Every couple's dream to arrive at their wedding in a limo!

Black Tie made our wedding shuttle service smooth and painless. Their driver was cordial, punctual and their entire staff was ready to respond for help and assistance whenever needed. The bus we rented for our guests was so well maintained and comfortable for all of our guests on an extremely hot summer day

Black tie limo was great to work with! We had two shuttles at the end of our reception running to bring our guests back to their hotels and their drivers were amazing and did a great job! We also changed our transportation plans about 2 weeks before our wedding and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend them.

Black tie limousine company was awesome! They helped us figure out what was right for our wedding with the amount of people going. And they followed up and also emailed any changes. The guests who took the bus absolutely raves about the driver and how much fun it was! Thank you for adding to our special day!

Black tie was super easy to work with, and very reasonable pricing as well. Only thing that went wrong for me was that our driver was about a half hour later than scheduled, but he was very apologetic and dispatch was able to let me know he was on his way when I gave them a call. I guess his previous ride was an airport pickup and the flight was delayed in landing. Can’t blame him for that!

Black Tie Limo made for a memorable wedding experience with the trolley. To start, Nikki was prompt to respond to emails and inquiries. Our trolley driver was amazing - funny and extremely accommodating. He provided water and champagne to trolley guests as well as brought an umbrella to us due to the upcoming storm. The trolley was on time and followed the itinerary. We highly recommend them!

I didn't get to interact on the day of the wedding with the transportation but they were there where they said they would be and in time to get all my guests to the wedding. thank you so much
