Blackline Limousines

We used them for our wedding party pictures and they were so fun. We were able to drop off drinks and snacks prior to the day off and they were ready and cold for us in the bus. The driver was great and willing to modify routes as needed. We had a great time on the bus and there was lots of space for us, our 14 person wedding party, 2 photographers, and 2 videographers!

No issues with our transportation. We had a sleek and clean party bus. Our bus driver was super nice, stopped at a specific location for us and let us know when we were nearing the end of our service. They even had a red carpet for us to enter the bus (nice touch in my opinion). The owner was great to work with. Would recommend their services.

Updated bus, on time, professional, & courteous drivers! For our winter wedding, we rented the 16 mini limo bus. The bus was updated, bluetooth capabilities, and heated (for a winter wedding this was key!). Dave, our driver, was the best!! The bus was on time & he was very flexible on locations changing due to timing. Since pictures ended early he took us on a longer route to the venue so we could enjoy and party bus more! All reviews were spot on & would highly recommend Blackline Limousines for any wedding party.

We used Blackline for our wedding party bus and had such a good time! We did have troubles getting a phone connected to the sound system, but once we figured that out, it was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Drew and the Blackline team were a dream to work with! They were able to accommodate a few last minute day- of timeline changes as well as the shuttle driver was able to modify this again when our groomsmen were not able to get ready where they originally planned because of an air conditioning issue. They were very affordable, the luxury shuttle was GORGEOUS (and new!), and everything was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Blackline Limousines was not only the most affordable option for a party bus, but they were also the quickest to respond to my questions. From Day 1 of communicating with them, I knew we'd be taken care of and all of our needs would be met. They were super accommodating when we needed to adjust our pick-up/drop-off times and a huge perk was that we could drop off our drinks the week of the wedding and they took care of chilling them and loading them onto the vehicle before they even picked us up. Wow, Blackline Limos absolutely treated us like royalty! The driver was kind, accommodating, and timely. We had the 24-person bus, which was so spacious for our wedding party and then some! They really knew all of the Milwaukee area so well, which helped us to get to our photograph locations seamlessly. They even provided champagne flutes and iced our cooler to put on the bus. I'd choose them again in a heartbeat. Great experience!

I called Blackline after not being able to reach other companies who were highly rated. They were amazing! I called from Florida to surprise my sister with a cool ride for her MKE wedding. They helped me plan getting everyone to the church from 2 different directions and then getting the party to the reception. With them it was smooth sailing. I am so happy we went with Blackline for our wedding day transportation! We had the party bus for our bridal party as well as for shuttling wedding guests to the hotels at the end of the night. In the planning stage, everything was so stress-free. Everyone at the office was so friendly. I dropped off the drinks to stock the party bus a few days before the wedding, and we went through the final route and plan. We even made changes for napkin colors in the bus, and nobody blinked an eye at last minute changes! Javier was our driver and he was so professional and courteous. You could tell he really cares about making sure the bride and groom, and all of their guests, are given the best service. He offered to take photos for the bride's family, including the flower girls and their fathers, when he was waiting to transport the bridal party. He made sure everyone had a great time! He timed everything perfectly and made sure we got to our cocktail hour at the time we wanted to be there; even with traffic! Javier went above and beyond! Thanks for making our day so stress-free!

Jason was awesome. He took my girls and I around all day for beauty appointments and pictures and was completely courteous and attentive. We even got him in the pictures with us :) The limo was beautiful. Clean and reasonably priced.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I went to drop off our cooler the week of the wedding, they even let me see the inside of the limo we were going to have. The driver was so nice and everything was so clean. I can't recommend them enough. They were so wonderful!

Blackline went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day transportation! We were able to drop off our beverages the week leading up to our wedding, which were then loaded onto our bus along with ice, water, glassware, and napkins to match our wedding colors! We had the 16 passenger bus with 12 people in it and it was very comfortable with plenty of room. We were able to customize the lights and music, and our chauffeur was incredible. We highly recommend Blackline, and are trying to think up a reason to be able to work with them again!

Loved them! The bus was SO AMAZING! The lighting was fantastic. The seats were so comfortable. Even stocked us ahead of time with our food and beverages!! And they had colored napkins to match our wedding colors! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend. Blackline Limousine Company provided bus and limo transportation for our wedding this Summer. The driver was on time, professional, friendly, and kept to our timeline of events perfectly. The Limo vehicles were spotless and there was no odor or negative smell. We’ve used Black Limousine in the past for airport transportation and have always been impressed by the professionalism of their office staff and chauffeurs. In planning our daughter’s wedding, we contacted them right away because we needed transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue. It was a short distance, about 5 blocks, but the limo bus seemed like the best way to transport wedding guests and the bridal party on a warm day in the highly congested downtown area. As in our past experiences, the office staff was helpful and friendly in getting date and times set. They sent an email confirmation within minutes after our phone conversation, fully outlining our requests and including all charges. On the day of, our chauffeur (Javier) sent a text to let us know he was ready and waiting outside the hotel for anyone who was ready to go. He made multiple trips during the hour prior to start of ceremony, with our daughter and us having the last ride. He got us there on time and was able to park the bus on the street until all guests were inside and seated at the venue . That in itself was a blessing because the AC on the bus was turned up and kept the bride nice and cool before she made her entrance. Javier was friendly and very courteous in helping everyone get on and off the vehicle. We also had Black Limousine do return trips at the end of the evening. The chauffeur again notified us via text when he had arrived and was ready to take guests back to the hotel. Their service was flawless, as usual, on this very special day.

Although there was a mixup with the original quote they gave me, Blackline was able to fix the situation and provide excellent service for the day of our wedding. The bus was fantastic and our driver was incredibly nice/helpful.

Blackline Limousines was exactly what I had hoped for on my wedding day. We had a bit of an intricate pick up and drop off schedule with guys and gals getting ready at different places within Milwaukee and making sure everyone got where they needed to be on time was crucial! I also had a blast using them for my bachelorette party since they offer a discount once you have booked them for your wedding. They were also kind enough to put our drinks for the bus on ice (we dropped the drinks off the week before the wedding) and match the napkins on the bus to our wedding colors. Thank you again!

We had the 15 passenger bus for our wedding. Our driver was fantastic! Arrived at the church on time to pick us up, got us to our picture location without trouble and dropped us off to our venue a few minutes later so we could continue enjoying the ride with our bridal party. We brought all of our own alcohol on the bus, but they had plenty of glasses ready to go! They also offered to get our coolers ready for us earlier in the day so we could have cold drinks. We had a blast and would highly recommend using this company!

Excellent service! We used blackline limousines to take the bridal party from our hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding. The Mercedes van was clean and spacious. The driver had waters in a cooler for us and was very nice. All my interactions with the company were pleasant - they were very responsive and even allowed us to cancel a black car the night of the wedding with just a day or two advance notice. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Blackline a limousine for our wedding transportation! The party bus was awesome and fit all 20 of us well with room for dancing in the middle. It was also cool to have a red carpet entrance at the church. We got a great price too since we had a Sunday wedding!

Talk about a great time! We used a Blackline Limousine for my bachelorette party, and then a Blackline Party Bus for our wedding in October. For my bachelorette party, the limo was a HIT! In fact, everyone had so much fun driving around and singing to music with drinks in hand that we left the bars early and opted to just drive around for the rest of the night! The driver was amazing, and when we were ready to leave the bar, he was there waiting for us immediately despite the congested city roads. For the wedding, the bus was even better, so accommodating, and so so so worth it. The owners even allowed for us to bring over sandwiches and drinks a few days beforehand that they kept cool and stocked for us on the day of, which was extremely helpful and took stress off our plates. The driver was so sweet and really helped to keep things on track. In the middle of taking pictures, part of my party wanted to go on an alcohol run. I told the driver to have them back in 15 minutes or less while my husband wrapped up individual photos, and it was so nice that it was not something I had to stress about. He did exactly what I asked and had them back with time to spare! Both experiences that I had with Blackline were elegant, immaculate, but most of all SO MUCH FUN. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who is looking for dependable and entertaining transportation at a great price. It was definitely an experience we will never forget, and we are so thankful that we went with them for our wedding!!! We will absolutely be using Blackline Limousines again in the future.

Transportation was my responsibility in the wedding planning, and I shopped around for a while. Blackline was a bit pricier than other companies, but worth every penny. Totally professional, friendly, and reliable. Everything was perfect!

Best service ever!! I had my bachelorette party on the party bus and it was a great experience. The driver was so accommodating to our destination changes and when we wanted to drive around and party on the bus a little longer he drove us down by the lakefront. My maid of honor was able to drop off alcohol ahead of time so the bus was fully stocked when it came to pick all of us girls up!

Blackline was so accommodating on our wedding day! Our chauffeur randy was great. He texted me the week before our day to make sure we knew that he was loading up the limo with waters and asked what color napkins we wanted for the champagne glasses. Great experience from start to finish. I got a lot of quotes from MKE area places, Blackline was the only one who got back to me quickly with a personal message with detailed information. Great customer service, great prices, ladies in the office and the driver were all extremely nice. After our ceremony, we were almost an hour ahead of schedule (Friday around 430pm). The driver was able to drive us around a bit until it was time for the wedding party to get to the reception. Not always an easy ask during rush hour downtown. I would recommend Blackline 100%.

Our wedding was on NYE in Milwaukee and Blackline was perfect! They bus was the perfect size, ultra clean, and was outfitted perfectly with lights, TV's, and a sweet sound system. They provided napkins to match the wedding colors and allowed us to drop off the drinks at their office the day before so on our wedding day our beers were cold and on ice when we got on! Our driver was very nice and professional, didn't say too much just let us party away. After pictures we had an hour and a half before we needed to be at the reception and we told him to tour the town so he just drove around the lake front and downtown and still got us to our hotel exactly on time! I would use them again for any party or event. Amazing service for a great price with a number of vehicle options to fit your needs. Totally feel as though we got our money's worth.

I would highly recommend Blackline Limousines for your wedding transportation needs! We rented an 26 passenger limousine bus for 3 hours and a 12 passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter end of the night to shuttle our guest back to the hotel safely. Booking them was easy and they have the best customer service from the office staff to the chauffeurs. Both vehicles were clean, and well taken care of. The chauffeur arrived early and exceed our expectations. After the ceremony my husband and I were greeted with a red carpet rolled out for us "celebrity style"! They made me feel like they really cared about me and our wedding. Everything went perfectly, and they were very easy to work with. I made a ton of little changes and they were very accommodating and kind every time I contacted them. Awesome service!

We rented a towncar to transport myself and my husband from the ceremony to the hotel. The driver was on-time, friendly, and had bottled water waiting for us.

The limo was great but we found it to be much more pricey than we thought. Our wedding was in September and began looking for transportation in January. We realized many people were booked up already especially for 16 people limo buses. We had to take the 24 person limo buses even though we had 16 people in our wedding party. We are so glad that we got a larger bus. Between my dress and everyone's stuff we all fit just right in the 24 person bus. We would have been crushed in the smaller bus. They were quick in email and phone responses. They even matched the napkins in the bus to our wedding colors. So everything worked out but be prepared to pay more than what you would think.

We used Blackline Limo for our wedding on Sept 20th, 2014. Overall amazing experience. Easy to work with company of which allows you to drop off your beverages early in the week so that when the bus pulls up everything is cold and ready to go. Our driver was great! We used their largest party bus and even left the "bridal pole" in place. I had many compliments from our bridal party on how awesome, clean, and fun the bus was. Great sound system! I highly recommend them to anyone.

We used three different cars on our wedding day: a limousine to transport to the ceremony, a mini bus after the ceremony for the bridal party, and a sedan for the two of us at the end of the night. Booking all these services was easy, and our transportation on the day of was seamless.

Our wedding was in Fond du Lac and ended at 1:00am. We had to be in Chicago by 4:45am. Blackline was there promptly and got us to where we needed to be with time to spare. Their service was tremendous and their pricing is more reasonable than other transportation services around.

One of the only places I could find that would rent us the bus for only an hour. The price was reasonable, the driver was really nice, and the bus was clean!

Communication sucks. Had to repeat myself over and over which no bride wants. But in the end they came through. The limo itself.. amazing!

We used a mini limo bus for the bridal party after the ceremony and exec coach van for parents after the reception. They arrived on time with courteous, polite, safe drivers. My contact person, Mike, was great with all my questions & offered suggestions for things I hadn't considered - additional beverages, music, using the van as a guest shuttle, etc. The bridal bus lighting was programed to match the wedding colors! Our van driver, Brad, was great! He helped load and unload all the gifts & reception decorations which I greatly appreciated. The bridal party said the limo bus was great - decor, lighting, music system. Water, ice, & champagne glasses were supplied in the limo bus at no cost. Perfect service.

Everything ran so smoothly and as planned. They were very prompt and the driver knew where to go. It was the perfect size for our wedding party (12) and had music you could control. It was the perfect fun wedding atmosphere and everyone had a great time riding in the limo bus.

We used Blackline Limo for my Son's wedding and they were fabulous. The driver was prompt and very friendly. They were on time at every venue and pick up point. The limo bus was clean and well maintained. Loved every minute of it.

The first impression of the limo was the driver emptying two used champagne glasses on the sidewalk which, of course, suggested the limo hadn't been cleaned and that just made getting into it in my white wedding dress gross. The driver side passenger door could not be opened from the inside and neither the radio nor the air conditioner worked. The driver was fabulous but the limo itself was not.
