Karen from Blissfully styled is the definition of a perfect wedding planner. I started with her a year before the wedding by giving her a vision board. She made that vision come to life better than I ever thought possible - from the ceremony to the reception. She took all of the stress out of planning a 180 person wedding and made it look so easy. I felt so comfortable and knew we were always on the same page. She found and handled communication with all of the vendors, made sure we had a solid timeline, and helped with rehearsal on Friday. 10/10 cannot recommend her enough!

Karen and her team were the easiest part of wedding planning. After a few meetings Karen was able to take on all of the design of our wedding. She completely understood the vision we didn't know we had. Her team designed us a logo, and created some gorgeous stationary. She found our florist, sent me a few quotes and it was all organized and done before we knew it. I didn't even interact with that team, (and they also did an incredible job). She followed up with everyone and sent us all the post wedding info we could need. She handled all of the set up and made sure to reveal it to us before the guests. They designed and created the most unique seating chart and guest book tables. I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to have her on our day. Thanks Blissfully Styled!

Karen and her team are absolutely amazing. They really made the last month leading to my wedding such a breeze. It was the best decision to hire them to help me on my special day. I had no stress on my big day because I knew they had everything handled. I truly got to just enjoy the day and enjoy being a bride. At the end of the night, all of our stuff was packed and ready to go in our shuttle. That is great service. Plus during the planning experience, aisle planner is such a blessing, for tracking RSVPs, seating chart and building your lists. As a planner, it really spoke to my heart. I would 100% recommend Blissfully Styled!

I really thought that a planner was just another expense of something we could do ourselves. Wow was I wrong! We were recommended by our hair dresser and florist to Blissfully styled and there is no way my daughters wedding would have been any where as close to perfect as it was with Karen and her team. They literally took care of everything before during and after the wedding. And as far as I am concerned it was the perfect wedding! Could not recommend them enough it was worth every penny!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Karen & her team. They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. It’s not just a job for them they truly love what they do and wanted us to have our perfect day. The design was exactly what I had imagined … I didn’t even know what I wanted at times and Karen read my mind somehow and brought it to life . The day of the wedding ran so smooth and stress free for us we are so grateful. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this team they are incredible !!!!

Karen is the best!! She helped us navigate a year and a half postponement, venue (and city!) change, a few vendors changing, and more due to the pandemic (originally April 2020 wedding, moved to September 2021). She was the first to call us when the pandemic hit and she immediately started helping us plan a new date and gave suggestions for new venues. She coordinated the day of schedule with all our vendors beforehand, taking some of the extra work off our plates. Our wedding day was completely smooth and I didn't have to worry about a thing! If anything went wrong, we definitely didn't know about it. I loved Blissfully Styled's extra little touches like our basket in the dressing rooms for any emergencies and they helped make sure everything got into the proper vehicles at the end of the night so nothing was accidentally left behind. Thank you so much Karen to you and your team for making our special day perfect!

Karen and Sydnee were truly the best!!! We had the most amazing wedding thanks to them! They were fantastic to work with, super responsive and organized and executed our dream day perfectly! I didn't want the day to end!!! Every detail was perfect!

Karen and the blissfully styled team were the perfect planners for my sister’s wedding. Her attention to detail was superb and handled all crises with grace. She was the planner for a perfectionist bride and family like ours, considering all of our opinions and visions for the day. She did everything in her power to make the day perfect for my sister and consistently went above and beyond for us. She even lent me slippers since my feet were already killing me during pictures! Karen and her Blissfully Styled team were truly the dream wedding planners for our wedding at the Nixon Library and Museum. I hired Karen for our wedding after she and I spent an hour on the phone together and getting to know each other. She took this time to really understand our vision for the wedding and provide helpful advice and insight before we even hired her. I knew immediately after interviewing other wedding planners that Karen was the one. She went above and beyond for us. Karen was timely in responding to every email, text, and phone call. Her recommended list of other vendors was incredibly helpful in ensuring we had the dream team for our wedding. Karen had no problem being flexible and working on different back up plans to ensure we could have our wedding despite COVID. I am normally anxious about big events, but knowing Karen and her team were in charge for our big day completely eased my nerves. We had multiple final planning meetings in addition to the walk-through to ensure every step was covered. She had every detail mastered, and anticipated any and every problem we could have had. For example, a groomsman's shoes broke the day of the wedding. Karen was ready with a hot glue gun and we didn't miss a beat! I genuinely miss working with Karen and her team. I recommend her to anyone getting married who wants an absolute professional capable of handling any challenge thrown at her. I will forever treasure her for giving us our perfect day!

We met a member of the Blissfully Styled team at the Nixon Library Vendor fair in January. My daughter, the bride, had a call with Karen shortly thereafter and they TOTALLY hit it off. At first, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner as I have planned a number of large events in the past and didn't think we needed one. The bride was insistent. It was truly money well spent. Karen was extraordinary. With COVID restrictions lifting/looming, she navigated us through everything with such ease and grace. She worked with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page before, during and after the event. During our event, she had a team of staff at the Nixon Library (our event location) and they all were gracious, not only to our guests but to the event space staff and the wedding party. We felt well taken care of and Karen thought of everything before we even had a chance to think it. Two times during the event I turned to her and mentioned something and she said "I am on it...I have already talked to them." What a blessing she and her staff are and I am sad that our wedding is over. We may need to do another event so I can hire her again!

Karen and her team were a pleasure to work with! We worked with Blissfully Styled for wedding planning and design. I worked with Karen starting in summer 2020 in the planning phase of a 170-person guest count wedding under a contract for Management and Design. From the very first conversation Karen was extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She thought of everything. She broke down the planning process to make it manageable, fun and not overwhelming. I am an extremely detailed person and I must say, Karen exceeded my expectations. She was always a step ahead and such a calming, orderly force. She provided great guidance, vendor connections/recommendations, planning tools and really helped us put our whole vision in motion. I am extremely happy with the entire process and Karen’s work was invaluable. She is worth every penny and I would recommend her planning skills for your event. I will always have great memories of the process and she was such an important part. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to plan with such an extremely organized, professional, kind and heartfelt person. The planning process was made so pleasant thanks to Karen. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner in our efforts. Our wedding plans shifted mid-process and Karen was so great throughout. I can attest to her planning efforts. I vetted a number of sources and she was the best decision we could have made.

Words cannot describe what a perfect match Karen was! She was truly better than anyone I could have ever envisioned to plan my wedding. She came incredibly prepared to every meeting and phone call we had scheduled. As someone who does not enjoy event planning, she took the reigns and had every single aspect under control. Her taste and style is impeccable and she took my vision and transformed it into something that was truly perfect. Not to mention, she is SO much fun and a girl's girl....which made the whole process far from stressful and so enjoyable! Because my mom was so instrumental in the wedding planning, her and Karen spent many hours together and became best friends from the moment they met. Having a team that is so positive, on top of it, and so fun to work with was a dream! Of course, like many other brides, we need to cancel our wedding....TWICE....which was heart-breaking, but the right thing to do during a time like this. I truly cannot recommend Blissfully Styled enough for your wedding planning. You will be a bride that can breathe, focus on work and other life commitments, and have complete faith that your wedding is in the best hands!

The first time I talked to Karen on the phone, I knew she was the person I could hand the reigns over to and who would care as much about all the little details as I would. Karen spent time truly getting to know me and my fiancé and immediately felt like the friend who would make sure every tiny detail was perfect. After every email exchange and call, I felt comfortable and confident with the direction we were going. When we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, Karen was available by email, phone, and text to talk me off the ledge. I can’t say enough great things about our experience so far! I’ll update this review in 2021 when we finally have our special day, but if you need someone with great attention to detail and a fantastic design eye, Karen at Blissfully Styled is an amazing choice.

Blissfully Styled was one of the smartest wedding planning decisions we ever made. We met Blissfully Styled during our taste testing at our venue. Karen was so friendly and I knew immediately that she knew what she was doing. As someone who is paying tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding, I did not want the event to go badly in any way & Blissfully Styled truly made that happen for us. Every vendor I booked after we booked Blissfully Styled had such good things to say about Karen and her staff. They would say things like “you’re in good hands! Karen is amazing” and it would reassure me in moments I felt Overwhelmed while planning my wedding. My bridesmaids also were in shock about how smoothly the day ran thanks to our wonderful coordinator! In conclusion... if you want to be rest assured that your big day will be a success, book blissfully styled! I, too, was wary about saving money for our wedding but Karen and her staff are completely worth the price.

From the moment I first spoke with Karen, I felt an instant connection. From start to finish, she made me feel like I was her number one priority even though I know she was working with other brides. She listened to all my needs, constantly calmed my nerves, was always available to offer guidance, helped me make both small and large decisions, connected me with some truly wonderful vendors, and just overall made my wedding planning process go smoothly! Then the day of the wedding arrived... there aren't enough words to describe how incredible she and her team were. My day felt like a dream come true, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Karen thought of every single detail and allowed me, my husband, and our families to enjoy every moment. It was the best day of my life, and much of that is owed to her. Karen is absolutely amazing, and we’re so glad we found her to help us with our wedding. We self-planned it up until a few months out, so we were starting to panic with so much left to do. Karen took the reins, kept us on track with deadlines, and coordinated all the scheduling. It was a huge relief for us the moment we hired her. She is polite, professional, fun to work with and talk with through the planning process. She becomes your friend by going through the process with you, and she cares about getting to know you so she can really understand what you want for your perfect wedding. All of her suggestions were spot on, and it was easy to trust her judgment because she really knows what she is doing. Even in just the short time she had to make our wedding happen (we hired her way, way, way too late!), she planned and executed everything flawlessly and at a more than reasonable cost. We thought she was amazing before the big day, but we were even more impressed on our wedding day. Everything came together like clockwork, and neither of us felt like we had to worry about anything the entire day. We had an incredible and stress-free night because of her, and I think her best (and absolutely priceless) skill-set was in making sure that –we– really enjoyed our night together. We were definitely in the best hands for our special day! We never once, at any point after we hired her (and especially the day of the wedding), had anything whatsoever to worry about. All we had to do was kick back, get married, and enjoy our special day together. All because of Karen. Thanks, Karen!!

My only regret is we didn’t hire Blissfully Yours, Karen Sieger sooner! She helped us the last two months before the wedding and what a difference having a professional like her made. She took care of everything from organizing all the vendors, to bustling the wedding gown after the ceremony, and even loading up the car after the event. She took all the stress off everyone! Karen is worth her weight in gold. Her organizational skills and customer service are amazing!!!

Our wedding date was coming up quick and fast, when we realized we needed someone to help with decor and day of coordination. We contacted Karen at Blissfully Styled and had an immediate connection. Karen took all the weight off our shoulders and made sure the we had a stress-free day. Karen kept in constant communication with us all the way up until we left the venue on our wedding night. Karen from Blissfully Styled was our wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made! Karen and I instantly clicked on our first phone conversation, where we ended up joking and laughing throughout the call. During the planning process, Karen would check in to make sure I was on target and if I needed help on anything. Karen is assertive, organized, detail oriented, patient and a pleasure to work with! Our wedding in March went so smoothly thanks to Karen and her crew! Before I knew it, the wedding was over and all our belongings were already packed in the car without me lifting one finger! I highly recommend hiring Karen for your wedding or any type of event! She is amazing!

I am confident that Karen makes every wedding she plans the perfect day for the bride – the day the bride always dreamed about. She has the ability to work with brides who have been planning this day since they were little girls and brides who have little insight into what they really desire for the day (I fell into this category). Karen constantly encouraged me to take time looking through Pinterest to get inspired. She wanted this day to be about me and David. She’s truly the perfect coordinator – always on top of what needs to get done and when it needs to be completed by. She’s great with the details (super organized) but also sees the big picture. Karen was such a joy to work with! She helped to create the wedding that I always dreamed of even though I couldn’t always convey my desires with words. Not to mention, I lived in Dallas while she helped to coordinate my wedding in Newport Beach!

Karen and her team is incredible!! Karen is professional, detail-oriented, organized and accommodating. My daughter, the bride, lives out-of-state. Karen went out of her way to schedule our meetings when my daughter was in town. She kept us on track with email reminders. You can tell she loves what she does and she is very knowledgeable. Most of all, Karen is a joy to work with!

Karen and her team were phenomenal!! We couldn't have picked a better wedding planner. My husband and I did not realize how many minor details were involved in planning a wedding. Karen is very knowledgeable, organized and has a great eye for detail. She always made time for us at night, especially with our busy work schedules even if a meeting had not been previously scheduled ahead of time. On our wedding day, Karen and her team were very professional, kind, organized, and it was "Blissfully" perfect!! Karen and her team was more than amazing during the day of our wedding! I initially didn't think I needed a coordinator for the day but I'm so glad that I hired her. She really made me feel at ease all day and they took care of every little detail! I didn't have to worry about a thing even when the cocktail hour ran a bit late due to the weather. Not only that, they helped me arrange all my decor and it came out more than I could've ever imagined and everything was just perfect! My entire bridal party was raving about how great she was! Karen was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding this August and she was absolutely amazing! I had all our vendors hired and most of the details set when I hired her, but she just made the months leading up to the wedding so stress-free. Her website helped me stay so organized and she was always there to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly. Karen was wonderful. I think I made her more nervous because I was too carefree planning for the wedding, but by the time we had our rehearsal, she made sure she understood what I had in mind and recommended few things based on expertise. I was able to be even more carefree and relaxed on the day of the wedding because I knew she had everything under control and did all the run around without anyone asking. She really wants to help above and beyond because when I informed her during the rehearsal that I didn't have good water jug for tree watering ceremony, she even offered to look herself for the perfect water bottle for my ceremony.
