We had the most incredible experience with Wedgewood Weddings for our special day in Boulder, Colorado. From the very first meeting to the final farewell, the entire team made everything feel seamless. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and the staff made sure every detail was handled with care. The venue captain was also fantastic, always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She made the day run flawlessly, and we truly felt like we were in great hands the whole time. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and we are so grateful to Wedgewood Weddings for making it happen. We were so happy to have found this AMAZING venue!!! The whole staff made the whole planning process so easy. They were all so communicative and prompt with a response with all of my silly questions! They really did go above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. Our guests had the best experience. The outdoor ceremony and tent reception were stunning! Food, drinks, music.... everything was great! We opted for a brunch wedding. We had never thought about that before, but they made it so wonderful, and wouldn't have wanted it any other way! LOVED all of the options we had for everything! If we could have our wedding every weekend we would do it at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood!!

Fantastic venue! Very beautiful. The whole planning process with them and their preferred vendors made the whole process very seamless and everything was beyond expectations. We planed the wedding with them in less than 3 months and they made it as easy of a process as it possibly could have been. More than one guest come up and told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Wouldn't have changed a thing! The staff was all great before during and after the event. HIGHLY recommend them and the venue!!

Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings was truly amazing. From the staff being incredibly responsive and helpful to the beauty of the venue itself and the food! We initially went with Wedgewood because the thought of coordinating everything for a wedding ourselves was overwhelming. I can't say how happy we were that we went this path because they made everything so easy. We were still able to make the space unique to us and include things that were important to us we just didn't have to worry about coordinating everything! We ended up spending slightly more than we had originally budgeted for but it was completely worth it. We could have not asked for a day filled with more love.

I can not say enough great things about Wedgewood! Our coordinator Haley was absolutely amazing and knocked it out of the park. Precious our DJ kept the vibes going and was amazing to work with. The venue is stunning and they take so much of the stress of planning a wedding off your shoulders! We couldn’t have had a better experience and they truly made our happiest day of our lives perfection!

Amazing venue, staff, food and service! My wife and I were married on September 26th at the creekside ceremony site. Working with Wedgewood and their dedicated staff was a breeze. They walked us through every part of the planning process, kept us on track and informed throughout, and made sure everything went smoothly on the actual day! Absolutely stunning ceremony site, literally right next to Boulder Creek, nicely shaded for hot days, and with lovely touches like a gentle waterfall. We had several guests coming up to us and raving about the venue, but in particular the food. Several said that it was the best food they've had at a wedding in quite some time, and I would agree. We did a buffet-style service, and there was never any wait for food, anything that was low was quickly replaced with more. Bartending staff was excellent as well, pouring strong drinks and accommodating special requests like our shotski. The coordinators were excellent throughout the whole process, but special shout out to our day-of coordinators Jensen and Ali. They helped us remain calm and collected the day before the wedding and quickly addressed any concerns we had on the day. Can't recommend enough!

Absolutely stunning venue, in the forest by a creek. We looked at a lot of venues but this one is so intimate and immersed in natural beauty. There is a road nearby but you can't hear it during the ceremony and it was just perfect. They have a great indoor space as well. Very convenient for guests with transportation as well.

We went with Wedgewood because we wanted to take the stress of shopping around for vendors and haggling for prices out of the picture. Wedgewood did just that! They were extremely responsive usually immediately via email. Emma was our day of coordinator and was so organized and made our vision come to life! Carly was our banquet captain and was so helpful and sweet! They know your day from beginning to end, so there was absolutely no coordinating we had to do on our day of! We just showed up and had the best day! You really get it all with this venue as well: an outdoor ceremony surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery, a mountain feel by only driving 10 minutes outside a big city, beautiful creek, so many trees, a tent for dinner, and an indoor ballroom for dancing.

Wedgewood Boulder Creek was absolutely phenomenal! Hayley helped my wife and I through the entire process from tour to wedding day and we could not praise her higher. She truly helped with any of our concerns and problems and celebrated all our wins through the planning process. The recommended DJ, Precious, absolutely nailed our vibe and we had all our guests complimenting how much fun our night was. The staff working the floor joined us in the fun which made our day that much better. We would not change a thing about our night thanks to the amazing staff and team members. Thank you again to everyone who helped us make our wedding the best it could possibly be!!

Our wedding was perfect! The flowers, the bakery, the food was amazing, the coordinators and hosts were so awesome, respectful and so very nice! Loved everything about it! Beautiful venue, perfect for a wedding!

The planning team here was incredible, easy to work with, and made the planning and day-of run smoothly! I truly cannot recommend this venue & planning team enough. We had guests coming up to us commenting on not only the stunning venue but also how well everything was run! Wedgewood- Boulder Creek was absolutely amazing for our wedding! Jensen and Frankie were rock stars all night (and leading up to the wedding) with answering my 1000 questions, helping put our decorations together in the way we envisioned it, getting our meals for us and putting us into the Groom suite so we could eat and relax for a few minutes in private to take it all in, everything! There are SO many things that come up before or during weddings, so to have a team like this to be on top of everything was truly amazing. We were overwhelmed with where to even start when it came to finding a venue and everything that goes along with it, and it put our mind at so much ease to have basically a 1 stop shop to help assist with everything! I couldn't recommend them enough!

I got married there last weekend (8/10) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They absolutely know what they are doing and made everything seamless and exciting! Emma and Frankie were so kind and amazing to work with. My DJ, Precious, was fun and even helped me bustle my dress! Everyone went so above and beyond. I am beyond thrilled!

Working with Wedgewood Weddings at Boulder Canyon was the best wedding decision we made. Working with everyone there made it a seamless experience. All of the planners are attentive and are quick to reply whenever I needed them. Katie and Frankie were our wedding coordinators and they are the BEST! They are extremely knowledgable, professional, and have infectious positive attitudes and energy. They help so much with vendor recommendations and truly made planning a wedding meaningful and fun!

Such an amazing venue! Haley, Bree and the entire Wedgewood team did an incredible job leading up to and on our special day. Haley has the best energy and I could not have picked anyone better to be our coordinator. From the atmosphere to the food and music, us and all of our guests had such an awesome time. We especially loved that there was both indoor and outdoor space throughout the night. Having the dance floor in a space separate from the dinner is actually such a game changer, and probably one of our favorite aspects of the venue. All of the recommended vendors were also amazing to work with (Button Rock Bakery, Shear Abby, Belle Terre Floral, DJ Precious). Could not recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek enough:)

We got married here in May 2024, and it was amazing! Guests told us over and over how beautiful it was having the ceremony at the creek, and the reception set up was also beautiful. It was so easy to plan, and the venue has a clear plan for you step by step. We used the included vendors for floral, cake/dessert, and DJ, and all of them were great. Jensen was our day of coordinator and Bree was our banquet captain, and both were amazing. She walked us through step by step, and she checked in on us throughout the day of. Everyone there was easy to work with and clearly wanted to make anything they could easier for us. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our wedding here in late April and it was AMAZING. The creek side ceremony was just the nod to mother nature we were looking for while having a gorgeous reception building/tent within walking distance! We booked the venue in late August and their planning team was amazing to help us plan this wedding from out of state! Their package system took a lot of weight off our shoulders for finding trusted vendors in an unfamiliar location and we definitely leaned on their expertise. The entire staff both leading up and on our special day were nice, professional and accommodating to our dozens of questions. They had us feeling completely comfortable with all the details of our day and how the events would play out!

Our daughter was married at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood on April 21, 2024. We can not say enough wonderful things about Hailey and the entire team. If you are considering having your event here. DO IT ! You will not regret it. The Healy and Yarmoluk

My wife and I got married here in April 2024. We booked our wedding in December of 2022 and across the 16 months of planning the Boulder Creek Wedgewood team was incredibly caring and supportive. We planned our wedding while living in Seoul, South Korea and the team helped us organize everything across thousands of miles and huge time zone differences. I cannot imagine planning a wedding virtually with any other group. Specific shout out to Haley, whose job title is "Event Expert" but I think that undersells her skills, helping my family and I make the best planning decisions all the way up to and during the actual event with a grace and charm that made it always fun and never stressful. She can de-escalate any stressful moment with a smile and tact that cannot be trained, truly innate and caring. Bree was also amazing the night of the event, caring for the bride and groom and keeping all family and vendors in line. 6 of 5 stars for Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Team, would highly recommend anyone considering a wedding here, especially if you're planning from abroad/non-local they make it smooth.

Having our wedding at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood was amazing. With my wife and I both being Colorado natives, this venue gives you a true feel of everything that Colorado has to offer. The venue is surrounded by beautiful mountains and Boulder Creek. The short drive up to the venue from downtown Boulder made things very convenient for our guests. We did request that they put balloons out on the day of our ceremony because the venue can be a bit tricky to find for guests who aren’t familiar with the area. The scenery at Wedgewood is a 10 out of 10. Wedgewood provides a great outdoor space, indoor backup, and the perfect venue for transitions throughout the night. We really enjoyed that there was a dedicated space for the reception because it forced all of our guests to get up after dinner and go to the dance floor. When it came to the process of planning our wedding, the coordinators at Wedgewood made the process very easy. Megan Gentry at Boulder Creek Wedgewood was our day of coordinator. She was incredible to work with and ensured that everything went as planned on the day of our wedding. We were so happy that we got to work with Megan. Your day of coordinator does leave halfway through the night and you get reassigned to a coordinator responsible for the second half of the night. The second-half coordinator didn’t seem to be very familiar with all the details of our ceremony. We had to remind them about the details and timelines throughout the rest of the night, which was a bit disappointing. Wedgwood could do a better job with communication before the second-half coordinator takes over. Overall, the coordination and employees at Wedgewood did a fantastic job. When it comes to the food, Wedgewood offers many options for those that have allergies. Many of our guests were gluten-free, lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts, and vegetarian. Wedgewood was able to accommodate all of our guests and was very careful with the allergies that were addressed. For the music, we had a live band that we booked on our own. We also had a DJ along with our live band. The DJ is assigned to you through a company that partners with Wedgewood called DJ Maestro. We were very particular about the music that we wanted to play. The DJ missed a few details including an announcement for transportation at the end that we wanted to make. The DJ did throw in free party lights for us when the dancing started which made a significant difference on the dance floor. All in all, we couldn’t have imagined a better venue than Boulder Creek Wedgewood. It was a night we will never forget!

The ladies at Wedgewood Boulder Creek are absolutely masters of their craft. From touring to ceremony, they will help with every aspect you can imagine in order to ensure your special day goes as perfect as possible. We only started planning our wedding barely 2 months before the day itself, and to put it lightly, were a bit overwhelmed. After looking online for outdoor locations, we decided to come and tour the facility to see if it was as beautiful as the pictures online portrayed. To put it bluntly, as nice as the pictures are, they don't do the venue justice at all... and after a short tour we knew this was the place for us. Everyone was so helpful with everything, knowing that we were rushed and inexperienced with all aspects of the wedding, and reached out multiple times to check and see that we were on track and answer any questions we had. Our ceremony was beautiful and perfectly executed, the venue was exquisite and exactly what we wanted, the food was delectable and everyone raved about it, the music was on point and got everyone dancing... the night was perfect overall. Special shout outs to Katie, Jensen, Meghan and Megan for all their help throughout the entire process because without them, we would have been completely lost...

The day could not have been more perfect. People say expect something to go wrong, and let it. To be completely honest, nothing went wrong. Boulder Creek by Wedgewood is made up of a team of true experts. From planning to execution and everything in between. The relationships they made with the neighborhood bakery and florist are unmatched. We would like to give a shout out to each and every one of our days experts: -Boulder Creek Culinary Team and Chef Kelly - WOW the food, execution, everything WOW. we have gotten feedback from our friends and family that it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't agree more! ...that prime rib tho, woah was that good. - Captain Emma - making sure dinner service was flawless, and lets be real, she hooked my plate up! haha She's a gem. - Bartender team Dylan and Christian: true professionals. They were able to take care of all guest beverage needs without any hesitation - Sarah from Belle Terre Florals- I can't say enough about Sarah. Her professionalism, ability to connect with us, listening to what we "think" our vision is and making it come to life with such ease and willingness. Her florals really exceeded our expectations and her customer service is unmatched. Always willing to talk things through and share ideas and advice. It was a pleasure working with Sarah. - Jamie with Button Rock: from cookies, to brownies, to our darling sweet heart cake, down right DELISH! DJ Prescious with DJ Maestro- talk about getting the party started!! It was so great being able to do a zoom prior to wedding day to get to know each other and really try to verbalize what we are looking for. DJ Precious listened to our thoughts and ideas and executed exactly how we envisioned and more. She was our biggest hype queen and really elevated our evening. She was AMAZING! Last but certainly not least, Jensen. How lucky were we that we got to work with Jensen from start to finish. To be completely honest, Jensen might be the top reason why we booked Boulder Creek. Her ability to show her property, excite us without even knowing if we would commit and not once putting pressure on us to sign a contract, we knew this was the place. She was so proud and confident in the venue that she didn't need to "sell" it to us. Jensen is a ray of sunshine, a delight to be around, and who ever gets to work with her should consider themselves lucky.

We had an amazing experience with WW Boulder Creek. From scheduling a tour to booking and planning appointments; they made it very easy for us to have an elegant wedding without headaches. I would highly recommend!

If you are reading this review it will be long so hunker down! To say I was happy with this venue does not even come close to how great of a job they did! This venue is amazing and everything about it was perfect! We got married on 4/23/23 here and loved it! We just wished it hadn't gone by so fast! From the staff to the location everything was phenomenal and wish I could give them a higher rating because this was THE BEST place to get married! We had an encounter with everyone in the office from the start and they are all amazing and are so kind and helpful! I would 110% get married here again because it is such a beautiful location. The Creekside ceremony space where we had our ceremony is what sold me on this venue! They provide a binder for planning with the meeting dates as well and help you all along the way with the planning process. They offer several different packages depending on what you're looking for and each one is customizable too which makes life so easy! They offer three different options for the ceremony space and they are all beautiful. They have the indoor spot in the rotunda, the lawn space, and the creekside. The creekside spot was an immediate yes and again is what sold me on having this as our venue. The sounds of the creek and the beautiful trees just make this place stunning to say the least. The photos turn out amazing as well with the beautiful location and foliage! This venue is great as well because they include everything except the clothing and decor. They have options for the food, flowers, cake, place settings, ceremony and reception space, officiant, wedding planner (sort of), DJ, and pretty much anything else you need for the wedding. Every single person that works here is so nice and helpful. We worked with pretty much everyone throughout the planning all the way up to the wedding day. They offer a planning binder that walks you through the beginning all the way until the end and that binder was a saving grace and made the planning process so much easier and smoother. They do several planning meetings to make sure your day goes perfectly and make any changes you may have along the way. Just a great process all along the way! The food they offer is phenomenal as well and the company that they cater through did a phenomenal job and I wish I had access to it outside of the wedding. They offer a separate tasting for the couple as well so you don't miss out on the cocktail hour foods too which was great! If I had to redo everything I would not change a single thing and I have referred several people to this exact venue as well as the company because of how great of an experience we had. Have your wedding here and you will not regret it.

Boulder Creek made wedding planning a dream! They were so helpful and amazing at communication throughout the process! The DJ Precious, that is through the vendor made our day so special and exactly how we wanted it. Not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day and I had the best experience of my life thanks to Boulder Creek!!

From beginning to end, the team at Wedgewood made sure that we were very well taken care of. We knew that our day would be well thought-out and planned meticulously, and the team definitely made it all happen. From Shelby to Megan to Emma, and all the rest of the support team, we and our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing and flawless and helpful everyone was. Our wedding was about 150 guests, and everyone had space in the tent. The food was SO good, and we are still getting compliments a week later on how tasty everything was, as well as all of the options! We did the buffet and would absolutely do it again as such. The DJ - Precious - was a stand-out. Again, we are still getting feedback that Precious was their favorite DJ at any wedding - ever! STRESS FEE. They provide you with a wedding planning binder with checklists, worksheets to figure out what you want out of each vendor, and vendors they recommend for each service. Food was great, staff were INCREDIBLE, would absolutely recommend to a friend who wants a custom day without having to do everything themselves. Tables, linens, food, planning/day-of coordinator, incredible views and venue, all included in the cost and all amazing!!

Boulder creek is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place to get married. You really get the feeling like your in your own little world with the mountains in the background and being surround by the creek and the Aspen trees. The staff is so helpful throughout the entire planning process and makes it easy and stress free. They made our wedding day so easy by helping with set up and take down and keeping us on schedule. My husband and I really felt like we could just relax and enjoy our perfect day!

The staff is incredible! We had our wedding in April and felt the whole process and day itself was very well planned and painless. We even came in under budget! Our photographer, Helen, from Love and Lens and Cole, our videographer, from Luminance Media were great and worked super well together. We also loved Precious, our DJ! Katie and Maggie helped us the day of and went out of their way for every request! The only downside -- we would also recommended labeling what you bring to the venue if possible since some of the cornhole bags we brought never made it home with us and seem to be lost!

We had our wedding at Boulder Creek on 6/11 and the team was a DREAM to work with (special shoutout to Maggie and Alexis!)! Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous. I truly had one of the most stress-free wedding planning processes because of them. I love that you get food, drink/bar services, floral, dj, bakery, invitations and more with them! You don't have to go out of your way to find several big vendors. Not to mention, all of the vendors they work with are incredible and I am so thankful for each of them. The Boulder Creek team was SO responsive during the planning process, I knew if I had a question they would respond to my email that same business day. They set up the ceremony site, dinner, reception areas exactly how I dreamed, and the best part was I didn't have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding! I could go on and on about how amazing the Boulder Creek team is, if you are planning a wedding you will not be disappointed working with them! Thank you Boulder Creek!!!!

We had our wedding with Boulder Creek on 5/27 and it was an absolutely incredible day. We live out of state and wanted to find a venue that was all inclusive and gave us flexibility in packages. From the moment we booked, to our first meeting, to our wedding day, the communication and planning process was phenomenal. I sent emails with random questions throughout the waiting months and they got back to me with answers in such a timely manner. They made sure our friends and family felt great when the day came, and prepared everyone so well through the rehearsal process. It was so smooth that after we did our grand exit, we truly did get to leave. Every piece of decor and random items that needed to come home was already set and sent with the correct party. Our day of included Katie, our coordinator for the morning. She was there with us through the rehearsal and made sure that we had a back up plan in case the weather went haywire. She also checked in with us regularly the week leading up to our wedding to ensure that we not only felt prepared, but that we were also excited! After Megan transitioned out for the morning, we had Megan who was our banquet captain. She ensured that all of our tables had the correct food and people with allergies and dietary preferences were accommodated correctly. She checked in with us frequently throughout the duration of the event, and anything we needed she took care of. We absolutely loved our bartender, Jazz, and our guests did as well. Jazz made incredible drinks and was such a blast to chat and catch a moment of peace with. We had Macy and Anika along with Megan as our servers and they were also super attentive. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially coming from out of town. I know people sometimes have fears of working with chains or big companies, but having attended other Wedgewood weddings, and hosting our own through Wedgewood, it was worth every penny and such a great experience for out of town guests!
