Stacy was amazing, and did a fantastic job on all the girls and my mom, and was actually ahead of schedule, despite the large group of us! I could not have asked for more on my special day!

The hair and make-up artist were wonderful! They took their time and I felt like they really listened to what I wanted for my wedding day and they both delivered!

I had my wedding back in April in Pensacola and I could not have been happier with my decision to go with Bride Guide Pros. Dominique and Jessica were absolutely fabulous, talented, and extremely professional. They arrived at our venue on time and made sure each bridesmaid and mom felt and looked their best. Communication with the team went smoothly from the first booking all the way to the actual wedding day, and they were diligent in knowing what each person wanted their look to be. 10/10 would recommend these ladies to any bride in the Pensacola area and beyond!

Bride Guide was great to work with! They were able to set me up with two amazing ladies who provide hair and makeup for myself and 7 other people. They were on time and amazing!! Everyone felt and looked beautiful. I loved that they were able to provide airbrush makeup since my wedding was outside in Florida humidity and it lasted all day!

Bride Guide Pros made the process so easy and Jessica, our make-up artist is incredibly talented! We did my trial 2 months prior to the wedding and she was happy to make a few tweaks on the day of. She did make-up for 9 of us on the wedding day and made everyone look stunning – we were all nothing short of thrilled with her results. On time, professional, funny - all the things! Jess and Myka did an incredible job with my bridesmaids hair and makeup, they were courteous, professional, and fun to be around while we were all getting ready- would highly recommend either of them! One minor complaint was a day of communication with the vendor, I could not recall if I had already paid the travel fee, and when I inquired I received a text back that was a bit more passive aggressive than was necessary. Obviously on the day of your wedding, there is a lot going on and you are trying to relax and stay calm, so this was a bit jarring to me and not really appreciated.

Bride Guide Pros were very good and did a great job communicating beforehand. They also sent a goodie bag which was very kind. The make-up was great and lasted through all the heat of the day. My hair was beautiful (Bride) with the braids and looked like the picture I showed the Stylist. My only issue was my curls did not last after the ceremony and I don't normally have this issue. But the stylists were professional and kind and easy to work with!

Bride Guide Pros was AMAZING! Meighan and Heather were our stylists on my wedding day. They arrived on time (even early) and serviced myself, my bridesmaids, and the MOG. Everyone looked stunning, and my hair and makeup lasted the entire day. I could not recommend them enough. They made the day so breezy, as everyone was ready on time, and they brought a fun and calming presence on a very stressful day!

Being a destination wedding bride living in OH and having a beach wedding in FL, you never know who to go with even based off of recommendations. I did a little research and found Bridge Guide Pros. Communication was so easy and they always got back to me extremely fast! Everything was very clear cut with pricing and the process. My wedding day was amazing with our hair and makeup girls Jessica and Jaime! They were on time, ready to setup and go! Jessica did an amazing job on everyone’s makeup and everyone looked so pretty. I don’t typically wear makeup much and have only ever had professional makeup done once for a friend’s wedding and she killed it with my makeup. I never felt so pretty. Jaime did such a great job on all of our hair as well. I had my initial trial with her several months before when we traveled down to FL for vacation and I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she pretty much replicated it to a T! We took pics and she did it the same way on wedding day. I have never gotten so many compliments on hair and makeup ever. They were such fun and personal able girls and we all felt so comfortable around them! I would recommend them a million times over! Dominique and Meghan were fabulous. The 5 of us were relatives of the bride and the age range was from 14 to 80. We all looked great and they were both very professional and very personable at the same time. Would hire them again in a heartbeat if the occasion arises.

Jaime was the best stylist ever!! She did updos for myself, my bridesmaids and mom. Everyone’s hair looked AMAZING and she even finished 30 minutes early!! Bride Guide also sent a cute bridal gift after booking with them. Highly highly recommend!

Choosing your wedding day hair and makeup vendor can be very stressful but they made everything very easy and I had amazing stylists/artists!!! I did a makeup trail before my wedding with KatieLi who was there on my wedding day as well!! KatieLi (makeup) and Jamie (hair) made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and beautiful and were more than happy to do any changes/tweeks that I/we wanted. We had a amazing time getting ready with them and they fit in so perfectly with all of us! I was sent a touchup kit that was included with the service that came in handy throughout the night and on my honeymoon!

I booked with Bride Guide for my August wedding and let me just say, WOW! I felt so beautiful and so did my bridesmaids and everyone who got their hair and makeup done. As the bride, my hair stayed in place, ALL night long as did my makeup! My photos looked fantastic even for the end of the night ones, I still looked fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend Jamie for your hair and Chelsea for your makeup! They listened to what we wanted and were so friendly! I felt comfortable on my big day!

Allison (hair) and Jessica (makeup) were a joy to work with on the day of our wedding. They were extremely professional--Allison even helped me adjust my "ladies" in my dress as I was having some issues and my other bridesmaids were away finishing some touches in the venue. Jessica was amazing and very professional as well. I had gifted my bridal party and my mother/MIL with hair/makeup packages. Their boss handled the schedule for the day to ensure everyone stayed on timeline so that we were all ready by the time we needed to be with any additional time for touch-ups. The only reason these ladies are not getting 5 stars is for the following reasons: - The night before my wedding (yes, the night before, and I mean 9:30pm when I was out with my bridesmaids/MOH), I received a message from the makeup artist reminding me to send inspiration pictures (I guess my original email with them never sent) so that she could pack her kit, which I completely understood. I sent the pictures, and then minutes later received a message from her boss (Cindy?) saying the package I booked did not include "ultra glam" like the pictures I sent. Additionally, I would need to pay an additional amount per bridesmaid/myself who wanted an "ultra glam" look. It was unclear what that was, so when I asked, she responded, "[the bridesmaids] should not expect these looks. We offer soft bridal glam. No big lashes, no glitter, no winged liner, no dark eyes or lips." I didn't realize that winged liner (which I can do in less than 2 minutes) and dark lips were "ultra glam" and I was tempted at this point to call an audible to do my own makeup. - Follow on messages from Cindy indicated that this business may have run into issues in the past where bridesmaids may have tried to outshine the brides, but this was not the case, and to receive these messages the night before the wedding as I am out with all of them (as they definitely were reading these messages over my shoulder), and saying certain looks were going to be $50 more per lady, was inappropriate. I declined the ultra glam looks for my bridesmaids, but since I did want a bold dark lip and obviously lashes, Cindy added ultra glam to my order and even offered to add "bigger glam lashes" and "darker eye shadow" would be an extra $15 per service, which again, I rejected since I was already paying for so much. - I tried to stay professional in my responses to her, but I still feel weeks after the event, and after re-reading the messages from the night before that it was extremely inappropriate, and it should have been solved at least a week in advance. That all being said, Jessica - the makeup artist - addressed the conflict first thing upon my meeting her and she clarified that there was a mix-up in explanation, and she did not charge me one cent extra over our original contracted agreement (i.e. no upcharge for "ultra glam," which she defined as Kardashian contour and massive lashes--not what Cindy had sent me the night before). I reiterated my issue was not with her, just that I felt upset by the whole interaction the night before, and that it caused some issues with my bridesmaids, who felt unnecessarily targeted for simply sending Pinterest inspiration as I requested.

Amazing!!! I highly recommend this company. My hair & makeup, as well as my bridal party’s H&MU looked amazing on my wedding day. Bride Guide Pro has such talented artists. They were able to make my vision come to life! Also my H&MU stayed put during a hot, humid, & sunny beach wedding!

These girls are seriously amazing!! Yvonne did our makeup and Dominique did our hair and we loved it all! They were both super sweet and listened to everything we asked for. Dominique even helped me into my wedding dress. I was so blessed to have them be a part of my special day!

My hair did fall pretty fast, so if I could go back I would’ve asked her to moose my hair first (my hair usually hold curl better than it did) but then finished product of My hair is exactly how I wanted it! Bridal guide were super quick to respond and overall 5/5!!

My husband and I got married July 2022 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The makeup artist and hair stylist that serviced our wedding party was AMAZING. Jessica B. was our makeup artist and she knocked it out of the park. Our makeup was the perfect balance between glam and natural. We still looked like ourselves, but we felt absolutely beautiful. Jessica S. was our hairstylist and she was amazing!! She was so efficient and her work was beautiful. Everyone loved their hair and felt gorgeous. The planning process was so simple and smooth, I would 10/10 recommend!!

I was so happy with how our make up and hair turned out! I wasn’t able to do a trial run and was nervous but both ladies nailed it and my and my bridal party looked so beautiful on the day of my wedding! They were very nice and did amazing jobs would recommend them 10/10 for sure! They also sent me a bag with goodies which was so sweet and caring to think of things I may have forgot to get for the day of! And being out of town they were very helpful and kept in good communication!

I used the Bride Guide for my recent May 2022 wedding makeup and ended up with MUA Grace who was AMAZING! She traveled to the venue and was on time, organized, and very polite! She had everything she needed and we all looked gorgeous afterward. The company as a whole was also VERY organized and even mailed me a touch up bag package 2 weeks before the wedding date which was super handy! Would definitely use them again for any event.

My hair and makeup was AMAZING!!!!!’ Both Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist asked what I felt I was most comfortable with and the results were beyond my expectations. Being older I was worried how they would style me and yet both made me feel beyond young with the results! I couldn’t recommend them both more highly!!!

Jaime did my bridal party's make-up, and Meighan did their hair. They were easy to work with very friendly. Everyone looked amazing at the wedding. My girls provided pictures of hair and makeup looks and the ladies did a great job giving them the look they wanted. I would definitely recommend their services.

Vanessa was our makeup artist and she was AMAZING. She made every girl look great and glam, but still like themselves. She made me (the bride) feel confident. We did a trial and she was very open with how I wanted to change thing to ensure it is exactly what I wanted to look like on my wedding day. I highly recommend her!!

They were absolutely amazing! Great communication and easy to work with. Jaime was our hair stylist and made every bridesmaid picture come to life with ease. So much so that I changed my hair style I was planning the day of our wedding after seeing how beautiful some of my bridesmaids were. She was able to pull off 9 styles and we were still ready early. She stayed behind after everyone was done to help me put my veil on and show us how to get it out. We also had Jennifer and one other makeup artist who were equally as great and fun to get ready with. Everyone’s make up looked amazing and also had us ready ahead of schedule. Bride guide was amazing for our all our beauty needs! From rescheduling to hiring a second hair stylist for my event just a month before my wedding they were AMAZING! We worked with Shay, Jaime, and Blake! Jaime and I did two different trials as it had been a year since my first trial due to the pandemic. She was so sweet and accommodating and was not offended at all when I asked her to tweak a few elements of my hair! I loved working with her and the hair she did on all my bridesmaids was amazing. Blake also did a phenomenal job with my girls hair and everyone was so happy with their updo!! Shay also did an amazing job! She was perfect and made amazing suggestions! I love my make-up DARK she was a bit worried that I didn’t mean dark dark and put it on in layers and had me look at it periodically just to make sure I was happy as it’s way harder to take eyeshadow off than it is to put it on! Jessica and Jami were amazing! I have fine, thin hair that doesn't hold a curl and usually falls out of any updo but my hair looked full and thick and gorgeous and stayed put all night. The makeup made me look like a better version of myself and was so beautiful. Cannot recommend them enough!

My experience with Bride Guide Pros was amazing! Jami and Jessica both did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and I! I have been to a couple of weddings where girls will have to touch up their make up or hair after the artist has finished because they were not pleased with how they looked. This was NOT the case with Jami and Jessica! Everyone looked so beautiful! Bride Guide Pros was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had and they sent me a super cute touch up bag before the wedding with a lot of different goodies inside!
