Overall okay, they have a wide assortment of things across all budgets. You do have to order some things in batches though, for example wine glasses come in racks of 25, silverware comes in units of 5 etc.
You can do both pick up and drop off. They are quick to respond and get your order going quick.
What I really didn’t appreciate was being basically accused of stealing some plates (why would we steal like 5 white plates?) because of miscommunications on their end. essentially we ordered an ‘odd’ number of plates, but the person who worked with us and created the order over email didn’t say anything about the plates only being ordered in specific units. Or perhaps the lady at drop off didn’t know it could be different. When we dropped off our plates she asked ‘where the rest were’ and we said that was it. That the palette was given to us like this, slightly over-filled. She said “we don’t do that.” We argued with her until she gave up and said she’ll look in to it.
Come on guys, maybe try communicating with each other before accusing customers of stealing. :/
We had such a great experience with Bright! There were so many great choices of linens, napkins, and all the details, and all the staff we interacted with were nice and professional. The process was seamless from start to finish. Everything turned out beautifully on our wedding day!
Less than a month before my wedding I was able to get Chargers, Napkins, & Linens for my 150+ guest wedding from Peerless & they made it so easy. They were very quick to get back to me, and even had to special ordered a few items, but it all came together to make the most beautiful reception! Thanks being so great to work with and being apart of our day!
We rented 170 chairs and a stunning white dance floor from Peerless for our wedding. Fay really went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted- and even found a way to get around inventory issues being caused by the supply chain crisis. Peerless was the only place in town I could find that had the whitewash x-back chair- so worth the search. Everything was set up on time and looked absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

I use Peerless often for linen rentals and they have been nothing short of professional. The linen is always delivered on time, clean, in great condition, and they are always very accommodating when it comes to last minute changes!
They were great, decently priced. The only complaint I had was that they came to set up really late and weren't able to complete their job. We had to set up a lot of stuff after they left. However, we got a credit back because of that.
Fay was really helpful through all of it, and I recommend them for any rental needs.
I used Peerless Events for my wedding rentals, and the silverware had rust spots (and food) on it. The glasses that we rented were very dirty as well. The cups given to us obviously weren't washed. Some had lipstick smudges and actual lemons and lemon seeds left in the glasses. Thankfully the manager at peerless refunded us partially for our items, and they were able to send over brand new glasses and silverware. The new glasses were great, but the silverware they sent still had the same issues that the original set had. Thankfully we were able to be in our venue the day before, and had more time than most do in our venue to set things up. These new rentals took around 2-3 hours to get to us. It still caused my husband and I a great deal of stress. I would hate for someone else to go through what we did with this company.
Everything was set up and taken down with ease! I had nothing to worry about on our wedding day for seating and sound.
My experience with Peerless Events and Tents was wonderful. Unfortunately we had chosen another company for my daughters wedding tent. When we were in need of pole drapes, the company we had contracted was no t accommodating. Danna was very helpful and responsive when I called for multiple quotes. We used the warehouse for pickup and return and everyone was friendly and professional. I wish we had found Peerless sooner!

Peerless Events and Tents is a great company to work with. Dana assisted our family with rentals for a small party, and has assisted with planning for my nieces wedding next year. I recently used Peerless Events and Tents for a large Wedding Shower. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I coordinated with Fay Seeman, who was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everything was delivered in a timely, efficient manner. And I loved that I had so many options to choose from as they have a rather large inventory. I would use Peerless again and again for all of my rental needs.

Faye Seeman and Adriana Alvarado at Peerless in San Antonio are a great creative team. They are pros! Organizing a one day Fiesta event with 40,000 attendees I have to count on our vendors to get the job done right. As we say, we only have one chance to get it right. This year they stepped in and handled a huge increase in responsibilities, providing us with tents for Entertainment, Beverages, Admissions, Ticket Sales, First Aid. And they got it right! In addition to their professional skills, they have great personalities and are part of our family now!

We ended up going to Aztec rentals the week of our wedding for a last minute tent and heater. The weather took a turn for the worse and our all outdoor venue was now expecting rain and a cold front. Their pricing was the best of the four companies I went to, and my contact was very quick and responsive, which is just what I needed as a soon-to-be bride! They delivered and set up right on time and made sure to ask me exactly how I wanted the heater, lighting, etc so that it would work with the tables, bar, band, and everything else. I highly recommend Aztec Events for any rentals you would need - they are GREAT to work with! They also have a better deposit and cancellation policy than the other companies I looked at, which can save you a lot of money if you end up having better weather than expected!
I rented table linens and chargers last minute from here and was able to get everything I needed. Pickup is the day before your event and then you can return the day after (unless on a weekend). They are not open Saturday and Sunday.
