My wife and I loved the example pictures provided on Britton’s website, as we felt they offer a variety of equally beautiful types of floral arrangement and would be able to fit what we were looking for. We had a virtual meeting with Nicole and she was so friendly and helpful. Flowers are not something that my wife and I really know anything about, honestly - a lot of the elements of wedding planning were over our heads and thank goodness we landed with such wonderful vendors, like Britton. Nicole really broke down all of our options and things we wouldn’t have thought about on our own, such as how to incorporate florals with the men in our lives. We each had two “bridesmen” as well as our fathers. She also suggested a wrist corsage for our moms. It was little touches like this that made everyone feel included and was visually stunning when it all came together. We found the experience interesting that although you can describe what you want and share inspo pictures, there is an element of surprise when it comes to florals. It really depends on what is available at the time of your wedding and when the florist goes to do their shopping. The unknown can be stressful or scary, but we felt really confident that Nicole would deliver an amazing final result. We were actually shocked that the reality was even more beautiful than what we had come up with in our minds! The day was busy, so we unfortunately did not get to spend too much time with Nicole or give our true positive feedback on how everything came out, but she did find me in my suite to say hello and explain a few details. She provided a seamless delivery and our reception area looked incredible! We loved our florals so much that we are having a family friend preserve them and create a few pieces of art/jewelry. We highly recommend Britton Designs for your event!

Her pricing for the quality and quantity was extremely fair. I sent her some photos from Pinterest and the colors I was envisioning for my wedding day and she nailed it! I’ve never seen such gorgeous flowers at any wedding. She came at the right time to give me my boutique and then spent a few hours setting up the rest. The biggest thing I wanted was a garland of florals along my entire head table and she made that dream come true. I had so many compliments from my guests about the flowers! She even made a suggestion about changing my large ground arrangements to large ones hanging from the pergola for the ceremony and I am so so so happy she suggested it because it was beautiful. Any future events I plan I will definitely be using her.

The centerpieces were absolutely stunning, our sweetheart table was so dreamy, we had her add garland to the mantel to give it that finishing touch. Outside was even better - our floral horns framed our ceremony space just perfectly, we received and still receive so many compliments on them! Our venue told us the couple that got married the next day actually was able to use it for their ceremony as well, which just made us so happy! She was so easy to work with and when her designs came to life on our wedding day, we were so happy with the results. She even added Eucalyptus around the venue for an added touch and had a bag of rose petals for our flower girl. say. It was hard because we knew so little about flowers so we just took her advice and hoped that it was what we imagined! The center pieces and ceremony decor were beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the boutonnieres, bridesmaids flowers and my bouquet. They were falling apart before the ceremony even started. My husbands boutonniere didn't even make it to the ceremony, a couple of the bouquets had broken flowers, and my flowers weren't what I imagined (although still beautiful) and some of the lilies were falling out before walking down the aisle. We made all this work though! It was absolutely not make or break. My recommendation would be to ask MORE questions so you know exactly what you are getting.

OT. Especially if you get Britton Design flowers. OMG, Nicole Britton is one of the sweetest, kindest women I have ever met. When I came for my initial quote I told her I was on a strict budget when it came to flowers, she not only got my price point under, but got it under by almost $1,000! Not only that, the flowers were exquisite! I was actually able to order much more than I thought I was going to be able too, and I can’t tell you how lush and elegant everything looked. When I saw my flowers for the first time I wanted to cry, they were beyond what I expected and they just made the room sing.
So yes, when someone tells you to skimp on the flowers, don’t, call Nicole. She will help you have the wedding of your dreams and make you feel like the only bride she is working with, always expedient with my emails and questions.
Nicole only takes a few clients a weekend, so jump quick when you meet her! I missed out on having her do my rehearsal dinner flowers because I didn’t put down the request fast enough. She is well worth your business and is amazing woman to work with.
