With knowing the grand vision I wished for on my wedding day, a wedding planner was an absolute requirement. I desired an event coordinator that would provide me with various options, push the envelope, and always strive to ensure that my wedding would be everything I dreamt of and more. With BTS Event Management, you get two creative minds. Trista and Alex are not only extremely passionate about their jobs, but they work wonderfully together and are truly a dynamic duo. They were there along every step of the way. Whenever I required reassurance, they were never more than a phone call, text message, or e-mail away. If you are looking for an event team that will take your vision and bring it to the next level, you cannot go wrong with BTS Event Management.

Best wedding decision my husband and I made. BTS is so experienced and good at what they do, it's screams through their work. They took all of the hard work out of wedding planning and made my experience fun! One moment in particular that stood out to me, was something I realized weeks after our wedding. Once we got the pictures my husband and I were scrolling through, and saw Alex on her hands and knees fixing my veil as I was beginning to walk down the isle. You know that saying, "the greatest indication of success is what you do when no one is looking"? This was that. Throughout the process they were rockstars at everything, but this little thing stood out to me. If we had to do this all over again, I'd choose BTS every time.

Unfortunately, because we do not pay for an add on The Knot we are not able to respond to negative reviews. I do have to defend my company as the bride listed below as Cindi J was a bride that refused to pay her vendors. We had to tell her that wedding planning needed to come to a stand still until vendors were paid, this did not go over too well with Cindi and she has threatened to write bad reviews for myself, Trista (owner of BTS) and BTS since this situation occurred. BTS was a huge disappointment due to the owner, Trista. She absolutely did not listen to what I needed and why I hired her in the first place. From the get go, she knew that my time line was different from the average bride, and yet she did not listen. That, along with her childish way of dealing with a situation that didn't go as planned, completely turned me off from her and her company. I actually banned her from my event. Alex, her assistant, was terrific and did her job until she had her baby, for which I am very happy for her and with her the best. Due to having a baby, Alex was not able to attend my event and we ended up with another assistant. We had to tell her what to do all night; everything from steaming out wrinkles from the linens, to starting the procession, to making sure the food service went as planned. Because of the reasons listed and so many more,I would not recommend this company and highly suggest that Trista learn a lesson on customer service. It is all about how you handle a situation, not the situation it's self. I will say... they had a great recommendation of a caterer and if you do have to work with them; definitely ask for Alex.

The venue we ended up selecting required that we have a day of coordinator and I am so glad that we got one. I was reluctant because I am a perfectionist that had a precise vision of exactly what I wanted things to look like the day of. As hard as it was, it turned out even better than I imagined! I could relax with my Bridesmaids the morning before the wedding and knew exactly what to expect on when vendors would come and exactly how long it would take for them to do things. We were able to get recommendations for things that we didn’t even think of and make sure that every detail was covered. Even though they were a day of coordinator, they were fantastic at helping me with every detail along the way and made sure that I was not stressing last minute with the vendors to make sure they knew when and where they were going. There were some instances during the reception like MIL drama and drunk Uncles but Jessica handled everything so professionally and before I even noticed. She made sure that everything at the reception was timed and kept things moving. We were able to enjoy the night with friends and family rather than worrying about when to cut the cake or toss the bouquet. I honestly don’t know how I would have done it without them and am so happy that I was able to enjoy the day and the night without any stress or worries or problems. They always say that something will always go wrong at a wedding and no one will notice, but I can honestly say that everything went perfectly and am so thankful that we hired them.

I am elated to describe the professionalism and unending dedication to my daughter, her fiancé and myself as we hurdled through the months leading up to the wedding. I could not have ever possibly pulled everything together without Trista and Alex. First and foremost, Trista and Alex are professionals with an unending dedication that helped us hurdle through the months leading up to the wedding. It would have been next to impossible for me to ensure that everything was in place before, during and after the wedding without the guidance of BTS. I interviewed five wedding planners and I choose BTS because they are passionate, personable and they listened to my questions and needs. I liked knowing that they manage events and are not your typical wedding planners; they have extensive contacts and solid experience in the corporate world and understand business contracts and negotiations. Immediately after hiring Trista and Alex they stepped in to help me with a vendor who had changed my contract and added items that were not up to par with BTS's standards. This saved me additional costs and valuable time. The recommendations they provided were reputable and solid. Each vendor was outstanding and they always went above and beyond my expectations. One vendor said he would move mountains for BTS clients because Trista and Alex value their vendors and they know their individual client needs. BTS is very knowledgeable, organized and most importantly are compassionate individuals who never stop answering questions, emails and/or phone calls. We are so very grateful to BTS for orchestrating a beautiful Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception at the Royal Palms. I was amazed how much work went into the actual day of the wedding and am very thankful I left the details to BTS so that I could enjoy each second of my daughters Wedding Day - and yes, it was flawless. I highly recommend BTS without any hesitation. Trista and Alex are exemplar individuals who are stellar at event management. My daughters wedding was absolutely beautiful and each moment of the entire wedding day was enjoyed by all.

Hiring a day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Trista and Alex where able to meet with us and understand all the details of our wedding vision. They also had the experience and insight to help with what was missing. I am so grateful that they helped with our special day!

I was introduced to Trista through a friend’s wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Being newly engaged, I truly didn't realize I needed a wedding planner until I saw all the ‘behind the scenes’ (pun intended) activity that went on that day. Hiring Trista and team was the best decision and investment we made. She truly made an effort to get to know me and my style and gave us recommendations on vendors based on that. Here is a little glimpse of one, of many things, that impressed us with BTS Event Management. Music has been a huge part of my relationship with my husband and our one dream was to have a live band at our reception . To make things difficult, we really do not care for the traditional ‘wedding band’ and all the local bands we love simply do not perform at weddings. Trista and team went above and beyond to find the perfect band in our Indie Rock music genre. The band they brought us was everything we asked for and we will probably be fans for years to come. We are so grateful for BTS and their amazing work to make our dream wedding a reality!

I hired Trista for my daughters wedding. My daughter knew from the first meeting that she like Trista. I hired her for the "Day of Planner" but we used her much more. My intent was to enjoy the wedding day and not worry about the details. I will start by adding I have planned and hosted many corporate events with several hundred people and thought I could do this wedding, I found out a wedding is different and because you are emotionally attached to the event it is harder, my advice to you is use the planner, you will be happy you did! Trista is extremely organized and will keep you on track, She has a great list of vendors to recommend or you can go outside of her list. She worked well with the vendors I chose outside of her group. She joined us in meeting with the vendors & would ask questions to make sure nothing was missed. A few of the vendors I met with alone and she was ok with that also. Monthly we would get a timeline telling us what needed to be done. Two weeks before we met one more time at the site with her assistant, the Caterer, Wedding Site designer, to finish up on the layout. We ran into some questions about timeline and I was so worn out with all the details, Trista stepped in and said she would get the answers from the Photographer which she did and then she got back with the others to confirm the correct time. She came to the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what they were to do. She was the liaison between the wedding party and vendors. The day of the ceremony, she arrived at our site at 10am and did not leave until 11:30pm. I am not sure what time her assistant came but she was also there until the end. When it came time to line up my mind was scrambled and everyone was so excited we looked at her with a blank stare. She put us in our spots and sent us up the isle. The hotel van was not large enough to bring all the guest from the hotel to the venue in two loads so she was in contact with them the day of, that way no one missed out. We held the start until we knew everyone was there I am not sure if there were any other hiccups, if there were she didn't tell me. The best part was I was able dance, have a glass of wine and really enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. I have one more daughter and when she gets married Trista is the one I will use again. Thank you Trista!

Trista is incredible to work with and truly captured my wedding vision and delivered more than I could have expected the day of. I highly recommend her and her team even so much that one of my best friends has hired her for her wedding next year!

I’m a big do-it-yourself gal and I figured I’d seen enough episodes of ‘Platinum Weddings’ on WE tv to plan my wedding. Little did I know what I was in for. I had a whole year to plan my wedding but it somehow seemed like five minutes. It was the end of August and I was set to have an October wedding. Yet, I was not prepared. The only thing I had accomplished was sending out invitations and securing a dress. I was in over my head. I realized I needed help. A girl at my office said she used BTS for her wedding and was extremely happy with the service. So I decided to give BTS a try, I had nothing to loose at this point. By the time we were done with our first consultation I knew I had hired the right gal and made the best decision I could have made for my wedding. She took everything over and made it all happen effortlessly. The only thing I had to worry about was fitting in my dress! Not only was she extremely friendly and approachable but, she also really knew what she was doing. On the big day I was able to relish in the moment and enjoy the day, instead of worrying about every single detail. Because of BTS Management I had the wedding of my dreams- a stress free one at that!
