For a business that provides a product that is used in events, they are extremely flippant about delivery times, and will blame it on the customer not buffering enough time for delivery. Not only did they arrange for the flowers to be delivered the day after they were supposed to be delivered (shipped out Wednesday night on a 2 day delivery), when I reached out to ask for it to be expedited since we needed to make the arrangements and this would mean the flowers would arrive AFTER the wedding was over, the customer representative EMELIE was extremely condescending, blaming it on the delivery date that I selected not being sufficiently ahead of the event. She also lied that 1-day shipping was not available for my address (I called Fedex and paid to have it expedited, it was always available, Bunches Direct was just not going to pay for it or ship it out on time for a 2 day delivery to still arrive on the selected delivery date). On top of that, half the flowers arrived unusable, the other quarter were so different in color from what was on the website. Worst, the flowers that were off in color were the large peonies and roses that were supposed to be the primary flowers in my bridal bouquet. When I reached out to Bunches Direct about this for a refund (the flowers arrived too late for them to resend flowers for the event), I was told that dark burgundy and bright red were in the same color family and therefore a refund was not available. Needless to say, if you need flowers for a specific date, and have a vision for how the flower arrangements are to look, do not go with bunches direct. They will make your event more stressful than it already is, and continuously repeat that their website places the onus on the customer to offer enough time for their own logistical inadequacies. I should also note that whilst the bunches direct website asks customers to buffer for 2-3 days before the event due to weather or delivery partner issues, what they seem to really mean is that they never have the intention to delivery on time, and the fault will mostly be theirs and not any other party's. No one who orders flowers would hope that they are wilted or old by the time the event occurs, nor would they want them to be so off in color. I cannot emphasize enough that this is by far the worst vendor experience that we had for our wedding, we almost wish we never ordered flowers because bunches direct caused so much stress and woe. Their customer success being insolent just made the late delivery all so much worse.

Bunches Direct has the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with. Not only was your product damaged and unusable for my wedding, but the customer service representative Sophia was condescending and lied about a refund being provided. I would caution everyone about ordering florals from this company. You will be disappointed with their product and they will be completely unprofessional with any and all communication. The roses I ordered came completely squished and wilted. I cut them, placed them in food water, and 24 hours later they still looked terrible. Customer service promised a refund by email as well as voicemail, and it never came through. I have never had a company outright lie before. Appalling.

Ordered $1200 worth of flowers for a Friday wedding. As per their instructions, I had them delivered Wednesday. I unboxed them to find a good 50% not just wilted but rotting and covered in mold. They require you to notify them by 3 pm so we called multiple times and left a message, and sent an email. They did not get back to us into well into Thursday. They offered to send replacements by Friday but that was the wedding day and we had no time to make arrangements on the day of. We wound up buying hundreds of dollars of grocery store flowers to save the wedding. They offered a $255 refund which pales in comparison to the money I flushed on the order. I reached out for additional refund and they stopped responding. Eventually I started a dispute with my credit card company and finally received my money back. Horrible product, horrible service, horrible company. Avoid.

Horrible service and lack of accountability about bad quality flowers. Good luck getting anything resolved. We ordered 100 stems of baccara red roses for my daughter's wedding. The wedding was on a Friday and I started following up on Monday to ensure the flowers arrive on time. No tracking # provided and no answer from calling in, no return call from leaving a voicemail. I called back on Tuesday and their chat option on the website was by email. Again, tried both and no response and no answer. Tuesday was when the flowers were to be at my home. On Wednesday I call again and get finally an answer from Pavel. He let me know the roses will be sent overnight. I received the roses on Thursday (day before the wedding) and anxiously got them drinking in the water per the instructions. I went to the wedding rehearsal and dinner and when I returned home that evening, all the roses were wilted! After complaining (and not within their 12 hour request) they will not refund me for the bad quality flowers they sent. It was my fault that I did not reach out to them on the DAY OF THE WEDDING just for no one to answer my call or respond to my multiple emails. We had to come up with a back up plan on the day of the wedding. DO NOT buy from these guys! Sales practices are awesome! Product and follow through is horrible!! Go to Fifty Flowers!! They are the BEST!

Horrible service and bridal bouquet flowers were damaged and wilting upon arrival. 12 hours later, they were fully wilted and dead, despite following their directions exactly. In addition, they left out certain flowers that I paid for in a customized order. Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Now they are sending me snarky emails saying it’s my fault. I would run away from this business. There are other online florists to deal with. Buyer beware.

Bunches Direct was the worst vendor I have ever used. I purchased flowers for my wedding about a year before the wedding. I realized a week before the wedding that the date the flowers would arrive was 1 month after my wedding. My husband called Bunches Direct. They told him that it was a computer error in their system and that they would have to charge me extra shipping for their mistake. He was able to talk them into free shipping to fix their mistake or give us a refund. They said they wood have the flowers here two days before the wedding. The day before the wedding, the flowers were still not here. I called multiple times, emailed, used their chat box function and was hung up on. Finally, I spoke with Tessa who told me that she would authorize the refund today, refused to let me speak to a manager, and told me that somehow it was another computer glitch and was “nobody’s fault”. On 11/2, I still had not received an email confirming the refund or the refund to my account. I emailed. No response. On 11/5, I emailed, called, and left a voicemail. No response. On 11/7, I emailed, called, left voicemails and used the chat box. Anastasia turned the chat box conversation off each time I asked a question about the status of my refund. So it’s been a week after my wedding, no flowers, no refund, no response. I’ve been hung up on, I’ve been told it was my fault that I called instead of emailed, etc. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

IF i could put O stars I would. I am taking the time to write this review, because I want to warn other brides to stay away from this company. For my 25th wedding anniversary we did a Sunday beach vow renewal (we never had a wedding) and I diy everything accept the flowers. I actual went to a flower arranging class was thinking of doing my own bouquet, but ended up only making the boutonniere and corsages myself. As a special treat to me I ordered from bunches direct 1 bridal bouquet $88.00 and 1 MOH bouquet choose simple blooms, but one thing I didn't have to do myself totaling $151.58 with tax . Friday box arrived from bunchesdirect with dozen flowers all over bottom of box all from my bridal bouquet, everyone of my pink roses were brown on edges two ca lilies in bouquet were on bottom of box etc..... hot mess. Called bunchesdirect Miami sent tons of pictures no apology just we will have to investigate this future, INVESTIGATE what about my wedding in one day did not agree to refund me, nothing it was beyond ridiculous. My MOH called local florist who was closing its Friday afternoon https://www.carrollwoodflorist.com/ they for free rearranged, added fresh blooms were just beyond amazing people. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID that was a terrible experience the one thing that I was doing for myself was ruined, but positive side is there are people out there Carrollwood Florist (and no I do not know them or have never even used them previously) who are still kind compassionate businesses.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The worst, most horrible experience🤬 If you don’t believe me... check out all the other awful reviews... you will be devastated, flower (less) for you event, not to mention the thousands of dollars you spent , and received nothing for it,. Plus being offered nothing in compensation other than a pathetic discount on your NEXT ORDER... as IF there would EVER be another order. I placed my $1,000.00 dollar order 6 weeks in advance of my event, paid in full beforehand. Seems the company just wants your cash, forget the flowers.... What I received is evident in the pix... 1/2 my order didn’t even arrive and the other 1/2 was rotting, mouldy , diseased, wilting and utterly useless... After a HUGE fight with the office, I was finally able to convince them to call another florist for replacement flowers. They understood my event started at 6 pm and I needed the flowers no later than 2 as I had 10 arrangements to make by 6:00pm. So... more than 24hrs after waiting for the dead and half missing flowers I’m still waiting... finally (after the event started), the few replacement flowers arrive at 6:30pm. My client was livid and wants a refund...(only fair) What I hear back via an email... we f’d up, here’s our compensation offer...a credit for $150.00 off your next order... I had nothing to offer the client which they had pre paid for, and all “Bunchesdirect” offered is a crappy discount for a future event?!?!?! Unprofessional beyond belief !!!!

If I could give Bunches Direct zero stars, I would! This company is the worst!!! Do NOT order from them! I spent $319 on fresh lilacs for arrangements for my niece’s wedding. I also ordered bulk flowers from several other companies at the same time. The standard instructions are to remove the flowers from packaging upon arrival, trim the stems, and place them in room temperature water. This was what I did with all of my orders and had no issues. When my lilacs arrived from Bunches Direct, the included instructions stated to LEAVE THE PLASTIC SLEEVES ON THE BLOOMS UNTIL READY FOR USE, but trim stems and place in water...which I did. I just chalked it up to the fact that the lilac blooms were more delicate, thus the request to leave the plastic sleeve on. Fast forward two days to the day before the wedding when I am assembling bouquets. I began to cut the plastic on the lilacs...only to discover that they were all rotted! They were soggy, moldy, and not one bloom was usable!!! I immediately took pictures and emailed the company. Their response was to tell me how sorry they were that I had received flowers that, they concurred, didn’t live up to the standards they hold as a company, and they would be in touch with the grower. HOWEVER, their “policy” is that if you don’t report an issue, including photos, within 12 hours of receiving them, they would not offer any refund. They would, however, be happy to extend me a discount on any future orders. Are they f’ing kidding me?!!! Who does business that way?!!! On one hand they agree that the flowers sent me were awful, but on the other hand, they are saying what equates to, basically...tough sh_t! I explained AGAIN in a second email, that, because the instructions said to leave the plastic sleeve on the blooms until ready for use, I had no way of detecting the sub par condition of the order! They then sent me a condescending email with a generic “flower care instructions” guide...which made no sense as these were not the instructions accompanying the lilacs I ordered!! So I spent $319 on moldy flowers that no one will offer me a refund on...but they agree we’re awful. Someone please help me understand this nightmare! If I could post the pictures of the disaster I received, I would. However, it seems the ability to do that has mysteriously been disabled. Buyer beware!!

Absolutely, hands down the most beautiful Dendrobium orchids I have ever used for a wedding design! Large, solid blooms that held up the whole weekend . Gorgeous! The customer service reps were patient, professional and timely in their communications with me. It was my first time using this vendor, and I will look forward to using them in the future!
