Hired Busybee florist, Heidi to make my daughters wedding centerpieces and wedding party approx a year in advance. Discussed numerous times what Types of flowers, berries and greens to be used and Heidi agreed and loved the “vision”. Met with Heidi , the owner numerous times during the year to confirm everything. Three days before the wedding I went in to pay Heidi the final pmt and was surprised to see them putting the arrangements together on Friday morning for a Sunday evening wedding!! Also I questioned why there were NO succulents in any of the arrangements This was very important as this was the theme and favors. she said they wouldn’t look right. All along Heidi agreed to use certain flowers for the groomsmen and fathers and she changed that on her own and said they were not in season however she used them in the bouquet. Very unhappy that Heidi just did what she wanted and her excuse was “ they still look pretty”. Heidi forgets a lot and takes terrible notes. Don’t trust her, she lies. She got her money however she wouldnt reimburse me for the lack of flowers that I paid for and she agreed upon. I had no choice but to accept what she made as it was three days before the wedding and I wouldn’t be able to change florists at that point and I had already paid for half. My daughter noticed right away when she saw her flowers and was very upset. Don’t be fooled!!!!

Heidi did such an amazing job on my wedding flowers! Her prices are fair and her taste is impeccable - also she has the cutest shop dog ever! I would work with her again in a heart beat!

Heidi and her shop is a gem. We had no idea what to do for flowers and after a frustrating first meeting I was nervous. The next time I met her, she understood I needed guidance, and came up with all the ideas- and she was right! Everyone commented how lovely the flowers were, they complimented the wedding party perfectly. She took my basic ideas and turned them into something extraordinary. Highly recommend her!

Heidi is a creative florist and her arrangements are beautiful, however she is really disorganized and not able to handle basic things like delivering an accurate price quote. She really left me in a bind right before my wedding. When we initially met she did not factor labor and taxes into her estimate. We did not receive a total amount until two weeks before the wedding date and when we did, it was $1200 more than the total we had initially discussed. She was completely unwilling to work with me to bring the cost down, and spent much of the time telling me how sorry she felt for me because I had picked a complicated venue. She complained to me that she was not making any money off of me, she complained that her staff was disorganized, she complained that my caterer was costing too much. I ended up spending a lot of time dealing with her emotions, and I ultimately could not afford her for the wedding, and had to go elsewhere at the last minute.
