Camas Medspa

I would not recommend this med spa to others. Here are the reasons: - Taken late a number of times (I was in the waiting room for at least a half an hour with zero communication from front desk staff as to why I was waiting such a long time) - Charged incorrect pricing for products and current promotional discounts were not offered to me. To get this corrected was obviously time consuming and was met with sighs. - After service was already performed by aesthetician, the aesthetician mentioned they would not have done “x setting if they had known I had x condition” … They were informed of x condition in the forms I was asked to complete prior to the appointment. So, either they didn’t bother to read it or they didn’t bother to listen when I also informed them in person. How can I be confident in the service I am receiving when something like that is said afterwards? -I find asking for a tip after a medical service extremely tacky. It’s not the right environment and adding the phrase “no pressure” while being asked for a tip each and every time seems to be implying the opposite. They know this, which is again why the tactic is inappropriate for a medical environment. Overall, results were lacking and so was the customer service. I would not return as there are far better med spas in the surrounding area who care about your time, are more professional, and most importantly listen!
