Camelot Specialty Limos

We got a 26 passenger limo bus which picked up the groomsmen and brought them to the church, then picked up me and the bridesmaids and brought us to the church. The bus then brought all of us to the reception, and then was used as a shuttle for guests from the hotel. I LOVED the limo bus, it was beautiful inside and so much fun. I'm sure guests loved it too rather than being in a boring shuttle. Our driver Miguel was fantastic and helped me with my dress so much, plus helped me into the church by blocking me from guests with an umbrella. We were able to connect our phones in the bus with bluetooth and it was so great. Would definitely recommend.

Communication with Camelot in planning the Wedding was good. They helped me figure out what was the best for timing, and to accommodate my needs. We had (2) limos, leaving from (2) different addresses to get to East Wind, and (1) party bus to take everyone back to the (2) start locations. All vehicles were early, clean and in good order. We had Geysa, Rosie and Manny as our drivers. All were professional, friendly, and helpful.

They were very timely and communicative. The shuttle lounge bus was very comfortable. Only thing they should change is their antique cars need more love

I called Camelot specialty looking for transportation for my wedding day. Unfortunately Alan didn’t have what I was looking for. Any other vendor would have ended the call and been done with it. Alan was nice enough to give me names of two other companies that might have what I was looking for. AND on top of that reach out 2 days later to follow up and see if I had any luck. Though I didn’t book with them. I think he’s a great caring business man. Wish I had the opportunity to work with him.

So professional and accommodating!! From the beginning of booking transportation, they were very reasonable which made me not even price out other companies. They were easy to communicate with and inquire within. The morning of my wedding at 6am I panicked - calling their emergency hotline meaning Alan picking up the phone. I explained my concerns of lack of space on a bus I had booked. He assured me not to stress it was my wedding day and it would be taken care of. Alan was so sweet and accommodating I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I was in that moment. He himself drove another shuttle to my hotel to grab more guests. That night I didn’t even have the chance to go outside to tip the driver (not realizing it was him). I went to the store to drop off a tip for the driver finding out the owner Alan was the driver. I felt it was so professional he didn’t reach out asking where tips were or money was for the shuttle.

Camelot was great on our wedding day. Although the weather was not cooperative and it was pouring, I did not get one drop of rain on my dress thanks to the Camelot team. Alan was our driver on the big day and he was great! He kept us updated on where he was for pick up and drop off so we stayed on track and was very helpful the entire day. I would 100% recommend Camelot for anyone’s big day!

We worked with Nicole who was super responsive and accommodating. Everything went well the day of except the escalade limo which was supposed to take family from church to the venue. It broke down on the way to the church, so instead they sent 2 SUVs. Nicole emailed us to apologize and refunded us the difference, which we were appreciative for. They took care of us and handled the mishap with class. We also had a Rolls Royce and party bus; both ran smoothly with no issues! Camelot also provided us transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Camelot!

This was the only vendor we had a problem with. We got the old antique Cadillac and a party bus and both vehicles did not work. The Cadillac stalled every time the car came to a stop while getting to the church and almost didn’t start back up while I was on Sunrise Highway and Wellwood Avenue. I literally almost did not make it to my own wedding. The bus hardly had AC and we were sweating the entire time to the venue. Thank god the venue was 10, minutes away or we would have been dying. The drivers were amazing and so nice though! After complaining the next day, they had no idea that this was a problem and had to “look into it”. Then after looking into it, we were just given a voucher for a future ride.

Working with Camelot was a joy. Right from out first call with Toni, we knew we were in good hands. Their pricing was more than reasonable and they were very accommodating of the various changes we made to our schedule in advance of the wedding. The shuttle bus we rented was on-time, clean, and spacious. Shoutout to our driver Miguel, who was a true professional. I’d recommend Camelot to anyone.

Camelot was easy to work with and showed up on time for everything! We had a vintage Rolls Royce for the ceremony and the driver gave us a bottle of champagne after the ceremony. We had a party bus for the bridal party and the driver actually came to find me in the park when we were taking pictures with an umbrella because it started to rain! He also covered me with an umbrella outside the church when late guests arrived so they wouldn’t see me before the ceremony. The same party bus became our guest shuttle from the hotel and got the guests to and from the wedding on time. They also gave us a complimentary car to and from the airport for our honeymoon! Would absolutely recommend!

We only needed a limo for transportation from the house and hotel to the church to the venue. We didn’t use them after but for the short time we were with our driver, Luis, he was great! He helped the church with opening the doors and helped lay out my train and everything. It was also super easy to work with Toni - she was great

Got married on 12/30. We met with Nicole and she was great! Very helpful with planning our timing and didn’t push us to pay for unnecessary things. Karlene was our driver. She was amazing. She went above and beyond with her job. She helped put the flowers on the guys and was constantly helping me with my dress. She made sure it was an unforgettable ride with our bridal party and did not stress the bride with any of the other details with picking up the guest. Would definitely recommend Camelot and Karlene!!!

Camelot Limos were so easy to work with for our wedding transportation needs! We booked with Nicole and she was very informative and knowledgeable. She presented us with all of the options for our wedding day and they were very affordable! Throughout the planning process they were communicative and always happy to answer any questions we had. Camelot is a great company. They set us up from day one and followed up many times before the day. Both the rolls royce and the limo were there perfectly on time and our drivers were amazing. We even got set up with rides to and from the airport for the honeymoon and another wine tour after that! Simply amazing!

We used Camelot for our 9/23/22 wedding and they were great! They were on time, and our main driver, Darlene was so friendly! Both buses we used were updated and clean. Nicole was also great to work with to reserve everything – she made the process so seamless. Would recommend!

We booked Camelot based on all the great reviews, however as much as I would love to give more stars I cannot. We had an antique rolls royce and our driver was great, we had no issues with the antique car or driver. However the issue was the party bus which started with getting to my in-laws late which then everything got delayed. We had guests stranded at the hotel because instead of 1 hour of unlimited rides our driver only did 1 trip. So our guests who already paid for a hot had to pay for an Uber to get to our reception. At the end of the night we booked the party bus for 2 hours of unlimited rides back to the hotel. thankfully I was told by my guests the driver was only making 2 rounds to the hotel instead of 2 hours of unlimited trips back to the hotel. I stopped that immediately before we had guests stranded at the venue. Unfortunately more things happened and we were very upset once we got all the details. We did reach out to Camelot on Monday following our wedding. I spoke with Nicole and came to an agreement with her. I’m not sure if it was exactly Camelot’s fault or the driver but we just didn’t have the best experience with them.

We rented a small party bus for our wedding transportation and Henry was our driver. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the day. At the start of our church ceremony, we realized that we had accidentally left the rings inside the bus just moments before my dad and I were about to walk down the aisle. He discretely walked down the side aisle after my entrance to get the attention of my bridesmaid who had the rings in her bag on the bus and got the whole thing sorted out swiftly and without anyone noticing. We used the bus as our wedding transportation and our hotel shuttle, so once we got from the church to the reception venue, Henry drove to the hotel to make a few trips back and forth to the venue to get our guests there on time. He was fantastic and Nicole at Camelot was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both so much for making the process so easy!

Nicole & team were very easy to work with and provided best in class service. They were both responsive leading up to the wedding and the vehicles provided were super comfortable. The limo and party bus that we had to transport the wedding party crew was incredibly fun (e.g. we could control the lights and music) and well supplied with bottled water. We would highly recommend working with Nicole and the team!

We had the 1937 Cadillac and a 39 Person Party Bus for our 10/14/22 Wedding. Emilio and Dennis were our drivers and they were out of this world. They were both early to pick everyone up, stayed at the church and helped with the processionals, took pictures for all of us and let us hold onto the Caddy for a few extra minutes to take pictures with it at the venue. We used the Party Bus as a shuttle for our guests for the reception and everyone said how clean and nice the bus was. My only gripe with them was their sales associate Nicole. When I would speak to her, she was professional, super helpful and knew her stuff. However, I had two scheduled phone meetings with her, and she never called, both times. I ended up having to reach out to her. I told her how bad of a taste it put in my mouth, and she apologized profusely and promised that everything would go smoothly on my wedding day - which it did!

We hired Camelot for all of our wedding transportation, including a lead car for the bride and her parents, party bus for the groom and the bridal party, and busses to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue. Nicole and her team were so helpful to work with – helping us evaluate options and modify our reservation as plans changed. The drivers – Anthony for the lead care and Michael for the bus – were incredible! We booked Camelot expecting punctual drivers and clean vehicles that took us from point A to point B and got so much more! Anthony helped the bride get out of the lead car and into the church, even grabbing the photographer and helping to get the perfect shot! Michael helped coordinate with Anthony to make sure the groom didn’t see the bride before the ceremony and greeted the couple with champagne and champagne flutes after the ceremony. We will definitely be using Camelot limos again!

Toni was amazing to work with. We booked the 16 passenger Mercedes limo and Rolls Royce Phantom. Both cars were beautiful and clean. Drivers were prompt. They threw in a complimentary town car to the airport for our honeymoon. I’m giving them a B+ because I was told the limo could fit 16 people. For this reason, I told the photographer, her assistant and videographer they could ride in the limo from Planting Fields to Swan Club. The driver of the limo didn’t allow two of them in. This was fine at first because they agreed to get an Uber. There was no service and they got stuck at Planting Fields for an hour and I had no photographer. This cause a serious delay in the rest of our plans and was so stressful. I still have to discuss this with them and let’s hope they make it right. Edited: Toni knew how upset we were and she reached out during our honeymoon to offer a complimentary ride home from the airport to our home after the honeymoon. We are SO thankful for her and appreciate Camelot doing all they can to make up for issue we had day of.

Camelot was great. The drivers were friendly and on time. The only thing that disappointed me is that my limo for the girls had no water (which was supposed to be there). The guys had no issues with theirs. Booking was easy and could be done via email.

My husband and I used Camelot for our July 9 wedding. They were great! On time and knew where to go from the church to the venue! We were very pleased and worked with Nicole during planning! She was helpful and responsive!

We used Camelot Limo’s for our big day on July 16th & they did not disappoint at all. We used a coach bus and a stretch limo. Both vehicles were spotless, the drivers were personable, friendly and PROMPT! The coach bus driver even stepped up and assisted the photographer with some photo opps outside the church. It was a super hot summer day & the air conditioners in the vehicles were highly functioning which is a huge plus for this time of the year. We were able to bring our own coolers on the bus and play our own music. It was a smooth, comfortable ride. I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed!

We booked two buses with Camelot: one party bus for the wedding party, and one shuttle bus for guests. Our drivers, Manuel and Mike, were excellent! They were on time, friendly, and really helpful before, during, and after our ceremony. Also, booking with Camelot was the easiest thing ever - Nicole is great! We started with just the party bus but had no issues adding on the shuttle bus at a later date.

We worked with Camelot for our wedding and could not have been happier! The team truly cares about the work they do and wants to ensure that each couple is happy with their booking and overall experience. Toni worked with us to share limo bus options and details, schedule considerations, tips and tricks for the wedding day, etc. She made the process entirely seamless. Nicole was also wonderful to work with and helped us secure airport transfers to and from the airport for our honeymoon, which was incredibly appreciated - one less thing to worry about when dealing with the stresses of wedding planning and looking forward to some much needed relaxation. Miguel was our driver for the wedding and everyone loved him. We had the music blasting and everyone was having the best time! The boys were running late (their fault, Camelot arrived so early), so by the time the girls were getting picked up, I was a little nervous. The second the music came on, all was well and we were back in action. We could not recommend Camelot more and will be using them and recommending them for any future events. Henry and Eric were our drivers for the airport transfers and we had a great time with them as well. A very personable and professional company. We love when people love what they do and Camelot is no exception! Kudos to Alan and his awesome team!

Poor customer service. I called inquiring about my 2023 wedding and was told someone would get back to me but not today or tomorrow because my wedding is so far out its not really a priority for them, but in more like 5 days or so someone would get back to me. Good to know my wedding and business is not priority for them.

Camelot did an excellent job providing transportation for our bridal party and our guests. Our driver, Rosie, was friendly and kept everything on schedule. They accommodated all of our requests for the day, including a stop to take pictures in a local park, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

We were happy with our party bus and our driver on the day of the wedding. The driver showed up on time, and truly went above and beyond. With helping the bridal party in and out of the bus, to fixing my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle. Henry was great! He did it all with a big smile too. Would recommend Camelot to anyone getting married!

Camelot gets a lot of mixed reviews and I can now contribute to one of those not so good reviews. To be clear, they’re only getting 2 stars because our party bus driver was actually amazing. Hired an antique car and bus. They ended up changing the car on me and called it an “upgrade”. The driver was ridiculously rude and unprofessional - even slammed the car door on me at one point. Refused to move the car so that we could get a picture with it. At most, all he did was hold an umbrella - ended up sending him on his way instead of utilizing him for the hours we had paid for already. The bus was great and the driver was super helpful, friendly and overall a pleasure. She helped me with my dress at the church, collected the items from the church and got us to our venue safely. When we complained, the most we got was a mediocre “refund” and half an apology although they admitted the driver wasn’t having a “good day”. Again, be more professional and don’t send people who are miserable to ruin someone’s special day.

from the start I loved this company. I heard great things about them but was nervous because I really wasn’t 100% sure of the timeline of my day. Nicole (I think?) answered the phone every time I called and answered my million questions and time/location changes. The drivers the day of (cannot remember their names) were very nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend getting your own limo for just the two of you. We got a rolls Royce and the amount of attention we got was amazing! People yelling/screaming congratulating us and saying I looked beautiful made my day 🥰🥰

Camelot was great - from the first inquiry to the day of scheduling, working with their team was very easy. They worked with my budget, discussing the best vehicle options to achieve what we needed - not pushing anything on us that we didn't. The whole day was kept on it's tight timeline, the vehicles were clean and drivers professional.

We loved working with Camelot! Top quality service when booking and organizing followed by a similar level of service on the day of our wedding. The driver was very friendly and easy to work with, we felt very safe and assured by him. The bus itself was awesome- gave off executive vibes for an affordable price. Would recommend and use again!

Nicole was great to work with. She responded to any emails within a day and their pricing was the best that I could find. I bought “Just Married” magnets for the back of the Rolls Royce that we rented and when both our driver and the party bus driver saw one of my bridesmaids carrying them along with her bouquet into the church, they insisted they would put them on during the ceremony. Both drivers were on time, professional, and knew exactly where they were going.

I have such mixed feelings about Camelot. The service I received from everyone in the office was absolutely perfect. Their prices were reasonable, they were professional, they helped me plan out our wedding day based on our transportation schedule, and were so helpful throughout the planning process. However, once it came time to be picked up by their drivers.. it was a different situation. They were very prompt, I can attest to that. But their professional demeanor and driving skills were definitely lacking. We had a 20 passenger limo pick the bridal party up from the hotel and bring them to the venue which is about a 25 minute drive. Not only did the limo stall out twice in the middle of the road.. but the driver was constantly slamming on his brakes to the point where my grandmothers were slipping out of their seats. It was so uncomfortable not to mention embarrassing as everyone was car sick and afraid we wouldnt make it to the venue because the limo kept stalling out. We made it there in one piece thank goodness. Then, the end of the night we had a 40 passenger shuttle take the guests from the venue back to the hotel. I didnt make it on this shuttle ride (totally fine) but what I heard was awful. The driver let my guests totally pack it out where there were at least 10 people standing in the middle row and again they said the driving was so bad the guests were falling all over each other. I wish the driver only took the allotted 40 people and made everyone else wait. If there was an accident, that would have been so unsafe and dangerous. By the time the second shuttle came back it was about 2 in the morning and my husband and I got on this shuttle to the hotel. One of our friends became sick on the shuttle which we were not aware of, we were so exhausted it was quiet and all the lights were out. We all got off and the driver called me and screamed at me to come back and clean up. Not only was I still in my WEDDING DRESS but to be screamed at on my wedding night was so upsetting. I had to send my husband back on the shuttle to clean up and when he got onto the shuttle he said there was one garbage back where our friend got sick into and he took it off the shuttle. My husband then wiped down the area to be sure nothing was left but the driver was so incredibly rude. I understand this wasnt an ideal situation but driving guests home at 2am from a wedding, this stuff sometimes happens. I just couldnt believe the lack of professionalism from the drivers. We would have been happy to clean up any mess we made, it was the way we were spoken to that didnt sit well. I wouldnt recommend Camelot solely for the drivers and not for the office staff. A day as important as your wedding day is supposed to be calm and happy and I feel like they gave us unnecessary stress.

I want to thank Nicole J and Michelle D for a wonderful experience with my wedding during the Covid 19 pandemic. They were very accommodating and upgraded to a bigger party bus to give us enough space for my postponement wedding date. The driver was knowledgeable with the locations, kind to my bridal party, & guest that they shuttled from the hotel. I also booked them for our honeymoon, the limo driver was professional and punctual. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Camelot on my wedding day.. Alan and Karlene were there to help every step of the way from fixing my dress, handing us waters after church, opening champagne, taking photos and more! We had been ahead of schedule and asked Karlene to "take the scenic route" and she completely blew us away by bringing us to one of the most beautiful roads overlooking the Manhattan skyline. Some of those are still my favorite photos. I will definitely be using Camelot for any future limo needs!!

I hate that I have to take away a star from this company. I used them for my 30th birthday party bus into the city and they were absolutely amazing so I knew I was going to use them for my wedding. we got a party bus for the wedding party and then that party bus picked up all of our wedding guest. he was only supposed to make 1 trip but he went above and beyond and made a second trip for guests. amazing!! however the second guy that brought everyone back to the hotel for the after party was apparently a nightmare. the second bus was a shuttle bus and supposed to make 2 trips. he was apparently very rude and was especially rude to my mother who was holding the tip... she was just making sure he knew he needed to make 2 trips and pretty much just grunted at her. well we wound up fitting almost everyone in the 1st shuttle and other people drove. so someone told him we didn't need the second trip. he apparently was still waiting outside after everyone had gotten off the bus. my mom was trying to get things together for the after party and the driver found someone apart of the party and said he was still waiting on the tip. idk all the details but my mom was very upset on how she was treated and did not tip him very well... other than that the price was great, the buss were clean and for the most part they were helpful.

Great price, on time, and professional. Exactly what you are looking for in a limo service. I would 100% recommend and book again, a customer for life.

I honesty never thought I'd be writing such a heartfelt review for a limo company, the staff at Camelot Limos changed my mind. I'll start with the basics; we rented the Rolls Royce Phantom for me and my husband, and a large shuttle for our bridal party. Both vehicles arrived on time (early, actually!) which I appreciated so much. I was so stressed about our timeline and was worried about transportation slowing us down but they were so reliable. But the real review is for our drivers - Eric and Karlene. Eric drove our Phantom and he was so professional and accommodating. Immediately after our Church ceremony, he helped my husband and I sneak away and just drove around for a few minutes to give us a little peace before photos began which we so appreciated. Karlene seriously went the extra mile for me. She helped my MOH get my veil properly secured in my hair, was fluffing my dress and veil, and most importantly, kept me calm until it was time to walk down the aisle! She was more of a bridal assistant than just a driver that day and I am so grateful for her. Our bridal party all had great things to say as well. Both Eric and Karlene were so positive and professional - they helped our day run perfectly and I am SO GLAD we worked with Camelot Limos for our special day. THANK YOU!

9/15/21-In regards to Camelot’s response to my initial review. Their response by the owner Alan shows how unprofessional and pompous he is. He had resorted to saying I had used hateful language by calling him incompetent. I don’t think Alan knows what hateful language is. Ah yes I mentioned that LIPA was out blocking ONE road. I didn’t think I had to spell out the cause for a review. As I said it was easy to navigate around by driving back onto a major road. Not an issue for someone who knows what they’re doing. Alan states that me and my wife were in some condition where we celebrated more than others? Now this is a sad attempt to try to discredit my review. Me and my wife did not drink on our wedding day and we especially did not drink from the end of our church reception at 2:30pm to when we finally(after this whole mess) arrived to take pictures at planting fields. This just goes to show how sad this owner is to try to save face instead of just admitting a mistake and moving on. Next Alan states he had a frenzy of calls but then says 5 calls in 5 days. Which is it? Being able to see proof determines if a person is right or wrong. I thought that was common sense but clearly common sense isn’t common at Camelot. Ah yes leaving a review at 2:15am on a Tuesday as if people don’t work strange hours. Once again Camelot has proven incompetence beyond a doubt. If anyone needs anymore reason not to ever book with this company read the last paragraph and ask yourself if you want to use this company for anything. There’s a reason they’re the cheapest on Long Island and I don’t see this company lasting much longer with service and then responses straight from the owner like what I received. The guy is literally attempting to say that I drink too much. A sad child not a man.

By far the worst limo company in NY. This review is in regards to a limo rental on 9/4/21. The Rolls Royce arrived at my house on time but on our way to pick up my wife I had to tell the driver turn by turn directions how to get to her house even tho they had the schedule along with addresses at the time of booking. Once we left from the church to Planting Fields Arboretum to take pictures is where this Limo company truly showed how incompetent they are. The driver swerved into oncoming traffic at a roundabout at the end of the Bethpage state parkway so that he would not have to do another round because he almost missed our exit. Then closer to Planting Fields there was a closed street due to LIPA working on a street which should not be a big deal to re route because we were near a major road(Oyster Bay Rd). Boy was I wrong. The driver proceeded to drive into 2 dead end streets to try to re route and then park up for 10 minutes while calling a colleague to tell him he did not know how to get to Planting Fields. I had to pull up the gps on my phone and give this guy turn by turn directions again. We finally arrived at Planting Fields 30 minutes late into a 2 hour time slot that we booked to take wedding photos. An uber ride would of been faster and easier than hiring this company. The owner of this company was notified by our party bus driver and that he would “make it right”. I had to call the owner Alan myself 2 days later and explain the situation. The owner(Alan) proceeded to prove how incompetent he and his company are by at first stating we would get a refund for the Limo and hung up on me. But then a day later called back to say that he would not issue a refund and accused me of trying to get a free limo ride on him. He also stated he looked at the gps and camera footage and did not see anything weird. I said I would like to look at the gps and camera footage so I can point out what he missed. He then said I was being confrontational and hung up. 0/10 stars I do not recommend them and will be telling every single person getting married that I know to stay away from this company.

What can I say? From start to finish the team at Camelot we're amazing. Nicole & Jenna you made my life so easy. The white stretch Mercedes was beautiful. Our drivers were so nice & so helpful & on time! We'd use them again without even thinking about it!

We booked them in 2019 and they were so nice. When we postponed they were great with that. We only needed 1 limo for 3 hours. The limo driver was on time, limo was clean and had champagne and other drinks! Overall would 100% recommend
