Carmel Limousine

I had the limo booked until 3pm. They picked us up, dropped us off at our FIRST location, and said that since they dropped us off they were done and had to go to another job. We had them reserved to 3pm, but since they already dropped us off (we had 2 more locations to go to) they said they were done. I could not take wedding photos in Central Park, as we planned and had to take photos in the surrounding area which was not planned. I have to hire another photographer after my wedding, just do I can take family photos in my wedding dress again in Central Park as we originally planned. HORRIBLE! I did not even get a refund.

I gave my out of town guests the number for Carmel Limo to get around during my wedding weekend. There was a 45 minute wait every time making my guests late to most of the weekend events.

Sorry to say, Carmel really let us down on our big day. We had 2 stretch limos booked & pre-paid months in advance, as well as a deluxe sedan, which we were told we had to pay that day in cash to the driver. The 2 stretch limos were 30 minutes late...half an hour late on our wedding day. They were driving us up to the park where there were carriages waiting and the carriage drivers were calling and screaming at us because we were so late, even though we had no control over it. The wedding started very late, all due to Carmel. The only one that arrived on time was the sedan, and we did pay the driver in cash, as we were told to do, then I discovered later that they had also charged my credit card that day & they refused to refund the money. Cannot possibly recommend them.

They came when they were supposed to and we got to the wedding on time.;The dispatchers are very difficult to work with and they NEVER get the reservation right. Read your confirmation carefully and call with any discrepancies! They also do not have a step stool for the stretch hummer so grandparents have lots of trouble getting in and out. Our driver also drove right past the venue and we had to circle around the park for longer than I would have liked.
