Cassie Jo's Event Coordinating specializes in working with couples who have locked in their favorite vendors and are now unsure how to proceed in getting every detail smoothly organized for their Big Day. Every wedding is unique and each couple's vision and carefully selected details are celebrated and encouraged to insure their wedding day feels distinctly theirs! My goal is to always help couples feel heard, supported and one step ahead in the planning process! I work with each couple in the months and weeks leading up to their wedding day to gather every last detail, big and small, and organize them into a smooth and stress free day. This allows not only the couple to get to relax and focus on one another, but their families can also fully enjoy this once in a lifetime moment. I work closely with each of the selected vendors and venues to make sure everyone knows the plan and are confident in how they can help fulfill the couple's wishes. When we have made it to the long awaited wedding day, I hit the ground running from the moment I step on property until the very last rental is picked up at the end of the evening. I pride myself in working quick, calm and efficiently managing a "fool proof" detailed timeline while also being ready and available to the couple, wedding parties, families and vendors with any last minute questions. As an added bonus, I never leave home without my trusted Emergency Kit which has grown to include everything from a stain pen and sowing kit to phone chargers and an outdoor, weather proof Bluetooth speaker! I want your wedding day to be everything you have hoped and dreamed of and I always say, when the "behind the scenes" details are organized and thought through, that leaves way for the party to be unforgettable in all the right ways.
