Liz and her team created an amazing menu for our wedding. SO many guests commented that the food was exceptional! This was a very nice compliment coming from guests that work in the catering industry. Not only was each display made with such perfection and full of taste, but we had our reception at Bella Sera - the catering hall where Catering by Liz is located and it was SPECTACULAR! The room transformed into our dream come true. The room layout and natural design made the evening romantic and timeless. Thank you Liz and your team. You made our day more than we could have ever imagined!

Having worked in the wedding business as both a venue rep and in catering, I knew when I was planning my own wedding that the quality of the vendors makes all the difference between an ok wedding with a lot of frustration and a great wedding where everyone has a great time! Catering By Liz not only served incredible food that my guests are still talking about, but also made sure that the day ran smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone getting married in North Florida. Their food is restaurant quality and they were incredibly helpful in choosing a menu that pleased everyone!

Catering by Liz did a fantastic job with catering my wedding reception! Everything from planning, preparation, staff, organization, and food were GREAT! The main dish was prepared on the spot for guest so it was not only delicious- it was fun! The staff of CBL took what could have been a very stressful area of planning, and made it enjoyable and easy.

We got married nearly six months ago, and our guests STILL talk about our food! I know I've never been to a wedding where I remembered the food, at least not anything positive about the food! My great experience with Liz started with the first menu she sent me. I could tell she really listened to me and my then-fiance and what we wanted, because our menu was definitely customized to our tastes. I did not experience this with other caterers - instead they seemed to have few set go-to menus. When I needed to adjust my menu due to budget constraints a couple of months before the wedding, Liz was incredibly understanding and helpful. I always felt like she was putting me first, not her own profits. Then the day finally arrived and the food was AMAZING! My friends still talk to me about the twice baked new potatoes with cotswald cheese, among other things. Those potatoes have become legendary with my friends and family! On top of the incredible food (which was cooked on site and hot/fresh right on time), the service was unbelievable. I'd heard all sorts of nightmarish stories about how the bride and groom never have time to eat. I did NOT have that problem! One of Liz's servers was assigned to me and my husband and followed us around while we were having pictures taken after the ceremony with a tray filled with hors d'oeuvres and our favorite drinks so we could nibble between shots. Our plates were already on our table filled with food when we walked into the reception, and a server was over every few minutes asking if we needed more food or beverages. This continued into the reception. I felt like we were waited on hand and foot all night! We weren't leaving for our honeymoon right away, so Liz's staff boxed up all the leftovers and sent them home with us, and my maid of honor promptly came to steal the potatoes, because she loved them so much! Now we go to our local farmer's market to buy Liz's food every Saturday! Can't recommend her enough!!

The staff at Catering by Liz was very friendly and helped us plan our special day. Elaine was our coordinator and she also doubled (unofficially) as our wedding planner. They helped us design a menu that fit our wedding theme and budget and it turned out great. Their servers were very professional and there was plenty of food to go around. My only complaint was that they didn't box up the top tier of our cake for us to take home like we requested. Other than that, they were great!

Catering by Liz Grenamyer made every step of the process super easy and everything turned out perfect. From the first consultation, though the tasting, to the final weeks of guest count updates and adding services, they made it all so simple. I always had replies to all my questions very quickly. The service was always very professional and went beyond all my expectations. Above all, the food is amazing! Our guests loved the menu that was designed for us. The timing of courses was like clockwork. They even made sure to bring us appetizers and drinks while we were doing our pictures. Every part of the night was flawless. There is not a better company to work with in all of North Florida.

Catering by Liz was an amazing addition to my wedding this past May! I got so many compliments from my guests about the food, my hisband and I also LOVED it! The staff was so attentive to everyone's needs and were very pleasant during the planning process. I was sent sample menus and table cloth swatches. All of my requests were talen into account and I was able to go and view my linens before the wedding. I would recommend Liz and her staff to anyone! I will definitely use them in the future :)

I am so happy I found this venue. I wanted a wedding reception everyone would enjoy and have no complaints. The food was more than I could imagine. Harmony assisted me everystep of the way. She had wonderful ideas and went way over and above any expectations I had. Guest were impressed with the passed horderves, salad, bread, dinner and the exceptional serving staff. Catering by Liz does not cost more then "other" frequently used venues in the area, but provides 5 star food.

Liz and her staff LOVE what they do and it shows! Catering by Liz has a wide array of items to choose from and she works with you to customize the menu and the food, including drink and dessert stations. I had never planned a wedding before and Liz and her staff were more than helpful. They made great suggestions for the buffet layout so it wouldn't be the traditional long queue of guests, plus she suggested an AMAZING potato bar. My guests are still raving about it!!! To top it all off, I had catering by Liz create a dessert table with a few wedding cakes rather than the traditional one big cake. Her cakes were better than any of the other bakeries that I tried and the presentation was perfect.

Catering by Liz was fantastic! Recommended by our wedding planner, she had a catering package that included linens, plateware, bar tenders, servers, mixers, and fabulous appetizers and buffet style food for a great deal per person. When you pick a reception site that does not come with all that as a standard, this deal was a dream. Wonderful food and all the guests said it was the best they had ever had at a wedding!

I recently used Catering by Liz for my wedding. All in all it was a good experience. There were a few communication issues, especially leading up to the wedding and in the last week, and we did run out of food (before 2 groomsmen could eat), but the taste of the food was great. I would use them again, depending on what the circumstance was.

We are serious foodies, so finding the right caterer was one of the most important aspects of planning our wedding. After learning through careful research that several prominent chefs had selected Liz Grenamyer to cater their weddings, it was a no-brainer to pick her catering business. She is charming and talented, and was delightful to work with. The result was delicious food, tailored to our tastes and style.
